Treatment of the sucking problems:-

If the child (baby) is not able to suck milk from the mother's breasts due to physical weakness, squeeze little milk from the breasts and give a spoon of that milk to the child resulting it will starts sucking milk from the breasts by itself. If this activity is failed, put a small tablet of 6th potency of China in the mouth. It removes the weakness of the child and he begins to suck.

Introduction:
If the condition of a newly born baby is like a dead child and he/she is not taking breath, put your mouth on the mouth of the baby and give oxygen or supply oxygen to the lungs of the baby by any other process. Giving oxygen by this way can help to begins the hear beat and he can alive.

Disease and drugs used in it:.
The birth of corpse like baby is due to persisting labour pain for a long time or in the condition of the womb disease during pregnancy. In this condition, the embryo is not able to breath properly due to disordering of blood circulation and the internal function of the body. As a result of it, the baby does not cry after birth. If this type of condition occurs at the time of birth, do the following activities: if the string of the navel has clang around the neck of the child at the time of birth, remove that string from the neck immediately. If the navel pulsates, do not cut the navel of the child and clean the phlegm of the mouth and throat immediately. If the navel is not pulsating, tie the string of the navel immediately. After that, fill the air in the lungs through the mouth and press his chest slowly by which, air came out. Do this activity 14-15 times. The child will begin to breathe after 10 minutes of this activity. If this activity makes no impression, splash warm water on the chest of child and next time splash cold water on his/her chest then massage the hands, legs and back of the child slightly. During this activity, do not stop giving air on the face of the child. This activity should be done carefully and slowly. Some corpse like baby begins to breathe after doing this activity, but sometimes the baby begins to breathe after approx 3 hours.
If the child is like a corpse at the time of birth and has no any type of movement in its body and its head is warm, foment with warm fine flour or salt on its head resulting it begins to take breathe. This activity should be done carefully.
If the child is like a corpse and there is no any sign of alive in its body, apply 30th potency of Omium or 1-2 doses of 30th potency of Anti-tart on the tip of the child's tongue. If Anti-tart makes no impression, 2-3 doses of 6 or 30 potency of Arnica should be given.

Introduction:-
The small child feels tickling sensation and pain in his gums during dentition. Addition to them, other several types of disease also occur while dentition. Pain and swelling occur in the gums when tooth comes out from the gums.

Symptoms:-
Tickling sensation and pain occurs in the gums during dentition causes inability to suck. The child goes on crying and becomes irritable temperament. It always wants lap. It goes on cutting his fingers or other things by its gums. The gums become red and swell. Sometimes the child suffers from fever, diarrhea and begins to feel cold too while dentition.

Precaution during dentition:-
Keep on giving a complete diet, milk, juice and common food to the child during dentition. Remember that the child did not sleep by keeping the milk bottle in his mouth. Keep the child neat and clean and stop him to eat soil. Massage with ice cube after tying it in cloth on the gums in the inflammation of the gums. Do not give more salty and sour things to eat. If the child has suffered from fever with cold and catarrh, checkup by a doctor and give treatment properly.

Introduction:-

In this disease, glands (pills) appear in the lungs, brain or other physical organs of a child. These glands seem like yellow or smoky pieces of cheese and bacteria (tuberculous bacilli) are found in them. Phthisis occurs in the lungs when glands appear in it and if the glands appear in the brain, tubercular meningitis occurs. In this way, appearing glands in different organs of the body generates different types of diseases.

Treatment of this disease by following drugs:

1. Phosphorus and Calcarea-phos: Giving Phosphorus in the condition of tuberculosis of the child is very useful. The powder of Calcarea-phos 6x should be given to the child suffering from tuberculosis in the condition of lethargy with anemia.
2. Arsenic: If the child suffering from tuberculosis feels fever, profuse sweating, watery stool, cough and intensive pain in the lungs which aggravates by movement, 6 potency of Arsenic should be taken. To get fast relief from tuberculosis, drugs like- Hepar-sulphur 6, Silicea 30, Sulphur 30, Lycopodium 12 and Iodium 6, etc. can be needed addition to drugs used. In this disease, healthy and nutritive food should be given to the child, should be kept in open and fresh air and kept in the neat and clean house.

