Introduction:-

A person becomes the victim of cold due to chilliness or swelling in the trachea because of which a lot of water blows from the nose and the patient suffers from sneezing.

Treatment with different medicines:

Cold influenza:

1. Arsenic: If the patient suffers from influenza in winter season, he should take Arsenic 3 for getting relief. Take this medicine at the regular interval of two hour.
2. Natrum Muriaticum: The medicine Natrum Muriaticum 6 should be taken after on every two hours to get relief.
3. Eupatorium: If the patient of influenza suffers from pain in the bones, the use of Eupatorium 6 provides a lot of relief. Take this medicine after every two hours.

After cold and catarrh:

1. Natrum Muriaticum: If disease is common, take Natrum Muriaticum after every 8 hours continuously for one-two months. Its use provides a lot of relief.
2. Calcarea carb: Women keep on suffering from this disease constantly during menstruation. Besides it, she suffers from profuse menses which occurs again and again. In this stage, the use of Calcarea Carb 6 provides a lot of relief.

Introduction:-

Typhus is an infectious disease. It commences with sudden chilliness and temperature rises from 103 to 105 degree along with headache. The patient becomes soon unconsciousness and body becomes blue and black. The patient suffers from high fever on fourth day and fever does not subside soon. In 5 or 6 days, small purple pimples appear all over the body. Sometimes blood comes from these pimples. It lasts for 2 weeks. The patient suffers from convulsion in the body, lungs’ diseases and inflammation in the trachea. When such types of symptom appear, it should be considered that disease has become serious.

Treatment with different medicines:

If the patient of typhus fever suffers from high temperature, he should take Bryonia, Gelsimium, Baptisiya or Acone.
If the patient suffers from head problems, the use of Hyoscamus, Stremo, Bel, Veratrum,-Vir proves very beneficial.
If typhus patient suffers from urinary disorders, he should take Terebinthina to get relief.
If the patient of typhus suffers from insomania, he should take Gelsimium, Cafia or Bel to get relief.
If the patient suffers from unconsciousness, he should take Rhus Tox.
If the patient suffers from excessive laziness, the use of Arsenicum, Acid-Muriaticum or Acid-Phos.
If the disease has become fatal and there is disturbance in the lungs, he should take Bryonia, Phos or Acone.
If the patient suffers from polluted blood, he should take Carbo-Veg, Arsenic, Baptisiya, Baptisiya or Rhus-Tox.
If the patient wants to take relief, he should take Acid-Nai, Acid-Phos, Sulphur, Psorinum or China.

Treatment of typhus with different medicines:

1. Arnica: If bluish pimples appear on the skin, the use of Arnica 3, 200 proves very beneficial.
2. Rhus Tox: the patient of typhus has no symptoms, he should take Rhus- Tox 3, 30. Its use proves beneficial.
3. Lachesis: If the patient suffers from polluted blood, he should take Lachesis 6, or 200 to get relief.
4. Agaris: If the patient of typhus fever suffers from excessive restlessness, contraction in the muscles and shivering in the body, he should take Agaris 3.

Introduction:

Taking polluted water and meal and living in polluted atmosphere for long time become the cause of typhoid or enteric fever. This fever is known by many names as miyadi, motijhara, etc. the patient becomes feeble physically. He can die too if proper treatment is not done on time.

Treatment by different medicines:

1. Rhus Tox:

The medicine Rhus Tox 30 is used for the treatment of typhoid or enteric fever. For the treatment of this disease, the medicine Rhus Tox can be compared with Baptisia. Both medicines are used for the treatment of these symptoms as restlessness, changing sides while sleeping and pain in the body. The medicine Rhus Tox is used when the patient suffers from such symptoms as appearance a red triangle mark at the tip of the tongue whereas the medicine Baptisia is used when there is no mark on the tongue.
If the patient suffers from these symptoms as weeping or crying, grumbling continuously, least fetid smell from the tongue, involvement in own ideas, headache and no headache after epistaxis and he refuses to take the medicine because he thinks that it is not a medicine but poison, Rhus Tox medicine should be used in all these symptoms.
The patient suffers from these symptoms as loose motions, yellow and brown colored faeces involuntarily along with fetid smell, wind in the stomach, pain in the right below portion of the stomach, pain in the back and other body organs.
The patient also suffers from other symptoms as
Physical restlessness.
Triangle red tipped tongue.
Offensive diarrhea involuntarily.
If the patient suffers from all these symptoms along with typhoid, the medicine Rhus Tox should be given to the patient for relief.

2. Bryonia: If a patient of typhoid suffers from these symptoms as pain all over the body, sensation of exhaustion only by doing a little piece of work, sensation of nervousness by any type of movement, ache in the forehead so unbearable that he feels that the head will burst due to ache and he is unable in moving his head because of headache, heaviness in the head in the morning but no epistaxis, dreams of doing work, crying and weeping, unconsciousness and feeling as if he is going far from the house during unconsciousness, drinking water constantly in a little quantity after many short intervals and sensation of great thirst, the patient should take Bryonia 12-30 for the treatment of this disease. This medicine should be used in the early stages of constipation or loose motions to get relief.
As the patient feels physical exhaustion, heaviness, headache, white tongue and anorexia along with Typhoid or Enteric fever, the medicine Bryonia should be used.

This medicine is used for the treatment of such types of symptoms as-
Constipation and no diarrhea
Showing no movement
Soreness of the body

3. Baptisiya:

The patient suffers from these symptoms as constant yawning, black or brown colored coating on the tongue, sinking into the lap of sleeping while answering, sensation of hard bed, feeling exhaustion, pain in the whole body, restlessness due to pain in the body and changing sides on the bed to avoid from the hardness of the bed, he should take the medicine Baptisiya 12.
The medicine Baptisiya can not be used for each types of typhoid patients but it is the very useful medicine for the treatment of typhoid because its use can cure the symptoms of typhoid or Enteric fever more effectively than any other medicine.
The patient suffers from these symptoms as heavy eyes, face like stupid, delirium, weeping and crying, excessive restlessness, sensation of cutting the body into many pieces and the patient changes the sides on the bed to collect his body pieces, feeling prostration, brown colored line at the middle of the tongue, fetid filth on the tongue, offensive smell from the breath, foul smell from the spit, sweating, urine and stool, high fever and pain in the large intestines. All the symptoms look like appendicitis. If there are three types of symptoms as given below appear in Typhoid, the medicine Baptisiya should be used.
Unusual fetidity
Besotted expression
Mental depression.

4. Hyosaymus:

If the patient of typhoid suffers from delirium or slight grumbling, scratching to the bed sheet with nails, stiffness in the muscles, folding and breaking the organs continuously and the patient losses control on the activities of body, the medicine Hyosaymus 6-30 or 200 should be given to the patient. Its use provides a lot of relief.
If Typhoid becomes serious, the patient suffers from these symptoms as hanging of the below jaw, feeling excessive weakness and chorea in the body. Such patient should take Hyosamus 6 or 30 to get relief.
The medicine Hyosaymus is used by the patient who suffers from these symptoms as evacuation of stool involuntarily, constant delirium, poisoning in the blood whereas the medicine Belladonna is used when the patient suffers from delirium because of congestion in the brain. The symptoms of the patient should be watched carefully before using the medicine Hyosaymus.

5. Glemium:

The use of this medicine Gleimium 30 is used for the treatment of typhoid but it should be mentioned that the temperature should be low. The patient suffers from pain as if he has been beaten badly. Such patient should take the medicine Gleimium for relief.
The patient of Typhoid suffers from these symptoms as constant headache, drowsiness, red face and he dislikes movements. In this situation, he should take the medicine Glesimium to get relief.
The patient of typhoid suffers from the symptoms related to ligament. He thinks that he is about to fall ill but he has no worry about his disease. Such patient can use the medicine Glesimium to get relief.
The patient of typhoid suffers from such symptom related to sleeping as hanging of the eyelids. The use of the medicine Glesimium proves very beneficial.
If the patient of typhoid has been suffering from such symptoms as sensation of excessive chillness and trembling due to chill, the medicine Glesimium should be given to the patient in this condition.
If the patient of typhoid suffers from these symptoms as pain in body in its early stage and prostration, the medicine Glesimium can be given. The medicine Baptisiya especially affects the mind more than Glesimium. The medicine Glesimium is more useful than Baptisiya. Second potencies of the medicine Glesimium should be used.
In such symptoms as trembling of the body, drowsiness, no worry about the disease, the patient can take Glesimium 30 to get relief.

6. Arnica: The medicine Rhus Tox is used for the treatment of typhoid while this disease can be cured by the medicine Arnica too. There is a great resemblance between the two. The qualities of Arnica resemblance to the medicine Rhus Tox and Baptisya but it (Arnica) has own qualities too. The medicine Arnica 3-30 is used in these symptoms as great dejection, negligence of everything, sinking into the lap of sleep while answering, warm head but cold body, pain in the body like bruising and hurting, changing side on the bed to get relief, searching space on the bed for taking rest, evacuation of faeces and urine involuntarily, blue body, hanging down of the below side jaw and the patient does not understand too that he is ill. The medicine Baptisiya can be used on the bases of such symptoms.

The medicine Arnica can be used if the patient of typhoid suffers from these symptoms as:
Bruised sore fining (sensation of bruise all over the body)
Ecchymisis
Evacuation of urine and stool involuntarily.
The qualities of Hyosamus can be compared with the medicines Bryonia and Rhus Tox.

7. Carbo Veg: The medicine Carbo Veg 30 is used in the last stage of typhoid when the vitality of the patient is about to end and the palpitation of the patient’s nerve is about to lose. Besides these, the patient suffers from excessive fetid excretion from the body and the lower portion of the knees becomes cold. This medicine is considered the restoring medicine in the last stage of typhoid.

