Eczema Of The Ear
Introduction:-
Sometimes, red colored pimples or flecks appear near about the ear which is called eczema of the ear. It keeps on itching and gets suppurated. Sometimes, the victim becomes deaf too.
Treatment of this disease with different drugs:-
1. Lachesis- In the condition feeling pain at the time of swallowing food or any type of other eatables, Lachesis 6 can be used for the treatment of it.
2. Rhus-tox- If acute eczema occurs on the external orifice of the ear, for the treatment of it, using 3 potency of this drug at an interval of every 2-2 hours provides benefits.
3. Mezereum- If Rhus-tox and Croton make no impression, taking Mezereum 1 at an interval of every 2-2 hours is beneficial.
4. Croton Tiglium- To cure acute eczema of the external orifice of the ear, if Rhus-tox makes no impression within 2-3 days, taking 3 potency of this drug at an interval of every 2-2 hours is beneficial.
Treatment of chronic eczema of the external orifice of the ear:-
1. Gun powder- Gun powder 3x should be used at an interval of every 8-8 hours to cure chronic eczema of the external orifice of the ear.
2. Graphites- If chronic eczema occurs behind the ear, using 6 potency of this drug at an interval of every 6-6 hours is beneficial.
3. Bovista- This drug is very useful for the treatment of chronic eczema. Eruptions are appeared on the entire body with eczema around the ear, the symptoms of disease start to aggravate. Thus, to cure this disease, Ars 3 can be also used after Bovista.

3. Bovista- This drug is very useful for the treatment of chronic eczema. Eruptions are appeared on the entire body with eczema around the ear, the symptoms of disease start to aggravate. Thus, to cure this disease, Ars 3 can be also used after Bovista.
Otorrhoea
Introduction:-
If scrofula occurs in small children, pus starts to occur in his ear that begins to come out from the ear. Sometimes fluid like pus also starts to flow out from the ear after chicken pox or measles. If this disease persists for a long time, deafness or several types of other diseases can also occur.
Some other treatment:-
Higher potency of any drug should be never used for the treatment of otorrhoea, because sometime it can harm.
Mix clean and fresh water in two times of milk then washes the ear with this water and then the ear should be dried with blatting paper. After that, cotton should be put in the ear after dripping 1-2 drops of carbolic acid on it.
After grinding 5 grain Boric acid well and then should be put in the ear before going to bed.
Treatment of this disease with different drugs:-
1. Kali-mur- If fluid (secretion) is secreting from the middle of the ear, Kali-mur 3x or 12x or 3 can be used at an interval of every 1-1 hour.
2. Capsicum- If pus is flowing from the ear with bleeding occasionally, Capsicum 6 can be used for the treatment of it.
3. Merc-va- If offensive pus is flowing from the ear with bleeding especially after chicken pox and the glands around the ear have swollen, scratching pain is occurring in the obsessed part, using the powder of Merc-va 6x is very effective to cure such symptoms of the patient.
4. Puls- If dilute fluid like water is flowing from the ear without smell or if such symptoms appear after burning sensation in the ear or measles, using Puls 3 or 6 is beneficial to cure this disease. If otorrhoea is acute (new), 3 or 30 potency of this drug is very useful for the treatment of it.
5. Hydrastis- In the condition of secretion from the middle part of the ear, Hydrastis 1 should be used at an interval of every 8-8 hours. Mix 8 drops of its mother tincture in 14 ml of glycerin and drip few drops of this solution in the ear daily at night.
6. Kali-bi- If puls is failed for curing otorrhoea, Kali-bi should be used.
7. Arum-met- If additional pus is flowing from the ear with offensive smell, for the treatment of it, Arum-met 6 should be taken. If tympanic membrane and malleus have destroyed with the ear hole filled with pus, 30 potency of this drug should be taken.
8. Arnica- If pus is flowing from the ear with earache, using Arnica 3x is very effective to cure this disease. With the use of this drug, 1-2 drops of its oil should be also dripped in the ear.
9. Sulphur:-
If fluid like pus is coming out from the ear in excess volume due to using mercury, Hepar-sulphur 6 is very useful for the treatment of it.