Symptoms:
There are few symptoms occur in a child due to disordering of the digestive system, which is very painful. The child feels coldness in his/her stomach just after eating, hiccup starts and rumbling sound begins with pain as torsion after stopping hiccup. The food does not digest properly due to such symptoms. Sometimes, a child excretes out watery stools and sometime solid. He feels much hunger and thirst. A child remains weak and thin even after eating much. These types of symptoms occur in the case of indigestion.

Causes:
Over eating, taking solid eatables, food does not digest easily and taking purgative drugs, etc. are the main reasons of it.

Use different drugs in the case of indigestion:
In the condition of indigestion, stop giving those things which can not be digested easily and give light and easily digestible things to children. Addition to them, giving drugs like- Arsenic-6 or China-6 is very useful. Oleander-3, Nux-vom 30 or Sulphur 30, etc. should be also given to the child for getting quick benefits.

Use of different drugs in the case of urination in large volume or frequent (again and again) urination:-

Acid-phos or Uranium nitric:- Some of children are suffering from urination in large volume minimum 2 times in an hour. This type of child is not able to sleep well, has suffered from anemia and the body is turned yellow. Thus, 3x or 6 potency of Acid-phos or the powder of Uranium nitric-3 should be given to the child.

Use of different drugs to remove the habit of wetting bed:-

Belladonna:- If a child urinates on the bed during sound sleep, 6 potency of Belladonna should be given.
Equisetum:- A child is suffering from enuresis due to inability to hold urine. In this disease, a child dreams about urination due to heaviness of the urinary bladder while sleeping. Thus, he/she urinates on the bed and thinks as if urinating outside. So, giving 6 potency or the mother tincture of Equisetum to the child suffering from such symptoms is beneficial.
Gelsemium:- Giving Gelsemium 3x is very effective if the child is suffering from wetting the bed in day or night while sleeping.
Benzoic acid:- If a child has the habit of wetting bed during sleep and foul smell comes from his urine, 3x of Benzoic acid should be given.
Lycopodium:- Give 6 potency of Lycopodium to the child in the condition of coming uric-acid in urine. This drug is very useful due to fast functioning on the urinary glands.

Use of different drugs in the case of retention of urine:-

Aconite:- If a baby does not urinate till 36 hours after birth, it has suffered from retention of urine. The baby feels restlessness due it. Thus, for quick relief, give 3 potency of Aconite 1 or 2 times. For more relief, drugs like- Belladonna 6, Cantharis 6 or Opium 30 can be also used.
Sometimes this type of symptoms also seems in the older child. Due to retention of urine, the urinary bladder is swelled or becomes warm, intensive pain and restlessness occurs with it.

Use of different drugs in the case of coming blood with urine:-

Blood comes with urine due to measles and chickon pox. Thus, giving the mother tincture of Camphor, Cantharis-3x or Millefolium-1x, etc. is very effective.

Use of different drugs when urine is unnatural in colour:-

If the urine of a child comes in different colours, giving these drugs helps to change the urine in its natural colour. In the condition of coming black urine, give 6 potency of Colchi to the child. Using Apis-6, Terebinthina-6 or Cantharis-6 etc. drugs is appropriate in dark coloured urine.
If urine is turbid (dusty), taking Belladonna-6, Chininum-sulph-6, Sili-3 or 200, Lyco-12, Acid-phos-6 or Terebinth-6 etc. drugs is very effective.
It is very useful to give Cina-3x in the condition of coming yellow urine.
If a child is suffering from white urine due to germs, Cina-3x or 200 should be taken.
If urine of the child looks like chalk-solution or like milk, Cina-3x or 200, Acid-phos-6 or Viola Odor-3x, etc. drugs should be given to the child.
If urine comes in black, any one of the drugs like-Aconite-3, Apis-6, Belladonna-6, Bryo-6, Cantharis-6 and Terebinth-6, etc. should be given to the child.
If urine comes in yellow, Ceanothus-3x, Mamomilla-6 or Kali-phos-12x (trit.), etc. drugs should be given.
If it is smoky in appearance, Terebinth-6 or Benzoic-6 should be used.
If urine is concentrated (thick), Benzoic-acid-6, Camphor-30, Hepar-sulphur 6, Merc-Cor 6 and Phosphorus 6, etc. drugs are used.
If it is blackish or brownish and white sediment mixed in it, taking Carbo-veg 30 is very effective.