1. Great prostration and exhaustion
2. Cold extremities
3. Cold sweating
4. Constant desire for air all the time

8. Arsenic Album: There is a big resemblance between the properties of Arnica and Arsenic Album. Arsenic Album 3, 30 or 200 can be used if the patient suffers from these symptoms as terrible prostration, irritation, restlessness, unconsciousness because of body weakness, nervousness, excessive delirium, cold perspiration, sores in the mouth, pus in the teeth, blackening of the colour of stool with foul smell, high fever, thirst for small quantity of water and changing side on the bed. The medicine Rhus Tox is used when the patient changes sides on the bed due to pain in the body.
The medicine Arsenic Album is used in such symptoms of typhoid as
Aggravation in the symptoms at midnight
Excessive redness on the tongue
Terrible prostration
Excessive restlessness
Thirst for small quantity of water

9. Lachesis: This medicine should not be used in the early stage of typhoid. Lachesis 30 should be used when the disease may aggravate. The symptoms are as excessive delirium, excessive foul smell from the stool, grasping of the tongue between the teeth as it comes out, hanging down of the below side jaw, drowsiness, lack of thirst and excessive trembling in the body. This medicine is used in the rare symptoms of typhoid along with general symptoms. The rare symptoms are as black excretion from the body organs and intestines. The patient is unable to bear any type of touch.

10. Phosphoric acid:
Phosphoric Acid 1 should be used if the patient suffers from these symptoms as no anxiety about the disease, becoming anxious without worries, excessive drowsiness but he gets consciousness soon and drowsiness ends.
The medicine Phosphoric acid provides a lot of relief if the patient suffers from these symptoms as epistaxis, stomach derangement, wind in the stomach, flatulence, loose motions without pain and pieces of food with stool without digesting.
This medicine should be used in these symptoms as staring continuously and the patient does not like to talk with others. The medicine Stramonium can be used in such symptoms but it should be used if the patient suffers from vomiting and chattering to the other peoples with horrible eyes along with above symptoms.
Phosphorus should be used if the patient suffers from pneumonia as well as typhoid.

11. Muriatic Acid: The patient of typhoid becomes so weak that he slips below on the bed and he has no control over himself. Besides these he suffers from loose motions involuntarily as he urinates. Such types of symptoms do not appear in the early stage of typhoid but they appear when the disease aggravates. the use of the medicine named muriatic acid from 1st to 3rd potencies to get rid of disease.
12. Cali Fros: If the symptoms of the patient of typhoid are as stinking breath, pus in the teeth, small palpitation of the nerve, excessive weakness in the body, the medicine Cali Fros should be used for treating the patient.
13. Pyrojon: If the patient of typhoid does not get relief after taking the medicine Chloromicitin, he should take the medicine Pyrojon. Its use provides a lot of relief.
14. Tiphoydenum: This medicine has no especial properties but it is good medicine if it is taken as a prophylactic and for the treatment of disease. The disease cannot aggravate if Tiphoydenum 200 is taken in the early stage of typhoid. This medicine is used as a prophylactic.

Introduction:

In this disease, a person trembles because of cold.

Treatment with different medicines:

1. Balis pereninis: A person should take this medicine when he suffers from the sensation of chilliness all of sudden. He should take Balis Pereninis 3.

2. Camphor: When the patient suffers from shivering, he should take mother tincture of camphor 3 after 15 minutes.

3. Carbo-Veg:
If the patient has been suffering from excessive shivering and hand and feet have become blue, the medicine of Carbo-Veg 6, 30 can be taken.
If a person suffers from shivering or his any body organ has become blue as well as has been reached into collapsing stage, the use of Carbo-Veg provides a lot of relief.
The medicine Carbo-Veg proves very beneficial in that stage of collapsing in which the patient is about to die.

4. Aconite: If the patient suffers from excessive shivering in any body organ or sensation of spreading excessive chilliness, he should take Aconite 30 for the treatment.
5. Arsenicum: If the patient suffers from shivering in the open air or rigor in the body due to cold, the use of Arsenicum 30 provides a lot of relief.

Introduction:

When there is lack of heat in the body and the temperature gets reduced, a person starts to suffer from cold along with catarrh.

Treatment with different medicines:

1. Sistus: If the patient suffers from cold feet, he should take this medicine to end this coldness.
2. Haloderma: If the patient suffers from such types of symptoms as chilliness all over the body, coldness keeps on occurring and coming down from the behind of head to feet, sensation of tying a cold bandage around the head, sensation of cold in the head, lungs, hands and on the face and the patient thinks that he will die soon. Other symptoms are as slight cold in other organs and feeling cold waves. The medicine Heloderma 30 can be used for curing any types of these symptoms.
3. Sepia: If the patient feels coldness in any injury, he should take Sepia 30, 200 for getting relief. The medicine Veretrum Album also can be taken in these symptoms.
4. Aconite: If the patient feels cold at the back, he should take Aconite 3 for getting relief. Take this medicine at the gap of every two hours.
5. Camphor: If the patient suffers from such types of symptoms as sensation of cold inside the body and on the skin; the patient does not want to cover clothes after coldness; he casts off the blanket if it is covered to him, the use of mother tincture of this medicine proves very beneficial in all these symptoms.
6. Agaricus: If the patient suffers from sensation of ice piece at lower portion of the waist, the use of Agorikas 3 provides a lot of relief.
7. Arsenic: If the patient feels as if cold water is running from up side to below side in the back, he should take Arsenic 3 at the regular break of two hour. Its use provides a lot of relief.

Introduction:

It is a chronic disease. The patient of this disease suffers from these symptoms as enlargement of spleen and liver, dusty colour of the body, irregular fever, blood from the gums, appearance of eruptions on the body and anorexia (lack of appetite). There are three symptoms of dum-dum fever as lack of blood (anemia) in the body and blackening of the colour of the body. The main cause of this disease is the infection of virus named parasitic.

Treatment with different medicines:

Several medicines can be used for the treatment of this disease. The medicines are as Lachesis, Antim-Tart, Antim-Ars, Netrum Ars, Cicknien, Acid Phas, Ferum Iod, Ferum Ars and Ferum Met. The patient should take 3-6 potencies of these medicines to get relief.

Introduction:

Scarlet fever takes more people in its grasp comparison to measles and chicken pox. It is also contagious (communicable) disease like measles and chicken. Itching and sores (wounds) occur in this disease. Mostly, it affects the children. This disease occurs due to the germ named ‘Steptoe Kosi. This disease originates due to air, milk etc. In the preliminary (initial) stage of this disease, the patient feels cold and then he vomits. Sometimes, the patient becomes unconscious and temperature rises to 104-105 degree within 1-2 days. The period of this fever is 3-4 days and then it comes down gradually and takes 7-10 days. The patient suffers from these symptoms as swelling of the throat’s glands, difficulty in swallowing, white tongue with red spots, anorexia, constipation, scanty urine, appearing red and shiny eruptions on the neck, face and chest on the first day of disease and it is multiplied soon on the entire body. Eruptions end in the form of scabs as they appear.

Symptoms:

The patient of scarlet fever suffers from these symptoms like- too cold, violent thirst, headache, vomiting and sores (wounds) inside the throat. Red colour eruptions full of itching appear on the body on the first day within 24 hours and multiplied on the entire body soon. The patient suffers from severe headache, coating on the tongue, red ness of the area near eruptions and bulging out red colour sores on the tongue. After 4-5 days the temperature comes down and the breadth and width of eruptions reduce and on the 9th day, eruptions are removed (pour) like straw. The maximum period of this disease is about 2 weeks.

Difference between measles and scarlet fever:

The symptoms of cold in the measles patient are- discharging water from the nose and eyes and sneezing whereas the symptoms of cold in scarlet fever are not more but the body of the patient is hot and there are sores (wounds) inside the throat. Measles appear after 3-4 days of fever whereas in scarlet fever, eruptions appear on the first day and the whole body of the patient becomes red.

There are three types of scarlet fever-

Simple scarlet fever:

In this type, the colour of the eruptions is red and the cheeks become red but sore (wound) does not form (appear) inside the throat. This disease is cured even without proper treatment. For the treatment of this fever, medicines as Belladonna 3, Aconite 3x, Sulphor 30 or Arsenic 3x etc. can be used.

Scarlatina anginosa (scarlet fever with wounds inside the throat):-

The throat becomes red and sores (wounds) form (appear) in this disease. There is swelling on the shoulders. It is a fatal disease. If treatment is not given to the patient properly in winter season, it may be the cause of death. For the treatment of this disease, drugs like- Apis 3, Belladonna 3, the powder of Merc-bin 3, Crotalus 3 or the mother tincture of Echinacea etc. should be taken.

Malignant scarlet fever:

The symptoms of the patient in this disease are as follow- sensation of excessive coldness with high fever, abnormal temperature, weeping and crying by the patient and senselessness. Eruptions don’t appear on the body if they are seen; they look black but not red. In many cases, the patient dies before appearing eruptions. For the treatment of this disease, the patient should take Ailanthus 1x, Cuprum Aseticum 3x, Arsenic 3x and Acid mur 6

Treatment with different medicines:

1. Merc-cor If symptoms as tonsillitis (swelling in the tonsils), sores (wounds) inside the throat, coming additional saliva, fetid breath and laziness in the body with scarlet fever etc., the patient should take Merc-cor 3. If the patient suffers from kidneys disease, this medicine can be also used.

