Ranula
Introduction:
A large cystic tumor on either side of the frenum, beneath the tongue called Ranula.
Drugs that are used in the case of Ranula:-
1. Merc-sol- In the case of serious disease of the tongue, Merc-sol is used. If tumor has enlarged much and has become tough (hard), taking 6 potency of this drug should be used at an interval of every 4-4 hours. In the condition of the enlargement of tumor, Thuja and Merc-sol can be taken. For this purpose, take Thuja on the first day and Merc-sol on the second day.
2. Thuja- Using Thuja is very effective in the tongue tumor. If tumors are found below the tongue and its edges and the face has raised, taking Thuja 3 at an interval of every 1-1 hours.

Tongue Disease
Introduction:-
Different types of tongue diseases occur due to several types of diseases in the body. Most of the tongue disease occurs due to malfunctioning of the digestive organs or by other disordering of the body. Many of diseases occur due to burning of the tongue.
Cause:-
Diseases related to the tongue occurs due to local infection; by bacteria, viruses or fungus; improper fixing of artificial tooth; due to getting hurt; burning of the tongue; due to taking tobacco or alcohol; due to restlessness and depression; in old age; by lack of complete nutrition; lack of Flouric acid and vitamin B; lack of blood (anemia); due to H.I.V. infection; skin disease or by cancer of the tongue, etc.
Symptoms:-
In several types of tongue diseases, mostly the tip and edges of the tongue remain red and swelled; white blotches appear on the tongue; fast burning sensation occurs on the tongue; thick layer is coated on the tongue. Sometimes the colour of the tongue becomes light and rifts to be created on the tongue.
Drugs used in tongue cancer:-
1. Alumen- This drug is very useful in the formation of polluted fibers and swelling. When the fibers of the tongue, the anus, the uterus, etc. become tough due to any reason, wound appearing in them also becomes tough. Toughness of the fiber and wound causes cancer. Alumen is very useful to remove the toughness of the fibers and wound, so it is used in tongue cancer. In this disease, patient should use Alumen 30 or 200.
2. Phosphorus- Several symptoms also appear in the case of tongue cancer like- swelling of the tongue, becoming the tongue edges tough after erupting, etc. In this disease, patient feels as if a hole is present in the center of the swelled tongue. Thus, taking Phosphorus 30 is very effective.
3. Apis- Burning sensation like sting with pain occur on the tongue in the cases of appearing tongue tumors, toughness of the tongue, tongue cancer, etc. In this disease, with above symptoms, the tongue gets swelling, dried up and cracked; blisters appear on the tongue; wounds appear on the tongue and the tongue is torn and cut resulting he feels difficulty in swallowing anything. Thus, using Apis is very effective in such symptoms.
4. Arsenic- If the tongue has changed into blue or white and wounds on it have also changed into blue; the patient feels restlessness, burning sensation, much thirst, etc. with above symptoms and the symptoms of disease have aggravated at night, taking Arsenic 30 is very effective in the condition of such symptoms. In the symptoms occurring during tongue cancer, using Arsenic Iodide 3x is very effective.
5. Arum-met- In the case of tongue cancer, the tongue becomes tough, patient is not able to identify, the symptoms of disease gets aggravate with sunrise and ameliorates with sun fall, patient has desire for hurting himself. Thus, taking Arum-mur 3x is very effective.
6. Benzoic-acid- In the case of tongue cancer, first of all, the tongue becomes light blue; smell is like that of hoarse's urine; the tongue becomes soft like sponge and the upper part of it is torn that converted into wounds and starts to multiply slowly on the entire tongue; wound and tumor appears in the last section of the tongue of the left side where both the jaws meet. Thus, use Benzoic-acid 3 or 6 is beneficial.
Treatment of torn tongue with different drugs:-
1. Belladonna- If the tongue has dried up and has torn and feels as if the tongue has burnt, Belladonna should be taken.
2. Rananculus-skaleratus- If oblique marks have appeared on the tongue; the upper skin of the tongue is uncovering; tongue has torn and burning sensation and pain occur on the tongue, Rananculus Scalaratus 3 or 30 or its mother tincture should be used.
3. Arum-Triphyllum- If crackle has fallen on the tongue with bleeding, Arum-Triphyllum 3 to 30 should be taken. It prevents bleeding and helps to cure disease.
4. Rhus-tox- If straight crackle has fallen on the middle of the tongue, Rhus-tox 30 should be used for the treatment.
Swelling of the tongue:-
In this condition, the tongue is red, swelled, painful with burning sensation; the tongue comes out from the mouth and additional saliva secretes from the mouth; patient feels difficulty while eating food, speaking and breathing due to this disease. This disease occurs due to getting cold, weakness in the body, appearing wounds on the tongue, scratching the tongue and getting hurt, etc. due to taking extra (additional) mercury, the tongue is swollen.