If otorrhoea is acute (new) and Puls is failed, it should be treated with this drug.
If otorrhoea has become chronic and well chosen drugs make no impression, taking Sulphur 30 is very useful.
If patient feels difficulty in hearing due to drying up pus, Sulphur 30 should be used for the treatment of it. Phosphorus can be also used for the same symptoms.
If otorrhoea has become chronic, 30 potency of this drug is very useful to cure it.
10. Calcarea-carb- If otorrhoea has become chronic, Calcarea-carb 3 or 30 can be used for the treatment of it. The people who are suffered from cold by exposure to even little cold, 30 or 200 potency of this drug is very useful.
11. Nitric-acid- If pain and swelling occur in the part behind and below the ear with the secretion of offensive pus, Nitric-acid 6 should be taken.
12. Silica- If diluted (watery) pus is secreting from the ear and swelling has occurred outside the ear, for the treatment of it, Silica 30 can be used. This drug is also very useful in the case of closed ear all the time. This drug should be also used in the cases of forming scabs inside the ear with coming out watery pus from the ear.
13. Psorinum- In the condition of flowing offensive pus from the ear, Psorinum 30 can be used for the treatment of it.
14. Tellurium- If troubles due to otorrhoea are chronic, using Tellurium 6 is very effective to cure this type of symptom.
15. Graphites- If sticky offensive pus with blood is secreting from the ear, using Graphites 6 is very effective.
16. Aconite- If otorrhoea is caused due to exposure to cold and if it is acute (new), taking Aconite 30 is beneficial for the treatment of such symptoms.
17. Belladonna- If headache is caused with otorrhoea, taking Belladonna 30 is beneficial for the treatment of it.
18. Calcarea- If otorrhoea has become chronic, for the treatment of it, using 30 potency of this drug is very effective.
19. Lycopodium- 30 potency of this drug can be used for the treatment of chronic otorrhoea.
20. Hepar-sulph- If pus is flowing (otorrhoea) with sour smell, 30 potency of this drug is very useful for the treatment of it. Wounds of the ear start to recover after the use of this drug and it is also useful in the case of forming hole in the ear drum.
21. Silicea- If otorrhoea has become chronic and well chosen drugs make no impression, Silicea 30 should be used to cure such symptoms.
22. Kali bicrome- If pus is thick (concentrated), sticky, yellow and like thread with offensive smell and violent pricking pain starts in the left ear, Kali-bicrome 3x or 30 should be used for the treatment of such symptoms.
23. Tellurium- Using Tellurium 6 is beneficial to cure chronic otorrhoea. If watery pus is secreting with offensive smell from the middle ear with burning sensation, this drug can be used to cure it.
24. Merc-sol- If pus is secreting from the ear, taking Merc-sol 6 at an interval of every 8-8 hours is beneficial to cure this disease.
25. Borax- If pus is secreting from the ear, 3 potency of this drug should be taken and grind 6 grain of Boric acid to make it as fine powder and then put in the ear before going to bed or grind an equal quantity of Boric acid, Plantago and sugar of milk then put in the ear after drying up. It will provide benefit.
Some other treatment:-

Deafness
Introduction:-
Well, there is no any treatment for a person who is suffering from deafness from birth, but if deafness is caused by any other reason, it can be treated.
There are three types of deafness:-
Deafness generated by several types of diseases.
Deafness from birth.
Deafness generated due to neural malfunctioning or physical weakness.
Causes of deafness:-
There can be several reasons for deafness or lack of hearing power- stopping the ear due to loud sound, injury of the forehead and thickening of dirt in the ear. This disease can also occur due to several other reasons like- forming pus in the ears or any type of disease in the ear, etc. It can also occur due to taking additional quinine. Due to these symptoms, a person can become deaf or starts to hear high.
Treatment of deafness with homoeopathic drugs according to the different types of symptoms:-
Deafness due to physical weakness:-
If deafness has occurred due to physical weakness, for the treatment of it, Phos 3 is very useful.
If deafness has occurred due to physical weakness with neuralgic symptoms, the powder of Chini-sulph 3x should be used to cure this disease.