Drugs used in nose disease of a child:-

1. Red nose: If the nose of a child becomes red after taking meals, Apis 3x should be given to the child. But if it becomes dark red, taking Carb-veg 6 or Borax 3 is very useful.

2. Nose swelling: If the nose of a child has swelled due to exposure to cold or scrofula, giving Merc-sole 6 is beneficial. This drug affects more in the swelling of the nose with the secretion of watery phlegm from the nose and in the pain of the nose bones. If Merc-sole makes no impression, Hepar-sulphur 6 should be given.

3. Wounds in the nose:

Some children are very sensitive. Due to exposure to even little cold, their nose begins to secrete watery phlegm. By which wounds appear inside the nose. Due to wounds inside the nose, the child suffers more and unable to breathe properly. To cure such symptoms of a child, give Graphites 6 and drip Olive oil in their nose before going to bed at night.
If wounds or pussy pimples occur inside the nose and smell comes due to decaying of wounds, using Kali-bi 6 is beneficial.
If small wounds or scabs have appeared around the nostril of a child, giving Nitric-acid 6 or 30 is very useful.

4. Pussy pimples on the nose: Sometimes pussy pimples appear on the nose by which, a child feels difficulty in breathing. The nose feels tickling sensation and when the child touches it, he/she feels pain. Thus, giving Petroleum 3 is very useful.

5. Burning sensation of the nose: If a child is suffering from burning sensation in the nose, giving Bell 2x in its initial stage is beneficial. If the nose is suffering from burning sensation for a long time, Arum-mur 3x should be taken.

6. Feeling pressure in the root of the nose:

If a child feels as if someone is pulling his nose root with pressure in the root of the nose, giving Kali-bicrome 3 is very effective.
If a child is suffering from pressure in the nose with pain in it, taking Capsicum 3 is very useful.

7. Disease of the front part of the nose:

If the front part of the nose becomes hard and red with itching, Silicea 6 should be used.
If the front part of the nose feels stretch with itching sensation, taking Carbo-animelis 6 is appropriate.
Taking Oxalic acid 3 is very useful in the condition of burning pain in the front part of the nose.
Amon-carb 3 should be used in the condition of small pimples on the front part of the nose.
Giving Kali-brom 3x is very effective in the condition of pussy pimples on the nose.
Using Borax 3 is very effective in the condition of boils and feeling stretch on the nose.
If the front part of the nose has become red and fever has occurred too, giving Capsicum 3 is very effective.

8. Nose bleeding:

If a child is suffering from nose bleeding, the mother tincture of Millefolium should be used.
Sometimes children hurt each other on the nose while playing and bleeding starts from the nose. Thus, to stop bleeding, Arnica 3 should be given.
Bleeding from the nose is also due to more physical weakness caused by any other disease or by lack of nutritive food. Thus, giving China 6 is very useful in this condition.
Bryo 3 should be taken in the condition of morning nose bleeding, but in the condition of nose bleeding at night, using Merc-bi 6x (trit.)
Sometimes children are suffering from nose bleeding due to any dangerous disease and sometimes due to collapse fever. In this condition, drugs should not be used.

9. Blocking the nose:

The nose is blocked due to secretion of watery phlegm during cold-catarrh, but sometimes the nose remains block after the ends of cold-catarrh. By which, the child feels difficulty in breathing. He/she also has difficulty while drinking milk and sleeping. A rustling sound goes on coming in the condition of blocking the nose. Thus, using Dulkamara-3, Sambucus-3 or Nux-vomika-6, etc. is very effective.
If a whizzing sound comes from the child's chest with blocking the nose, giving Antim-tart 6 is beneficial.
If the nose of a child has blocked due to watery secretion, Chamomilla 12 should be taken.
If the nose is blocked due to dryness, put lukewarm pure mustard oil.