Use of drugs to cure swelling of the tongue:-
1. Merc-Vivus-
Sometimes, the patient feels as if tongue has become enlarged comparison to normal due to swelling of it. The taste becomes sweet. Thus, taking Belladonna 30 is very effective.
If the tongue of a person has swelled up due to taking additional mercury, using the powder of Merc-Vivus 3x or 6x is very effective.
2. Aconite- If the patient has severe fever with tongue swelling, Aconite should be taken.
3. Cantharis- If the tongue has burnt due to eating or drinking hot eatables and tongue has swelled up due to burnt, use Cantharis 6 or 30.
4. Apis- If the tongue has swelled up and burning sensation starts on it with pain like sting that is moved to the throat, etc., Apis should be taken.
If burning sensation starts on the tongue and it becomes swelled up, use Apis 3x or 30.
If the tongue is swelled up due to taking additional mercury, these drugs can be also used- Nitric-acid 3 to 6, Arum 6, Hepar-sulphur 6 or Carbo-veg 6, etc.
5. Oxalic-acid- In the condition of tongue swelling with pain and scratching pain and in the condition of uncovering the tongue layer, use Oxalic-acid 6 or 30 for the treatment.
6. Pulsatilla- If the tongue has swollen due to taking drugs used in piles or arthritis, Pulsatilla 30 should be given.
7. Arsenic or Lachesis-
If symptoms of gangrene are found on the patient's tongue, Arsenic 30 or Lachesis 30 should be used for the treatment of it. n the condition of tongue swelling, gargling with the solution of Arnica or Artica Urens is benefited. For the preparation of solution, mix 20 drops of the mother tincture of Arnica or Artica urens in a small cup with water. Gargling with this solution thrice a day is very effective.
8. Arnica- If tongue swelling has occurred due to blisters or getting hurt on the tongue, using Arnica 3x is very effective.
Use of drugs in the condition of pain in the tongue:-
Agaricus- If pain like pricking needle in the tongue, taking Agaricus 30 is very effective and if burning sensation also occurs with such pain, taking Arsenic 30 appropriate.
Use of drugs in the case of paralysis of the tongue:-
1. Causticum- If paralysis has attacked on the tongue and tongue does not work properly, take Causticum 3 to 30 in such types of symptoms.
2. Dulkamara- In the case of paralysis of the tongue, if tongue comes out from the mouth; swelling comes in it and it becomes stiff, etc., using Dulkamara 30 is very effective.
3. Gelsemium- If the tongue is felt much thick compared to normal, due to which patient has difficulty in speaking, Gelsemium 30 or 200 should be used.
4. Plumbum- If the tongue becomes thick in the case of tongue paralysis and Gelsemium is failed, Plumbum 3 to 30 should be used.
5. Lachesis- If the patient is not able to move out his tongue from the mouth completely due to paralysis, Plumbum 30 should be taken.
Use of drugs in ulcer of the tongue:-
The tongue becomes red in the condition of appearing small pimples on the tongue; swelled up little with pain in it and occasionally it visible as torn.
1. Muriatica-acid- Using Muriatica-acid 6 or 30 is very effective in condition of appearing ulcer again and again with swelling of the tongue and its toughness.
2. Lycopodium- In the condition of appearing ulcer in the lower part of the tongue, Lycopodium 30 should be used.
3. Nitric-acid- If a person suffering from whooping cough for a long time with having ulcer below his tongue, using Nitric-acid 30 is very effective for the treatment of such patient. Blisters appear on the tongue due to taking additional mercury resulting wounds appear on it. Thus, to cure such wounds, Nitric-acid 3 or Hepar-sulphur 6 to 30 should be used.
4. Merc-sol- In the condition of appearing ulcer of syphilis below the tongue, taking Merc-sol 30 is beneficial.
5. Borax- If red pimples have appeared on the tongue and if troubles get aggravated due to moving the head or by eating salt and spicy things, etc., Borax 30 should be taken.
6. Graphites- If the tongue has become dirty due to appearing wounds with offensive smell, treatment of such symptoms by Graphites 30 is very effective.
7. Merc-bin-
If wounds have appeared on the tongue with taking mercury, using the powder of Merc-bin 2x is very effective. In such types of symptoms, using Arsenic 6 or Hydrastis 3x with other drugs is beneficial.
In the condition of wounds on the tongue, add 4 to 6 drops of dilute Nitric-acid or 4 to 6 drops of the mother tincture of Hydrastis in a glass of water and gargling with this water 3 to 4 time everyday is beneficial.
Becoming the tongue as bad colour:-
The tongue goes on changing its colour according to the physical disease. In this condition, it can changes into red, white, blue, green, black, etc. thus, drugs are also given according to the colour of the tongue.
Drugs that are used according to the tongue color:-
Using different drugs in the condition of black tongue is very effective like- Ars, Merc-cor, Merc-Cyanatus, Bapti, Calca, Lyco, Opi, Phos and Rhus-tox, etc.
