Urticaria
Introduction:-
Urticaria is a normal allergic reaction in which, red eruptions or blotches appear on the skin with itching sensation. These are disappeared without leaving their marks, but such types of eruptions or blotches can appear again and again (frequently, repeatedly). These can appear anywhere on the body. The eruptions or blotches of urticarea can be small or big or in any shape or as pimples or as crackles on the skin. This disease occurs suddenly and is cured within few hours, but sometimes it persists for several days. In the chronic stage of this disease, patient has to face too many troubles. In this disease, many parts of the body get swell with itching sensation in them. The swelled parts become soft that is the main (chief, principal) symptoms of this disease.
Cause:-
The main reason of this disease is allergy that can occur due to taking any type of food stuffs like- fish, strawberry, etc. it can also occur due to taking few drugs, living in polluted environment or smoke, pollution, dust particles are also responsible for this disease. It can also occur due to living in depression, worry, sad, insect's bites or its sting. Sometimes, it occurs with changing of weathers, infections of bacteria, fungus or viruses, etc. Mostly, this disease occurs due to taking chingari fish, crabs or other heavy and spicy food, constipation and due to exposing to cold.
Symptoms:-
In this disease, eruptions can be small or big or flat. Eruptions are red in colour with itching sensation in them. The patient feels burning sensation below the skin on which eruptions appear. Sometimes, burning sensation also takes place around the eyes. This disease can occur in the hands, legs, throat and the reproductive organs suddenly.
Use of different drugs in this disease:-
1. Antim-
crude, Nux-vomica or Pulsatilla- In the case of urticarea, any one among these three drugs can be used.
2. Urens 3x or Apis 3x-
in urticarea, if the lower areas of eruptions is red and middle is white with different types of other symptoms like- burning sensation, pain like sting, whirr sound produces in them and that part is swelled up, etc., Artica Urens 3x or Apis 3x should be used. Artica Urens is used in symptoms like- sudden suppression of blotches, dysentery, crying, etc. while Apis mel is used in symptoms like- too swelled eruptions and in the condition of violent pain like sting in them. In these symptoms, if both are failed, use Chloral-hydrate 3x.
3. Rhus-tox-
If this disease occurs due to wetting, eating chingari fish or crabs, etc., any potency between Rhus-tox 3 to 30 can be used for its treatment.
4. Astecus
fluviyati- In the case of urticarea with liver diseases, using 3 potency of this drug is very effective.
5. Dulkamara-
If urticarea has occurred by wetting in rain or exposing to cold, Dulkamara 6 should be taken.
6. Skucum-chakra:-
To cure urticarea, the trituration of Skucum-chakra 3x can be used.
If a person has been suffering from chronic urticarea, any one among Apis, Kinin-ars, Arsenic, Sulphur or Astecus-fluviyetili 3 to 30 or Natrum-mur can be taken.
Treatment of the different condition of urticarea:-
The patient suffering from acute urticarea should take the trituration of Apis, Artica-urens or Chlorelum 2x, etc.
In the case of chronic urticarea, using Kinin-sulphur, but is used in frequent urticarea. In addition to it, the trituration of Ars, Apis, Sulphur or Chlorelum 2x etc. are also used.
Taking Antim-crude, Nux-vomica or Puls, etc. are very effective in the condition of urticarea occurring due to malfunctioning of the stomach.
In the condition of urticarea due to getting cold, Aconite is used, especially in the condition of getting cold air of winter season or dry cold. Dulkamara is used in the condition of urticarea occurring due to exposing rainy or moist air.
Take Acon if the symptoms of fever are also found in the patient with urticarea.
In the condition of urticarea occurring due to bed heat, the trituration of Chlorelum 2x is used.
Bryonea is used when suppressed urticarea occurs suddenly.
Using Ignatia or Anaca is very effective for the treatment of urticarea due to mental depression.
If this disease has occurred due to sleeplessness, Coffea should be taken.
Cobrayo or Rhus-tox or Simisiphuga, etc. should be used in the case of urticarea with gastric.
If rheumatic (gout) patient has suffered from urticarea, Kolchi should be used for its treatment.
Ipica or Ars is used in the case of urticarea of asthama patient.
If urticarea occurs due to the disordering of the womb, Puls or Hydrastis is used.
In the condition of fever, burning sensation, thirst and appearing red eruptions, using Aconite 3x is very effective.
Diet and abstinence:-
The urticarea patient should protect himself from allergic things like- fish, crabs, chocolate, strawberry, milk, eggs, fruits having hart peels, tomatoes, etc.
Smoking is very harmful in this disease.
keep away yourself from medicines used to kill mosquitoes (insecticides), wetting, exposure to dew, painting of the house, dust, smoke, incense sticks, getting cold, cold air, etc.
Avoid too heat or cold.
Do not take allergic medicines.
Sometimes, urticarea occurs due to stomach diseases.
The urticarea patient should take bath with lukewarm water and should take light and easily digestible food. Lemon should be rubbed after cutting on the place of blotches.
Important tips:-
If the patient feels burning and itching sensation in the throat, the throat gets dried after insect's bite or its sting, fever, cough and feels difficulty in breathing, etc., treats such patient immediately according to a doctor.

Gall Stone or Biliary Calculus
Introduction:-
When biliary juice (bile) produced by improper diet, becomes hard like stone after solidifying in the gall bladder or in the biliary tube, it is called gall stone. It can be small, normal (medium) and big (large) and black, green or dusty in appearance. Pain that occurs due to gall stone is called biliary pain.
Symptoms:-
In the condition of gall stone, light or violent pain keeps on paining in the stomach. The patient does feels any problems except slight pain in the stomach occasionally until stone presents in the gall bladder. When this stone is reached in the biliary tube after coming out from the gall bladder, slight pain starts. After that, sometimes slight pain takes place and sometimes it becomes violent that causes troubles for the patient. In the case of biliary pain, it starts from right cavity and moved its surroundings especially to the right shoulder and back. Due to such pain, symptoms like- vomiting, feeling cold, sweating, weakness, jaundice, difficulty in breathing, unconsciousness, etc. appear in the patient. When biliary pain starts, sometimes it is cured after few hours, but sometimes it persists for several weeks and cured by itself after coming this stone in the intestine. After coming stone in the intestine, it comes out with stools in small particles.
Biliary pain-
In the case of biliary pain, hot fomentation on the affected part or applying hot olive oil on it provides some relief.
Pain of the urinary stone:-
This type of pain starts from urinary tube and is moved to the testicles. The patient has desire for frequent urination and blood also comes with urine. Jaundice occurs in the patient suffered from urinary stone.
Use of different drugs:-
1. Carduous-merianus- Pain starts in the liver too with biliary pain especially in the left part of the liver; 5-10 drops of the mother tincture of Carduous-merianus should be taken at an interval of every 3-3 hours.
2. Dayoscorea- If biliary pain starts from gall bladder and is moved its surroundings and the sufferer gets some relief from pain by bending or walking, 30 potency of this drug or its mother tincture should be used to remove such pain. If pain is cured by bowing, using Colocynth is appropriate.
3. Calce-carb or berberis- To remove biliary pain, taking Calce-carb 30 to 200 is very useful. This drug should be taken at an interval of every 15-15 minutes for 3 hours. After 3 hours, if the patient does get relief from pain, the mother tincture of Berberis should be taken at an interval of every 20-20 minutes.