2. Belladonna:
Belladonna 1x should be used everyday for the treatment of scarlet fever. Take it until fever ends completely.
The patient suffers from these symptoms as sore (wound) inside the throat with fever, appearing red eruptions on the body and the patient weeps and cries continuously. The use of Belladonna 30 is useful in these symptoms. The patient becomes well by the use of this medicine. Dissolve 20 drops of the medicine Belladonna 3 in a glass of water. Take 1-1 spoon twice a day. This medicine is so powerful in curing scarlet fever as well as it is effective in destroying its symptoms. If sores (wounds) appear (form) on the body in this disease and they are not cured by the use of Belladonna, the use of Chamomilla ends them. Cough after curing this fever also ends by the use of Chamomilla.
If the patient suffers from such types of symptoms as flushed and hot face, shiny skin, too hot body, equal sized eruptions, fully red eruptions, redness and dryness on the lips, mouth, throat, tongue and eyes, high fever, pain in the throat, cough, headache and feeling jolts in the organs of the body, crying and weeping etc., Belladonna should be taken for the treatment of this disease.
Apis can be also used for the treatment of scarlet fever, but this medicine is used by the patient who is hot natured but like cold. Such patient does not like wearing clothes and suffers from lack of thirst. On the other hand, Belladonna is used by the patients who like heat and suffers from constant thirst.
3. Phytolacca: If sores (wounds) are found inside the throat with scarlet fever, the use of Belladonna 1x provides a lot of relief.
4. Aconite: The use of Aconite 3x is very useful in the first stage of scarlet fever; it is also useful in the inflammation of the heart.
5. Arsenic: If the patient of scarlet fever suffers from these symptoms as cold body, laziness in the body, excessive restlessness, sensation of thirst, swelling, sometimes convulsion in the body and sometimes not, inflammation in the urinary glands and lack of appearance of eruptions on the body or disappearing soon after appearing etc., he should take Belladonna 3x for getting relief.
6. Apis: If the patient of scarlet fever suffers from such symptoms as high fever, lack of sound sleeping, stinging pain, swelling in the throat, red tongue, boils on the tongue, itching and swelling with the appearance of eruptions, inflammation in the heart, urinary gland, increasing throat problems, unable in tolerating heat, casts off the clothes and desiring of cold room etc., he should take Belladonna 6.
7. Ailanthus: If the patient of scarlet fever suffers from these symptoms as insomnia, sensation of unconsciousness, headache, red and hot face, swelling in the throat, discharging of water from the nose which scratches the skin inside the nose, black and blue poxes and fast vomiting etc., the use of Ailanthus 1x is very beneficial.
8. Sulphur: If the patient of scarlet fever suffers from such symptoms as shiny and red colour eruptions on the body and itching as well as inflammation in the body etc., use Sulphur 30.
9. Cuprum Acet: If the patient of scarlet fever suffers from these symptoms as suppressing of the eruptions, decaying of the eruptions consequently they look like leprosy, vomiting, no itching in the eruptions, convulsion in the body and high fever etc., the use of Cuprum Acet 2x is beneficial. Wet cloth should be kept on the head if fever is high.
10. Crotalus: If the patient of scarlet fever suffers from such problems as swelling on the external glands of the throat and the shoulder glands with sores (wounds) in the throat etc., Crotalus 3-6 should be used.
11. Acid-Mur: If the patient suffers from otorrhoea and deafness with scarlet fever etc., the use of Acid-Mur 2x provides a lot of relief.
12. Hepar: The use of Hepar provides relief if it is taken just after coming scarlet fever. Besides these, if the patient suffers from such symptoms as defect in urine with swelling in the body, vatta disorder or heart problems etc., this medicine can be taken for getting relief.
13. Echinacea: If the patient of scarlet fever suffers from such types of symptoms as poisonous blood, pain in the throat or hoarseness and enlargement of the glands or occurring pus in them etc., the use of Echinacea proves very beneficial.
14. Arum Triphyllum: If the patient of scarlet fever suffers from sores (wounds) in the throat, mucus from the nose due to these sores and pain in the nostrils etc., Arum Triphyllum 3-30 should be taken for getting relief.
15. Scarlatin: Scarlatin 30 should be taken alternatively while taking other medicines. Its use ends all the three types of scarlet fevers.
16. Ammonia Carb: If the patient of scarlet fever suffers from these symptoms as poisonous blood, heavy breathing, swelling on the face, blackening of the eruptions, smell of pus from the throat etc., Ammonia Carb 6 should be taken for getting relief.
17. Ailanthus: The patient of scarlet fever suffers from such symptoms as blue eruptions just after appearing, blue throat with swelling, tonsillitis with wounds, lack of consciousness, unable in identifying familiar persons, illusion, unable in sitting, excessive restlessness and crying and weeping. In all these symptoms Ailanthus 6 should be used for getting relief.

Introduction:

When temperature of the body rises, it is called fever. Fever comes due to the inflammation in any portion of the body or by mixing poison in the blood. Fever that comes again after one time is called intermittent fever. The fever, which sustains all the time and temperature does not come down, is called remittent or continuous fever. The fever which rises again after coming down once is called half or sub-remittent fever.
Fever indicates that there is any type of infection in the body. Normal temperature of the body is 98.6 F or 36 degree centigrade. The temperature of the body can be measured by putting thermometer in mouth or armpit. But there is a difference of one degree F between the temperature of both portions viz mouth and armpit.

Causes:

Excessive labour, at the time of menstrual excretion or loss of foetus, high temperature, bacteria and infection in the body due to virus or fungus are the causes of fever. Fever comes also because of several diseases as cancer, rheumatis (aamvat), increasing of hormones, and diseases of thyroid, sun strokes and injury.

Symptoms of fever:

Headache
Sensation of weakness in the body
Pain in the muscles
Lumbago pain
Feeling cold and stiffness
Sensation of faintness or sometimes becoming unconsciousness
Delirium
Appearance of pimples on the skin
Sweating
What should be done and what not during fever:
The patient of fever should avoid by doing mental or physical labour.
Use liquid food stuffs to avoid from dehydration.
The patient should take mixed heap (khichri) or pulse of lentil.
The patient should not take carbonic drinks, cold juices and fruits as cucumber (kakri-khira), bananas, etc.
Cotton piece should be kept on the forehead by immersing in water.
Wrap the whole body in immersed cotton cloth piece if temperature of the body is high.
The patient of fever should take light and nutrient food as vegetable juice or soup.

There are five types of fever as-

Simple fever:

This fever comes due to cold, fear, stomach derangement, by wetting in the water for a long time, constipation, by walking in sun, by overeating and by doing hard labour for a long time.

Treatment of simple fever by different medicines:

1. Camphor: If fever comes along with chillness and the patient suffers from these symptoms in the early stage of fever as sensation of fever or coryza, watery nose and aggravation of the symptoms of fever by doing a little labour, the patient should take one drop Mother Tincture of the medicine Camphor thrice a day.
2. Ipecac: The patient of fever should take Ipecac 30 at the regular intervals of 3 hours. The patient gets a lot of relief by taking this medicine. Regular cases of fever also end by its use.
3. Aconite: Aconite 3-6 should be used for the treatment of simple fever. If the patient has such types of symptoms as rising temperature due to the sensation of chillness, sensation of thirst and dry heat and when the patient gets no relief by taking the medicine Camphor, he should take Aconite to get relief. Temperature comes down by its use if the cause of fever is fear or any other disease. The patient of fever should take Aconite if fever comes because of cold and he suffers from catarrh and cold. This medicine is useful only in the early stage of fever. This medicine can be used again and again.
4. Belladonna: If the patient suffers from such symptoms as red eyes, intense headache, excessive inflammation in the body and loss of thirst along with fever and fever all of sudden after chillness, he should take Belladonna 6-30. Its use provides a lot of relief.
5. Glonoine: If fever comes because of sunstrokes and the patient suffers from severe pain, he should take Glonoine 30.
6. Ferrum Phos: If the patient has no symptom of fever, this biochemical medicine should be given to the patient at the regular intervals of 2-3 hours. Take this medicine until fever subsides completely.
7. Rhus Tox: If a person becomes the victim of fever after wetting in water, the use of Rhus Tox 30 provides a lot of relief. The medicine Dulcamara also can be used for the treatment of fever. If the patient suffers from puzzling cough before many hour of sensation of cold and feels cold until fever remains present, the use of Rhus Tox proves beneficial.
8. Nux Vomica: If the cause of fever is constipation, the use of Nux Vomica 30 provides a lot of relief. This medicine is cold natured but it is used in that condition when the patient feels cold and heat alternately.
9. Lueticum: If a child suffers from fever continuously and it becomes clear that the mother of the child has become the victim of abortion 3-4 times; there is an ulcer in the neck of uterus; she suffers from hard discharge and fever in the evening from 4 pm to 8 pm, the use of Lueticum 1m or 10 m provides a lot of relief to the patient.
10. Lyco: If the woman suffers from fever in the evening from 4 to 8 ‘o’ clock, the medicine Lyco can be given to her.
11. Bryonia: If fever comes again and again after disappearing once, the patient should take Bryonia 30 for relief. This medicine is also useful in typhoid too.

Remittent fever or continuous fever:

This fever rises and subsides like typhoid and the patient does not get well soon. He feels slight cold but fever comes with shivering. The patient of remittent fever suffers from such symptoms as sensation of heat in the body, dry skin, restlessness, thirst, dry and white tongue, quick pulse, panting, red and scanty urine, pain in the waist and back, sometimes constipation and sometimes watery loose motions, headache, no desire to food and the patient sometimes feels cold and sometimes hot.
This disease takes birth due to several causes as changing of weather, wearing wet clothes, excessive mental or physical labour, excessive cold or heat, lack of cleanliness of the body, injury, constipation and night vigil.
The patient should take arrow root, sago, puffed paddy and cold water until fever subsides. Meals should be taken after 3-4 days after getting well.

