Tremor
Introduction:-
Shivering, as in fits, occurs also in this disease. As in fits, first of all, the patient has shivering and then he becomes unconsciousness. Homoeopathic doctors have discovered many drugs for the treatment of such patient who has been suffering from this disease, which helps to cure shivering.
Treatment of this disease by following drugs:
1.Agaricus- If the patient’s hands and legs start shivering; the body is turned into blue and he feels coldness, he should take Agaricus 3X.
2. Merc-sol- If tremor has occurred after starting shivering in the fingers, taking Merc-sol 12 or 30 is very effective.
3. Stramonium or Aconite- If the patient becomes unconscious after beginning of shiver in his hands and legs due to fear, Stramonium 3x or Aconite 3 should be taken.
4. Ignatia- if the patient got unconsciousness in the condition of fast shivering due to mental irritation (stimulation), he should take Ignatia 3.
5. Bell, Ipecac, Nux-vomica- If shiver occurs due to eating opium, Belladonna 3, Ipecac 3x or Nux-vomica 2x should be taken.
6. Antim-tart or Nux-vomica- If shivers occurs due to taking liquor, using Antim-tart 6 or Nux-vomica 2x is very effective.
7. Gelsemium- if this disease has occurred after starting shivering in the fingers and is moved to the entire body, it should be treated with Gelsemium 1x. In this disease, Hyoscyamus 3 and Zincum-Picric 3x can be used for getting more benefits.

Mumps
Introduction:-
Mumps occurs due to infection of bacteria named ‘Paramayocoma’ and lymphatic glands are infected by this disease. Mostly, this disease attacks at the time of changing weather like- ending of the winter season and coming of the rainy season. Mostly, it occurs in the children below the age of 14 years. It never occurs again in the whole life after occurring once.
Cause:-
The bacteria which are responsible for this disease are called ‘Paramayocoma’. It is an infectious disease that spreads from one person to another. When a suffered persons sneezes, the person who comes in contact of such persons are also infected by this disease.
Symptoms:-
In this disease, the patient feels irritation in his throat with fever that persists for 6-7 days. Stiffness comes in the lower jaw with pain; patient becomes unable to open his mouth; having difficulty even in swallowing food; the chin is swollen from one side; sometimes the other side is also swollen that persists for 2 days and then cured by itself. In young age, swelling comes in the testicles that persist for 10 days. It may be responsible for meningitis and deafness, etc. If swelling is found in the patient suffered from this disease, fomenting for 6 days cures swelling.
Diet and abstinence:-
The patient suffering from this disease should take light and liquid diet according to the ability of chewing and swallowing. It is necessary to take complete rest in the condition of swelling and fever. Keep the mouth clean and rinse the mouth with lukewarm water regularly. In the case of swelling of the testicles, foment them with ice cubes with taking complete rest. The testicles should be kept by giving support in the condition of feeling heaviness in them. Vaccinating of mumps vaccine is necessary in the children because after this vaccination, there is no possibility of occurring this disease till 12 years.
Important tips:-
Consult a doctor in the cases of swelling of both the cheeks with the shining of its skin; persisting fever all the time; pain and swelling in the testicles, etc

Spandlaities

Symptoms:-
The person suffering from this disease has pain in the back part of his neck. Sometimes, this type of pain is moved from both the arms to the fingers. In this disease, patient feels numbness and tinkling sensation in his fingers and arms.
Some useful tips for getting relief in this disease:-
In this disease, patient should sleep on the hard bed and sit with making his waist straight. He should straight his waist while working and sitting on a bench, table etc. A small pillow should be kept in the back while sitting on a chair or driving a car. Do not work with jerk or in hurry. Do not bend from waist for picking any object but pick by sitting on his knees. Vitamin-C or diet contain vitamins should be taken in this disease. If patient feels backache, go on the bed immediately and take rest.
Exercise for curing spandlaities:-
First of all, on clean floor (ground) lie down on the stomach with keeping the hands below the back and the head as downward. Now, keep the hands parallel to the shoulders attaching with ground and up the shoulder above ground with counting up to three. Then, move the head below the shoulders. Repeat this activity after taking rest for 10 minutes. In this way, take this exercise 10 times. The back should be massaged minimum once in a week. Taking practice of Yoga and Dhyanas for living tension free is very effective.