If deafness has occurred due to physical weakness with fast palpitation of the heart, for the treatment of it, Petrol 3x or Ars 3 can be used.
Deafness occurred due to exposure to cold:-
If this disease has occurred due to exposure to cold and it is acute, for the treatment of it, using Puls 3 is beneficial.
If this disease has occurred due to exposure to cold and it becomes chronic, the powder of Kali-hydro 3x or Merc-bi 6x should be taken.
If deafness has occurred due to exposure to moist air of rainy season, Dulkamara 6 is used to cure this disease.
For the treatment of deafness occurring due to exposure to cold dry air, Acon 2x should be used.
If deafness has occurred due to exposure to cold and patient hears less while talking with others, Bryo can be used for the treatment of it.
Deafness occurred due to fever:-
If a person is suffering from vertigo with deafness generated by fever, taking Bell 3 is beneficial to cure this disease.
If deafness has occurred due to fever coming after bleeding from the body, using China 3x or Acid-phos is very effective to cure this disease. Puls 6 or Sulph 30 can be also used to cure this type of deafness.
Deafness occurred due to suppression of any skin disease or pus of the ear:-
For the treatment of such symptoms, Sulphur 30, Hepar-sulphur 6 or Arum 3x or 200 should be used.
Deafness occurred due to burning sensation of the palat or swelling of the upchinha:-
For the treatment of deafness occurring due to such symptoms, Merc-cor 6, Merc-bin-iod 6x, Kali-hydro 3x or the powder of its 30 potency or Baryta-carb 6 should be used.
If deafness occurred due to such symptoms with sough sensation, Arnica 3x can be used.
Hearing strange voices in the ears:-
1. For the treatment of deafness occurring due to this type of symptom with lack of hearing power, Nux-vom 3 should be taken.
2. If the hearing power is strong with this type of symptom, using Natrum-salisilicum 3 or Ignatia 6 is very effective.
3. If a person feels slight (milk) pain in the left ear glands with deafness, Baptisia 2x should be taken.
Treatment of this disease by different drugs:-
1. Berbascum- If the patient feels as if ear is blocked due to deafness, Mangenum 6 should be taken at an interval of every 4-4 hours.
2. Merc-sor- If deafness has occurred due to blocking the tube that spreads from the mouth (much-ganhar) to the ear or due to swelling of this tube, Merc-sol 3 should be taken at an interval of every 6-6 hours to cure this disease.
3. Hydrastis- If Kali-mur or Dulcis makes no impression, Hydrastis should be taken at an interval of every 3-3 hours. If Hydrastis is also failed, Mezereum 1 should be used at an interval of every 3-3 hours.
4. Kali-mur- In the case of deafness, Kali-mur 6x should be used at an interval of every 3-3 hours. It helps to open the ear closing due to any reason. Merc-Dulcis can be also used in the condition of such symptoms.
5. Calcarea carb- This drug is used to remove infantile deafness. 1 dosage of this drug should be used at an interval of every 8-8 hours.
6. Graphites- If the patient suffering from this disease is able to hear well in noisy places and is not able to hear properly in these places, Graphites 3 should be used at an interval of every 8-8 hours.
7. Magnesia- Magnesia 200 is very useful to cure deafness of old or middle aged person.
8. Pulsatilla- To remove deafness occurring due to measles or cold, taking Pulsatilla 30 is beneficial.
9. Carbo-veg- 30 potency of this drug should be taken to cure deafness occurring due to dryness of the ear or lack of wax in the ear.
10. Phosphorus- Deafness occurring due to weakness or scrofula in the body in which the patient hears different types of sound and is not able to understand (hears) others voices; always hears the same voice. Thus, Phosphorus 30 can be used to cure such symptoms of the patient.
11. Acid-phos- If deafness has occurred due to weakness of the body by additional emission, taking Acid-phos 6 is very useful.
12. Chininum-sulph- Due to accumulation of blood (congestion), if the patient feels headache, hearing the same kind of voices with the symptoms of deafness, for the treatment of it, the powder of Chininum-sulph 3 should be used.