If the tongue is bluish black or only blue or only yellow, use these drugs- Ars, Cuprum, Mur-ac, Digi, Merc-Cyanatus, Opi or Veretr-ab, etc.
In the case of becoming the tongue as almond colour, different drugs can be used like- Amon-ca, Kayo, Cuprum-Ars, Antim-ta, Ars, Bapti, Echina, Hyos, Medo, Merc-Cya, Mur-ac, Natrum-s and Phos, etc.
If the central section of the tongue is almond coloured, using Bapti, Phos or Plumbum-met is beneficial.
In the condition of almond coloured tongue and dryness of it, using different drugs is beneficial like- Ailanth, Bryo, Lache, Rhus-tox, Antim-tart, Ars, Bapti and Spongi, etc.
If the tongue is clean with any type of disease, taking Ars, Asar, Ipe, Mag-Pho, Nitric-acid, Cina, Sinco, Digi, Pyroz, Rhus-tox or Sepia, etc. are very useful.
If the front part of the tongue is clean and the back part has coated, Sepia is very useful.
If the tongue of a woman is clean during her menstrual secretion and becomes dirty after it, using Sepia is very effective.
If the middle part of the patient's tongue is dirty as found in typhoid patient, using Arnica, Bapti or Mur-acid.
If the patient's tongue is flabby, wetted and changes its color with the changing of teeth color, use these drugs like- Ars, Chelido, Hydra, Natrum-Pho, Podo, Rhus-to, Kali-bi, Merc-cor, Merc-sol, Saniqui or Strammo, etc. using any one among these drugs is very effective for the treatment of such patient.
If foam produces on the tongue and bubbles appear on the edges of the tongue, treat it with Natrum-mur.
If the tongue is coated in the condition of any type of tongue disease, using Antim-tart, Ars, Bapti, Nux-vom Chini-ars, Gels, Lyco or Puls, etc. is very effective.
If the back part of the tongue is whiter coated with the feeling of heaviness on it, Kali-mur should be taken.
In the condition of green colored tongue, using Natrum-s or Plumbum is very effective for the treatment of this disease.
If oblique marks have fallen on the tongue and blotches have appeared on the edges of the tongue, using anyone among these drugs like- Antim-crue, Lache, Natrum-mur, Nitric-acid, Ars, Kali-bi and Rhus-tox, etc. is very effective.
Using anyone among following drugs- Acon, Apis, Ars, Hyos, Kali-bi, Bell, Canth, Crotal, Gels, Lache, Merc-co, Meze, Pyro, Rhus-tox, Nux-vom and Terebi, etc. is beneficial in the condition of red tongue.
If the tongue is dry and red especially the middle part of it, using Antim-ta or Rhus-tox is very effective.
If the edges of the tongue have become red, anyone among Antim-ta, Ars, Bapti, Bella, Canth, Cheli, Echina, Kali-ba, Lac-ca, Lache, Merc-Iod-flav, Merc, Nitric-acid, Podo, Rhus-tox and Sulph, etc. should be used.
If the edges of the tongue are red and its middle part is white, using Belladonna is very good for the treatment.
If the middle section of the tongue is red or striped, Antim-tart, Crotal, Ars, Causti, or Veretra-vi should be used. It makes the tongue color normal and helps to erase marks.
If the tongue is red and cut or scratched marks are fallen on it, Alium-c should be taken.
Use these drugs in red tongue and its cut and tear like- Ars, Bella, Kali-ba, Antim-ta, Argent-ni, Lyco, Meze and Nux-mo, Terebi, etc.
If the tongue has converted into red, Arum, Canth, Ars, or Tarax, etc. should be taken.
If the tongue becomes bright, smooth, anyone among these drugs- Crotal, Kali-bi, Apis, Phos, Pyro, Rhus-tox, Canth, Lache, Nitric-acid or Terebi, etc. can be used.
If red colored spots or stain have appeared and the patient feels pain due to touch on the tongue, using Argent-ni, Ars, Phyto, Rhus-tox, Secale, Merc-Iod-flav or Sulph is very effective.
If the front part of the tongue is red, Argent-ni, Ars, Secale, Merc-Iod-flav, Phyto, Rhus-tox or Sulph, etc. should be used.
If the tongue becomes red, remains wet and crackles have fallen in the middle part of the tongue, use Nitric-acid.
If the tongue is changed into the color of strawberry, Belladonna should be used for the treatment.
If the tongue is red, take Daphne, Lobel-in or Rhus-tox, etc. for the treatment.
If the tongue is white coated and has become sticky like gum, use these drugs- Bapti, Bism, Antim-crue, Antim-to, Bryo, Cheli, Merc, Puls, Secale, Hydra and Sepia, etc. anyone of these drugs can be used.
If the tongue becomes yellow, dirty with thickening additional coat, anyone among these drugs- Scue, Carbo-veg, Bapti, Bryo, Chamo, Chelido, Kali-bi, Merc, Sinchona, Hydra, Natrum-s or Puls, etc. should be used.
If yellow blotch or spots are found in the middle section of the tongue, Bapti or Phyto should be taken.
Other treatment to cure tongue diseases with the use of different drugs:-
The patient should take enough balanced diets in the condition of tongue diseases.
Taking green leafy vegetables, eggs, meat-fish, milk, cheese, etc. is very useful for the patient.
Patient should keep his mouth and teeth neat and clean and he must brushes his teeth after taking food and clean his tongue also with tongue cleaner.
Do not take too hot eatables because it burns the tongue.
Too much spicy things should not be taken.
Do not smoking, because it is also responsible for many diseases.