Paralysis
Introduction:-
When any part of the body becomes insensitive with lack of touching sensation and ending the strength for moving his parts, it is called ‘Paralysis’. There are several types of paralysis like- injury in the spinal cord, paralysis of the face, paralysis of the mouth, legs, hands and other body parts with shivering. Some paralysis starts from lower part of the body and is moved to the upper part.
Plumb is used to cure paralysis occurring due to weakness and thinness. Phos is used in paralysis occurring by T.B. Baryta-carb is used in the paralysis occurring in the old age. Addition to these drugs, Merc-cor, Coffee and Conium can be also used.
Paralysis is the disease of the nervous systems. It is divided in to two types- Sensory paralysis and motor paralysis.
Sensory paralysis:- In this case, the affected part is lost his strength of doing any work, moving and touch sensation. He has no sensation of feeling when anyone touches his skin. The part of his body goes on moving or hanging by itself and patient is unable to stop it.
Motor paralysis:- In this case, the patient has no strength to move his affected body parts. He can not walk and move. He has no strength for lifting any object even he is not able to change his side on the bed. There is no any move found in the patient suffering from this type of paralysis.
Normally, both these types of paralysis occur separately, but sometimes, it can occur together.
Drugs that are used in different types of paralysis:-
In the case of hemiplegia, Nux-vomica or Phosphorus is used. Nux-vomica is used in the condition of hemiplegia occurring due to weakness of the vertebral marrow. Arnica and Lachesis are used in the case of left hemiplegia.
In the case of facial paralysis, drugs like- Baryta-carb, Causti, Bell and Acon, etc. are used. Anyone of these drugs can be used.
In the case of paralysis of the upper eyelids, anyone of the following drugs like Gels, Spigelia, Bell, Strago, etc. can be used.
Gels or Conium is used in the case of paralysis related to diphtheria.
In the case of paralysis of the artists, drugs like- Opi, Iod, Cuprum-met, Ars, Alumen or Stannum, etc. are used.
If paralysis occurs due to weakness of the vertebral marrow, taking Alumina, Arg-ni, Ars, Arum or Phos, etc. are very effective.
If paralysis attacks due to disordering in the nerves of other organs of the body, Sepia, Sulphur, Kali-carb, Phosphorus or Lathyrus, etc. are used.
Using anyone of these drugs like- Phospho, Ars, Baryta, Calca-carb, etc. is beneficial in the case of infantile paralysis.
Disease and drugs used in it:-
1. Tarentula-Cubensis or Merc-vivus- In the case of paralysis that occurs with tremor in the hands and legs, Tarentula-Cubensis 2 or Merc-vivus 2 should be taken. In such type of paralysis, Hyos 3 and Antim-tart 30 are also used.
2. Plumbum- This drug is used in the paralysis of the whole body especially in which the patient feels weakness in his body. Taking Plumbum 6 is very effective in such type of paralysis.
3. Belladonna:-
If paralysis attacks due to congestion of blood in the brain, Belladonna 3 should be taken.
If pain like arthritis occurs in the thigh of paralysis patient; having lack of vision; is not able to walk due to pain and numbness and feels urine again and again at night, etc., taking Belladonna 3 is appropriate.
4. Opium- In the case of paralysis, if patient feels sleepy like unconsciousness and the face is turned black, Opium is very effective is such symptoms of the patient.
5. Bell, Agaricus, Phos, Merc-cor, Cannabis-Indica- If a person has paralysis with insanity, he should take anyone of following drugs like- Bell 3, Agaricus 30, Phos 3, Merc-cor 3 or Cannabis-Indica 3, etc.
6. Arnica- If paralysis has attacked by getting hurt, taking Arnica 6 is very effective.
7. Hydrophobinum- If a person has the symptoms of acute paralysis especially in the lower organs of the body, for the treatment of such symptoms, taking Hydrophobinum 30 is very effective.
8. Phosphorus or Plumbum- If curviness is found in the growing muscles with paralysis, for the treatment of such symptoms, Phosphorus 3 or Plumbum 6 should be used.
9. Causticum- To cure facial, pharynx or bladder paralysis, taking Causticum 6 or 30 is very effective.
10. Aconite- If the whole body of a person becomes insensitive in the condition of paralysis and does have the feeling of touch on his skin but he goes on feeling pain like pricking needle in his organs; he feels insensitiveness in the obsessed part; sometimes he feels as if the half part of the body is not functioning, etc., taking Aconite 3 is very useful in such symptoms. This drug is also used in the case of acute paralysis or paralysis that occurs due to exposure to dry wind.
11. Rhus-tox- For the treatment of paralysis of the lower organs of the body, Rhus-tox 30 should be used.
12. Sulphur- If paralysis occurs due to appearing eruptions on the body as measles, taking Sulphur 6 is very useful.
13. Phosphorus- If hoarseness or paralysis has occurred due to weakness coming by additional emissions, taking Phosphorus 6 or 30 is very effective.
14. Gelsemium- In the condition of paralysis of the fingers or shivering in them, Gelsemium 2x or 30 should be used for the treatment.
15. Cocculus- In the case of paralysis, if the sufferer feels pain with pricking thorns (spines) but does not have touch sensation, he should take Cocculus 6 or 200. This drug is also used in the condition of hemiplegia with producing crackling sound in the joints.
16. Conium- In the case of paralysis attack in the old age, using Conium 6 is very effective.
17. Gelsemium- In the case of paralysis of the eyelids, Gelsemium 1 is used.
18. Nux-vomica- If paralysis attacks in the spinal cord due to taking additional liquor and other symptoms are also found like- vomiting, constipation, lack of appetite (anorexia), etc., taking Nux-vomica 3x or its mother tincture is very effective.
Symptoms of few drugs:-
Tarentula 6 or 30 can be used to cure paralysis occurring with shivering. Stricbia-phosphorus 2x or 3x is used to cure disease after occurring stimulation in the nerves.
Other treatment with the use of different drugs:-
Taking bath with sea water is beneficial in this disease and if sea water is not available, bathing with cold water after adding little salt in it is very useful. In the condition of paralysis, pressing hands and legs and massaging the whole body is very effective. The paralysis patient should also take exercise because it removes numbness.
Acute ascending motor paralysis:-
1. Conium- If paralysis attack starts from the lower part and is moved to the upper part of the body and when the patient closes his eyes, sweating starts and feels vertigo by moving his head, etc., giving Conium 30 at an interval of every 1-1 hour is very useful.
2. Gelsemium- If the whole body of the patient has become loose due to attack of paralysis and patient starts stumbling after walking little as if he has no strength for walking; when he lies down quietly, has no any troubles but as just he move his body, fast shivering starts in the body, etc., any potency between Gelsemium 3 to 30 can be given. If the patient feels tiredness and lack of strength in all his body part; insensitiveness of the muscles, etc., taking this drug is also very effective.
Paraplegia:-
1. Manganum:- If the patient thinks as if he will walk slowly, he will be fallen down; he feels much weakness in his legs; he walks by bending himself forward so that he did not fall down, etc., taking Manganum 3x is very effective in such symptoms.
2. Arnica and Arnica-liniment:- If paraplegia has occurred due to injury, Arnica 200 or 1m should be taken and Arnica-liniment should be rubbed for 8-10 minutes on the affected part twice a day. In the condition of paralysis generated due to injury, first of all, Aconite 200 should be given and then giving Arnica 1m after 1 hour is beneficial.
3. Hypericum and Hypericum-liniment- If arnica is failed in paralysis, Hypericum 30 should be taken and then Hypericum-liniment should be applied on the affected part.
4. Gelsemium- In the condition of paralysis occurring due to getting hurt, giving Gelsemium 30 is appropriate after Arnica or Hypericum.
5. Lathyrus- Lathyrus 3 should be taken in the condition of stiffness of the legs, the legs quarrel with each other, patient is neither able to stretch his legs nor put one leg on the other while sitting, etc. after this drug, Secale cor 1 is used at an interval of every 4-4 hours.
6. Rhus-tox- If paraplegia has occurred due to arthritis; he feels restlessness; patient gets relief from pain till he is in motion and as soon as he becomes move less, pain starts again, etc., Rhus-tox 30 should be taken to cure such symptoms.
7. Kali-Iod- If paraplegia has occurred after syphilis, Kali-Iod 3 should be taken at an interval of every 4-4 hours.
Paralysis agitans:-
1. Gelsemium- If shivering starts in the legs; weakness is feeling in the legs and patient stumbles while walking; feels lethargy all the time; he does not feel thirst; paralysis attacks on the muscles of the eyes, the throat, the pharynx, the hands and the legs, etc., Gelsemium 30 should be used. This drug can be also used in paralysis that attacks after diphtheria. If paralysis has attacked in cold natured person due to several diseases related to cold or moist, treatment of such patient with Gelsemium is very useful.
2. Argentums-nitricum- If the patient goes on huffing in the condition of paralysis; the body feels weakness; the calves become weak and are stiffed; he stumbles due to weakness in the legs; the arms become insensitive, etc., taking Argentum-nitricum 3 to 30 is very effective. If paralysis has occurred after diphtheria or after living (passing, leading) sensual life, taking this drug is very useful. It is given to the hot natured person. If a cold natured person has such symptoms, Gelsemium should be given to him.
3. Agaricus- After paralysis attacks, little itching sensation occurs, shivering starts in the body and feels as if the obsessed part has frozen by cold; the whole body of the patient is stiffed and when leg is put on another, they become insensitive. Thus, Agaricus 3, 30 or 200 should be used.
4. Phygostigma- If the patient feels sudden shock while sleeping; the whole body feels heart beats; heart palpitation is felt in the chest, the thorat and the head, etc., Phygostigma 30 should be taken in such symptoms.
5. Merc-vivus- If paralysis has occurred due to poison of suppressed gonorrhea or suppression of sweat and patient does able to tolerate cold or hot, etc., Merc-vivus 30 should be taken.
6. Strychaninum- If the affected part has stiffed, has curved with shivering, etc., he should take Strychaninum 3 to 30.
Facial paralysis:-
1. Aconite- If one side of the face or the whole face has affected by paralysis due to exposure to cold, Aconite 3 to 30 should be used. In this condition, if he feels as if something is crawling on the face, Cadmium should be taken instead of Aconite.
2. Causticum- If Aconite makes no impression in above symptoms, taking Causticum is very useful. Paralysis of the right side of the face that starts from the head and is moved to the chin, treatment of such paralysis with this drug is very useful.
3. Graphites- Half facial paralysis in which patient feels as if spider web has stuck on the face; the facial muscles are curved that makes the face oblique and he is not able to speak anything. Thus, Graphites 30 should be taken.
4. Secale cor- The face becomes yellow; convulsions starts from the face and is moved to the entire body. First of all, paralysis attacks on the face then the face becomes cut and tears; the patient’s face change its condition; blue spots are fallen on the face. Thus, Secale cor 30 should be taken.
5. Nitric-acid- Black eruptions are fallen on the face; the eyes are swollen from all around; eruptions also appear on the head; blisters are fallen in the mouth; patient is not able to climb on the height; feels short breathing. Thus, taking Nitric-acid 30 should be taken.
6. Hyoscyamus- If the patient is not able to speak due to paralysis, he should take Hyoscyamus 30.
Hemiplegia:-
1. Baryta-carb- This drug has known to be very useful especially in the case of paralysis of the children and the old. Paralysis attacks on the left parts of the body due to physical and mental weakness. In this paralysis, the parts from the knee to the testicles become insensitive but when patient sit then his insensitiveness is removed, the sole and the thumb feel pain while walking. Thus using Baryta carb 3 to 30 is very effective.
2. Arum-met- This drug is used in the attack of paralysis of the left parts of the body. The heart beat becomes fast, pain starts in the joints and other organs. Patient remains sad and hopeless all the time. Weakness comes in the organs. When the patient put off his clothes, feels pain. Thus, he should take Arum-met 30.
3. Lachesis- This drug is known to be very useful in the hemiplegia (attacks in the left part). In this paralysis, affects of this disease starts from the left part and can move to the right part. Patient feels pain and speaks slowly. The muscles are stiffed and feel as if the body organs have become short. Thus, using Lachesis 30 is very effective. This drug is also very useful in hemiplegia that attacks after diphtheria.
4. Carboneum Sulphur- If hemiplegia has occurred after sudden unconsciousness, using Carboneum Sulphur 1 is very effective.
5. Lycopodium- Numbness starts from the right part and is moved to the left part in the initial stage of hemiplegia of the right part. The symptoms of disease aggravates from 4 to 8 o’clock in the evening. Thus, for the treatment of such symptoms, using Lycopodium 30 is very useful.
6. Gelsemium- If the body muscles do not work well; the parts are fallen loose and feels heavy. Normally, this type of paralysis occurs due to mental anxiety like- fear, terror or by hearing any bad news. In this condition, patient feels pain in the back part of his head; the face becomes insensitive; shivering occurs and the patient becomes unable to speak. Thus, using Gelsemium 30 is very effective.
7. Nux-vomica- If paralysis attacks due to over eating, taking additional liquor, doing hard physical work or due to wetting, etc., taking Nux-vomica 30 is very effective. In the case of such paralysis, if cramping pain starts in the calves and the sole. The legs and the arms become insensitive, patient goes on stumbling while walking and feels lack of strength in his hands and legs in the morning, etc., taking Nux-vomica 30 provides relief in this disease.
8. Causticum- This drug can be used in all types of paralysis. Taking Causticum 30 or 200 is beneficial in hemiplegia, paralysis agitans or paralysis of the left parts, the right parts, the upper parts, the lower parts, etc.