4. Arnica- Arnica 3x or 6 can be used in the condition of any type of symptom. After ameliorating pain, China should be taken.
5. Cholostrine- If the patient who has been suffering from gall stone and has violent pain, the trituration of Cholostrine 2x or 3 should be given. It provides relief from pain soon.
6. Olive oil- In the case of gall stone, olive oil should be taken for 2-3 days. Lemon juice should be given to the patient just after taking olive oil. After 3-4 minutes, olive oil should be given again and then lemon juice after it. Vomiting does not take place after this activity. In this way, drinking olive oil helps to melt stone within 2-3 days.
Different drugs for removing biliary pain:-
Drugs like- the mother tincture of Chiyonathus and Hydrastis should be taken as 1-10 drops in volume. Chelidonium 2x, Jelsimium 1x, Belladonna 3x, Arsenic 3x to 30, Dizitelis 30, Larosiresus 3, Phagnasia-phos 3x, etc. should be used in this disease with hot water.
To remove biliary pain, Cholosterinum 2 is also used. The higher potency of this drug can be also used. Using the trituration of Cholosterinum 3x to 3 is very useful.
In the case of gall stone, Aconite, Nux-vomica, Merc, China, Phospho, etc. can be used with other drugs. Among these drugs, China, Aconite and Merc can be used in gall stone formed due to malaria.
Abstinence (avoidance) with the treatment by different drugs:-
In the condition of gall stone, the sufferer should take light and easily digestible food stuffs.
Bread should be taken with sugar after roasting it on flame and then immersing it very hot water.
The patient should take roasted apple, should be drunken cold water with full desire and walk in an open air daily.
In the condition of restlessness with pain, lukewarm water should be given to the patient; pour lukewarm water on the intestinal organs after making him to sit in a tub filled with lukewarm water and hot poultice should be tied on the womb. It provides relief from pain.
In this disease, the patient should take proper diet and does his work with proper planning.
The patient should works physically, walk in fresh air and drink enough water. In this way, stones are disappeared completely by follow rules and taking drugs. Drinking warm fall water is very useful for the patient.
Treatment with different drugs to prevent forming gall stone again:-
China- Its mother tincture should be used to cure gall stone and China 6x or its 6 tablets should be taken twice daily to prevent stone to form again. In this way, after using China for 10 days, give gap for a day and its tablets should be taken in the next day. In this way, take this drug for 20 days. After that, take this drug at an interval of every 3-3 days and then at an interval of every 4-4 days and again at an interval of every 5-5 days. In this way, increase your intervals period until it become the intervals of 1-1 months. Take this drug 10 times at an interval of every 1-1 months. By taking this drug, the process of forming stone in the gall bladder is stopped and never forms again.
Precaution:-
The patient has been suffering from gall stone should never take additional sugar, fat, things contain lime and vetsar. In addition to it, taking meat, fish, oily food stuffs, soda water, etc. are also very harmful for the patient.

Bilious Headache
Introduction:-
When headache occurs due to indigestion of food in the condition of constipation, is called bilious headache. In this disease, filth thickens on the tongue, offensive smell comes from the mouth, pain takes place in the duodenum, feels nauseate and upset ness starts on occurring in the stomach.
Drugs that are used in disease:-
1. Nux-muscata- If bilious headache starts with salty taste of the mouth, Nux-muscata 2x should be used for its treatment.
2. Bryonea- If biliary vomiting comes with headache, taking Bryonea 3 provides relief. For this purpose, these drugs can be also used like- Chamomila, Pulsatilla, Merc, Nux-vomica, Ipica or Antim-crude, etc.
Note- Do not use other drugs before and after a day of using these drugs.
When headache occurs due to indigestion of food in the condition of constipation, is called bilious headache. In this disease, filth thickens on the tongue, offensive smell comes from the mouth, pain takes place in the duodenum, feels nauseate and upset ness starts on occurring in the stomach.

Biliousess and Bilous Attack
Introduction:-
When bile level is increased more than its normal level in human body, several types of diseases occur like- constipation, headache and lack of appetite. In addition to these three symptoms, the patient feels pain like shooting below the right lungs and in the right side of the stomach where liver is situated. Taste becomes bitter, loose motions resembling bile takes place and gas starts to form inside the stomach. Vertigo, sour belches and yellow vomiting also take place. Additional saliva comes in the mouth and he feels much weakness in his body. To cure this disease, select drugs according to the symptoms of disease and then treat. Few drugs are as follow- Ferrum-met, Natrum-sulphur, Magnesia-mur, Irish, Kalli-carb, Nux-vomica, Sulphur or Bryonea, etc.
Treatment of this disease by following drugs:
Biliousness or bilious attack:-
1. Ferrum-phatelicum- Due to enhancing bile level in the body, symptoms of anemia (lack of blood) is found in the body, the face is turned yellow or redness appear on the face and smarting pain takes place in the head, etc. thus, Ferrum-metallicum 6 should be taken at an interval of every 4-4 hours for few days.
2. Kalli-carb- If the patient has the complaints of constipation and migraine, pain starts in the morning and becomes violent till noon and is removed slowly with sunset, if the symptoms aggravate at 3 a.m., etc., Kalli-carb 6x, 30 or 200 should be taken. This drug should not be used again and again. For the treatment of disease, start with its lower potency and if it makes no impression, its higher potency should be used.
3. Nux-vomica- Due to this disease, if the patient becomes lean and thin, keeps on sitting on the chair for the whole day and has also the complaints of constipation, etc., he should take Nux-vomica 30.
4. Sulphur- If the patient, suffering from acidity, constipation, piles, etc., feels violent hunger approx 11-12 o'clock in day time and if he does get food then feels emptiness in his stomach, he feels loose hearted, etc., Sulphur should be taken to end such symptoms of the patient.
5. Natrum-sulphur- If uric acid comes with the urine of rheumatic patient, Natrum-sulph should be taken.
6. Magnesia-mur- Due to this disease, if the patient feels troubles in his liver, constipation and solid stools come as in small pieces, taking Magnesia-mur 6, 30 or 200 or its mother tincture is very useful.
7. Lycopodium- In this disease, if gas has formed in the stomach and the sufferer has the complaints of constipation with scanty urination, Lycopodium 6, 30 or 200 should be taken.
Bilious attacks:-
1. Irish versicular- This drug helps to make bile level normal. Due to this disease, if the patient feels headache and vomiting with bile that provides relief, 30 potency of this drug should be used. It is beneficial. Such pain that mostly takes place in the left temple and becomes violent by taking rest, taking this drug is very useful.
2. Bryonea- Due to bilious attacks, if the patient feels pain like shooting near liver that is multiplied to the chest; mostly pain starts from the section below the left lungs and aggravates by physical movement, etc., Bryonea should be taken in the condition of this type of pain. If pain does aggravate by physical movement, taking Kalli-carb 30 is appropriate.
If the complaints of constipation or loose motions found in the patient suffering from this disease that occurs due to eating additional greens, vegetables, fruits, etc. or by heat, Bryonea should be used to end such complaints.