Treatment of remittent fever with different medicines:

1. Pyrogen: If the medicine Cloromicitin does not provide relief, the patient should take Pyrogen 200.
2. Belladonna: If the patient of remittent fever suffers from such types of symptoms as inflammation on the forehead and in throat pipes, feeling slight cold, excessive inflammation in the body, no sweating or slight sweating on the covered organs, red eyes, insomnia, thirst, delirium, dry mouth and lips, the use of Belladonna 3-30 is very beneficial. It is a very useful medicine to the fat persons.
3. Gelsimium: If the symptoms are as chorea in the hands, feet and tongue due to weakness, closing of the eyes, blurred eyesight, weakening of the nerve and scanty thirst or lack of thirst, the patient should take Gelsimium 1x to get relief.
4. Baptisia: The use of lower potencies of the medicine Baptisa proves very beneficial from the very beginning to the final stage of illness. There is no need to take another medicine in this case. The symptoms of the patient are as straining of the stomach; the patient answers in one or two words only and sleeps soon; he thinks that he is not one but two and his body organs are here and there and he tries to collect his body organs. Such patient should take mother tincture of Baptisia 12.
5. Bryonia: Typhoid fever shows its impact gradually. The patient suffers from such symptoms as constipation, excessive thirst, sensation of heavy head, and pain in the veins of throat, forehead, neck, hand and feet, aggravation in pain by the movement, difficulty in breathing, dry cough, itching in the anus, yellow tongue, pain in the liver, drinking excessive water and standing quietly. Such patients should take Bryonia 3, 6, 12, or 30. Its use provides a lot of relief. The patient suffers from home sickness and says to go to home.
6. Rhus-Tox: If the patient suffers from such symptoms in the early stage of disease as dilute loose motions, restlessness and getting relief by changing sides on the bed, the use of the medicine Rhus Tox provides a lot of relief.
7. Eupatorium Perf: If the patient suffers from these symptoms as headache, retching or vomiting of bile, vomiting after drinking water, vomiting after shivering and pain in the whole body, the use of Eupatorium Perf 3 is very beneficial.
8. Typhodinum: If someone is suspected that he is about to become the victim of typhoid, he should take typhodinum 200. The disease does not aggravate by taking this medicine.
9. Arnica: The patient says that he is healthy though he is serious; he lives in stupor and if he is called, he returns in the previous stage again after answering; he asks to the doctor why he has come here and orders to go; stinking breath; foul smell from the faeces; sensation of hard bed and the patient can lie on one side for a little moment; urination and evacuation of faeces involuntarily. Such patients should take Arnica 30 for treatment.
10. Arsenic: The patient suffers from such symptoms as loss of strength in the body, sensation of exhaustion, panting by a little movement, restlessness, moving of the body organs constantly, no relief in any condition, dry mouth and tongue, drinking water in several draughts and he thinks that there is no hope of life. Such patients should take Arsenic 30 to get relief.
11. Carbo Veg: If the patient suffers from such symptoms as loss of vitality, cold body, cold sweating, excessive weakness in the body, panting, desire for fanning, congestion of blood in the veins of the body, blue body and yellow face, the patient should take Carb Veg 30.
12. Phosphoric acid: Phosphoric Acid 1 is used for the treatment of typhoid. The patient suffers from these symptoms as loss of physical and mental power, increasing weakness in the body gradually and the patient lives in drowsiness but lack of sleeping and when he is called, he becomes alert. The use of the medicine phosphoric acid is very useful in such symptoms. Besides these the patient suffers from these symptoms as flatulence, lack of luster in the eyes, staring constantly and it seems that the patient is trying to understand the condition, dry and brown tongue, black lips and bleeding from the gums. The medicine Phosphoric Acid provides a lot of relief in these symptoms.
13. Aconite: If the patient suffers from such symptoms as quick pulse, hot and dry body, now hot and now cold, sneezing again and again, feeling restlessness, severe headache, quick breathing, aggravation of the symptoms at the night, light delirium, throbbing of throat veins, excessive thirst and the patient thinks that he will die soon. The patient should take Aconite 3x. Its use cures the disease. Its use should be stopped as the body of the patient starts perspiration.
14. Veratrum Viride: In the symptoms as heavy, hard and quick pulse, yellow tongue with red line at the center, fast shivering, vertigo, headache, excessive body weakness and retching. The patient should take Veratrum Viride 1x to get relief.
15. Ferrum Phos: If the patient suffers from weak pulsation along with cough but he has not been suffering from high fever, he should take Ferrum Phos 3 x, 6x or 12x.
16. Siena: If the reason of remittent fever is stomach worms, the medicine Siena 2x or 200 should be given to the patient.
17. Intermittent fever: This fever is treated like malaria and it comes again on 2nd, 3rd or 7th day. It is called malaria because there is gap in this fever so it is called intermittent fever. The patient suffers from these symptoms in this fever as sensation of cold, hot body, sweating from the body and sensation of thirst.

Treatment of intermittent or malaria fever by different medicines:

1. Chininum Sulph: This medicine is also known by the name of Quinine. The father of homeopathy proved this medicine on himself. Quinine is prepared by the medicine Cinchona. Malaria symptoms appeared on the body by taking this medicine. This is the reason of the origin of Homeopathy. Malarial symptoms appear on the healthy body by using the medicine Quinine so it can cure malaria too. In this way, allopath accepted Quinine on the base of homeopathy. It is a main drug in homeopathy too. If the patient suffers from these symptoms as sensation of cold, warm body, sweating, the patient should take the medicine Chininum Sulph 1x to 3x. Allopath uses it but its higher potencies which can be harmful to the patient. The patient can suffer from otorrhoea by its higher potencies whereas lower potencies are used in Homeopathy.
2. China: If the patient of this disease suffers from these symptoms as warm body along with the sensation of cold, thirst before the sensation of cold, no thirst while feeling cold and rising temperature, great desire for thirst while sweating, sensation of weakness after sweating, the use of the medicine China 30 to 200 provides a lot of relief. Fever does not come at night. Fever can occur on the 7th and 14th day.
3. Arsenic: The condition of cold and temperature does not reach at the climax or the patient suffers from these symptoms as either increasing cold or temperature or reducing one condition of both, no thirst while feeling cold, drinking water in several draughts during temperature, great desire to drink water while sweating, rising of the temperature at night from 12.00-1.00 o’ clock and restlessness. In all these symptoms of malaria or any fever, the patient should take Arsenic 30 to get relief.
4. Ipecac: If the patient of fever has no special symptom, he should take Ipecac 30 in this condition. For the treatment of malaria, the patient should take the medicine named Ipecac first of all. This medicine can be taken if the patient suffers retching while feeling cold or heat.
5. Sidrun: If fever comes on definite time regularly, the patient should take Sidrun 3.
6. Natrum Muriaticum: If fever comes on 10 to 11 am and the patient suffers from these symptoms as watery blisters on the lips, the patient should take Natrum Muriaticum 200. This medicine can be taken for the treatment of old malaria. This medicine should be taken if the malaria fever has been suppressed and the patient suffers from several symptoms. It can be happen that suppressed fever may return but it will not come again by taking this medicine or it will end fully after coming.
7. Lycopidium: If malaria or other fever comes at 4 to 8 o clock in the evening, the patient should take Lycopidium 30 to 200. He gets a lot of relief by taking this medicine.
8. Carbo Veg: For the treatment of old malaria the patient should take Carbo Veg 30. If the body of the patient becomes cold like ice, he can take this medicine to get relief.
9. Sulphur: If the patient of fever gets no relief by the use of several medicines, he should take Sulphur 30 or 200 to get relief. It is useful for the treatment of chronic and new malaria.
10. Nux Vomica: In these conditions as warm body along with the sensation of cold and sweating; the patient has to cover a blanket because of cold; he does not want to cover the blanket but he has to cover it, trembling as the blanket is uncovered, sensation of inflammation in the body like burning fire but the patient can not remove the blanket because he shivers as blanket is uncovered, the use of Nux Vomica 30 provides a lot of relief.
11. Eupatorium Perf: The patient should take Eupatorium Perf if he suffers from intense pain in the body.

Puerperal fever:

This fever comes because of the lack of cleanliness after delivery. This fever does not occur because of the suppression the dirty water but it occurs because of the filling of milk in the breast. In this condition, Aconite and other temporary medicines can be taken to get relief. If puerperal fever comes because of septic fever, the patient will have to take such medicines as Sulphur, Lycopidium, Ferrum Met and Pulstilla for a long time.

Treatment of puerperal fever by different medicines:

1. Sulphur: If the patient of puerperal fever suffers from these symptoms as inflammation in the feet, sensation of emptiness in the stomach at 11 o clock, sensation of hunger, feeling excessive trouble at night, hot streams from the body and alternate waves of heat, the patient gets a lot of relief by taking Sulphur 30 because it is the best medicine for the treatment of puerperal septic fever. If the woman suffers from puerperal fever after operation and warm waves from the body, the use of this medicine provides a lot of relief.
2. Pyrogen: When puerperal fever changes into septic fever and the patient suffers from shivering in the whole body along with the sensation of cold and both symptoms appear again and again, no ratio between the pulse of nerve and body temperature, the patient should take Pyrogen 200.
3. Lycopidium: If the patient of puerperal fever suffers from these symptoms as hot sweating from the body, trembling due to feeling cold and other symptoms of puerperal fever, Lycopidium 30 should be given to the woman for relief. Medicines as Pyrogen, Lycopidium and Sulphur can be given to the patient for the treatment of this fever.
4. Ferrum met: If the patient of puerperal fever suffers from these symptoms as blue and red face, sensation of thirst while feeling cold and no thirst on the very next moment, flushed face while feeling cold and sweating in the whole body, Ferrum Met 1x, 2x or 6 should be taken. The patient who suffers from these symptoms should not take other medicines. If the woman is very weak, she should take lower potencies of this medicine.
5. Pulstilla: If the patient of puerperal fever suffers from these symptoms as one portion of the body hot and other cold, weeping all of sudden, constant flow of the tears from the eyes, weakness in the nervous system and restlessness along with the excitement, she should take Pulstilla 30. Such patient suffers from excessive sweating from one side and no sweating from the other and one side hot and another cold.