Use of different drugs in the condition of boils of children:-

Boils appear on the head, the neck, the ears, the armpit, joints of the hands and muscles. Thus, 30 potency of Calcarea-carb should be given. This drug is very useful to cure boils in a fat boy.
Carbo-veg 30 should be given to heal wounds occurring in the summer season.
Chamo 6 should be given in the condition of appearing pimples around wounds in a child. By the use of this drug, wounds, pimples and pain are cured.
The back part of the ears becomes red due to rubbing and wounds have appeared too. Sticky glandular pus is coming out from wounds. Thus, Graphites 6 should be given.
Lycopodium 30 should be given in the condition of wounds on the skin, coming smell and blood from wounds with constipation.
Boils of the head in which, firstly a boil appears on the head and after bursting of this boils, wherever its water goes, boils appear. Thus, Sulphur 30, Hepar-sulphur-30 or Calc-carb 30 should be given. Besides them, sometimes giving Arnica-3 is also beneficial.

Causes:-

When a child is suffering from any disease, he/she cries more. Crying habit occurs with anger in children due to disease. Therefore, the causes of crying should be tried to know that why is a child crying? There are some symptoms to know the reasons of crying like- if a child cries and at the same time touches its ear, its cry is probably due to ears disease.
If the baby puts its finger on its gums, the gum is tender. He/she puts clay in the mouth due to tickling sensation and pain in the gums while teething (dentition).
If a child does not keep its legs properly and touches the stomach by bending, it is due to stomachache like torsion.
If the baby cries loudly, it has problem in the breathing tube.
If the child coughs and cries, it is due to chest disease.
If the child cries bitterly, it is due to lungs disease.
Sometime the baby cries also due to ant bite.

Treatment of this disease by following drugs:

1. Aconite: If the child cries due to warm body, dry skin, restlessness and sleepless, Aconite 3x should be given.
2. Belladonna: If a child is suffering from warm head and redness of the eyes and face; if it suddenly starts from sleep and starts crying, 6 potency of Belladonna should be given.
3. Chamomilla: If the child becomes irritable temperament; it goes on crying always and wants to be taken in the arms; with fever, the child feels gripes due to which it draws up legs. Thus, giving 3 potency of Chammomilla is very effective. This drug is also very useful to cure different types of diseases occurring while dentition (teething). If Chamomilla is failed, 2 drops of Rubini’s Camphor provides relief.
4. Coffea: If the child feels sleeplessness due to nervous irritation, taking Coffea 6 is appropriate.
5. Nux-vomica: If a child cries due to constipation or flatulence, Nux-vomica should be given.
6. Magnesia : phos: If the child cries much due to stomachache and feels restlessness, giving Magnesia-phos 6x (trit.) in hot water is beneficial.

Drugs used in the case of leucoderma:

Mostly, this disease occurs due to lack of pigment in the body, disordering of the health or nervous system. In this disease, part of the skin which wants pigment, found white flecks like milk which is called leucoderma. Mostly, this disease affects children below 8 years. This disease mostly occurs on the hands, on the back of the neck, on the face and on the chest. In this disease, first of all, small white flecks appear on the skin and then they are changed into blotch which seems like boil after grouped together. The skin of that place seems white like milk due to generating boils.
In this disease, giving Arsenic-album 30 or Arsenic-iod 6x (trit.) to the suffered child continuously for a week is very effective. After the use of this drug, white fleck disappear slowly. If this drug fails, Sulph-flebum 6x (trit.) should be taken.
If a child feels laziness and difficulty in breathing with this disease, giving 6 potency of Phosphorus is very beneficial.
If a child has other symptoms too with this disease as- sleeplessness especially at night, restlessness while sleeping and tiredness in the body, sad and worried mentally and weak memory, etc. Thus, Zinc-phos 1x or 3x (trit.) should be given.
If this disease had occurred in a hysterical girl, Ignatia 6 should be given.
Besides these drugs, other drugs can be also needed for more benefit as- Sulphur 30, Thuja 6, Calc-carb 30, Calc-phos 6 (trit.), Anti-tart 6, Nitric-acid 6, X-ray 30, Zincum 6 or Rhus-tox 6, etc.