3. Ucca Philementosa- In this disease, 3 potency of this drug or its mother tincture should be taken to end any type of the symptoms of this disease. If pain starts from the upper section of liver and is multiplied towards the back, the sufferer feels bad taste, bile comes out with loose motions and gas releases from the stomach frequently, etc., 3 potency of this drug or its mother tincture should be taken.
When bile level is increased more than its normal level in human body, several types of diseases occur like- constipation, headache and lack of appetite. In addition to these three symptoms, the patient feels pain like shooting below the right lungs and in the right side of the stomach where liver is situated. Taste becomes bitter, loose motions resembling bile takes place and gas starts to form inside the stomach. Vertigo, sour belches and yellow vomiting also take place. Additional saliva comes in the mouth and he feels much weakness in his body. To cure this disease, select drugs according to the symptoms of disease and then treat. Few drugs are as follow- Ferrum-met, Natrum-sulphur, Magnesia-mur, Irish, Kalli-carb, Nux-vomica, Sulphur or Bryonea, etc.
Treatment of this disease by following drugs:
Biliousness or bilious attack:-
1. Ferrum-phatelicum- Due to enhancing bile level in the body, symptoms of anemia (lack of blood) is found in the body, the face is turned yellow or redness appear on the face and smarting pain takes place in the head, etc. thus, Ferrum-metallicum 6 should be taken at an interval of every 4-4 hours for few days.
2. Kalli-carb- If the patient has the complaints of constipation and migraine, pain starts in the morning and becomes violent till noon and is removed slowly with sunset, if the symptoms aggravate at 3 a.m., etc., Kalli-carb 6x, 30 or 200 should be taken. This drug should not be used again and again. For the treatment of disease, start with its lower potency and if it makes no impression, its higher potency should be used.
3. Nux-vomica- Due to this disease, if the patient becomes lean and thin, keeps on sitting on the chair for the whole day and has also the complaints of constipation, etc., he should take Nux-vomica 30.
4. Sulphur- If the patient, suffering from acidity, constipation, piles, etc., feels violent hunger approx 11-12 o'clock in day time and if he does get food then feels emptiness in his stomach, he feels loose hearted, etc., Sulphur should be taken to end such symptoms of the patient.
5. Natrum-sulphur- If uric acid comes with the urine of rheumatic patient, Natrum-sulph should be taken.
6. Magnesia-mur- Due to this disease, if the patient feels troubles in his liver, constipation and solid stools come as in small pieces, taking Magnesia-mur 6, 30 or 200 or its mother tincture is very useful.
7. Lycopodium- In this disease, if gas has formed in the stomach and the sufferer has the complaints of constipation with scanty urination, Lycopodium 6, 30 or 200 should be taken.
Bilious attacks:-
1. Irish versicular- This drug helps to make bile level normal. Due to this disease, if the patient feels headache and vomiting with bile that provides relief, 30 potency of this drug should be used. It is beneficial. Such pain that mostly takes place in the left temple and becomes violent by taking rest, taking this drug is very useful.
2. Bryonea- Due to bilious attacks, if the patient feels pain like shooting near liver that is multiplied to the chest; mostly pain starts from the section below the left lungs and aggravates by physical movement, etc., Bryonea should be taken in the condition of this type of pain. If pain does aggravate by physical movement, taking Kalli-carb 30 is appropriate.
If the complaints of constipation or loose motions found in the patient suffering from this disease that occurs due to eating additional greens, vegetables, fruits, etc. or by heat, Bryonea should be used to end such complaints.
3. Ucca Philementosa- In this disease, 3 potency of this drug or its mother tincture should be taken to end any type of the symptoms of this disease. If pain starts from the upper section of liver and is multiplied towards the back, the sufferer feels bad taste, bile comes out with loose motions and gas releases from the stomach frequently, etc., 3 potency of this drug or its mother tincture should be taken.

In this disease, patient feels itching or burning sensation, pain like sting on the skin. This disease occurs suddenly and is cured by itself after few days, but sometimes it can persist for several days too. It occurs due to exposing to cold, constipation, taking spicy, heavy foods and eating crabs, fish, etc.
Use of different drugs in acute uritcarea (nettle rash, hives):-
1. Apis or Chlorelum- If red, yellow or light colour (colourless) blotchy eruptions have appeared on the skin with burning and itching sensation, Apis should be taken. If Apis 1x, 3x or 6 makes no impression within 2 days, Chlorelum 3x should be taken. If this disease has occurred due to exposure to cold, taking this drug is appropriate. This drug should be used at an interval of every 8-8 hours.
2. Artica urens- If blotchy eruptions have appeared on the skin with pain like sting, Artica urens 3x should be taken at an interval of every 4-4 hours. If the patient has been suffering from profuse urination too with such symptoms, he should take Apis.
3. Aconite- If the skin has become dry due to cold or much dry air, fever, over thirst, restlessness, nervousness persist, etc., Aconite 30 should be taken.
4. Arsenic- If burning and itching sensation take place in the blotchy eruptions, he remains restless, feels over thirst, but drink little frequently, etc., Arsenic should be used. If any other disease or croup cough has occurred due to suppression of these eruptions, taking Arsenic 30 is very useful.
5. Antim-crude- If these eruptions have appeared due to constipation and the tongue has coated with white coating, etc., Antim-crude should be used for its treatment.
6. Dulkamra- If acute urticarea has occurred due to wetting, moist or exposing to cold, etc., taking Dulkamara 6 or 30 is very useful.
7. Bryonea- In this disease, if eruptions have suppressed without appearing completely that causes heavy breath or pain in the chest, using Bryonea 30 is very effective.
8. Pulsatilla- If such eruptions appear on the skin with loose motions in the morning due to taking heavy and spicy food in the last night and the condition of the patient becomes too serious, etc., Pulsatilla 30 should be taken to cure such symptoms.
9. Rhus-tox- If these eruptions have appeared on the skin with violent itching and burning sensation in them, the skin has turned into red with swelling, fever, feels over thirst and symptoms of disease aggravates by cold, etc., Rhus-tox 30 should be taken.
10. Nux-vomica- If this disease occurs due to taking alcohol, taking Nux-vomica 30 is beneficial.

Rheumatism
Introduction:-
Node is called as 'Gland' in Sanskrit and the place where two or more bones join to each other, is called 'Joints'. Pain in small joints or small glands is called 'Gout' and when pain takes place in the big joints of the bones are called 'Rheumatism'. If pain takes place in the muscles, it is called 'Myalgia' (Muscular pain). Gout mostly occurs due to eating additional meat and alcohol and living with full enjoyment. The main reason of this disease is collecting uric acid in the joints, nodes, glands, small joints, etc. There are two types of rheumatism- joints pain and myalgia.
Rheumatism:-
It has divided into two types- infantile rheumatism and adult rheumatism. Infantile rheumatism is cured soon and does not become chronic. Further, adult rheumatism is divided into two types- acute and chronic. In this disease, the sufferer has the complaints of pain in the joints, nodes and muscles.
Different types of rheumatism:-
Infantile rheumatism.
Acute rheumatism.
Chronic rheumatism.
Myalgia.
Rheumatism due to gonorrhea.
Rheumatism due to syphilis.