If the tongue is clean with any type of disease, taking Ars, Asar, Ipe, Mag-Pho, Nitric-acid, Cina, Sinco, Digi, Pyroz, Rhus-tox or Sepia, etc. are very useful.
If the front part of the tongue is clean and the back part has coated, Sepia is very useful.
If the tongue of a woman is clean during her menstrual secretion and becomes dirty after it, using Sepia is very effective.
If the middle part of the patient's tongue is dirty as found in typhoid patient, using Arnica, Bapti or Mur-acid.
If the patient's tongue is flabby, wetted and changes its color with the changing of teeth color, use these drugs like- Ars, Chelido, Hydra, Natrum-Pho, Podo, Rhus-to, Kali-bi, Merc-cor, Merc-sol, Saniqui or Strammo, etc. using any one among these drugs is very effective for the treatment of such patient.
If foam produces on the tongue and bubbles appear on the edges of the tongue, treat it with Natrum-mur.
If the tongue is coated in the condition of any type of tongue disease, using Antim-tart, Ars, Bapti, Nux-vom Chini-ars, Gels, Lyco or Puls, etc. is very effective.
If the back part of the tongue is whiter coated with the feeling of heaviness on it, Kali-mur should be taken.
In the condition of green colored tongue, using Natrum-s or Plumbum is very effective for the treatment of this disease.
If oblique marks have fallen on the tongue and blotches have appeared on the edges of the tongue, using anyone among these drugs like- Antim-crue, Lache, Natrum-mur, Nitric-acid, Ars, Kali-bi and Rhus-tox, etc. is very effective.
Using anyone among following drugs- Acon, Apis, Ars, Hyos, Kali-bi, Bell, Canth, Crotal, Gels, Lache, Merc-co, Meze, Pyro, Rhus-tox, Nux-vom and Terebi, etc. is beneficial in the condition of red tongue.
If the tongue is dry and red especially the middle part of it, using Antim-ta or Rhus-tox is very effective.
If the edges of the tongue have become red, anyone among Antim-ta, Ars, Bapti, Bella, Canth, Cheli, Echina, Kali-ba, Lac-ca, Lache, Merc-Iod-flav, Merc, Nitric-acid, Podo, Rhus-tox and Sulph, etc. should be used.
If the edges of the tongue are red and its middle part is white, using Belladonna is very good for the treatment.
If the middle section of the tongue is red or striped, Antim-tart, Crotal, Ars, Causti, or Veretra-vi should be used. It makes the tongue color normal and helps to erase marks.
If the tongue is red and cut or scratched marks are fallen on it, Alium-c should be taken.