13. Mezereum- If Hydrastis makes no impression in deafness, Mezereum 1 should be tried at an interval of every 3-3 hours.
14. Elaps- If pus secrets from the ear with chronic deafness, Elaps 3 is used for the treatment of it.
Other treatment:-
1. In the first stage of deafness, drip about 4 drops of Mulen oil in the ear two times a day or put cotton in the ear after immersing it in this oil.
2. The ears should be protected from water while taking bathe.
3. We should never slap on the ear of the children because this disease can occur due to getting hurt on the ear.
4. If additional dirt has thickened in the ear, it should be removed by cleaning, but carefully.
Well, there is no any treatment for a person who is suffering from deafness from birth, but if deafness is caused by any other reason, it can be treated.

5. Gelsemium: If a woman is feeling earache due to suppressed menses, taking 30 potency of this drug is beneficial to cure this pain.

13. Nitric-acid- If otitis has become chronic, Nitric-acid 6 or Sulphur 30 is beneficial to cure it.
Other treatment:-
In the case of otitis and appearing boils and pimples, the ear should be covered with cotton or flanel, because the symptoms of disease can be aggravated due to getting cold in the hole of the ear. The affected part should be fomented with hot flannel or salty bag, hot or dry sponge or dripping 1-2 drops of mullen oil or hot mustard oil in the ear provides relief from pain.

The patient should put lukewarm oil in his ear for 3-4 days regularly at night and in the next morning, ear should be washed with lukewarm water, but careful that water should not be gone in to the ear. Putting ground nut oil as lukewarm in the ear at night is beneficial and patient sleep well after getting relief from pain.

Tinnitus Aurium
Introduction:-
The patient suffering from this disease hears strange voices like so-so, fus-fus or goon-goon, etc. this disease occurs due to several types of ear related diseases or neuralgic weakness. When this disease is become chronic, patient also becomes deaf slowly.
Treatment of this disease with different drugs:-
1. Acid-phosphoric- If the patient hears bells sound and humming sound, using Acid phosphoric 3 or 30 is beneficial to cure such symptoms.
2. Pylokarpin- To cure tinnitus aurium, 2x potency of this drug should be used.
3. Acid-nit- For the treatment of this disease occurring due to additional use of quinine, taking Acid-nit 6 is beneficial.
4. China- China 200 is used to cure tinnitus aurium. If this disease is caused due to use of quinine, this drug is more beneficial.
5. Belladonna- If this disease has occurred due to accumulation of blood in the brain, use of Belladonna 6 is beneficial.
6. Chininum-sulph- If a person hears sounds like- humming, thundering of the cloud, hiss-hiss or music, etc., Chininum-sulph 3x should be taken to cure this disease.
7. Digi- If a person is hearing sounds like- soughing, buzzing or hiss-hiss, for the treatment of it, using Digi 3 is beneficial.
8. Natrum-Salisilicum- If a person is suffering from thundering sound and lack of hearing power with vertigo, Natrum-Salisilicum 3x can be used. To cure this disease, 3x potency of this drug can be also used at an interval of every 6-6 hours.
9. Carboneum-sulph- If a person is hearing loud sound or bell sound with deafness, Carboneum-sulph 3 is very useful.
10. Silicea- If a person hears thundering sound, taking Silicea 3 or 200 is very useful.
11. Graphites- With thundering sound, if the patient has deafness, but the ear becomes insensitive in noisy place, Graphites 6 is very useful to cure this disease.
If a person hears like- roar sounds, loud voices; but hears well in vehicles sound or in the noises of the instruments and does hears well without any noises, for the treatment of such symptoms, using 3 or 6 potency of this drug at an interval of every 8-8 hours is beneficial.
12. Kali-Iod- If this disease becomes chronic, Kali-Iod 30 is used to cure it. To cure this disease, Hydrastis 3 and Merc-sol 6 can be also used with this drug.
13. Veretra-album- If tinnitus aurium has occurred with vomiting, Veretra-album 3 is very useful to cure such symptoms of the patient.