Treatment of infantile rheumatism (rheumatism child) with different drugs:-
1. Belladonna:-
In this disease, if pain begins suddenly and is cured by itself. Swelling comes; the obsessed parts become red and hot with burning sensation on it and feel pain by touching it. Pain aggravates by movement. Thus, using Bryonea or Spigilia is appropriate in such symptoms. But it the patient feels difficulty in hearing loud sound with such symptoms, has desire of eating lemon that provides relief in disease, disease is aggravated by cutting hairs or in the condition of wet head and this type of pain is multiplied in the entire body, etc., Belladonna 30 should be taken to end such pain.
This drug acts better on the mucus membranes of blood. Swelling comes after collecting blood in the joints where this mucus membrane is located in the body. The patient feels pain in this swelled part by movement and he feels over thirst too, etc. then Bryonea 30 should be given. This drug is also used in the case of pleurisy or any other joints disease.
2. Aconite:-
If this disease has attacked due to exposing to cold or by cold air, body temperature has raised 105 degree with dry skin, feels over thirst, the cheeks have become red, feels pain in his muscles as if it is injured with an arrow and the part has become insensitive, etc. then Aconite 30 should be given to the child. If rheumatism attacks on the heart, feels heaviness on the chest, the pulse becomes rigid; heart beat has become fast with restlessness in the heart, disease is aggravated in the night, etc., Aconite is used in such symptoms.
3. Rhus-tox:-
In this disease, if pain ameliorates by walking and the sufferer keeps on moving even in the condition of pain, Rhus-tox is used in such symptoms. It is also used in the condition of ameliorating pain by movement and walking like lame, feeling difficulty in sitting, etc.
If the symptoms of disease aggravates by moving and in the rainy season, Rhus-tox should be used. For this purpose, Dulkamara can be also given.
4. Chamomilla:-
In the case of infantile rheumatism, pain becomes violent in the night especially in evening, due to which child is not able to sleep and keeps on crying. Painful part becomes insensitive, pain starts like jerk in the part, sleeplessness, pain becomes unbearable, etc. due to which, we have to take him our arms, walks, etc. thus, Chamomilla 30 should be given to the child in such symptoms.
The patient is not able to bear even little pain, he becomes irritable temperament, uses abusive words, etc. thus, and taking this drug is also very useful in such symptoms.
5. Ledum-
If the child feels pain due to rheumatism and he/she is hot natured, pain does not become less by cold, but aggravates by bed heat in the night, that's why he/she does not want to cover his/her body parts, etc., Ledum should be given to the child.
6. Merc-sol-
If offensive sweat comes with rheumatism in the child and he/she is not able to tolerate too hot or cold; the symptoms of disease aggravate by bed heat in the night; sweat comes, but does not provides relief, etc., Merc-sol 30 should be taken.
7. Simisiphuga (acti-racimosa)-
This drug is especially used in myalgia. The neck becomes stiff in the condition of neck rheumatism due to which, it is not able to turn. Mental symptoms start to occur after removing rheumatic symptoms. Strength for doing mental work or for thinking becomes less. Thus, taking 3 potency of this drug is very effective in such symptoms of rheumatism. It is also very useful for cold natured patient whose disease becomes aggravate due to exposing to cold or by damp.
8. Pulsatilla-
In rheumatism, if pain keeps on moving from one part to other parts of the body; feels pain near the joints as if strain has occurred in that area; it has become swell and red; pain takes place in the spinal cord and in other organs that is aggravated by taking rest and is ameliorated by walking here and there; Pain becomes violent in the rainy season or by wetting the legs; troubles are aggravated in hot room, gets relief by cold, etc., taking Pulsatilla 30 is very useful in such symptoms. If the child has symptoms like- irritation, feeling over thirst and has desire to eat such food stuffs that are not digested by him, etc., Pulsatilla should be given.
9. Magenum-
In this disease, if the patient feels pain in his knee bone that is as faster as he is not able to tolerate even little touch and he becomes restless just after even little touch; fast pain takes place in the asthi-parivestan and in the bones; this type of pain goes on moving in the organs of the body; painful parts become intolerable by touch; troubles are aggravated by physical movement and at night; he is not able to walk with the help of his heels, so he keeps on trying to walk on his claws; gets relief from pain in rheumatism by lying down. Thus, Magenum 3 to 30 should be used to end such symptoms of disease.
10. Natrum-phos:-
This drug is very useful to cure rheumatism. If the muscles have stiffed, the organs have become heavy and the right wrist and knee have become sick, etc. then Natrum-phos 6x should be taken. This drug is also very useful in infantile rheumatism. In acute rheumatism, this drug provides relief within few days.
This drug can be used in the case of any type of rheumatism in the asthi-parivestan and on the physical fibers. If food does not digest well due to acidity and sour and offensive belches come, taking this drug is very useful.
11. Naza-
If a child is gastric in natured and his muscles trembles and other types of heart troubles are also found in him, Naza 6 or 30 should be taken. If few and light symptoms of heart disease appear in the child, this drug is also very useful in this case. Taking this drug is also very useful for the treatment of such patent who has been suffering from pain in between the shoulders with heart disease. In the case of rheumatism, if the throat of the child has dried, Naza 6 or 30 should be given.
12. Chalmia-
In this disease, if pain aggravates by walking and moves from lower to higher; pain is moved to the legs periodically through the shoulders, arms, fingers and thighs; the patient feels pain in the nerves like inserting knife or injured by arrow; pain starts suddenly and is removed suddenly with goes on changing its place; he feels pain that affects the heart that makes heart beat fast; heart beat is as fast as it can be seen from outside, but sometimes it is ameliorated too, etc. then if any symptom among these symtpoms are found in the patient, giving Chalmia 6 or its mother tincture is very useful. It also provides relief from other pain of rheumatism.
13. Auram-met-
If rheumatic pain changes its place all the time; pain goes on moving from one joints to other joints and in the last, it is moved to the heart and persists in it; the patient is not able to lye down due to pain and gets relief from pain by sitting with bending himself frontward; he feels the palpitation of the throat's nerves; his face is turned into blue colourless; he starts panting; feels breathing impairment; takes breath by opening his mouth, profuse sweating and inflammation of the legs, feet, etc. then Auram-met 30 should be used in such symptoms of the patient.
14. Spigelia:-
This drug is used in rheumatism with occurring heart disease. Heart beat becomes as fast as its sound heard by him and its palpitation can be seen clearly. Due to heart pain, the patient is not able to sleep on the left side and if he sleeps on the right side, he has to keep his head high. Due to this pain, he remains lie down silently without any motion. He feels pain in the chest as if knife has inserted in it. Heart pain becomes hard to tolerate it. He feels pain in the heart like pricking hot needle or inserting hot metal wire. Thus, Spigilia 6 or 30 should be taken in such symptoms. It provides relief from such pain.
15. Parotidinum-
Well, this drug is used in diabetes, but sometimes it is also used to end joints pain. If a person has suffered from rheumatism and he has already the complaints of diabetes, Parotidinum 30 is given to the patient. It should be used at an interval of every 6-6 hours.
Adult's acute rheumatism or rheumatic fever:-
In the case of acute rheumatism, symptoms like- swelling, fever, joints pain, restlessness, etc. are found in the patient.