3. Belladonna:-
If paralysis attacks due to congestion of blood in the brain, Belladonna 3 should be taken.
If pain like arthritis occurs in the thigh of paralysis patient; having lack of vision; is not able to walk due to pain and numbness and feels urine again and again at night, etc., taking Belladonna 3 is appropriate.
4. Opium- In the case of paralysis, if patient feels sleepy like unconsciousness and the face is turned black, Opium is very effective is such symptoms of the patient.
5. Bell, Agaricus, Phos, Merc-cor, Cannabis-Indica- If a person has paralysis with insanity, he should take anyone of following drugs like- Bell 3, Agaricus 30, Phos 3, Merc-cor 3 or Cannabis-Indica 3, etc.
6. Arnica- If paralysis has attacked by getting hurt, taking Arnica 6 is very effective.
7. Hydrophobinum- If a person has the symptoms of acute paralysis especially in the lower organs of the body, for the treatment of such symptoms, taking Hydrophobinum 30 is very effective.
8. Phosphorus or Plumbum- If curviness is found in the growing muscles with paralysis, for the treatment of such symptoms, Phosphorus 3 or Plumbum 6 should be used.
9. Causticum- To cure facial, pharynx or bladder paralysis, taking Causticum 6 or 30 is very effective.

Aconite- If the whole body of a person becomes insensitive in the condition of paralysis and does have the feeling of touch on his skin but he goes on feeling pain like pricking needle in his organs; he feels insensitiveness in the obsessed part; sometimes he feels as if the half part of the body is not functioning, etc., taking Aconite 3 is very useful in such symptoms. This drug is also used in the case of acute paralysis or paralysis that occurs due to exposure to dry wind.
11. Rhus-tox- For the treatment of paralysis of the lower organs of the body, Rhus-tox 30 should be used.
12. Sulphur- If paralysis occurs due to appearing eruptions on the body as measles, taking Sulphur 6 is very useful.
13. Phosphorus- If hoarseness or paralysis has occurred due to weakness coming by additional emissions, taking Phosphorus 6 or 30 is very effective.
14. Gelsemium- In the condition of paralysis of the fingers or shivering in them, Gelsemium 2x or 30 should be used for the treatment.