Mumps Or Parotitis
Introduction:-
A node is situated in the lower section of the ear, called ear-root. When this disease occurs, this node is swelled up and becomes red, tough with pain due to bacteria. Due to this disease, the patient has also fever with swelling of this cheek. He is not able to move his neck; saliva goes on coming out from the mouth. Mostly, this disease occurs in young people and children. It can occur occasionally in old and women. It is a type of infectious disease and is matured within four days and all its symptoms are suppressed after 8-10 days.
When this disease occurs, all its symptoms are aggravated within four days and suppressed after 8-10 days. It becomes dangerous when it starts to affect the breasts in woman or testicles in man besides nodes.
Treatment of this disease with different drugs:-
1. Sulphur-
With this disease, if patient has doubt to produce pus, for the treatment of it, taking 30 potency of this drug is beneficial.
Parotidinum-
Giving 6 or 30 potency of this drug 2-3 times a day as disease resistance is very beneficial; the patient should take this drug at an interval of every 4-4 hours.
Aconite-
If mumps patient has suffered from fever and feeling restlessness, much vex, thirst, pain,, etc., Aconite 30 should be taken for the treatment of such patient.
Belladonna and Merc-Iodide-
For the treatment of this disease, taking 3x potency of this drug is very useful. After the use of this drug, Merc-Iodide 30 should be taken. Both these drugs should be used at the gapping of half an hour.
2. Phytolacca- Mainly this drug is used to cure disease related to the glands. If the glands have swollen, 3 potency of this drug should be used. If well chosen medicine makes no impression, this drug is very useful for the treatment of it.
3. Rhus-tox- If the glands of ear-root has swollen that affects the left ear with becoming the obsessed part in deep red and fast pain and if disease has occurred due to moist air in the rainy season,, etc., taking 3 potency of this drug is beneficial.
4. Pulsatilla- If mumps patient is feeling pain in his ear and gets relief by fomentation on the obsessed part, 30 potency of this drug should be used. If this disease affects the breast and the testicle, use of this drug is beneficial.
5. Lachesis- If the left gland of the throat has swollen much; feeling intolerable pain by touching the obsessed part; is not able to swallowing anything; the patient is feeling pain inside the throat; the face has become red and swell, etc., using 30 potency of this drug is beneficial to cure such symptoms of the patient.
6. Hepar-sulphur- In the condition of forming pus in the ears with mumps, taking 6 or 30 potency of this drug is very useful for the treatment of such patient.
7. Abrotanum- 3 or 30 potency of this drug should be used to cure mumps. This drug is very useful when patient has suffered from loosemotions; arthritis pain has occurred that is followed by piles (hemorrhoids) or suppressed the swelling of the ear-root that is followed by swelling of the breasts or testicles, etc.
8. Silica- If mumps has become chronic and is not curing easily, use of 6 or 30 potency of this drug is very useful.
9. Merc-sol- If swelling persists in the left side of the cheek; offensive smell is coming out from the mouth; saliva filled in the mouth; feeling thirst, offensive sweating with mumps, etc., 30 potency of this drug should be used.
10. Merc-bin-Iod- If the nodes of the ear-root have swollen up or having difficulty in chewing, for the treatment of such symptoms of the patient, the powder of Merc-bin-Iod 6x and Phyto 1x can be used. This drug should be used at an interval of every 6-6 hours.
11. Lycopodium- If the throat swelling starts from the left side and has moved to the right side; the patient has desire to drink hot beverages with mumps, taking 30 potency of this drug is beneficial.
12. Aconite- If the patient feels fever with burning sensation of the ear-root, two to three dosage of Aconite 3x is very useful.
Other treatment:-
The patient suffering from this disease should take enough rest and should avoid cold and wet air.
The affected part should be fomented hot.
Patient should protect himself from cold because mostly it is caused due to exposure to cold.
He should not take milk or fish or meat in enough quantity.
The affected part should be covered with cotton so that flies do not sit on it.
In the first stage of this disease, taking barley, greens or soup, etc are appropriate.
He should take light and easily digestible and nutritive and water eatables.
Mix 5 grane of Iodide of mercury with 1 ounce of olive oil and then should be applied on the affected with the help of cotton.