1. Merc-sol-
In this disease, if joints inflammation, pain, profuse sweating, aggravating symptoms by sweating, etc. symptoms are found in the patient with other symptoms like- profuse offensive sweating, sometimes oily (smooth) offensive smell too, offensive smell comes from the mouth, feels additional thirst, aggravation the symptoms of disease at night or pain is aggravated just after lying down on the bed and he feels pain with coldness in the sick parts, feels cold air as moving in the affected part. Thus, Merc-sol 30 is used in such symptoms.
2. Aconite-
If swelling has come in the joints due to exposure to cold or dry air, feels fast pain, feels crawling sensation like an insects in the organs, feels insensitiveness, intolerable pain takes place, severe fever comes, the swelled part has becomes deep shiny red coloured, does not tolerate even little touch, troubles start to aggravate in the night, etc., taking Aconite 30 is very useful.
3. Calcarea-carb-
If the head remains hot, sweating on the forehead, sticky sweat comes in the hands and legs, the patient is wetted with sweat at 3 am, disease is aggravated by taking bath, working in water, by movement, etc., Calcarea-carb 30 should be used.
4. Rhus-tox-
If the patient remains restless, feels pain in the condition of sitting silently, but gets some relief from pain by walking, troubles starts on aggravating by cold or rain, the body muscles go on paining, etc., using Rhus-tox 30 is very effective. Taking Causticum, Rododendramun, Dulkamara, etc. in the condition of aggravating pain in the rain helps to remove these symptoms.
5. Actia Racimosa (Simisiphuga)-
In this disease, if pain takes place in the back, behind the neck and in the eyes; the joints become swell and hot with pain; with muscular pain, patient becomes hopeless from his life, etc., Actia Racimosa 3 should be taken. This drug enhances confidence in the patient and cures disease after removing pain.
6. Stelleria media-
If pain keeps on moving in all the organs of the body; pain like inserting in any organs of the body takes place; the joints become tough and feels pain by moving and touching them; the fingers joints are swelled too. In this disease, pain keeps on moving in the back, the upper section of the kidneys, hip, thigh, shoulders and in the arms. Thus, 2x potency of this drug should be used at an interval of every 2-2 hours.
7. Nux-vomica-
If the patient feels burning sensation in the entire body with rheumatic pain especially the face becomes hot and red; he feels cold even in the condition of hot body or sometimes he feels cold and sometime hot; fever comes in the evening and becomes severe (violent) till morning; he is not able to change his side as lying posture due to backache; for this purpose, he has to sit and then changes his side; such type of rheumatic attack falls especially on the big joints and the muscles; he can not move due to this type of pain; he is not able to bear cold; he likes warmth, becomes irritable temperament, etc., taking Nux-vomica 30 is very useful.
8. Pulsatilla-
In rheumatism, pain takes place in the knees, ankles, in the small joints of hands and legs with changing its place. Sometimes, pain becomes violent and sometime it becomes less. In the case of hot natured person, he feels cold as much as pain becomes violent. He does not like to cover himself with cloth and likes cold water and cold fresh air. His nature keeps on changing- sometimes he laughs and in the other movement, he starts on crying. His face becomes dried (pale) and feels over thirst. Thus, if such symptoms are found in the patient, Pulsatilla 30 should be used.
9. Kalmia and Ledum-
If the left hand has becomes insensitive and feels crawling sensation, pain in the nerves after elbow, in index finger, pain starts from the hip and moves to the knee and legs, pain changes its place, etc., Kalmia and Ledum should be used in such symptoms of this disease.
10. Arsenic
The patient of this disease likes heat, because it provides relief to him. Rheumatic pain comes at regular intervals and is cured by itself. It becomes violent in the mid night. The patient remains restless mentally and physically. The symptoms of nervousness and strength are also found in the patient. Thus, taking Arsenic 30 or 200 is very effective in such symptoms.
11. Benzoic acid-
If smell like that of horse's urine comes from patient's urine, Benzoic acid 3 to 6 should be taken. It is very useful to remove such smell.
12. Lac caninum-
Such joints pain that keeps on changing its place all the time. Pain goes on interchanging from right ankle to left ankle and then from left to right ankle. Thus, to remove such pain, taking 30 potency of this drug is very effective.
13. Chronic rheumatism of an adult:-
If the swelling of joints and fever are not found in the patient, but pain goes on taking place in the joints that goes on persisting all the time, etc., it is called chronic rheumatism. To prevent rheumatism as chronic, swelling in the period of acute rheumatism should not be allowed to become tough (rigid). For this purpose, the patient should take exercise regularly, goes on moving and working. Swelling should be kept warm and if possible then ointment should be applied on it. Mix an equal quantity of the mother tincture of Capsicum and glycerin and rub if for 15 minutes on the swelling thrice a day. It removes pain and swelling.
14. Medorrhinum-
In the case of acute or chronic rheumatism occurring due to gonorrhea, patient feels pain in the joints or the muscles that is aggravated in day time and is ameliorated at night. Pain begins in many joints at same time and in the last, it persists in a joint. If pain takes place with swelling that has become tough. Burning sensation takes place in the hands and legs, due to which, he wants to keep his legs out from bed sheet. Thus, Medorrhinum 200 is very effective for its treatment.
15. Carsinocin-
Giving nosodes is beneficial in chronic rheumatism. This drug should be used at an interval of every 10-10 days.
16. Tuberculinum (Bacillinum)-
If a person has infected by this disease from his parents (hereditary) or from any other peoples, Tuberculinum (Bacillinum) 200 should be taken.
17. Thuja-
Pain takes place in the heels, knee's joints and profuse sweat comes in the night, offensive sweat comes out from the body that caused spots on the clothes, sweat goes on coming for the whole night excepts between 2-3 o'clock. Thus, Thuja should be given to the patient in the condition of this disease. If sweat comes only from open parts of the body, but not from covered parts, this drug is also very useful. If the patient feels as if his body has become hard while walking and if he walks more, parts will fall down after breaking.
18. Iodum-
Joints become as rigid as can not be moved. Fibers near the joints become fat and tough. In the night, pain takes place in joints and bones. Rheumatism becomes chronic due to gonorrhea. The hands and legs become cold; sweat comes with burning sensation from legs. Thus, Iodum 3 should be taken in such types of symptoms.
19. Kali-Iodide-

If pain is aggravated in the night and he has to face difficulty in sleeping on side due to it, to remove such pain, this drug is very useful too.
20. Berberis-
In the cases of chronic rheumatism of the shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, legs, feet, etc., Berberis 6 is used. If fingers joints have swollen due to pain below the nails of fingers, this drug provides relief from such pain. This drug is also used if the rheumatic patient has been suffering from urinary diseases.
21. Kali-bicrome-
Such pain of rheumatism that does not persist on a particular part all the time, but keeps on changing its place, taking Kali-bicrome 3x or 30 is very useful. It is also very useful in the case of chronic rheumatism occurring due to syphilis.
22. Caulophyllum-
In the condition of pain in the joints of fingers and toes, 3 potency of this drug is used. It is also beneficial in the condition of pain in wrist joints and in pores while closing his fist.