Hectic fever (habitual or pthisis):

The patients of tuberculosis suffer from hectic fever.

Treatment of hectic fever by different medicines:

1. Phosphorus: The patient of this disease feels weakness and emptiness in the chest and the mind of the patient grows more quickly than body. The patient of tuberculosis should take Phosphorus 30 for the treatment of tuberclosis. This medicine is useful only in the early stage of this disease. When this disease aggravates, neither lower nor higher potencies should be taken. Both potencies may be harmful for the patient. Such patient should take only Phosphorus 30 to 200 neither lower nor higher potencies. Besides it, the dose of this medicine should not be repeated.
2. Silishia: Silishia 30 should be taken in the chronic stage of tuberculosis. This medicine controls the origin of pus in the lungs and the disease does not aggravate. There is no other medicine except Silishia for the treatment of this disease. But the patient should possess such symptoms. The patient of tuberculosis feels unhappy in cold and humid air. He gets slight relief in dry air.
3. Pulstilla: The patient of tuberculosis throws thick phlegm in yellow and green colour and he suffers from such symptoms as fever in the evening, no thirst, sweating in the armpit, sore and pressure in the chest, anemia and sour spit. The patient seems healthy but his body is yellow. The use of Pulstilla 30 provides a lot of relief in these symptoms.
4. Sepia: If the patient of tuberculosis suffers from such symptoms as emptiness in the stomach and pain in the left side lung, the patient should take Sepia 200.
5. Cali Carb: For the treatment of tuberculosis, the patient should take Cali Carb 30. This medicine is very beneficial especially for the patients who have been suffering from tuberculosis after pleurisy and the sensation of pinching pain in the chest. This medicine is useful for those persons who suffer from ulcer in the lungs. Such patients may become healthy hardly without using this medicine. The spit of such patient is in round shaped and he suffers from such symptoms as aggravation of the disease at 3 am, sensation of great trouble if soles are touched, hoarseness, swelling on the eyelids especially on the upper side and weakening of the chest. The use of the medicine Cali Carb is very beneficial in these symptoms.
6. Aesetic Acid: If the patient suffers from sweating from the whole body at night, the patient should take Aesetic 3 to 30 to get relief. The disease disappears by taking this medicine

Catarrhal fever:

The patient of catarrhal fever suffers from such symptoms as secretion like phlegm from the eyes and nose, pain along with torsion in the body, sensation of dripping along with headache, watery eyes, sneezing, heaviness in the head, vomiting, retching, constipation, yawning, sensation of heavy eyes and mouth, red eyes, hoarseness, coughing and pain in the chest. Becoming wet with water is the cause of this fever. The patietn should avoid from such kinds of symptoms as hot stomach, stopping of sweat from the body suddenly, going from hot to cold place all of sudden and eating such things which create phlegm as curd and sour.
Oil should be massaged if the patient suffers from these symptoms as sensation of no cold, covering the body all the time and choked nose. The patient should take puffed rice, vegetables and barley and other light things.

Treatment of catarrhal fever by different medicines:

In the early stage of this disease when the patient suffers from such symptoms as slight hot body and watery eyes and nose, he should take a little Camphor with water. Its use provides a lot of relief.
1. Aconite: If the patient suffers from these symptoms as sneezing, rising of the temperature, watery eyes and nose, restlessness and sensation of thirst, the patient should take Aconite 3x or 6. The disease disappears by its use.
2. Alium Sipa: If the symptoms are as watery eyes and nose, hoarseness, titillation in the throat, excessive urination again and again, pain in the hands and feet and aggravation of disease in hot room, the patient should take Alium Sipa 3x to get relief.
3. Nux Vomica: If the patient suffers from constipation and blocked nose, the patient should take Nux Vomica 6 or 30.
4. Ipecac: If the patient suffers from vomiting or retching, he can take Ipecac 3x.
5. Arsenic: If the water which creates inflammation flows from the nose of the patient, he should take Arsenic 6.
6. Belladonna: If the patient of cold Catarrhal fever suffers from these symptoms as red eyes, insomnia, headache and other symptoms, he should take the medicine Belladonna 6.
7. Bryonia: If the patient suffers from these symptoms as pain in the chest, heaviness in the head, backache and constipation, the patient should take Bryonia 6.
8. Pulsatilla: The patient should take Pulstilla after getting well from the disease named catarrhal fever. The disease ends by root by taking this medicine. In this disease, the medicines Nux Vomica 3 and Rhus Tox 6 are beneficial.
Malta fever: This disease is found in India, Philippines and near about the districts of Mediterranean Sea. But it prevails mostly in Malta Island. So, it is called Malta fever. This disease originates by the virus named Micrococcus Melitensis. Its viruses enter into the body by drinking the milk of goat and this disease develops.

Symptoms:

The viruses of this fever hide in the internal portions of the body till one week and after that they appear in the form of remittent fever which lasts till 2-3 weeks. Fever stays till 2-4 days and the patient gets well. After that, fever comes again and stays for 5-7 months in the form of remittent fever. The patient of this disease suffers from such symptoms as constipation, pain in the ligament and bones, pain in the joints of the bones. Sometimes, this disease does not disappear for several years. The patient of this disease should keep always separate. The faeces and urine should be removed carefully. The patient should take bath with lukewarm water. If temperature rises to 105 degree, the body of the patient should mop with cold water. Goat milk should not be given to the patient to drink.

Treatment of Malta fever by different medicines:

1. Bryonia: In the first stage of Malta fever, the patient should take Bryonia 3x or 30.
2. Baptisia: The patient of Malta fever should take Baptisia 3x or 6 for getting relief.
3. Arsenic:
The patient can take Arsenic 3x or 6 to get relief.
Several medicines can be used for the treatment of Malta fever. Such medicines are as Ferrum Phos 3x, Siyonathus1x, Natrum Muriaticum 30, Merc 30, Ars Iod 3x, Phosphorus 3, Sepia 30, Lyco 6-30, Cimicifuga 3x and Rhus Tox 3 or 30.

Introduction:

Mostly, this disease spreads because of the biting of dengue mosquito. Dengue mosquitoes take birth in dirty water and dirty areas. The patient feels great weakness when he gets rid of dengue.

Symptoms:

The patient of dengue suffers from intense pain in the body and fever occurs with slight chill. Headache starts soon. Sometimes, he suffers from vomiting, trembling in the body and hot body. Temperature rises even to 102 or 106 degree. Other symptoms are as swelling all over the body, appearance of watery pimples on the body, flushed face, anorexia, obstinate constipation and sometimes symptoms of jaundice. Duration of the illness is 3-4 weeks. The symptoms of this disease disappear when the patient recovers. Sometimes, the patient suffers from excessive laziness and blood comes from mucus membranes.

Cause:

Biting of dengue mosquito is the main cause of this disease.

Treatment with different medicines:

1. Baptisia: Baptisia 3 x should be taken for the treatment of this disease.
2. Gels: Gels 3 x to Mother Tincture should be used for the treatment of dengue.
3 Eupat Perf: Eupat Perf 1x should be taken if the patient of dengue has been suffering from the pain in the bones.
4. Carbo Veg: If the patient suffers from such symptoms as excessive laziness, excessive hot forehead but the whole body is cold, he should take Carbo Veg 3.
5. Cimicifuga: Cimicifuga 3 x should be used if the patient suffers from pain in the bones.
6. Arse: The medicine Arse 3x should be taken if the use of Cimicifuga does not provide relief.
7. Acid Phos: The patient should take Acid Phos 3 if he feels excessive laziness.
8. Belladonna: If the symptoms are as appearance of red colored pimples on the body and headache because of which the patient feels a lot of trouble, he should take Belladonna 6 for the treatment.
9. Aconite: If the patient suffers from high fever in the preliminary stage of this disease and the temperature reaches to 104-105 degree, he should take Belladonna 1x to get relief.
10. Bryonia: If the patient of dengue suffers from such symptoms as perspiration, headache which mostly affects to the backside, constipation and pain all over the body, the use of Bryonia 3-6 provides a lot of relief.
11. Lachesis: If blood comes from the mucus membranes along with this disease, the patient should take Lachesis 6 to get relief.
12. Crotolus: If blood comes with the mucus membranes, the patient should take Crotolus 3 to get rid of this problem.
13. Gelsimium: If the temperature is low, Gelsimium 1x should be taken to get relief by the patient of dengue.
14. Rhus Tox: If the patient suffers from such symptoms as sensation of excessive chillness, fever along with boils and pimples, convulsion in the hands and feet and rheumatism, he should take Rhus Tox 3 to get relief.
15. Arsenic: the patient suffers from diarrhea along with dengue, he should take Arsenic 6. The disease disappears after taking this medicine.

Introduction:

It is highly contagious disease.

Causes:

This disease takes birth due to a virus named R.L.A. paramayocloma. The virus of this disease spreads from one to another person through the drops of coughing and sneezing. Mostly, 3-4 years old children become the victim of this disease.

Symptoms:

This disease keeps on lasting for 3-4 days. He suffers from such symptoms as dry cough, inflammation of the eyes sometimes unbearable. The temperature of the patient rises to 102 degree F. After that, brown and pink colour eruptions appear on the whole body. Swelling comes on the patient’s face and shape of the face deformed. On the fifth day during illness, red spots appear on the cheeks, behind the ear and on the surface of the skull. Spots spread on the whole body within a short span of time. Then temperature starts to come down in 24-29 hours after appearing the spots. Spots start to disappear from the face downwardly. The patient becomes healthy after 10-15 days.