17. Gelsemium- In the case of paralysis of the eyelids, Gelsemium 1 is used.
18. Nux-vomica- If paralysis attacks in the spinal cord due to taking additional liquor and other symptoms are also found like- vomiting, constipation, lack of appetite (anorexia), etc., taking Nux-vomica 3x or its mother tincture is very effective.
Symptoms of few drugs:-
Tarentula 6 or 30 can be used to cure paralysis occurring with shivering. Stricbia-phosphorus 2x or 3x is used to cure disease after occurring stimulation in the nerves.
Other treatment with the use of different drugs:-
Taking bath with sea water is beneficial in this disease and if sea water is not available, bathing with cold water after adding little salt in it is very useful. In the condition of paralysis, pressing hands and legs and massaging the whole body is very effective. The paralysis patient should also take exercise because it removes numbness.
Acute ascending motor paralysis:-
1. Conium- If paralysis attack starts from the lower part and is moved to the upper part of the body and when the patient closes his eyes, sweating starts and feels vertigo by moving his head, etc., giving Conium 30 at an interval of every 1-1 hour is very useful.
2. Gelsemium- If the whole body of the patient has become loose due to attack of paralysis and patient starts stumbling after walking little as if he has no strength for walking; when he lies down quietly, has no any troubles but as just he move his body, fast shivering starts in the body, etc., any potency between Gelsemium 3 to 30 can be given. If the patient feels tiredness and lack of strength in all his body part; insensitiveness of the muscles, etc., taking this drug is also very effective.
Paraplegia:-
1. Manganum:- If the patient thinks as if he will walk slowly, he will be fallen down; he feels much weakness in his legs; he walks by bending himself forward so that he did not fall down, etc., taking Manganum 3x is very effective in such symptoms.
2. Arnica and Arnica-liniment:- If paraplegia has occurred due to injury, Arnica 200 or 1m should be taken and Arnica-liniment should be rubbed for 8-10 minutes on the affected part twice a day. In the condition of paralysis generated due to injury, first of all, Aconite 200 should be given and then giving Arnica 1m after 1 hour is beneficial.
3. Hypericum and Hypericum-liniment- If arnica is failed in paralysis, Hypericum 30 should be taken and then Hypericum-liniment should be applied on the affected part.
4. Gelsemium- In the condition of paralysis occurring due to getting hurt, giving Gelsemium 30 is appropriate after Arnica or Hypericum.
5. Lathyrus- Lathyrus 3 should be taken in the condition of stiffness of the legs, the legs quarrel with each other, patient is neither able to stretch his legs nor put one leg on the other while sitting, etc. after this drug, Secale cor 1 is used at an interval of every 4-4 hours.
6. Rhus-tox- If paraplegia has occurred due to arthritis; he feels restlessness; patient gets relief from pain till he is in motion and as soon as he becomes move less, pain starts again, etc., Rhus-tox 30 should be taken to cure such symptoms.
7. Kali-Iod- If paraplegia has occurred after syphilis, Kali-Iod 3 should be taken at an interval of every 4-4 hours.
Paralysis agitans:-
1. Gelsemium- If shivering starts in the legs; weakness is feeling in the legs and patient stumbles while walking; feels lethargy all the time; he does not feel thirst; paralysis attacks on the muscles of the eyes, the throat, the pharynx, the hands and the legs, etc., Gelsemium 30 should be used. This drug can be also used in paralysis that attacks after diphtheria. If paralysis has attacked in cold natured person due to several diseases related to cold or moist, treatment of such patient with Gelsemium is very useful.
2. Argentums-nitricum- If the patient goes on huffing in the condition of paralysis; the body feels weakness; the calves become weak and are stiffed; he stumbles due to weakness in the legs; the arms become insensitive, etc., taking Argentum-nitricum 3 to 30 is very effective. If paralysis has occurred after diphtheria or after living (passing, leading) sensual life, taking this drug is very useful. It is given to the hot natured person. If a cold natured person has such symptoms, Gelsemium should be given to him.
3. Agaricus- After paralysis attacks, little itching sensation occurs, shivering starts in the body and feels as if the obsessed part has frozen by cold; the whole body of the patient is stiffed and when leg is put on another, they become insensitive. Thus, Agaricus 3, 30 or 200 should be used.
4. Phygostigma- If the patient feels sudden shock while sleeping; the whole body feels heart beats; heart palpitation is felt in the chest, the thorat and the head, etc., Phygostigma 30 should be taken in such symptoms.
5. Merc-vivus- If paralysis has occurred due to poison of suppressed gonorrhea or suppression of sweat and patient does able to tolerate cold or hot, etc., Merc-vivus 30 should be taken.
6. Strychaninum- If the affected part has stiffed, has curved with shivering, etc., he should take Strychaninum 3 to 30.
Facial paralysis:-
1. Aconite- If one side of the face or the whole face has affected by paralysis due to exposure to cold, Aconite 3 to 30 should be used. In this condition, if he feels as if something is crawling on the face, Cadmium should be taken instead of Aconite.
2. Causticum- If Aconite makes no impression in above symptoms, taking Causticum is very useful. Paralysis of the right side of the face that starts from the head and is moved to the chin, treatment of such paralysis with this drug is very useful.
3. Graphites- Half facial paralysis in which patient feels as if spider web has stuck on the face; the facial muscles are curved that makes the face oblique and he is not able to speak anything. Thus, Graphites 30 should be taken.
4. Secale cor- The face becomes yellow; convulsions starts from the face and is moved to the entire body. First of all, paralysis attacks on the face then the face becomes cut and tears; the patient’s face change its condition; blue spots are fallen on the face. Thus, Secale cor 30 should be taken.
5. Nitric-acid- Black eruptions are fallen on the face; the eyes are swollen from all around; eruptions also appear on the head; blisters are fallen in the mouth; patient is not able to climb on the height; feels short breathing. Thus, taking Nitric-acid 30 should be taken.
6. Hyoscyamus- If the patient is not able to speak due to paralysis, he should take Hyoscyamus 30.
Hemiplegia:-
1. Baryta-carb- This drug has known to be very useful especially in the case of paralysis of the children and the old. Paralysis attacks on the left parts of the body due to physical and mental weakness. In this paralysis, the parts from the knee to the testicles become insensitive but when patient sit then his insensitiveness is removed, the sole and the thumb feel pain while walking. Thus using Baryta carb 3 to 30 is very effective.
2. Arum-met- This drug is used in the attack of paralysis of the left parts of the body. The heart beat becomes fast, pain starts in the joints and other organs. Patient remains sad and hopeless all the time. Weakness comes in the organs. When the patient put off his clothes, feels pain. Thus, he should take Arum-met 30.
3. Lachesis- This drug is known to be very useful in the hemiplegia (attacks in the left part). In this paralysis, affects of this disease starts from the left part and can move to the right part. Patient feels pain and speaks slowly. The muscles are stiffed and feel as if the body organs have become short. Thus, using Lachesis 30 is very effective. This drug is also very useful in hemiplegia that attacks after diphtheria.
4. Carboneum Sulphur- If hemiplegia has occurred after sudden unconsciousness, using Carboneum Sulphur 1 is very effective.
5. Lycopodium- Numbness starts from the right part and is moved to the left part in the initial stage of hemiplegia of the right part. The symptoms of disease aggravates from 4 to 8 o’clock in the evening. Thus, for the treatment of such symptoms, using Lycopodium 30 is very useful.
6. Gelsemium- If the body muscles do not work well; the parts are fallen loose and feels heavy. Normally, this type of paralysis occurs due to mental anxiety like- fear, terror or by hearing any bad news. 7. Nux-vomica- If paralysis attacks due to over eating, taking additional liquor, doing hard physical work or due to wetting, etc., taking Nux-vomica 30 is very effective. In the case of such paralysis, if cramping pain starts in the calves and the sole. The legs and the arms become insensitive, patient goes on stumbling while walking and feels lack of strength in his hands and legs in the morning, etc., taking Nux-vomica 30 provides relief in this disease.
8. Causticum- This drug can be used in all types of paralysis. Taking Causticum 30 or 200 is beneficial in hemiplegia, paralysis agitans or paralysis of the left parts, the right parts, the upper parts, the lower parts, etc.

Introduction:-
Epilepsy occurs due to several reasons, but mainly it is hereditary. It is transferred from the parents to their children. Mostly, epilepsy has found in those children whose parents take additional liquor. If a child has convulsions, later it is more possibility of occurring epilepsy in that child. The possibility of attacking this disease is more in the age of 25 years. Patient feels air waves rising from the fingers, hands, the stomach, the throat, etc. at the time of epilepsy attacks. In such attack, first of all, air waves rises from the stomach suddenly and then he cries and fall down with unconsciousness; the jaws lock; foam begins to come out from the mouth; the organs begins to shiver and after attack, he feels strength less.
Cause:-
Epilepsy occurs due to taking poison, getting hurt on the brain while delivery, occurring infectious disease, getting hurt on the head, by over weakness, over masturbation, taking liquor, indigestion and by stomach worms, etc. It is also generated by taking additional intoxicating material, but mostly it is hereditary, means, if the parents have been suffering from this disease, their children are also affected by this disease.
Symptoms:-
At the time of epilepsy attacks, patient feels suddenly as if cold air waves are rising from the body and then he feels convulsions and cramps in his body and becomes unconscious. The eyes become wide in this disease; foam begins to come out from the mouth; the eyelids become heavy. In this disease, he feels rising cold air waves from the navel, reproductive organs and other organs; the body is stiffed; the face becomes red; feels crawling sensation on the arms; cramping pain occurs; pain like jerk starts in the hands and legs and slant the eyeballs. After ending of such attacks, patient feels weakness or symptoms like paralysis are found. He does not know what happened during epilepsy attacks.
Treatment of epilepsy with different drugs:-
1. Sulphur:-
Sulphur should be used in the condition of feeling as if something is crawling on the arms.
If epilepsy attacks due to suppression of any type of eruption, Sulphur 30 or 200 should be used.
This drug should be also taken in the condition of epilepsy attacks generating due to fear, fright, over sexual intercourse etc. If this drug makes no impression in such case, Calcarea should be given to the patient.
2. Ignatia:-
In the case of epilepsy attacks, patient should take Ignatia 200.
Sulphur, Calcarea, Lycopodium, Causticum and Cuprum etc. can be also used in this disease.
If epilepsy attacks due to hearing whirr sound in the ears; having pain in piles by walking and moving; getting relief in the swelling of tonsils by swallowing food; in sad; by laughing loudly; by cough; feeling cold with thirst in fever; having no thirst when fever is raised; changing the facial color while taking rest; impotency etc., taking Ignatia 200 cures disease.
If epilepsy occurs due to fear, over sadness and pain etc., this drug is used.
3. Cuprum:-
Cuprum is very useful in the condition of convulsions and epilepsy.
In epilepsy, if air waves have risen from the knee and moved to the lower section of the stomach and patient is fallen down after becoming unconscious. Foam begins to come out from the patient’s mouth; the muscles start shivering; cramps occurs in the calves and the palate; fingers and thumbs become tight etc., taking Cuprum 6 or 30 is very effective.
If epilepsy attacks in moon day (lunar day), Luna should be taken instead of Cuprum.
If epilepsy patient feels strain in his body and his face has changed into blue, Cuprum 3x, 6 or 30 should be used.
4. Artemisia:-
If epilepsy attacks again and again, and occurs due to rear, sadness, depression, head injury, abnormal menstrual secretion, by troubles occurring while dentition etc., taking Artemisia 2x is very effective.
In the condition of epilepsy occurring due to stomach worms or terrible excitement etc., using Artemisia 2x is beneficial. In this disease, taking this drug with grapes or wine prepared by its juice is beneficial.
5. Cicuta-
If contraction occurs due to excess fear especially in the children, using Cicuta 6 is beneficial.
6. Calcarea carb:-
If the epilepsy patient feels as if a rat is crawling on his arms; the air waves rise up from the upper section of the stomach and are moved to the womb or other organs; if epilepsy attacks due to fear or any sad incident, he should take calcarea-carb.
This drug is also used in the condition of profuse sweating on the throat and the head, delay dentition. This drug does not cure the disease directly. So, this drug helps to change the nature of the disease and provides benefits.
7. Ignatia-
If epilepsy occurs due to mental disordering like- depression, fear etc. or have symptoms of unconsciousness, taking Ignatia 6 is very effective.
8. Opium-
In the case of chronic epilepsy, if strain occurs in the body; patient cries before being unconscious and remains in this condition for a long time; foam comes out from his mouth; the eyes remain open, swell or the eyeballs are contracted etc., taking Opium 6 is very effective.
9. Buffo:-
This drug is used in the attacks of epilepsy that occurs due to excess masturbation or by over sexual excitement. If epilepsy attacks in a person while masturbation, he should take Buffo.
Buffo 6 should be also used in the case of epilepsy occurring due to excessive masturbation. It is also used in chronic epilepsy.
10. Inanthi-
crocata- In the initial stage of acute epilepsy of a young people, if the patient feels strain in his body; the body is stiffed and foam comes out from the mouth etc., he should take Inanthi-crocata 3x or 3.
11. Silicea-