23. Colchicum-
Pain takes place in corner below the right scapula and below the left hand. Cutting pain takes place in the summer season and pricking pain like needle in the winter season. Pain is slight in the summer comparison to the winter. Disease is aggravated in the winter season and in night. The sufferer starts to feel nauseate just after looking food or by its smell. He does not tolerate even kitchen smell too. Thus, Colchicum 3 should be taken to cure such symptoms of the patient. If it is necessary to use this drug in heart disease, use its 30 or 200 potency for this purpose.
24. Lycopodium-
If rheumatic pain moves from right to left side, taking its 30 potency provides relief from pain.
25. Chininum Sulphur or Calcarea-phos:-
Both these drugs are used to remove weakness occurring after rheumatism. For this purpose, Chininum Sulphur 3x or Calcarea phos 3x should be taken.
In addition to use different drugs to cure adult rheumatism, few other drugs are also used like- Sulphur, Calcarea-carb, Bryonia, Benzoic acid, Mer-sol, Rhododendron, Dulcamara or Kali-bicrome, etc.
Muscular Rheumatism:-
1. Aconite- If the patient has suffered from neck stiffness due to exposing to cold, taking Aconite 30 is very useful. This drug acts better on the muscles and removes its stiffness.
2. Macrotine- If fast pain takes place in the muscles, take Macrotine 6x in the quantity of 0.12 gram. It provides relief from muscular pain.
3. Arnica- If stiffness has occurred with fast muscular pain, use Arnica 1m.
4. Merc-sol- If the patient feels pain like rubbing in the back and the body becomes weak and loose, trembling in the body and pain becomes violent while sleeping, etc., Merc-sol 6 or 30 should be taken.
Gonorrhea Rheumatism:-
1. Medorrhinum- If rheumatism has occurred due to suppression of gonorrhea by using different drugs, take Medorrhinum 200. After the use of this drug, first of all, gonorrhea will cure after occurring suppressed gonorrhea and then rheumatism will cure.
2. Merc-sol- If rheumatic pain has occurred after the use of Aconite and sweat comes with the secretion of gonorrhea, taking Merc-sol 30 helps to cure this disease.
3. Aconite- If the patient feels fast pain, fever, restlessness and remains troubled, Aconite should be taken.
4. Argentums-nitricum- If joints swelling have occurred in case of rheumatism occurring due to gonorrhea that causes pain, gas forms in the stomach with other diseases of stomach, etc., Argentum-nitricum 3 should be used to remove such symptoms.
5. Sarsaparilla- In the condition of violent pain after urination, taking Sarsaparilla 6 is very useful.
6. Pulsatilla- If joints pain has occurred due to suppression of gonorrhea that goes on moving all the time, taking Pulsatilla 30 provides relief from pain.
7. Thuja- If rheumatism has occurred due to gonorrhea and well chosen medicines make no impression, Thuja 30 should be used at an interval of every 8-8 hours. If this drug makes no impression due to psychosis, first of all, it cures psychosis then is cured rheumatism.
8. Sulphur:-
If the patient has been suffering from skin disease that is due to psora and well chosen medicines make no impression, Sulphur 30 should be used to cure such patient.
Do not take other drugs before and after 2 days of using any drug.
Syphilitic Rheumatism:-
1. Stillingia- If pain takes place in the asthi-parivestan due to rheumatism, take 1st potency of this drug at an interval of every-6 hours. It is also very useful in the condition of Syphilis and enlargement of the throat's glands.
2. Kali-iodide- If pain takes place in the outer membrane of the bones of asthi-parivestan due to syphilis or taking mercury, etc., patient should take Kalli-iodide 30 at an interval of every 6-6 hours.
3. Syphilinum (Luaticum)- If rheumatic pain keeps on persisting from evening to morning, Syphilinum 200 should be taken 3 to 4 times in a day. It provides relief from pain.
4. Kalli-bicrome- If swelling has formed on the bones, taking 3x or 30 potency of this drug for the treatment of this disease removes swelling and provides relief from pain.
5. Auram-met- If the patient has been suffering from syphilis, remains too hopeless and depressed and the symptoms of disease remain aggravated from evening to morning, etc., give Merc-sol to the patient. If it makes no impression, Auram-met 30 should be given.
6. Phytolacca- This drug is used in the condition of bones swelling with rheumatism. Taking 3 potency of this drug is benefited for the paitent.
In the case of rheumatism, treatment with different drugs according to the symptoms related to heat and cold:-
If rheumatism aggravates by heat, taking these drugs is appropriate like- Bryonea, Puls, Thuja, Ledum, Phos, Phyto, etc.
If the patient gets relief by heat, any one among these drugs like- Ars, Lyco, Merc, Causti, Kolchi, Colossi, Nux, Rhus or Sulphur, etc. can be used.
If this disease aggravates by moisture, cold air or due to exposure to cold, Pulsatilla or Ledum should be taken.
If the rheumatic patient gets relief from cold, Causticum, Hepar, Aconite, Bryo or Nux, etc. should be taken.
If rheumatic pain or other symptoms of this disease aggravates by dry cold air or by cold, use these drugs like- Causti, Hepar, Asrum, Bryo, Kalli-carb, Nux, etc.
In the case of rheumatism, if the patient gets relief by moisture and if pain becomes violent by heat, any one among these drugs like Causti, Hepar, Asrum, Bryo, Kalli-carb, Spungia, Nux or Sepia, etc. can be used.
If rheumatism aggravates by moist, Puls or Veretrum should be used.
If the patient gets relief from pain by moist or heat, using Causticum, Hepar or Nux is appropriate.
If pain becomes violent by walking or other physical movements, any one among these drugs like- Chamomilla, Rhus-tox, Dulka, Rodo, Puls, etc. can be used.
If pain is due to walking, Calmia, Lacke-can, Puls or Kalli-vi, etc. drugs should be used in such symptoms.
In the case of rheumatism, if pain takes place and the affected part has become insensitive, these drugs are used- Aconite, Chamomilla or Pulsatilla, etc.
If troubles becomes violent by hearing fast and loud sound, any one among these drugs like- Arnica, Bell, Ledum, Nux, Bryonea, Hepar or Rhus-tox, etc. can be used.
If pain gets aggravated by touching, these drugs can be used- Bell, Bryo, Arnica, Chame, Kolchi, Medo, Nux, Hepar, Ledum, Puls, Rodo or Rhus-tox, etc.
Some abstinence with the use of different drugs in this disease:-
If this disease aggravates with the changing of weather or becomes less, use these drugs- Ranunculus, Bulb, Dulkamara, Nux-mus, Rodo, Rhus-tox, Tuberculinum, Silesia, etc.
If the symptoms of rheumatism does not aggravate in rainy season, use these drugs- Calcarea, Merc-sol, Natrum-sulph, Ruta, etc.
Node is called as 'Gland' in Sanskrit and the place where two or more bones join to each other, is called 'Joints'. Pain in small joints or small glands is called 'Gout' and when pain takes place in the big joints of the bones are called 'Rheumatism'. If pain takes place in the muscles, it is called 'Myalgia' (Muscular pain). Gout mostly occurs due to eating additional meat and alcohol and living with full enjoyment. The main reason of this disease is collecting uric acid in the joints, nodes, glands, small joints, etc. There are two types of rheumatism- joints pain and myalgia.