Precautions:

1. Inoculation is necessary for the children to avoid from this disease.
2. The patient should take vitamin C, sour fruits because the disease named measles cures soon by taking such things.
3. There is itching on the body but it should not be scratched because the disease can spread by doing this.
4. The patient should take solid and liquid foodstuffs because such edibles suit to the patient.
5. The patient should not fear to the big dose of inoculation.
6. The patient should take rest in the room during fever. Sunlight should reach in the room too.
7. If the patient suffers from these symptoms as appearance of eruptions, cough, catarrh and red eyes, he should consult to the doctor

Introduction:

This fever mostly affects the intestines because of which the patient suffers from intestines diseases. So, it is called enteric fever. Its other name is vaata-mucus disorder. Generally, the period of this fever is from September to October. The germ, Abtis Bascillus or Bascillus Typhosus of this disease enters into the body with the foodstuffs or milk. Germs of this disease appear in the urine or excreta of the patient. The patient suffers from intermittent fever continuously and the patient suffers from convulsion in the stomach, spleen enlargement, sores in the intestines and origin of gas in the stomach. Symptoms of Bascillus Typhosus appear in patient’s excreta, urine, blood and sweat.
This fever affects very much on the intestines so it is called enteric fever. Mostly, this disease appears in cities than the villages and in small cities than the big cities. Besides it, this disease occurs in the countries which are neither much hot nor much cold. Water becomes infectious in the cities and villages where this disease pervades in the form of infection. Germs of this disease appear in drinking water or water of drains if it is tested.
Mostly young and strong persons suffer from this disease. Children suffer this disease hardly. There is no fear of this fever in the whole life if a person becomes the victim of this disease once but it can occur again soon just after getting relief once.

Causes:

Enteric or typhoid fever occurs because of decayed and rotten food or poisonous steam of dissolved dead body. Mostly this disease appears in winter season and this is the reason that it is called autumn fever too.
This disease spreads one place to another if drains and drinking water are not cleaned. Flies can be the reason of this disease.
A person can be the victim of this disease if he nurses to the typhoid patient. Its germ enters into the body through food, polluted water or dust particles. In this way, its germs transfer from patient to healthy person.
Patient of this disease looks normal but if a person comes in his contact, he can be the victim of this disease. One healthy person becomes the victim of this disease if he meets with the patient of typhoid.

Size and structure of germ:
Eberth’s Bascilus typhosus is a microscopic germ like thread which can be seen with the help of microscope. There are two round corks on the both sides of the germ. Therefore, some say it drum bacillus. Germs of this disease survive for a long time if sun light does not falls on them. They disappear within 4 to 10 days if sunlight falls on them. If a person becomes the victim of this disease, germs of this disease can be seen in patient’s urine and excreta, blood and sweat after second week of its origin. They can be seen only with the help of microscope. Germs can survive for a long time in ice.

Types of typhoid:

Impact on the intestines only.
A little impact on the intestines but great impact on the spleen, liver, vesica and brain membrane.
No impact of this disease on the intestines.
Miscellaneous attack of this disease as streptococcus, staphylococcus and colon basily after typhoid.
Regional attack of this disease as tumor or inflammation in the urethra because of typhoid bacillus, attack of paratyphoid.
Onset of typhoid after curing another disease.

Enteric fever:

There is swelling at the last portion of the intestines or several glands of inner side of the intestines when germs of this disease enter in the body of the patient. Afterwards, pus occurs there after decaying that portion and that decayed portion separates. Thus, a sore occurs there and blood flows from there. This sore heals up to some extant as the disease disappears. Sometimes, sore becomes and mostly it happens in the 12 inches long intestines of ilium. Mostly patient of this disease suffer from enlarged spleen; bones start to decay; there is internal change in the liver; sometimes the patient suffers from tumor; there is excessiveness of blood in the breathing system because of which an inflammation occurs there; inflammation in the membrane of heart and burning sensation in the membrane of brain.

Symptoms of typhoid:

When germs of this disease enter into the body but symptoms of this disease don’t appear, it is called incubation period of this disease. There is laziness in the body; patient does not desire to do work and he suffers from physical or mental disturbances when the stage of this disease stops. Besides these, the patient suffers from such symptoms as headache, shivering, anorexia, watery loose motions or sometimes bleeding from the intestines, enlargement of spleen, obstinate constipation; patient feels ammonium smell while breathing; loose motions look like water of rice or kidney bean pulse; vertigo, flatulence, pain in the stomach; pain and a sound takes places as the stomach is pressed; nose bleeding, restlessness; a strange sound takes place if one presses below side of the liver by finger, delirium, sleeping with half opened eyes and awakening all of a sudden.
Mostly, this disease stays till three weeks but sometimes, it lasts till 6 weeks. When the patient suffers from this disease, he likes nothing and suffers from headache, pain at the back of forehead, insomnia, sensation of cold, weakness and gloominess.

1. Bryonia: The patient should take Bryonia 3x or 6 if he suffers from such symptoms as headache and enteric symptoms after the confirmation of typhoid. This medicine should be taken at the regular intervals of two hours.
2. Rhus-tox: The patient should take Rhus Tox 6 if he suffers from restlessness and redness at the frontal portion of the tongue.
3. Baptisia: If the patient suffers from gloominess, foul smell from the stool and blood disorder due to collapsing fever, he should take Baptisya 1x and mother tincture of this medicine.
4. Arsenic: If the patient suffers from excessive laziness, he should take Arsenic 3x or 30 for getting relief.
5. Muriaticum-Acid: If the patient suffers from profound nervous prostration, dry tongue and coating on the teeth, he should take Muriaticum-Acid 3 for getting relief.
6. Acid-Phos: If the patient suffers from mental symptoms before physical symptoms, he should take 2 x or 3 potencies of Acid Phos for the treatment of this disease.
5. Terebinthina: If the patient suffers from flatulence, he should take Terebinthina 3x or 6 for getting relief. The patient should tie a cloth or bandage by immersing in its mother tincture or turpentine oil. The patient gets relief by doing so.
6. Opium: If the patient suffers from bleeding from the stomach, he should take Opium 6 and ice should be kept on the stomach. The patient gets a lot of relief by doing this. Medicines Ipika-3x or mother tincture of Hemamalis can be taken in such types of symptoms.
7. Stickanin: If the patient suffers from heart problems, he should take Stickanin 4 at the regular intervals of 4 hours. Precautions should be followed while taking this medicine. If the patient’s stage is serious, this medicine should not take without consulting to a doctor because there is doubt of paralysis in the intestines due to its excessive use and the patient can become the victim of collapsing fever.

Typhoydinum- 30 or 2oo or mother tincture.

Stage of typhoid:

If the patient suffers from typhoid fever, the medicines Baptisia, Arsenic, Rhus-Tox, Bryonia or Gelsimium can be taken.

Stage of typhoid in the stage of typhoid:

If the patient suffers from bleeding, the use of Nitric-Acid, Arnica, Milifrolium-3x, Hemamalis or Ipecac provides a lot of relief.

Shivering in the stage of typhoid:

If the patient suffers from shivering in all body organs, the use of Zincum, Apis or Gelsimium provides a lot of relief.

Nose bleeding stage during typhoid fever:

The medicines Crocus, Hemamelis, Ipecac, Milifolium or Aconite should be taken if the patient suffers from nose bleeding. These medicines provide a lot of relief.

Symptoms of stool in typhoid:

In this stage, the patient should take Cantharis, Hydrates or Pulstillia.

Diarrhoea:

If the patient suffers from diarrhoea, the use of Arsenic, Phos-Acid, Merc, Cuprum or Rhus-Tox provides a lot of relief.

Headache in the stage of typhoid:

The patient should take Hyoscyamus or Belladonna if he suffers from headache due to typhoid.

Delirium in the stage of typhoid:

In this stage, the patient should take Bryonia, Rhus-Tox, Opium, Acid-Phos, Ginesi, Agari, Belladonna, Stramonium or Hyoscyamus for getting relief.
Deafness and loss of memory in typhoid:
A patient who suffers from such symptoms, the use of Phos provides a lot of relief.
Pneumonia or inflammation in the lungs:
The patient should take Rhus-Tox, Andim-Tart, Arnica, Phosphorus, Hyoscyamus or Lycopodium if he suffers from such types of symptoms as mentioned above.
Ligament problems in typhoid:
In this stage, the patient should take Hyoscyamus, Belladonna, Ignatia or Egari for getting relief.
Symptoms of inflammation in the intestines in typhoid:
In this stage, the use of Bryonia, Cheli, Lepte, Hydre or Merc provides a lot of relief.
Excessiveness of bile in typhoid:
Medicines as Arsenicum, Phos-Acid, Opium, Lyco, Carbo-Veg, and Terebinthina should be taken if the patient suffers from excessive bile.
Worms in the stomach:
In this stage, the medicines as Teucrium, Spige or Cinna can be taken.

Unconsciousness in typhoid:

If the symptoms of unconsciousness appear, the use of Hyoscyamus, Zincum, Stremo, Apis, Rhus-Tox, Helibo Acid, Phos, Opium, Belladonna or Nux-Mus provides a lot of relief.

Last stage of typhoid:

In this stage, mostly patients become the victim of death. Therefore, the medicines as Acid-Muriaticum, Carbo-Veg, Arsenic, Sicali, Camphor or Veretrum should be given to the patient without delay if this stage takes birth.
Disturbed liver along with typhoid:
If there is any kind of disturbance in a patient’s liver, the use of powder of Merc-O-Flav, Lepte, Melilo, Podo, Cardd, or Chelido proves very beneficial. The patient can get a lot of relief by these medicines.
Treatment of typhoid patient in the period of non febrile period:
se Hyoscyamus, Belladonna, Zincum, Apis, Rhus or Opium if there is pain in patient’s forehead. Potencies of all the medicines should be 3 to 200.
Third to 200 potencies should be taken of the medicines as Phos-Iod or Bryonia if there is any disease in the chest.
If the patient suffers from old constipation, he should take 3 to 200 potencies of the medicines as Carbo-Veg, Ignatia, Merc or Nux-Vomica.
In the stage of deafness, the patient should take 3 to 200 potencies of such medicines as China, Chininum-Sulph, or Acid Phos.
If the patient feels appetite like devils, he should take 3 to 200 potencies of Cinna, China or Sulphur.
In the worse stage of typhoid when patient feels excessive weakness, he should take China-6, Nux Vomica-6, Ammonium-Carb or Acid Phos-6.