6. Merc-Iod- If wounds have appeared in the palate root with burning sensation in it and the nodes of the throat have become hard after swelling, taking the powder of Merc-Iod 3x is very effective. This drug is also very useful in the throbbing pain of the palate root.
7. Silica- If all the nodes have become white after swelling with appearing boils or forming pus in them, taking Silica 6 or 30 is very effective.
8. Ferrum-Iodide- Ferrum-Iodide 3x is used for the treatment of all the symptoms of scrofula, enlargement of the glands and tumors, etc.
9. Lepis-album- If the gland of any organs of the body has swollen or wound has appeared, giving Lepis-album is beneficial.
10. Bacillinum- If a person is suffering from hereditary T.B., taking Bacillinum 30 or 200 is better. This drug should be taken once in a week.
11. Calca-phos- If scrofula patient has gout, using the powder of Calca-phos 12x is very effective.
12. Ithiops antum:-
This drug is very effective for the scrofula patient. In this disease, giving 0.6 or 0.18 gram of the powder of Ithiops antum 3x or 6x twice a day is beneficial.
3x potency of this drug is very effective in diseases related to eruptions, swelling of the glands, flowing pus from the ear, eyes disease related to scrofula, etc.

If a baby has not start walking on time, Sulphur 30, Belladonna 6, Calca-carb 30, Lyco 200 or Silica 30 should be taken. This drug is used in the condition of sweating from the hands and legs or falling the body temperature below the normal temperature.
If the stomach of a child has become big, Arsenic 30, Baryta-carb 6 or Cina 3x should be used.
In the case of obsessed glands, any drug among Belladonna 3, Merc-Iod 6x, Baryta-Iod 6, Silica 30, Graphites 6, Calca-carb 30, Calca-Iod 30 and Bacillinum 200, etc. can be used once in a week.

2. "Aconite"- If other symptoms are found with laryngitis like- whooping cough and has to cough again and again for removing out phlegm from the throat, fever, restless, throat pain, short breathing (breathless), etc., "Aconite" 3x should be taken.

In this disease, pain starts in the larynx; voice is suppressed and he has hoarseness. He feels difficulty in breathing due to contraction of the larynx.
Treatment of this disease by following drugs:
1. Argentums-met- If laryngitis has occurred by singing songs or speaking much, use powder of Argentum-met 2x or 6 for its treatment.
2. Causticum- If a person has suffered from hoarseness with whooping cough due to which, urine comes out unknowingly, taking Causticum 3 or 6 is very effective.
3. Arnica- If a person speaks much or sing songs for a long time resulting his larynx has inflamed, taking Arnica 3 is very effective.
4. Alumen- If laryngitis has occurred in old age, using Alumen 6 is beneficial for curing this disease.
5. Selenium- If hoarseness has occurred in old age, take Alumen 6. It makes the throat normal.
6. Kali-Iod- If laryngitis has occurred in the third stage of syphilis, using Kali-Iod 30 is beneficial. In this disease, using 0.30g or 0.60 g of the mother tincture of this drug is beneficial.
7. Drosera- If the patient is suffering from attack of dry cough in which, the patient feels as if breathe will stop due to coughing for a long time; throat has scratched due to cough, voice becomes heavy and having pain in the throat by which, he feels difficulty in speaking, etc., Drosera 2x or 6 should be taken.