Rheumatism:-
It has divided into two types- infantile rheumatism and adult rheumatism. Infantile rheumatism is cured soon and does not become chronic. Further, adult rheumatism is divided into two types- acute and chronic. In this disease, the sufferer has the complaints of pain in the joints, nodes and muscles.
Different types of rheumatism:-
Infantile rheumatism.
Acute rheumatism.
Chronic rheumatism.
Myalgia.
Rheumatism due to gonorrhea.
Rheumatism due to syphilis.
Treatment of infantile rheumatism (rheumatism child) with different drugs:-
1. Belladonna:-
In this disease, if pain begins suddenly and is cured by itself. Swelling comes; the obsessed parts become red and hot with burning sensation on it and feel pain by touching it. Pain aggravates by movement. Thus, using Bryonea or Spigilia is appropriate in such symptoms. But it the patient feels difficulty in hearing loud sound with such symptoms, has desire of eating lemon that provides relief in disease, disease is aggravated by cutting hairs or in the condition of wet head and this type of pain is multiplied in the entire body, etc., Belladonna 30 should be taken to end such pain.
This drug acts better on the mucus membranes of blood. Swelling comes after collecting blood in the joints where this mucus membrane is located in the body. The patient feels pain in this swelled part by movement and he feels over thirst too, etc. then Bryonea 30 should be given. This drug is also used in the case of pleurisy or any other joints disease.
2. Aconite:-
If this disease has attacked due to exposing to cold or by cold air, body temperature has raised 105 degree with dry skin, feels over thirst, the cheeks have become red, feels pain in his muscles as if it is injured with an arrow and the part has become insensitive, etc. then Aconite 30 should be given to the child. If rheumatism attacks on the heart, feels heaviness on the chest, the pulse becomes rigid; heart beat has become fast with restlessness in the heart, disease is aggravated in the night, etc., Aconite is used in such symptoms.
3. Rhus-tox:-
In this disease, if pain ameliorates by walking and the sufferer keeps on moving even in the condition of pain, Rhus-tox is used in such symptoms. It is also used in the condition of ameliorating pain by movement and walking like lame, feeling difficulty in sitting, etc.
If the symptoms of disease aggravates by moving and in the rainy season, Rhus-tox should be used. For this purpose, Dulkamara can be also given.
4. Chamomilla:-
In the case of infantile rheumatism, pain becomes violent in the night especially in evening, due to which child is not able to sleep and keeps on crying. Painful part becomes insensitive, pain starts like jerk in the part, sleeplessness, pain becomes unbearable, etc. due to which, we have to take him our arms, walks, etc. thus, Chamomilla 30 should be given to the child in such symptoms.
The patient is not able to bear even little pain, he becomes irritable temperament, uses abusive words, etc. thus, and taking this drug is also very useful in such symptoms.
5. Ledum-
If the child feels pain due to rheumatism and he/she is hot natured, pain does not become less by cold, but aggravates by bed heat in the night, that's why he/she does not want to cover his/her body parts, etc., Ledum should be given to the child.
6. Merc-sol-
If offensive sweat comes with rheumatism in the child and he/she is not able to tolerate too hot or cold; the symptoms of disease aggravate by bed heat in the night; sweat comes, but does not provides relief, etc., Merc-sol 30 should be taken.
7. Simisiphuga (acti-racimosa)-
This drug is especially used in myalgia. The neck becomes stiff in the condition of neck rheumatism due to which, it is not able to turn. Mental symptoms start to occur after removing rheumatic symptoms. Strength for doing mental work or for thinking becomes less. Thus, taking 3 potency of this drug is very effective in such symptoms of rheumatism. It is also very useful for cold natured patient whose disease becomes aggravate due to exposing to cold or by damp.
8. Pulsatilla-
In rheumatism, if pain keeps on moving from one part to other parts of the body; feels pain near the joints as if strain has occurred in that area; it has become swell and red; pain takes place in the spinal cord and in other organs that is aggravated by taking rest and is ameliorated by walking here and there; Pain becomes violent in the rainy season or by wetting the legs; troubles are aggravated in hot room, gets relief by cold, etc., taking Pulsatilla 30 is very useful in such symptoms. If the child has symptoms like- irritation, feeling over thirst and has desire to eat such food stuffs that are not digested by him, etc., Pulsatilla should be given.
9. Magenum-
In this disease, if the patient feels pain in his knee bone that is as faster as he is not able to tolerate even little touch and he becomes restless just after even little touch; fast pain takes place in the asthi-parivestan and in the bones; this type of pain goes on moving in the organs of the body; painful parts become intolerable by touch; troubles are aggravated by physical movement and at night; he is not able to walk with the help of his heels, so he keeps on trying to walk on his claws; gets relief from pain in rheumatism by lying down. Thus, Magenum 3 to 30 should be used to end such symptoms of disease.
10. Natrum-phos:-
This drug is very useful to cure rheumatism. If the muscles have stiffed, the organs have become heavy and the right wrist and knee have become sick, etc. then Natrum-phos 6x should be taken. This drug is also very useful in infantile rheumatism. In acute rheumatism, this drug provides relief within few days.
This drug can be used in the case of any type of rheumatism in the asthi-parivestan and on the physical fibers. If food does not digest well due to acidity and sour and offensive belches come, taking this drug is very useful.
11. Naza-
If a child is gastric in natured and his muscles trembles and other types of heart troubles are also found in him, Naza 6 or 30 should be taken. If few and light symptoms of heart disease appear in the child, this drug is also very useful in this case. Taking this drug is also very useful for the treatment of such patent who has been suffering from pain in between the shoulders with heart disease. In the case of rheumatism, if the throat of the child has dried, Naza 6 or 30 should be given.
12. Chalmia-
In this disease, if pain aggravates by walking and moves from lower to higher; pain is moved to the legs periodically through the shoulders, arms, fingers and thighs; the patient feels pain in the nerves like inserting knife or injured by arrow; pain starts suddenly and is removed suddenly with goes on changing its place; he feels pain that affects the heart that makes heart beat fast; heart beat is as fast as it can be seen from outside, but sometimes it is ameliorated too, etc. then if any symptom among these symtpoms are found in the patient, giving Chalmia 6 or its mother tincture is very useful. It also provides relief from other pain of rheumatism.
13. Auram-met-
If rheumatic pain changes its place all the time; pain goes on moving from one joints to other joints and in the last, it is moved to the heart and persists in it; the patient is not able to lye down due to pain and gets relief from pain by sitting with bending himself frontward; he feels the palpitation of the throat's nerves; his face is turned into blue colourless; he starts panting; feels breathing impairment; takes breath by opening his mouth, profuse sweating and inflammation of the legs, feet, etc. then Auram-met 30 should be used in such symptoms of the patient.
14. Spigelia:-
This drug is used in rheumatism with occurring heart disease. Heart beat becomes as fast as its sound heard by him and its palpitation can be seen clearly. Due to heart pain, the patient is not able to sleep on the left side and if he sleeps on the right side, he has to keep his head high. Due to this pain, he remains lie down silently without any motion. He feels pain in the chest as if knife has inserted in it. Heart pain becomes hard to tolerate it. He feels pain in the heart like pricking hot needle or inserting hot metal wire. Thus, Spigilia 6 or 30 should be taken in such symptoms. It provides relief from such pain.