Important note:

It is very useful to rub the pulp of walnut on white flecks. Give things which increases digestion capability. Milk, cadliver, oil, petroleum-imaltion, nutritive ripe fruits, etc. should be given to the child in its diet. Clean and fresh environment is also good for the child. In this disease, giving bath with the water of the Ganga and applying its soil to the child is beneficial. Avoid sweet and sour things and things by which digestive function affected during the treatment of this disease.

Introduction:

If children live in polluted atmosphere, different kinds of harmful viruses get enter in their body. Because of this reason, they suffer from boils and pimples and wounds occur there.
Treatment of this disease by following drugs:

1. Calc-carb: Due to dirty and spoiled skin, wounds appear in the armpit and in the glands of the back part of the ears. Sulphur 30 should be given in the condition of appearing pimples filled with pus and in skin itch. If wounds appear due spoiled skin, give Calc-carb 6. This drug is very effective in the condition of wounds appearing in a fat child.
2. Lycopodium: If wounds have formed on the skin with bleeding from them continuously, Lycopodium 12 should be given.
3. Graphites: Giving 6 potency of Graphites is beneficial in the condition of secretion of sticky pus from wounds especially from wounds appeared on the back part of the ears.
4. Carbo-veg: Carbo-veg 30 should be given in wounds of the skin in which burning sensation goes on feeling.
5. Chamomilla: Taking 12 potency of Chamomilla is very useful in the condition of erupting red pimples on the skin. Thus, wash wounds daily in the morning and evening with solution prepared after putting neem’s leaves or 2 drops of the mother tincture of Calendula in hot water then sprinkle fine flour on wounds. It helps to heal wounds soon.

Introduction:

Nutritive elements in good quantity are needed for the growth of children body. If a child does not get nutritive elements in sufficient quantity, the body of the child does not grow properly.

Treatment of this disease by following drugs:

1. Pynus Silvestris: Generally, the body of a child grows normally, but sometimes it does not develop properly resulting several types of symptoms occur. The length of the chest grows, the child likes to sleep, ability to digest food is decreased, and memory becomes weak and has no strength to walk due to physical weakness. In this disease, the body of a child becomes weak and thin, having difficulty in breathing, the heart beat is raised. Thus, the mother tincture of Pynus Silvestris or 3 potency of it should be taken. Especially, it is very useful to remove thinness and weakness of the knee. This drug also cures itching sensation occurring in the body parts.
2. Sulphur: Sulphur 30 should be given in the condition of becoming hands and legs weak and in the condition of unable to play and walk. Besides it, drugs like- Calc-phos 12 (trit.), Calc-carb 30 and Abis can 3x, etc. are also used in the condition of improper physical growth of the child.

Introduction:

From sixth to tenth month after birth is considered the period of dentition in children. It happens if calcium is in sufficient quantity in the child but if there is a deficiency of calcium in the body, the child suffers from such kinds of symptoms during dentition as fever, green-yellow loose motions, indigestion, salivation, irritation, etc.

Use of different drugs in the condition of disease while teething (dentition):

1. Chamomilla: Several types of diseases occur in the condition of teething (dentition). First of all, teeth appear on the lower gums and then on the upper gums. Symptoms like fever, constipation, unconsciousness, insomnia, etc. occur while teething. Thus, 12 potency of Chamomilla should be given.

2. Aconite: If the child is suffering from fever while teething, using 3 potency of Aconite is beneficial.

3. Chamomilla: 6 potency of Chamomilla should be given in the condition of excessive loose motions while teething.

4. Merc-cor: Merc-cor 6 should be used in the condition of amoebic dysentery with loose motions while teething.

5. Nux-vomica: If the child is suffering from constipation while teething, 30 potency of Nux-vomica should be used.

6. Belladonna: Belladonna 6 should be given in the condition of stiffness while teething. Drugs like Calcarea-carb-30, Ignatia-6, Cina-3x or 200, Ipecac-6 or Sulphur-6, etc. can be given in the condition of delay teething.

Introduction:

Sometimes, pimples appear in the mouth of children because of which sores take birth in the mouth. Besides it, sores take birth in the mouth of children during dentition.