If the epilepsy patient has sweat only on his head and little boils and pimples are appeared etc., Calcarea should be taken for its treatment.
12. Cannabis-Indica-
If a person has the disordering of the duodenum, the bladder or the reproductive organs with epilepsy, taking Cannabis-Indica 1x or 3 is beneficial.
13. Artemisia vulgaris-
Taking Artemisia vulgaris 1 or 3 is very effective to cure infantile convulsions and epilepsy occurring in the young women. If epilepsy attacks due to afraid, having fear about any incident, mental excitement and by masturbation etc., Artemisia vulgaris 1 or 3 should be taken. It is very effective in those who have epilepsy attack again and again.
14. Cicuta Virosa-
If the body stiff suddenly, the organs throb and in the last, patient becomes unconscious with strength less etc., using Cicuta Virosa 6, 30 or 200 is very effective.
15. Acid-hydro-
In the condition of epilepsy, the eyeballs become wide, the eyes become stable and feel as if the eyelids have become heavy and then patient becomes unconscious after cry. Foam begins to come out from the mouth etc., taking Acid-hydro 3x is very effective for the patient.
16. Belladonna:-
This drug is very useful in epilepsy. It has property to cure this disease completely. If any type of eruptions have suppressed in the case of children and due to which, they have the symptoms of convulsions or unconsciousness, this drug is very effective in this case. It is also given in the condition of epilepsy that occurs with the convulsions of the hands and is moved to the face, the eyes, the mouth etc.
If the patient’s eyes seems bright red; the face has become red; the eyes have become wide; feels burning sensation inside; does not able to tolerates bright light and startle again and again etc., he should take Belladonna 1x.
17. Hydrocyanic Acid-
This drug should be used in the case of epilepsy attacks.
18. Kali-cyanatum-
Taking Kalli-cyanatum 3 is very effective in the condition of unconscious after attacking epilepsy; in the fast strain or stiffness in the body; becoming the body blue and having difficulty in breathing etc.
19. Nux-vomica-
If the patient feels as if air waves have rise up from the navel region before epilepsy attacks; the patient becomes irritable temperament and starts to become angry even on small topics and if this disease has started due to constipation etc., taking Nux-vomica 30 or 200 is very effective.
Few other drugs that are used in epilepsy:-
Acute epilepsy- Arg-ni 6, Kali-brom-30, Absinthayam 3, Stramonium 3, Hyos 6 and Zizia 2x, etc.
Chronic epilepsy- Plumbum 30, Agaricus 6, Zincum-phos 3, Silica 30 or Sulphur 30, etc.
Epilepsy that occurs due to lack of sperm- Acid-phos 6, China 6, Phosphorus 6 or Ferrum 6, etc.
Epilepsy that occurs due to fear- Opium 30 or Aconite 3x, etc.
Common epilepsy- Kali-mur 12x, powder of Kali-sulph 12 or Kali-phos 12x, etc.
Use of different drugs in few important epilepsy:-
Acute epilepsy- Kali-brom, Ignatia or Acid-hydro, etc. taking any of these drugs is beneficial.
Chronic epilepsy- drugs like- Belladonna, Cuprum-seset, Inanthi-croreta, Plumbum, Calca-carb, Sulph or Hydriad, etc. should be used for the treatment of chronic epilepsy.
If epilepsy has occurred due to stomach worms, Philiphus 3x, Teucrium 6, Cina 2x or powder of Sentonine 2x, etc. should be used.
Drugs like Acid-phos, China, Acid-sulph, Phosphorus or Ferrum, etc. should be used in epilepsy that occurs due to excessive masturbation.
Taking Aconite or Opium is very effective in epilepsy occurring due to fear.
Important tips about treatment of epilepsy:-
If the patient’s tongue has come out, pussing his tongue inward is appropriate. Put a soft piece of wood or a small lump of cloths between both the jaws. Keeps the patient in clean place having fresh air for giving him rest and keep Amyl-nitrate near his nose. Chloroform should be used if necessary.
Food and abstinence:-
Taking stimulant food, taking over intoxicating materials, reading sexual books, etc. is very harmful in this disease. Taking pure, light, easily digestible vegetarian food and doing fast and taking bath with cold water are appropriate.

Sulphur should be used in the condition of feeling as if something is crawling on the arms.
If epilepsy attacks due to suppression of any type of eruption, Sulphur 30 or 200 should be used.
This drug should be also taken in the condition of epilepsy attacks generating due to fear, fright, over sexual intercourse etc. If this drug makes no impression in such case, Calcarea should be given to the patient.
2. Ignatia:-
In the case of epilepsy attacks, patient should take Ignatia 200.
Sulphur, Calcarea, Lycopodium, Causticum and Cuprum etc. can be also used in this disease.
If epilepsy attacks due to hearing whirr sound in the ears; having pain in piles by walking and moving; getting relief in the swelling of tonsils by swallowing food; in sad; by laughing loudly; by cough; feeling cold with thirst in fever; having no thirst when fever is raised; changing the facial color while taking rest; impotency etc., taking Ignatia 200 cures disease.
If epilepsy occurs due to fear, over sadness and pain etc., this drug is used.
3. Cuprum:-
Cuprum is very useful in the condition of convulsions and epilepsy.
In epilepsy, if air waves have risen from the knee and moved to the lower section of the stomach and patient is fallen down after becoming unconscious. Foam begins to come out from the patient’s mouth; the muscles start shivering; cramps occurs in the calves and the palate; fingers and thumbs become tight etc., taking Cuprum 6 or 30 is very effective.
If epilepsy attacks in moon day (lunar day), Luna should be taken instead of Cuprum.
If epilepsy patient feels strain in his body and his face has changed into blue, Cuprum 3x, 6 or 30 should be used.
4. Artemisia:-
If epilepsy attacks again and again, and occurs due to rear, sadness, depression, head injury, abnormal menstrual secretion, by troubles occurring while dentition etc., taking Artemisia 2x is very effective.
In the condition of epilepsy occurring due to stomach worms or terrible excitement etc., using Artemisia 2x is beneficial. In this disease, taking this drug with grapes or wine prepared by its juice is beneficial.
5. Cicuta-
If contraction occurs due to excess fear especially in the children, using Cicuta 6 is beneficial.
6. Calcarea carb:-
If the epilepsy patient feels as if a rat is crawling on his arms; the air waves rise up from the upper section of the stomach and are moved to the womb or other organs; if epilepsy attacks due to fear or any sad incident, he should take calcarea-carb.
This drug is also used in the condition of profuse sweating on the throat and the head, delay dentition. This drug does not cure the disease directly. So, this drug helps to change the nature of the disease and provides benefits.