15. Parotidinum-
Well, this drug is used in diabetes, but sometimes it is also used to end joints pain. If a person has suffered from rheumatism and he has already the complaints of diabetes, Parotidinum 30 is given to the patient. It should be used at an interval of every 6-6 hours.
Adult's acute rheumatism or rheumatic fever:-
In the case of acute rheumatism, symptoms like- swelling, fever, joints pain, restlessness, etc. are found in the patient.

3. Calcarea-carb-
If the head remains hot, sweating on the forehead, sticky sweat comes in the hands and legs, the patient is wetted with sweat at 3 am, disease is aggravated by taking bath, working in water, by movement, etc., Calcarea-carb 30 should be used.
4. Rhus-tox-
If the patient remains restless, feels pain in the condition of sitting silently, but gets some relief from pain by walking, troubles starts on aggravating by cold or rain, the body muscles go on paining, etc., using Rhus-tox 30 is very effective. Taking Causticum, Rododendramun, Dulkamara, etc. in the condition of aggravating pain in the rain helps to remove these symptoms.
5. Actia Racimosa (Simisiphuga)-
In this disease, if pain takes place in the back, behind the neck and in the eyes; the joints become swell and hot with pain; with muscular pain, patient becomes hopeless from his life, etc., Actia Racimosa 3 should be taken. This drug enhances confidence in the patient and cures disease after removing pain.
6. Stelleria media-
If pain keeps on moving in all the organs of the body; pain like inserting in any organs of the body takes place; the joints become tough and feels pain by moving and touching them; the fingers joints are swelled too. In this disease, pain keeps on moving in the back, the upper section of the kidneys, hip, thigh, shoulders and in the arms. Thus, 2x potency of this drug should be used at an interval of every 2-2 hours.
7. Nux-vomica-
If the patient feels burning sensation in the entire body with rheumatic pain especially the face becomes hot and red; he feels cold even in the condition of hot body or sometimes he feels cold and sometime hot; fever comes in the evening and becomes severe (violent) till morning; he is not able to change his side as lying posture due to backache; for this purpose, he has to sit and then changes his side; such type of rheumatic attack falls especially on the big joints and the muscles; he can not move due to this type of pain; he is not able to bear cold; he likes warmth, becomes irritable temperament, etc., taking Nux-vomica 30 is very useful.
8. Pulsatilla-
In rheumatism, pain takes place in the knees, ankles, in the small joints of hands and legs with changing its place. Sometimes, pain becomes violent and sometime it becomes less. In the case of hot natured person, he feels cold as much as pain becomes violent. He does not like to cover himself with cloth and likes cold water and cold fresh air. His nature keeps on changing- sometimes he laughs and in the other movement, he starts on crying. His face becomes dried (pale) and feels over thirst. Thus, if such symptoms are found in the patient, Pulsatilla 30 should be used.
9. Kalmia and Ledum-
If the left hand has becomes insensitive and feels crawling sensation, pain in the nerves after elbow, in index finger, pain starts from the hip and moves to the knee and legs, pain changes its place, etc., Kalmia and Ledum should be used in such symptoms of this disease.

The patient of this disease likes heat, because it provides relief to him. Rheumatic pain comes at regular intervals and is cured by itself. It becomes violent in the mid night. The patient remains restless mentally and physically. The symptoms of nervousness and strength are also found in the patient. Thus, taking Arsenic 30 or 200 is very effective in such symptoms.
11. Benzoic acid-
If smell like that of horse's urine comes from patient's urine, Benzoic acid 3 to 6 should be taken. It is very useful to remove such smell.
12. Lac caninum-
Such joints pain that keeps on changing its place all the time. Pain goes on interchanging from right ankle to left ankle and then from left to right ankle. Thus, to remove such pain, taking 30 potency of this drug is very effective.
13. Chronic rheumatism of an adult:-
If the swelling of joints and fever are not found in the patient, but pain goes on taking place in the joints that goes on persisting all the time, etc., it is called chronic rheumatism. To prevent rheumatism as chronic, swelling in the period of acute rheumatism should not be allowed to become tough (rigid). For this purpose, the patient should take exercise regularly, goes on moving and working. Swelling should be kept warm and if possible then ointment should be applied on it. Mix an equal quantity of the mother tincture of Capsicum and glycerin and rub if for 15 minutes on the swelling thrice a day. It removes pain and swelling.

5. Sarsaparilla- In the condition of violent pain after urination, taking Sarsaparilla 6 is very useful.

8. Sulphur:-
If the patient has been suffering from skin disease that is due to psora and well chosen medicines make no impression, Sulphur 30 should be used to cure such patient.
Do not take other drugs before and after 2 days of using any drug.
Syphilitic Rheumatism:-
1. Stillingia- If pain takes place in the asthi-parivestan due to rheumatism, take 1st potency of this drug at an interval of every-6 hours. It is also very useful in the condition of Syphilis and enlargement of the throat's glands.
2. Kali-iodide- If pain takes place in the outer membrane of the bones of asthi-parivestan due to syphilis or taking mercury, etc., patient should take Kalli-iodide 30 at an interval of every 6-6 hours.
3. Syphilinum (Luaticum)- If rheumatic pain keeps on persisting from evening to morning, Syphilinum 200 should be taken 3 to 4 times in a day. It provides relief from pain.
4. Kalli-bicrome- If swelling has formed on the bones, taking 3x or 30 potency of this drug for the treatment of this disease removes swelling and provides relief from pain.
5. Auram-met- If the patient has been suffering from syphilis, remains too hopeless and depressed and the symptoms of disease remain aggravated from evening to morning, etc., give Merc-sol to the patient. If it makes no impression, Auram-met 30 should be given.
6. Phytolacca- This drug is used in the condition of bones swelling with rheumatism. Taking 3 potency of this drug is benefited for the paitent.
In the case of rheumatism, treatment with different drugs according to the symptoms related to heat and cold:-
If rheumatism aggravates by heat, taking these drugs is appropriate like- Bryonea, Puls, Thuja, Ledum, Phos, Phyto, etc.
If the patient gets relief by heat, any one among these drugs like- Ars, Lyco, Merc, Causti, Kolchi, Colossi, Nux, Rhus or Sulphur, etc. can be used.
If this disease aggravates by moisture, cold air or due to exposure to cold, Pulsatilla or Ledum should be taken.
If the rheumatic patient gets relief from cold, Causticum, Hepar, Aconite, Bryo or Nux, etc. should be taken.
If rheumatic pain or other symptoms of this disease aggravates by dry cold air or by cold, use these drugs like- Causti, Hepar, Asrum, Bryo, Kalli-carb, Nux, etc.
In the case of rheumatism, if the patient gets relief by moisture and if pain becomes violent by heat, any one among these drugs like Causti, Hepar, Asrum, Bryo, Kalli-carb, Spungia, Nux or Sepia, etc. can be used.
If rheumatism aggravates by moist, Puls or Veretrum should be used.
If the patient gets relief from pain by moist or heat, using Causticum, Hepar or Nux is appropriate.
If pain becomes violent by walking or other physical movements, any one among these drugs like- Chamomilla, Rhus-tox, Dulka, Rodo, Puls, etc. can be used.
If pain is due to walking, Calmia, Lacke-can, Puls or Kalli-vi, etc. drugs should be used in such symptoms.