Use of different drugs in the condition of mouth sores:

1. Viola-Tricolor and Rhus-tox:- Small white pustular eruptions appear inside the mouth. First of all, these types of pustular eruptions appear on the cheek then on the forehead and slowly they are multiplied on the entire body. These pustular eruptions become blacken and bursts, forming yellow scabs. Thus, Viola-Tricolor 3 should be given in this condition. Rhus-tox can be also given in this disease, but sometimes this drug aggravates inflammation. So, Rhus-tox should be stopped in the condition of inflammation on the whole body.

2. Borax: Take Borax 3 (trit.) in the condition of appearing wounds or pimples inside the mouth and applying lava of the borax on wounds after mixing it in honey provide benefit.

3. Arsenic: In the condition of vesicles on the lips and inside the mouth, back part of the tongue is coated and red marks of streaks are formed in its middle, foul odour from the mouth, restlessness, the child is suffering from greenish liquid motions. Thus, Arsenic 6 should be used in such symptoms.

4. Calcaria-carb: Different types of diseases occurs while teething (dentition) as- sore inside the mouth, sweating on the head and the face, eaten food particles do not digest properly and coldness of the soles, etc. Thus, using Calcaria-carb 30 provides benefit.

5. Merc-sol: Merc-sol 6 should be given in the condition of tongue inflammation, gum sore and bleeding, salivation with foetid odour and liquid motions containing mucus, etc.

6. Acid-nit: If pimples have formed (erupted) on the face causes smell from the face and secretion of such saliva from the mouth which can generate wounds, Acid-nit 6 should be used.

7. Sulphur: If the tongue has coated with white layer, large pimples has appeared on the face, bloody saliva dribbling out, stools are full of sticky gum and pimples has erupted around the anus, etc., 30 potency of Sulphur should be given.

8. Secale: Secale 2 (trit.) should be taken in the condition of sweating on the face and became blacken, cold and foul. Applying honey on sore inside the mouth cures it.

Introduction:

Cholera is a fatal disease which spread in summer and last of rainy season. If it is not treated on time, the victim can sleep in the lap of death too. It spreads very fast. Its virus get enter into the body through water or meal. This disease spreads from one person to another person through stale meal, sputum, vomiting, stool, worms, etc. living on dirty place, taking indigestible foodstuffs, drinking water after doing irregular labor, drinking dirty water and too much eating are the other causes of this disease.
Water should not be given to victim in cholera. Mix aniseed and juice of mint in water and give to victim for drinking. If condition becomes serious for the patient and saving the life of the victim appears impossible, boil water until it remains sixteenth portion and give to the patient for drinking by cooling. The patient should drink water in gulps. A piece of ice can be given to the victim for sucking.

Treatment of this disease by following drugs:

1. Aethusa: If a child is suffering from cholera with watery, greenish or yellow stool again and again and sometimes stools is sticky or mixed with blood. The child does not able to digest milk and vomit. He feels much laziness, hot body, but the hands and legs remain cold. Thus, giving 6 or 30 potency of Aethusa to the child in the condition of such symptoms is very useful.
2. Podophyllum: If a child is suffering from cholera discharges foul-smelling motions again and again with morning aggravation, taking 6 potency of Podophyllum is very effective.
3. Kali-brometum: The powder of Kali-brometum 3x should be given to the child in the condition of becoming his/her body blue, hiccup, shivering in the hands, much laziness, lack of blood in the head, jerking in the head, feeling stretchiness, stiffness and coldness in the body, etc. drugs like- powder of Aconite-3, Croton-3, Chamomilla-6, Arsenic-3, powder of Calcarea Acetica-3, Carbo-veg-30, Ipecac-6, China-3, Veret-6, Cuprum-6, powder of Cuprum-ars-3x, Sikel-6, Sulphur-30, Rubini’s spirit-camphor, etc.

Introduction:

The navel of the child feels violent pain haltingly like spasm around it. It feels strain near the navel. There are several reasons of this pain as- eating sour things, sometime by eating pulse, cucumber, ice, spoiled milk, excessive use of jaggery, eating much spicy food, stomach worms, etc. Thus, different drugs are used to cure such pain.