1. Argentums-met- If laryngitis has occurred by singing songs or speaking much, use powder of Argentum-met 2x or 6 for its treatment.
2. Causticum- If a person has suffered from hoarseness with whooping cough due to which, urine comes out unknowingly, taking Causticum 3 or 6 is very effective.
3. Arnica- If a person speaks much or sing songs for a long time resulting his larynx has inflamed, taking Arnica 3 is very effective.
4. Alumen- If laryngitis has occurred in old age, using Alumen 6 is beneficial for curing this disease.
5. Selenium- If hoarseness has occurred in old age, take Alumen 6. It makes the throat normal.
6. Kali-Iod- If laryngitis has occurred in the third stage of syphilis, using Kali-Iod 30 is beneficial. In this disease, using 0.30g or 0.60 g of the mother tincture of this drug is beneficial.
7. Drosera- If the patient is suffering from attack of dry cough in which, the patient feels as if breathe will stop due to coughing for a long time; throat has scratched due to cough, voice becomes heavy and having pain in the throat by which, he feels difficulty in speaking, etc., Drosera 2x or 6 should be taken.
Lead Colic
Introduction:-

If this drug also makes no impression, using drugs like- Platina 6, Belladonna 1x, Podophyllum 3 and Acid-sulphur 2x, Plumbum 30, etc. are very effective. In this disease, taking hot milk and hot water is beneficial.

Stomatitis occurs due to several types of internal disordering of the body. When food is not able to digest well due to disordering of the duodenum, constipation occurs and then blisters or wounds appear inside the mouth. It also appears by burning sensation of the mouth due to eating hot things. Stomatitis also appears due to improper cleanliness of the teeth, taking additional mercury, lime or sugar; lack of vitamin-B; by taking non-nutritive diet, living in dirty and polluted places, blood poisoning, etc.
In fair sexes, it occurs due to abnormal menstrual secretion. It also occurs due to infection of a suffered person. It occurs due to taking additional liquor, chewing gutka, smoking, by using medicines like anti-biotic, etc.
Symptom-
When the membrane covering the mouth from inside becomes red after swelling, wounds appears with pain. After that, pus start to form in these wounds, called 'Stomatitis'. In the case of stomatitis, small eruptions appear inside the mouth or on the tongue. The bottom of blisters or wounds becomes white. In the case of stomatitis, additional saliva starts to come out from the mouth with burning sensation and pain in it. Due to blisters inside the mouth, offensive smell starts to come out from the mouth; the tongue gets swelling after changing into red and the gums and the palate are also swollen. If these blisters persist for a long time, bleeding starts especially at the time of eating. In the condition of infection, blisters also appear with fever.
What should we do or not in the case of stomatitis:-
Do not eat salty, spicy, sour, oily, ghee, etc. food in the case of stomatitis.
Taking enough sweet things is very harmful.
Do not take liquor, smoking and gutka.
To cure disease by himself, anti-biotic medicines should not be used.
Brush your teeth well with soft brush slowly after eating food.
Take diet containing vitamin B and using lemon in this disease is very useful.
Mix the powder of Kali-fluor 1x or Borax in hot water and then gargling with this water is beneficial.
Treatment of this disease by following drugs:
1. Mercurius- If blood comes out from the mouth and additional saliva comes out with appearing wounds, taking Mercurius is very useful.
2. Kali-fluor:-
If wounds have appeared on the tongue; the internal section of the mouth has become red and offensive smell comes from the mouth, Kali-fluor 1x should be used.
If blisters have appeared inside the mouth due to eating spicy food and additional saliva comes out from the mouth, etc., taking Kali-cloricum 2 to 6 is very effective.
3. Borax:-
If different types of symptoms related to the mouth are found in the patient like- appearing wounds in the mouth, inside the cheek, getting little injury or bleeding from the body as normally, feeling dryness and heat inside the mouth, etc., use powder of Borax 3x or 6x.
If red eruptions appear on the tongue with wounds and blisters, patient has difficulty in eating salty and bitter things. Thus, Borax is used in such symptoms.
It is also beneficial in the condition of pungent taste of the mouth.
Borax is used to cure normal blister of the mouth. For this purpose, mix 0.06 g of Borax in 28 ml of water and then gargle with this water is beneficial.
4. Merc-sol- Taking Sulphur after Merc-sol is very effective to cure stomatitis completely. If Sulphur is failed, Calcarea-carb should be taken.
5. Sulphuric-acid- If blisters have appeared in the mouth; bleeding starts from the gums and if offensive smell comes out from the mouth with the complaints of pyorrhea, using Sulphuric acid 2 to 30 is very effective. If sour smell comes out from the whole body, this drug can be given.
6. Arsenic- If blisters or wounds have appeared inside the mouth with burning sensation and weakness and fever, etc., treatment of such patient by Arsenic 3 is very effective.
7. Natrum-mur- If stomatitis has occurred with appearing blisters on the lips, Natrum-mur 30 should be used for the treatment of it.
8.Nitric-acid or Hepar-Sulphur- Use these drugs in the condition of wounds appearing due to using additional mercury, using any of the following drugs is very effective- Borax 6x, Sulphur 30, Kreosote 6, Natrum-mur 6, Psorinum 200, Helleborus 6 or Merc-cor 6, etc.