If epilepsy occurs due to mental disordering like- depression, fear etc. or have symptoms of unconsciousness, taking Ignatia 6 is very effective.
8. Opium-
In the case of chronic epilepsy, if strain occurs in the body; patient cries before being unconscious and remains in this condition for a long time; foam comes out from his mouth; the eyes remain open, swell or the eyeballs are contracted etc., taking Opium 6 is very effective.

This drug is used in the attacks of epilepsy that occurs due to excess masturbation or by over sexual excitement. If epilepsy attacks in a person while masturbation, he should take Buffo.
Buffo 6 should be also used in the case of epilepsy occurring due to excessive masturbation. It is also used in chronic epilepsy.
10. Inanthi-

11. Silicea-

12. Cannabis-Indica-
If a person has the disordering of the duodenum, the bladder or the reproductive organs with epilepsy, taking Cannabis-Indica 1x or 3 is beneficial.
13. Artemisia vulgaris-
Taking Artemisia vulgaris 1 or 3 is very effective to cure infantile convulsions and epilepsy occurring in the young women. 16. Belladonna:-
This drug is very useful in epilepsy. It has property to cure this disease completely. If any type of eruptions have suppressed in the case of children and due to which, they have the symptoms of convulsions or unconsciousness, this drug is very effective in this case. It is also given in the condition of epilepsy that occurs with the convulsions of the hands and is moved to the face, the eyes, the mouth etc.
If the patient’s eyes seems bright red; the face has become red; the eyes have become wide; feels burning sensation inside; does not able to tolerates bright light and startle again and again etc., he should take Belladonna 1x.
17. Hydrocyanic Acid-
This drug should be used in the case of epilepsy attacks.
18. Kali-cyanatum-
Taking Kalli-cyanatum 3 is very effective in the condition of unconscious after attacking epilepsy; in the fast strain or stiffness in the body; becoming the body blue and having difficulty in breathing etc.
19. Nux-vomica-
If the patient feels as if air waves have rise up from the navel region before epilepsy attacks; the patient becomes irritable temperament and starts to become angry even on small topics and if this disease has started due to constipation etc., taking Nux-vomica 30 or 200 is very effective.

Epilepsy that occurs due to lack of sperm- Acid-phos 6, China 6, Phosphorus 6 or Ferrum 6, etc.
Epilepsy that occurs due to fear- Opium 30 or Aconite 3x, etc.
Common epilepsy- Kali-mur 12x, powder of Kali-sulph 12 or Kali-phos 12x, etc.
Use of different drugs in few important epilepsy:-
Acute epilepsy- Kali-brom, Ignatia or Acid-hydro, etc. taking any of these drugs is beneficial.
Chronic epilepsy- drugs like- Belladonna, Cuprum-seset, Inanthi-croreta, Plumbum, Calca-carb, Sulph or Hydriad, etc. should be used for the treatment of chronic epilepsy.
If epilepsy has occurred due to stomach worms, Philiphus 3x, Teucrium 6, Cina 2x or powder of Sentonine 2x, etc. should be used.
Drugs like Acid-phos, China, Acid-sulph, Phosphorus or Ferrum, etc. should be used in epilepsy that occurs due to excessive masturbation.
Taking Aconite or Opium is very effective in epilepsy occurring due to fear.
Important tips about treatment of epilepsy:-
If the patient’s tongue has come out, pussing his tongue inward is appropriate. Put a soft piece of wood or a small lump of cloths between both the jaws. Keeps the patient in clean place having fresh air for giving him rest and keep Amyl-nitrate near his nose. Chloroform should be used if necessary.
Food and abstinence:-

In the case of herpes zoster, violent pain like electric shock occurs. Occurring throbbing pain in the nose with swelling is the reason of sinusitis that is moved on the entire face.
Important tips:-
In the condition of neuralgic pain of the face, take treatment by doctors. Do not treat by yourself.
In the case of sinusitis, keeping warm bandage provides relief.
Fomentation on the affected part provides relief in boils and headache with much swelling.

Phlegmasia Alba Dolens (Milk of Leg)

Mainly, this disease occurs due to cutting and tearing of the internal membrane of the uterus at the time of delivery. It occurs after 10-15 days of delivery.
Symptoms:-
In this disease, first of all, pain starts from the ankle and then is moved to the upper section of the legs. Swelling and pain occur in the veins with the feeling of toughness and heaviness in them. It occurs especially in the left leg of a woman who has recently given birth to a child. Due to this disease, she has difficulty in walking and moving. Sometimes, milk is produced in the breasts after delivery, which is called milk leg.
Treatment of this disease by following drugs:
1.Pulsatilla- It is the chief drug of this disease. If pain starts in the veins and feels coldness in that place; she does not want to cover his legs even after feeling cold in them. Thus, Pulsatilla 30 should be used in such symptoms.
2. Hamamellis- In this disease, if Puls fails, Hamamellis 6 should be taken. In the condition of blood congestion in the veins, taking Hamamellis 6 is very effective. This drug is also used in the case of piles and nose bleeding when the veins are swollen and bleeding starts.
3. Bismuth- If Hamamellis and Pulsatilla make no impression in this disease, Bismuth 6 should be taken.
4. Lycopodium- One vein among two veins of the legs is called ‘Saphena vein’ that is swelled up after delivery, which is called ‘Phlegmasia Alba Dolens’. In this disease, swelling moves from lower to upper section of the legs. Thus, to cure this disease, patient should use Lycopodium 30.

Convulsions (Spasms)

The face becomes red and hot due to congestion of blood that causes brightness on the face; the eyes come outward; pain like scratching occurs in the throat. Thus, Belladonna 30 or 200 should be taken for the treatment of such symptoms.

The symptoms of disease aggravate by light, movement and getting cold that causes unconsciousness. Stiffness is occurred even by little touch; the symptoms of disease aggravates by getting cold wind. Thus, taking Belladonna 30 or 200 is appropriate.
Symptoms like- convulsions, shivering, throbbing, hopping etc. start to occur unexpectedly. In such symptoms, Cronic Calcarea Carb should be used after Belladonna. In the case of children, either both Aconite and Belladonna can be taken. Both these drugs are used to cure cramping pain. Addition to it, these drugs can be also used in the condition of itching, hotness and convulsions. If such symptoms are found while dentition, both the drugs can be used, but Aconite is given to those child who feels much troubles while Belladonna is given to those who has much restlessness with other symptoms. Belladonna is also given in the condition of much irritation.