Use of different drugs in the condition of infantile pain:

The child vomits after 3-4 hours of eating. The chest of the child feels sharp pain and burning sensation with vomiting. If the child is suffering from this type of symptom, it means the baby has sour pain. When this disease becomes chronic, sour vomiting does not occur but sharp pain goes on occurring in the stomach. Thus, any of the drugs like- Pulsatilla-6, Nux-vomica-3, Colocynth-6 and Acid sulph-3x, etc. should be used in such symptoms.
Gas is formed in the stomach due to constipation. In this condition, if gas is not able to release out, sharp pain begins haltingly in the stomach. This type of pain is called gastric pain. Thus, using any of the drugs like- Belladonna-3, Chamomilla-6, Colocynth-6, Nux-vom-3 and China-6, etc. is very effective.
Sometimes violent pain occurs in the liver due to coming small pieces of bile in the intestine from the liver. It is called bilious pain. Thus, using Bryonia-3, Nux-vom-3, China-6 or Ipecac-3x, etc. is beneficial.
Using the powder of Cina-2x or Santonine-2x is very effective in the condition of sharp pain caused by stomach worms.

Introduction:

Sometimes the baby is suffered from tetanus after some days of birth. It is a very dangerous disease caused by hurt, due to cutting of the navel carelessly or due to wounds occurring in the navel, etc. If this disease is not treated on time, it is converted in to dangerous form and can kill the baby. There are different symptoms occurs in the condition of this disease- inability to suck, stiffness of the neck, unconsciousness and stiffness after locking jaws, the face and the body of the baby become red and the lips become blue, the fist of the hands is closed, etc. The baby is suffered from fever which is raised up to 105-106 degree if treatment is not given on time, hands and legs is strained and foam begins to discharge from the mouth and the baby is died at the end.

Treatment of this disease by following drugs:

1. Aconite: In the condition of infantile tetanus caused by cold, first of all, baby is suffered from fever; it remains nervous and goes on crying. Thus, 3 potency of Aconite should be given immediately in such symptoms of the baby.

2. Ignatia: If the breasts milk is spoiled due to much worry or anger and the baby is gotten sick due to sucking this milk, 6 potency of Ignatia should be given to both the mother and baby. Addition to it, fomenting the bones of the throat is also beneficial.

3. Gelsemium: If the body of the baby has become stiff and the jaws are moving, 3 potency of Gelsemium should be given. Addition to it, using Belladonna is also very effective especially when disease has occurred due to burning sensation near the navel.

4. Arnica:-

Using Arnica 3x or Hypericum 3x is very effective in infantile tetanus occurring due to hurt.
Some other drugs are also used beside above drugs- Nux-vom 3x or 30, the powder of Strychninum 6x, Cicuta 6, Acid hydro 3, etc.

Causes: Infantile insomnia may be due to different reasons like- accumulation of blood (congestion) in the head, over eating, stomach worms, horror (terrible) dreams and being obsessed, etc. We should treat the child according to its reason.

Use of drugs:

If the head feels hot and the baby goes on crying ceaselessly without any apparent cause and child startles out of sleep, 6 potency of Belladonna should be given.
If the child always wants to be carried in the arms and starts crying after carried down, child’s body goes on twitching during sleep, it is become irritable temperament, etc., taking Chamomilla 6 is very effective.
If the child is playful and jolly, but its body remains hot and it moans occasionally, 6 potency of Coffea should be given to the child.
If the child wakes up suddenly with screaming due to fever, Aconite 3 should be given.
If infantile insomnia is due to stomach worms, taking Cina 3x is beneficial.
If the child is suffering from insomnia (sleeplessness) due to constipation, Nux-vomica 6 should be used.
If the child is suffering from insomnia caused by over eating, using 6 potency of Pulsatilla is very effective.

Introduction:

Children become the victim of ear diseases because of many causes. Such causes are as filling water in the ear while taking bath, injury, loud sound, filth in the ear, scratching ear with any thing, pimple in the ear, and sensation of cold, foreign body in the ear. Thus, several diseases related to ear take birth.

Disease and drugs used in it:-

Ear wax:-

Sometime, the ears of a child have pus in them due to ailing and dirt (wax) is generated inside the ears when it does not cure on time. Thus, to clean the ears, giving Staphysagria 3 is appropriate. There is also need to take Calc-carb with this drug.