In the case of laryngitis, patient feels dryness in his throat with hoarseness resulting he is not able to speak. If he tries to speak in the condition of hoarseness, he feels pain and has to expectorate for cleaning the throat. In this disease, sometimes the symptoms of fever are also apperared.
Use of drugs in the case of acute laryngitis:-
1. Aconite-
This drug has considered as very effective in acute laryngitis. Cough that starts from the larynx has pain; having difficulty in breathing and if swelling has occurred in the upper section of the air tube, etc., using Aconite is very useful in such symptoms.
If irritation occurs in the larynx; having violent cough; restlessness persists; fever occurs with having anxiety, etc., taking Aconite 3x at an interval of every half an hour is beneficial.
2. Spongia- In the condition of laryngitis, if Aconite makes no impression after 6 hours and whooping cough has occurred; hoarseness; is not able to speak, Spongia 3 should be taken.
3. Kali-bicrome- If the patient feels concentrated, like gum and thread phlegm in his throat and he has to afford hard to remove out that phlegm, Kali-bicrome 3x or 3 should be used at an interval every half an hour or take its 30 potency once in 2-3 days. It provides relief in this disease.
4. Hepar-sulph- If phlegm stuck inside the throat with cough and does not remove out easily, using Hepar-sulph 3 should be used at an interval of every 2-2 hours.
Drugs that are used in chronic laryngitis:-
1. Causticum- In the case of chronic laryngitis, if voice does not comes out; the nerves of the throat becomes weak; phlegm is concentrated; feels urine with coughing, etc., Causticum 3 or 30 should be used.
2. Phosphorus- If irritation occurs inside the throat; having dry cough; the throat becomes yellow due to lack of blood (anemia), etc., use Phosphorus 30. This drug is also very useful in cough that originates from the air tubes below the throat.

6. Hepar-sulphur- In the attack of dry cough originating from the larynx with coming out yellow phlegm, Hepar-sulphur 6 should be taken. If a singer has symptoms of hoarseness, this drug should be used.
7. Lachesis- If the patient is not able to tolerate throat pain even by little touch; removing liquid material or Saliva is also become difficult. If tonsillitis have occurred in the left side of the throat and if he goes on coughing due to becoming these tonsils as chronic; having difficulty to drink hot things, etc., Lachesis 3 should be used if Aconite, Spongia or Hepar are failed.
8. Carbo-veg- If cough starts with catarrh in old people due to weakness and malnutrition and in the last, it thickens in the larynx and the chest. Thus, Carbo-veg should be taken in this type of cough. It is also very useful in the cough of T.B.
9. Bacillinum- In the condition of chronic cough occurring in old age and in any type of cough, Bacillinum 200 or 1m should be used once in 10-15 days. If the patient is feeling relief in the throat disease, stop this drug.
10. Ars-Iodide- This drug is used in chronic laryngitis with symptoms of T.B. Taking 0.12 g of Ars-iodide 3x at an interval of every 8-8 hours is beneficial.