Introduction:-

The frontal part of the larynx is called pharynx. At the time of dentition, when the child sleeps and air stops, a kind of excitement takes birth in the trachea and the child coughs badly which is the cause of stopping breath. There may be several fits of this disease in a night. At the time of fits, the patient suffers from such types of symptoms as hot body, dry skin and blue face. It is ligament related disease. It is not a disease of respiratory organs or cough.

Causes:

The causes of the disease croup cough are as hereditary disease, sensation of cold, dentition, infantum diseases and the disease pertaining to faeces.

Treatment with different medicines:

1. Aconite: If the child suffers from dry cough and choked breathing, the medicine aconite should be given to get relief.
2. Bel: If the patient suffers from stiffness in the body, the use of Bel 3x provides a lot of relief.
3. Gels: If there is stiffness in the body along with excessive cough, the use of the medicine Gels 3x provides a lot of relief.
4. Ipecac: If the patient suffers from vomiting along with excessive cough along with phlegm, the use of Ipecac 3x is beneficial.
5. Cuprum: If there is stiffness and strain in the body along with this disease, 6 potencies of the medicine cuprum should be given to the patient.
6. Sambucus: If the child suffers from these symptoms as difficulty in breathing, waking up at night all of a sudden, blue face, panting, inhaling breath rapidly without stoppage and choked nose, the use of the medicine Sambucus 3x or 6 potencies is very beneficial.
7. Lachesis: If the patient suffers from the fits of this disease while sleeping, the use of 30 potencies provides a lot of relief.
8. Antim-tart: If the patient suffers from such symptoms as origin of thundering sound after choking the breath, difficulty in breathing, sensation of blocked phlegm, hoarsness, the use of 6 potencies provides a lot of relief.

Note:

The patient should take these medicines at the short regular intervals of 10-15 minutes.

Treatment of the normal condition of the patient with the different medicines:

1. Phosphorus: If cough reduces but there is pain in the chest along with cough, the medicine 3 potencies of phosphorus can be given to the patient.
2. Spongia: If the cough reduces but it is dry, the use of Spongia 1x or 3x proves very beneficial.
3. Hepar-sulphor: If the patient suffers from such symptoms hoarseness and cough with rustling sound, the medicine Hepar-Sulphor should be used to get relief.

Note:

All the medicines should be taken at the regular intervals of 3-4 hours.

Introduction:-

To identify cough, it is essential that there is swelling on the different portions of the trachea (a canal from mouth to the lungs) or not. There are different medicines which affect to the different body parts. The pipe that goes from mouth to the lungs is called canal.

Treatment of cough by different homeopathic medicines:

1. Heper: It is an efficacious medicine if the child suffers from these symptoms as fast croup cough to the child on the first night after the attack of cold, origin of other cold disease after some days and aggravation of disease gradually. The use of hepar 200 provides a lot of relief.

2. Aconite:
There is swelling in the canal of the patient viz swelling in the larynx and trachea both. The patient suffers from such symptoms as dry cough, blocked throat. The child grasps his throat while coughing. Mostly, this type of cough starts because of cold. Croup cough starts all of sudden. In these symptoms, the use of the medicine Aconite 6, 30 or 200 proves very beneficial.
If two children of a family are taken for walking in cold-hot weather, it is seen that one child suffers from croup cough due to cold and the other child suffers from croup cough after one or two days. The medicine aconite should be given to such symptoms.
If some one suffers from croup cough due to cold-hot weather, the medicine Aconite should be taken for the treatment of such types of symptoms.
For the treatment of such types of cough, first of all Aconite 200 should be given to the patient and after that Spongia 200 and hepar 200. If the medicines are given in this way, the disease disappears. There is no need to continue this method of medicines if disease disappears by taking first dose. If the patient suffers from these symptoms as sensation of fear, restlessness, excessive worries and great problem at the night due to dry cough or catarrh because of cold, first of all the medicine Aconite should be taken.

3. Bryonia:
Mostly patients of cough, catarrh or cough use the medicine Aconite or Belladonna. They think that they have taken adequate medicine but at the time of taking medicine they should consider that there is a great resemblance between the symptoms of disease and medicine. If there will be no resemblance between the two, all the symptoms will not end but only some symptoms disappear. Thus, the disease will not disappear fully. The medicine Aconite is used in that condition when the patient is strong but he suffers only from excessive cough, catarrh and fever. If the patient suffers from such symptoms as fast cough at midnight and catarrh, the medicine Belladonna can be used but the patient should have the symptoms related to head and brain. When the patient suffers from chillness and the symptoms appear gradually as sneezing on the very first day, running nose on the second day and fast cough or fever on the third day. In this condition, the medicine Bryonia should be taken to get relief. Therefore, typhoid comes gradually.
The patient suffers from such symptoms as dry cough, fast cough by speaking because movement is not good for him, cough by going hot to cold and cold to hot room, pain in the chest and head by coughing, difficulty in lying at night due to cough, difficulty in expectorating phlegm from the chest due to dryness, great thirst, aggravation of disease by any movement and the patient sits after awakening due to coughing. Besides these, the patient becomes irritated, wrath and hot natured. In all these symptoms, the patient should take the medicine Bryonia for the treatment.

4. Belladonna:
The use of Belladonna 6, 30 or 200 is very beneficial if the patient suffers from the attack of dry cough at night.
A little phlegm comes out by coughing rapidly and the patient gets slight relief. But at the hour of relief he suffers from such symptoms as aggravation of dryness in the canal continuously, itching, fits of cough as if all the parts of canal are taking part in it, blocked throat, sometimes vomiting because of which a little bit of phlegm comes out and he gets slight relief. Belladonna should be used in all these symptoms. Such symptoms should be observed deeply and after that this medicine should be taken. Symptoms are as red face due to cough, hot face, dislikes for light and noise, hate from other’s touch and he tries to expectorate phlegm by scratching. The patient has cold nature.
5. Phosphorus: The patient suffers from such symptoms as constant dry cough, scanty sputum, maturation of the phlegm in the throat and chest because of which pain starts, aggravation of cough by taking breath, nervousness, aggravation of cough as stranger comes at home, unbearable pain in the throat and larynx. The patient does not want to cough and speak because of pain. In all these symptoms, the patient should take Phosphorus 30 or 200 before using this medicine. The patient should mentioned these symptoms as pain in the throat, hoarseness in the evening, cough by going hot to cold and cold to hot room, difficulty in throat, sensation of rustling sound in the larynx and sternum, fast pain in the larynx, onset of cough from the mouth palate, cough after meals, aggravation of cough due to fragrance, excessive cough before strangers, nervousness, fear from darkness, desire for cold water, great desire for salt and he wants to live alone. The patient has cold nature.
6. Nux vomica: When phlegm sticks in the lower portion of the trachea and there is need to clear it out again and again, the medicine Nux Vomica 30, 200 should be used for the treatment of cough. During the treatment of cough by this medicine, some symptoms should be observed minutely. First of all, the patient suffers from catarrh which goes downwardly and reaches to trachea and it becomes the cause of coughing; he suffers from light fever, sensation of chillness by uncovering the clothes, headache due to cough, fit of cough in which the patient suffers from nausea, feeling bed in cold and dry weather, unbearable pain in the naval region, irritation and wrath. The patient has cold nature.
7. Casticum: It is very efficacious medicine in these symptoms as hoarseness in the morning, cough due to cold water or no relief in throat problem due to cold water.
8. Ignatia: The use of Ignatia 200 is very beneficial in these symptoms as dry cough, aggravation of cough as the patient coughs, aggravation of cough if larynx is contracted and sensation of touch of feather in the throat. The patient has cold nature.
9. Sulphur: If the patient suffers from such symptoms as suffocation due to cough, cough at night, desire for open air so he opens the windows and gates, inflammation in the feet, waves of hot on the head, chest and face, sensation of heat, chronic cough, dry or wet cough, red lips, ear, eyelids and other organs, walk by bending, difficulty in standing for a long time, excessive appetite at 11 am, dislikes for bath and desire for ghee, the use of Sulphur 30-200 proves very beneficial.
10. Hyoscyamus: The patient suffers from such symptoms as dry cough, constant irritation because of which cough starts, aggravation of cough by lying, no relief after sitting; the reason of it is that cough comes when uvula touches the mouth palate and when the patient lies; uvula does not touch to the mouth palate and cough does not start; cough start by an dry spot in the canal. In all these symptoms, the patient should take Hyoscyamus 30, 200. Its use provides a lot of relief.
11. Cammomila: It is an efficacious medicine if the child suffers from dry cough at the time of dentition. Camommila 30 should be given in this condition.
12. Calcarea Carb: The patient suffers from such symptoms as whooping cough, sensation of dust in the throat, cough after meals, cough by lying, pus like substance in the phlegm, yellow, salty and fetid phlegm, aggravation of disease due to cold or humidity and cold wind, wet feet, sweating from head to neck. In all such symptoms, the patient should take Calcarea Carb 30-200 for treatment.
13. Ammonia Mur: If cough starts from the larynx and the patient suffers from these symptoms as irritation in the larynx, white phlegm, cough in the whole larynx, dry cough, the use of Ammonia Mur 3, 6 provides relief.