Sometimes, pain like convulsions occurs in children due to fearing. In this disease, patient feels convulsions by vomiting after eating resulting child cries. Sometimes, child becomes unconscious due to pain like convulsions. Such type of pain also occurs due to worms in the stomach. Thus, Hyoscyamus 30 or 200 should be taken in the condition this type of pain.
If spasms starts suddenly while sitting in one arm and then another arm with coming out foam from the mouth etc., treat such symptoms of the patent with Hyoscyamus 30 or 200.
This drug is also used in the condition of convulsions while sound sleep. Few cramping pain is unstable means occurs in a part and in the other moment, occurs in other part. Patient has doubt all the time and having bad feeling about others. Thus, Hyoscyamus is used in such symptoms.
4. Ignatia-
If the patient starts shivering from the fear of punishment, due to fearing too much etc; strain is fallen in the muscles with spasms etc., give Ignatia 200 to the child. If spasmic pain starts due to mental troubles, using this drug is appropriate. The patient feels as if organs are hopping; the eyelids go on throbbing; the facial muscles hops and then spasms begins in them; the child’s body is fallen cold and become yellow and goes on staring in only one direction. Thus, Ignatia 200 should be given. This drug provides benefits in the condition of spasmic pain during dentition.
5. Cina-
If the child chews gums as if chewing something due to thrilling sensation; he goes on grinding his teeth all the time and goes on tying his fists; he sleeps on his stomach due to having worms in the stomach and shivering in the organs etc., Cina 30 should be taken for removing such spasms. Sometimes, child is suffered from this disease due to getting punishment, so taking this drug is very useful for him.
6. Nux-vomica
- If cramping pain starts due to indigestion of food, using Nux-vomica 30 is very effective. If all the muscles of the body begin to spasms and the back becomes curved like bow after stiffing etc., taking Nux-vomica 30 is beneficial.
7. Cicuta-Virosa-
This drug has known to be very effective especially in diseases related to the nervous systems. It is used in hiccup, locking jaws, tetanus and convulsions etc., if the head, the neck and the spinal are curved after stiffing backwards; numbness begins from upper part of the body and is moved in the lower section of the body etc., Cicuta-Virosa 6 or 30 is used. If numbness begins in the fingers and is moved to the other organs of the body, take Cuprum instead of Cicuta-Virosa. The head is curved backwards; the organs are stiffed; having difficulty in breathing and the patient goes on staring one side. Thus, patient should take Cicuta-Virosa in such symptoms. The patient starts to harm others with having changeable nature. Thus, giving Cicuta-Virosa is very useful. If the patient nature is irritable and does not change his nature, he should take Cuprum.

In this disease, first of all, the fingers are curved; the fist is closed; the jaws muscles are stiffed; he goes on weeping and crying etc. thus, he should take Cuprum.

The different minerals present in the body like- Sodium, Calcium, Manganese, etc. help in the circulation of electric current in the body. This type of electric current is stopped to circulate in the body due to unbalancing of these minerals and by unbalancing of few internal secretions of the chemicals, etc. and this disease occurs. This disease also occurs due to decreasing water level in the body and increasing the body temperature, etc.
Symptoms:-
In this disease, cramping pain can start in any organ of the body especially in the legs and the stomach. The muscle where cramping pain occurs feels tough and tight by touching. In this disease, expedition can occur in the muscles underneath the skin of affected part. Cramping pain starts in the arms, the legs and the stomach muscles, etc. Sometimes, convulsion also occurs in the muscles due to waist disease.
Disease and drugs used in it:-
1. Colchicum- In the condition of cramping pain occurring in the legs or the soles, taking Colchicum 3 at an interval of every 4-4 hours provides relief in this disease.
2. Arnica- If cramping pain occurs in the calves due to tiredness by working hard, walking much or any other reasons etc., take Arnica 1 at an interval of every 2-2 hours for its treatment.
3. Nux-vomica- If cramping pain starts at night without any reason, take Nux-vomica 3 at an interval of every 8-8 hours. It provides relief in pain and if it makes no impression, take Cuprum Metallicum 6 at an interval of every 8-8 hours.
4. Camphor- If the patient feels cramping pain in the calves and his legs have fallen cold like an ice, take Camphor 200. This drug should be used at an interval of every 8-8 hours.
5. Chamomilla- If cramping pain occurs in a person especially at night, Chamomilla 6 should be taken.
6. Ferrum-met- In the condition of cramping pain in the calves, the sole and the thumbs, take Ferrum-met 6 at an interval of every 8-8 hours.
7. Veretrum-album- If the legs have fallen cold; pain aggravates by bed heat; gets relief from pain by walking etc., Veretrum-album 6 should be taken at an interval of every 6-6 hours.
Some other treatments with the use of different drugs:-
If cramping pain is taking place in the muscles of the calves, bend slowly with standing on his feet claws.
If cramping pain starts due to syphilis, patient should drink cold water.
The affected part should be massaged or strained the contracted muscles.
Foment the affected part with hot water and try to remove strain of the muscles by massage.
In this condition, patient should take rest. Sometimes, salt level in the body is decreased with cramping pain. So, to retain salt level in the body, drink lemon water or only water after adding few pinch of salt in it.
To cure cramping pain occurring by syphilis, drink a cup of water before or after 15 minutes of taking exercise.
It should be remembered that drinking water, mixing sugar in it, can be the responsible for cramping in the muscles.

The pulse rate is not found during examination whether the third, fourth, fifth, sixth or seventh times, etc., Acid-mur or Digi is used in such condition.

Chorea, Vitus dance
Introduction:-
Twitching the facial muscles or any other muscles without having desire is called chorea or St. Vitus’ dance. It is also called as stimulation of ekshik muslcles. Mostly, it occurs in the children of ages between 10 to 15 years.
It occurs due to living in dirty places, lack of nutrition, T.B. or disease responsible for weakness, lack of blood in the body, worms, physical and mental lethargy, too much excitements, fear, masturbation, disordering of the heart, etc. in the case of fair sexes, if menstrual secretion does not begins, due to any disordering, at the time of her life, it can be also the responsible for this disease. It also occurs due to abnormal menstrual secretion. Sometimes, it can be hereditary in few peoples.
Use of other drugs in this disease occurring by different reasons:-
If chorea has occurred due to stomach worms, using Cina, Santonine, Mercurius, Spigelia or Natrum-phos, etc. is beneficial. 3 to 6 potency of these drugs should be used for the treatment.
The patient, suffering from chorea due to fear, should take Aconite, Ignatia or Stramonium, etc. 3 to 6 potency of these drugs is used.

If there is no any reason found of occurring chorea, Belladonna, Agaricus, Hyos, Strammo, Cuprum-met, Ars, Zincum, etc. can be used. Using 3 to 6 potency of these drugs is beneficial for the treatment of this disease.
To cure chorea, drugs like- Causticum, Tarentula or Calca-carb can be used addition to above said drugs.
Few other treatments with the use of different drugs:-
The chorea patient should take rest and should keep his mind cool. He should take exercise, walking in the open air and should take nutritive diet.
If a person has suffered from chorea, he should not meet another chorea patient.

Symptoms occurs in this disease like- twitching in the organs, throbbing, shivering and having itching sensation in them, spasm the body before sleeping and ending of tremble while sleeping, etc. thus, in such symptoms, Agaricus 2x, 30 or 200 is beneficial.
3. Ignatia-
This drug is also used like Gels in chorea that occurs due to terror, fear or any incident, etc. 200 potency of this drug is used to cure such symptoms of the patient.
4. Nux-vomica-
The patient suffering from this disease walks like stagger, origins of this disease is the spinal cord, due to which patient walks with dragging his leg, having the compliant of constipation. Thus using Nux-vomica 30 is beneficial.
5. Cuprum-
If the chorea patient has trembling in his body and pain originates from the fingers and the thumbs and is moved to the different organs of the body; when patient remains sleep, he feels better, but trembling starts just after he gets up. Thus, Cuprum should be taken.
6. Tarentula Hispania-
If the patient does not keep his legs motion less while drowsiness and yawning, remains much stable while running fast compared to walking, etc., taking Tarentula Hispania 30 is very useful.
7. Causticum-
The patient suffering from chorea should take Causticum 30. In this disease, first of all, patient should use Ignatia and if it is failed, Causticum should be used. If Causticum also makes no impression, Sulphur and Calcarea-carb should be used together.
8.Zincum-Metallicum:-
If the legs of chorea patient go on moving even during sleep, taking Zincum-Metallicum 30 is very effective.
Twitching the facial muscles or any other muscles without having desire is called chorea or St. Vitus’ dance. It is also called as stimulation of ekshik muslcles. Mostly, it occurs in the children of ages between 10 to 15 years.
It occurs due to living in dirty places, lack of nutrition, T.B. or disease responsible for weakness, lack of blood in the body, worms, physical and mental lethargy, too much excitements, fear, masturbation, disordering of the heart, etc. in the case of fair sexes, if menstrual secretion does not begins, due to any disordering, at the time of her life, it can be also the responsible for this disease. It also occurs due to abnormal menstrual secretion. Sometimes, it can be hereditary in few peoples.
Use of other drugs in this disease occurring by different reasons:-
If chorea has occurred due to stomach worms, using Cina, Santonine, Mercurius, Spigelia or Natrum-phos, etc. is beneficial. 3 to 6 potency of these drugs should be used for the treatment.
The patient, suffering from chorea due to fear, should take Aconite, Ignatia or Stramonium, etc. 3 to 6 potency of these drugs is used.
If chorea has occurred due to gout, Cimicifuga or Spigelia is beneficial. 3 to 6 potency of these drugs is used to cure this disease.
If chorea has occurred due to weakness, using Iod or Ferrum as 3 to 6 potency is very effective.
The patient, suffering from this disease due to excessive masturbation, should take Acid-phos, Cantharis or Platina, etc.