Earache:-

Using homoeopathic drugs is very effective to cure earache occurring due to different reasons like- entering water into the ears, due to chickon pox, exposure to cold or while teething (dentition), etc. If a child begins to cry loudly even by little touch of its ears, it is suffering from earache. Thus, using different drugs to gets relief soon.
Give Acon 3 in the condition of earache due to exposure to cold.
If the ears have become red and hot with earache, taking 3 potency of Bell is very effective.
12 potency of Chamomilla should be given to the child in the condition of earache while teething (dentition).
If a child is suffering from unbearable earache, Magnesia-phos 12x (trit.) should be used. Addition to it, giving hot fomentation on the ear provides relief from earache.

Pain and burning sensation of the ears:-

This type of symptom occurs due to entering water into the ears, by exposure to dew, by exposure to moist air in the rainy season, by exposure to cold air, due to suppression of peals of skin disease in the ears, etc. Thus, different types of drugs are used to cure pain and burning sensation of the ears generating by these reasons.
Symptoms like burning sensation in the eyes, throbbing pain in the eyes, stiffness of the eyes, becoming inside and outside part of the ears hot, swell and red, etc. These types of symptoms occurs in both the condition as pain and burning sensation of the ears, but throbbing pain occurs in the case of burning sensation of the ears while pricking pain occurs in the case of pain in the ears. Thus, give 3 potency of Pulsatilla in such symptoms of earache and dripping the drops of the mother tincture of Pulsatilla removes earache occurring by both the reasons.
If burning sensation and pain of the ears occur in the winter season due to exposure to cold, giving Aconite 6x is very useful.
Giving 3 potency of Arnica is appropriate when pain and burning sensation occur due to hurt of the ears.
If a child is suffering from burning sensation inside and outside of the ears and pain has reached to the teeth through the cheek, Merc-va 3x (trit.) should be used. With the use of this drug, hot fomentation should be also applied on the ears.

Pus in the ears:-

If the ears of a child get pus in them due to chickon pox, fever or due to any skin disease especially in the child suffering from scrofula. Thus, 3 potency of Pulsatilla should be given and then 30 potency of Sulphur should be given to the child.
If pus discharges from the ears with headache, give Belladonna and then giving Merc 6 is very useful. The use of this drug is very useful especially in such ears disease in which thick stinky pus discharges from the ears for a long time. If additional Mercury is used in this disease, Hepar-sulphur 6 should be used to remove the side effects of Mercury. In the condition of discharging pus from the ears, mix Borax in lukewarm water and then the ears should be cleaned with a piece of clean cloth. After that, wipe the ears well with blatting paper and then this paper should be kept in to the ears by making a ball like cotton.
Drugs should not be used externally in the condition of discharging pus from the ears. It can harm the child (patient).

Introduction:-

When the child begins to eat other eatables besides mother’s milk or when it becomes 4 months old, mother’s milk is not enough for their growth. In this stage, the growth of the child is most important. If child does not get a proper diet in this period, its growth is affected badly and becomes victim of other malnutrition.
If the child is not getting enough mothers’ milk, give food stuffs for proper growth. First of all, give normal food stuffs to the child and check that it can able to digest food or not, if the child can able to digest food and likes to take that food too, start to give other kinds of food stuffs. Give such food in little quantity to the child which can be easily digestible. Give only fresh and clean food and utensils should be also cleaned, because the child can fall sick and loose motions can start in the case of any type of dirtiness. Do not give such food which is not prepared at home, because this type of food is harmful for the child and less nutritive than food prepared at home. Therefore, well cooked digestible food should be given to the child in neat and clean utensils.

Food stuffs given to the child:-

Banana, soft rice, cooked pulses, fruits juice, etc. should be given to the child. When the child digests all these things easily, a preparation of rice and pulse boiled together should be given after mixing it in milk. Besides them, apple without peels and milk pudding should be also given. Do not give white part of the eggs and other things which contain protein until 1 or 1½ months or until it is vaccinated measles vaccine.
When the child is about 8 to 9 months old, it is able to digest above said food items and when it is 1 year old, becomes eligible to digest all the eatables prepared at home.

Note:-

The mother should not give up breasts milk suddenly. Do not give stale, spicy and smelly food stuffs to the child. It is necessary to give nutritious diet in this period.