Treatment of moist cough by different medicines:

1. Ammonia carb: If the patient suffers from such symptoms as entangling phlegm in the canal because of which there is difficulty in breathing, excessive phlegm in the chest which is not coming out, excessive cough at 3 am in the morning, suffocation, difficulty in breathing, he should take Ammonia 6 in all these symptoms. Its use provides a lot of relief. If the patient of tuberculosis faces problem while expectorating phlegm from the lungs, the use of Ammonia Carb provides a lot of relief.
2. Antim tart: The patient suffers from these symptoms as asthma or cough due to phlegm in the lungs, rattling sound, difficulty while expectorating to the phlegm, the medicine named Antim Tart 6 should be given in all these symptoms of children and old persons for relief. Sometimes, this medicine saves a man from the grasp of death. If the patient suffers from these symptoms phlegm in the lungs, rattling sound, catarrh, bronchitis, croup cough, bronchi pneumonia and pluro pneumonia, the use of this medicine proves very beneficial. Phlegm does not come out due to lungs’ weakness. The weakness of lungs disappears by the use of this medicine.
3. hepar Sulph: This medicine affects very much to the lungs. hepar Sulph 30, 200 should be taken if the patient suffers from croup cough. The medicine hepar can be used like Aconite if the cause of cough originates due to dry cold wind. If the patient suffers from croup cough due to sticking phlegm; cough starts if any body organ is uncovered; aggravation of disease in dry and cold wind and amelioration in hot and moist wind, the patient should take Hepar Sulph.
4. Antim Tart: The patient suffers from these symptoms as phlegm in the chest, cough like asthma, fit of cough, sensation of blocked throat, whispering sound while taking breath, convulsion in the child’s body due cough, blue body, retching and vomiting. Such patient who suffers from these symptoms should take Antim Tart 30, 200. While taking this medicine it should be remembered that the tongue of the patient is clean and neat. This medicine helps in expectorating phlegm.
5. Cali Bycom: The patient expectorates white phlegm like thread and pieces of mucus membrane also come with phlegm. The patient should take Cali Bycom 30 for the treatment.
6. Stenum: If the patient suffers from fever of tuberculosis, excessive sweating at night, cough starts from the deep of lungs, sensation of lungs’ emptiness, excessive sputum, sputum like egg but with light yellowness and greenness, sputum sometimes sweet and sometimes salty, aggravation of cough by speaking and sensation of emptiness in the chest, the medicine Stenum 30 should be taken for treatment.
7. Drosera: The patient vomits while coughing and he suffers from these symptoms as whooping cough, aggravation of cough while sleeping, at night, by laughing, by weeping, by singing, by smoking, by drinking water, vomiting or retching, blood particles with phlegm, sweating after sleeping. In all these symptoms, the patient should take the medicine Drosera to get relief.
8. Natrum Mur: The use of Natrum Mur 30, 200 provides a lot of relief to the patient if he suffers from these symptoms as phlegm like clean water or frothy phlegm, dry cough due to the enlargement of uvula and dryness in the one portion of the larynx from there cough starts.
9. Pulstilla: The patient should take Pulstilla 30, 200 if he suffers from these symptoms as yellow or blue phlegm, aggravation of phlegm in the evening, amelioration of symptoms of disease by sitting and urinate while coughing involuntarily. The patient can take the medicine Cali Sulph if he expectorates yellow colored phlegm.
10. Cina: If the patient suffers from these symptoms as dry cough, inflammation in the nose, insomnia due to cough, excessive cough in the night, he should take the medicine Cina to get relief.
11. Rhus tox: The use of Rhus Tox 30 is very beneficial if cough starts from the throat and the patient suffers from wet cough and cough due to wetting.
12. Thuja: The patient should take Thuja 30 if the patient suffers from cough during day not night.
13. Gelsimium: If the patient suffers from these symptoms as rapid cough along with hoarseness, pain in the chest and the patient feels lots of trouble, he should take Gelsimium 3 for the treatment.
14. Sepia: The patient suffers from these symptoms as excessive sweating, difficulty while expectorating because of which the patient swallows the phlegm, cough due to sticking phlegm in the chest. In these symptoms, the patient should take Sepia 30 to get relief.
15. Sanguinaria Nitricum: It is an efficacious medicine if the patient suffers from titillation in the nose. The medicine Sanguinaria Nitricum 6 should be taken.
16. Antim Tart: If the patient suffers from such symptoms as suppression of voice, hoarseness, excessive phlegm while speaking, rattling sound of phlegm while inhaling and exhaling breath, no phlegm while coughing, sometimes frothy phlegm, panting while coughing, difficulty in expectorating phlegm, vomiting while having meal because of which eaten meal comes out with vomiting, yawning while coughing, the use of Antim Tart 3 or 30 provides a lot of relief.
17. Acid Nitric: In such symptoms as dry cough, chronic cough, no phlegm, pain under the bones of the chest, constipation and the patient gets a lot of trouble due to cough, the patient should take the medicine Acid Nitric 3, 30 for treatment.
18. Manganum Aceticum: The patient of this disease has to cough slightly while sleeping and he suffers from hoarseness. The disease aggravates in the evening and moist wind. Such patient should take Manganum Aceticum 3 or 30 for getting relief.
19. Rumex: If the patient suffers from these symptoms as constant dry cough, unconsciousness while coughing, aggravation of disease in the cold wind or night and 10-12 am and the patient gets a lot of relief if he covers himself with a cloth from head to feet. The use of Rumex 6 is beneficial.
20. Sticta: The patient should take Stictak 6 or 12 if he suffers from these symptoms as no difficulty while coughing, whooping cough, and sensation of unconsciousness like cough and aggravation of disease at night.
21. Merc- vivus: If the patient suffers from these symptoms as dry cough that puzzles to the patient, sensation of suppressed throat or sore in the throat due to coughing, sores in the nose and sweating, he should take the medicine Merc Bybus 3 to get relief.
22. Allium Sativa: If the symptoms are as chronic cough with excessive mucus and the patient suffers from excessive cough as he comes out from the room after sleeping, the use of Allium Sativa 3 to get relief.
23. Coccus Cacti: If the patient suffers from these symptoms as excessive phlegm with cough, phlegm like thread, sensation of enlarged uvula because of which cough troubles continuously, feeling unconsciousness in the morning, choking breath and cough starts as the patient wakes up, he should take Coccus Cacti 6 to get relief.
24. Nitric acid: If the patient suffers from constipation along with cough, he should take nitric acid 3 for the treatment of the disease.
25. Merc Sol: If the patient suffers from these symptoms as chronic cough with dilute phlegm, aggravation of cough at night and greasy and sticky phlegm, he should take Merc-Sol for the treatment of the disease.
26. Mentha Pipreta: The symptoms of the patient of dry cough aggravates by sunlight or wind. The patient should take Menthe Pipreta 3 to obtain relief.
27. Natrum Phos: If the patient suffers from cough due to acidity, he should take Natrum Phos 6 for the treatment of disease.
28. Corelium: If the patient of Hysteria or ligament suffers from cough, he should take Corelium 3 or 30 to get relief.
29. Cali-sulph: If the patient expectorates yellow colored phlegm with cough, he should take Cali-Sulph 6 to obtain relief.
30. Conium: If the patient suffers from such symptoms as cough due to titillation in the throat, aggravation of cough by sleeping, sitting, laughing, at night and amelioration during day, he can take Conium 6 or 30 for the treatment.
31. Natrum-Sulph: If the patient suffers from these symptoms as cough due to acidity, amelioration of cough in rainy season or humid wind, the use of Natrum Sulph 6 provides a lot of relief.

Swelling comes in the hole of nose like garlic or onion flakes, which is known by the name of nasa in Hindi language. Swelling can be in one or both nostrils. The patient suffers from cold before this disease. First of all, the patient suffers from pain in the neck and then pain in the body, red eyes, fever and burning sensation on the skin. When the patient suffers from such types of symptoms, it is called nasal fever. This disease onsets and disappears also all of sudden.

Mostly, small children become the victim of this disease. Temperature rises to 102 degree and sometimes more than it. There is convulsion along with this fever so it is called febrile convulsion. Children, who are 3 months or 5 years old, suffer from convulsion in the body along with fever. Such types of symptoms don’t appear due to any disturbance in the ligament. If there is no convulsion or unconsciousness with fever, it should not be considered febrile convulsion. Such types of symptoms disappear soon in children. Mostly children suffer from this stage only once in 24 hours. It is a normal unconsciousness. Tumor in the mind, inflammation in the mind or pressure on the nerve and symptoms of unconsciousness that occurs due to pressure on the nerve; such symptoms should not be considered febrile convulsion.

Causes:

Mostly, this type of fever occurs because of the infection of virus or bacteria in the breathing system. Flu, inflammation in the anus or ear, mumps and inflammation in tonsils can be the other causes of this disease. There is a big doubt of this disease in those children whose brothers and sisters have become the victim of this disease in past.

Symptoms:

Symptoms of this disease are as temperature rises to 102 or sometimes more than it; there is convulsion in the body as this fever comes; first of all contraction occurs in the muscles and afterwards body starts to extend in this disease; a strange type of pain (baynte) occurs continuously from some seconds to 15 minutes; sometimes convulsion occurs in the body again but when attack of convulsion continues more than 14 minutes, it should be considered that the patient’s condition is worse.

What should be done or what not in the condition of febrile convulsion:

When the child suffers from strange pain (baynte), the child should be kept on such a place that the may not fall and remain far from any injury.
Child should be kept on a safe place.
Don’t pull hands and feet of the child to check unconsciousness in the stage of fits.
Wait for breaking unconsciousness itself.
A pad should be kept between the teeth of child so that there is no hurt on the tongue.
Start treatment after consulting to a doctor.
Forehead should be mopped many times with wet towel and towel should be immersed in water again and again.