Loco motor ataxia (tabes dorsalis)
Introduction:-
The legs are not able to work properly and become insensitive due to weakness of the spinal cord that is responsible for stagger and walking like lame and with dragging his leg. This is called loco motor ataxia. Syphilis has to be known the main reason of improper working of the legs with its insensitiveness.
Symptoms:-
In this disease, patient feels pain like electric shock especially in the thighs. The patient’s skin becomes insensitive. The knee joints get swelling. He has lack of reaction after hitting on the knee. Wounds appear in the sole. Feels giddiness while standing with closed his eyes. He staggers while walking, dragging his leg. Sometimes, as seeing, he is stacking his legs. Slightly, such symptoms become chronic and converted into paralysis.
Disease and drugs that are used in it:-
1. Gelsemium:-
This drug acts better in paralysis of the nervous system or other parts. If the body stops all types of function and patient goes on drowsing etc., Gelsemium 3 to 30 is used. This drug is used in the cases of weakness of any body part, the neck nerves have stiffed after bending sideward etc., using this drug is very effective.
The hands and legs stop working due to fear about bad news, incident occurring suddenly etc. thus, patient should take Gelsemium 3 to 30 in this condition.
2. Alumina-
If the patient suffering from this disease feels giddiness again and again; stumbles while walking; everything seems revolving; he feels crawling sensation like worms on the back and the legs and the hips become insensitive while sitting; the soles become swell; pain starts in the waist; the body becomes insensitive and feels pain not at the time of pricking pin or needle but feels after sometimes; the legs feel heavy; walking in day and does not able to walk at night; the face become white and its skin becomes dry etc., taking Alumina 6 or 30 is very effective. If patient has constipation with these types of symptoms, this drug can be also used. This drug has also known to be very effective in infantile paralysis or polio.
3. Argentums Nitricum-
If a person is suffered from paralysis of the legs and stumbling while walking in dark or walking with closed his eyes and fast pain starts in the calves of the legs; pain occurs in lumbo circle region and also in the back while sitting but becomes violent at the time of raising and is ameliorated (cured slowly) by walking and moving etc., taking Argentum Nitricum 6 or 30 is very effective. It cures disease after taking action in the legs paralysis.
4. Cocculus:-
This drug eliminates the weakness of the spinal cord. In the initial stage of legs weakness occurring due to excitement (stimulation) of the spinal cord or by other reasons or after emission etc., Cocculus 3 or 30 should be taken.
If paralysis attacks on the lower section of the back and following symptoms are found like- weakness in the waist, patient does not able to control himself, the legs does not work well during walk, the knee also does not work well, the soles become insensitive, the thighs feel pain as if someone has beaten them; first of all, a hand becomes insensitive and then other and sometimes, whole the arms become insensitive, he feels as if the arms have swollen etc., giving Belladonna 30 is very useful in such symptoms. These types of symptoms are also appeared due to sleeplessness or during menstrual secretion.
5. Rhus-tox-
If the patient feels pain due to movement while both in sitting and raising, but is eliminated by walking and moving etc., Rhus-tox should be used in such symptoms. If the hands and legs have fallen insensitive by the attack of paralysis and having no ability in them to work and feels as if something is crawling on the skin etc., using Rhus-tox is very effective. This drug is also used in the condition of profuse sweating from the body.
6. Belladonna:-
The drug has known to be very useful especially in neuralgic pain. If pain starts due to insensitiveness of the leg, Belladonna should be taken.
If the legs of a person have become insensitive and pain starts in them suddenly and is eliminated by itself after persisting for a little while; pain is like inserting lance or as cutting; feeling burning sensation and pain goes on changing its place; troubles are also aggravated by movement, making noises and by light or hearing low sound; the patient does not able to tolerate pain even he does not able to lie down, but gets little relief by sitting, pain become violent between 2 to 3 o’clock in day time and at 11 o’clock at night etc., using Belladonna 30 is very effective.
7. Causticum-
If the patient feels giddiness with insensitiveness of the legs and having no strength in them, Causticum 30 should be taken.
8. Nux-vomica-
Insensitiveness of the legs is normally the disease of the spinal cord. In this disease, patient feels back pain, insensitiveness, feels as if worms have crawling etc. thus, Nux-vomica 30 should be given to the patient. Due to insensitiveness of the legs, patient has difficulty in walking and moving in the morning; the cover behind the knee is fallen hard; feels as if the waist has wrapped tightly around it with cloth; having desire for lying down on the bed; the back, hands and legs become insensitive and has the sensation of crawling the worms etc. If such types of symptoms are occurred due to feeling much cold or having involvement excessively in sexual intercourse, patient should take Nux-vomica 30.
9. Kali-brom-
If the legs do not work well due to insensitiveness; the spinal cord feels insensitiveness, tinkling in the legs; nightfall; the patient becomes brooding and irritable temperament; he is lost his memory power; does not remember words while speaking or talking; he becomes hopeless about his life; patient feels as if he will not able to do anything; he has no desire to meet and talk to anyone and have no interest in doing any work etc., using Kali-brom 3x is very effective. Salt should not be used in his food during the use of this drug.
10. Phosphorus-
In the paralysis of the legs, if the patient feels burning sensation in the spinal cord from upper to lower section, take Phosphorus 30. If tinkling sensation originates with burning sensation and has the feeling of crawling sensation in the legs with sexual excitement etc., taking Phosphorus 30 is very effective. This drug cures excessive sexual desire.
11. Silicea-
It is very useful drug in disease of the spinal cord. The neuralgic fibers of the spinal cord play an important role in the spinal cord, hands and legs. Patient feels waist pain as if someone has beaten on his waist. When the patient sits for a long time, pain starts in the lower section of the spinal cord. The legs start trembling; he feels much tiredness in his legs in the morning that causes difficulty in walking and moving. Disease gets aggravated by emission. The fingers become tough, having no strength in them; the parts, on which he lies down, are fallen insensitive. Thus, taking Silicea 30 is very useful in paralysis of the legs.
12. Picric acid-
If paralysis has attacked in the legs due to any defects of the spinal cord, violent sexual desires originates in the patient due to which, he feels as if his reproductive organs will burst due to excitement. this type of excitement produces due to excitement (irritation, stimulation) of the spinal cord. Thus, taking Picric acid 30 is very effective in such symptoms.
13. Magnesia-phos-
In the case of paralysis of the legs, if pain occurs like electric shock in the legs and gets relief by hot fomentation, using Magnesia-phos 30 at an interval of every 4-4 hours is beneficial.
Few other drugs that are used in this disease beside above said drugs:-
Bacillinum 200 should be used once in a week with the use of other drugs. Syphilinum 1m should be used once in a month with the use of others drugs.