Toothache

There are several reasons of toothache. It occurs due to changing of weather, constipation, in the period of pregnancy, by exposure to cold, rheumatic pain, bad health, improper cleanliness of the teeth and due to eating too hard or strong things, etc.
Drugs used in the case of toothache:-
1. Aconite- If a person is suffering from toothache due to exposure to cold, Aconite 3x should be used.
2. Plantago- In the case of any type of toothache, taking Plantago 3 and rubbing its mother tincture on the gums is very effective.
3. Kreosote- Using Kreosote 3 is very effective in the cases of offensive breath due to tooth decay by constipation, toothache, etc.
4. Pulsatilla- When a person feels toothache due to exposure to cold in the winter season; when someone suck anything in the mouth, he feels pain in his teeth as if any medicine has kept in his mouth; if pain in the teeth has aggravated by eating any hot things or by the bed heat and in the midnight, etc., taking Pulsatilla 30 is very effective.
5. Kreosote- If a woman feels toothache in pregnancy period, taking Kreosote 6x is appropriate.
6. Belladonna- If the gums feel scratching pain or the teeth feel throbbing pain and patient feels as if pain moves in the gums, etc., Belladonna 3x should be taken to cure such symptoms of the patient.

Thus, to cure such symptoms of the patient with toothache, Arsenic 6 should be used.

Chamomilla- If patient feels swelled throat due to swelling in the root of the teeth; pain occurs in the teeth due to neuralgic reasons with the feeling as if teeth has become long; pain is aggravated by bed heat and by taking hot beverages, etc., taking Chamomilla 6 is very useful to cure such patient.
11. Mercurius- If pain starts due to worms in the teeth; in women, toothache starts in the pregnancy period and moving to another teeth, etc., Mercurius 6 should be taken.

Grind chalk, betel, tea or alum, etc. to make fine powder and then cleaning the teeth with this powder is beneficial.

If Arnica makes no impression, Hypericum 1x should be used at an interval of every 1-1 hour and gargle with a cup of lukewarm water after adding 20 drops of the mother tincture of Hamamellis in it. Aphonia (Hoarseness)
Introduction:-
Hoarseness occurs due to several reasons like- speaking or shouting loudly. Hoarseness also occurs due to singing a song for a long time, exposure to cold or reading, etc.
Treatment of this disease with different drugs:-
1. Ipecac- If hoarseness has occurred in a person and voice is not coming out completely, taking 6 or 30 potency of Ipecac 4-5 times at an interval of every half an hour is beneficial.
2. Causticum:-
If hoarseness occurs due to exposure to cold suddenly, take Causticum 30 immediately.
If voice has suppressed completely due to hoarseness with pain in the throat and getting some relief by drinking cold water, using Causticum 30 is very effective.
In the normal condition of hoarseness, if the throat feels dryness, using Causticum 6 is appropriate.
3. Antim-crude:-
If hoarseness has occurred due to heat and patient is not able to speak, using Antim-crude 3 or 6 is very effective.
If hoarseness has occurred due to excessive heat or getting hot air in the summer season, Antim-crude 6 should be used.
4. Gelsemium:-
In the case of women, if hoarseness has occurred in the period of menses, Gelsemium 30 should be taken.

20. Iodium, Phosphorus- Voice is disturbed in the condition of hoarseness occurring due to weakness. Thus, using Iodium 6 or Phosphorus 6 is very effective.

22. Gels- In the women, if hoarseness has occurred during menstrual secretion, using Gels 3x is very effective.
23. Ignatia, Nux-moschata, Platina- If hoarseness has occurred due to hysteria and voice does not come out from the mouth, Ignatia 3x, Nux-moschata 2x or Platina 6 should be used.
24. Belladonna- If hoarseness has occurred due to getting cold in the head or occurring burning sensation in the throat, Belladonna 3 should be used.
25. Arum-triphid- If hoarseness has occurred due to stiffness of the pharynx or appearing wounds in the throat, Arum-triphid 3 is used.
Use of drugs in the case of hoarseness with other types of symptoms:-
In the condition of hoarseness with coldness in the head and the chest, use these drugs like- Causti, Spungious, Aconite, Bryo, Merc, Dulkamara or Phospho, etc.
If hoarseness has occurred due to speaking too much, reading loudly and singing songs, using any one drug among Bell, Kali-bi, Arni, Causti, Phyto and Baryta-carb, etc. is beneficial.
In the case of hoarseness due to getting too much cold, taking Causticum 6 is very useful.
If hoarseness has occurred due to malfunctioning of the pharynx, using Oxalic-acid 3, Phosphorus 3 or Silicea 6 is appropriate.
Hoarseness occurs due to several reasons like- speaking or shouting loudly. Hoarseness also occurs due to singing a song for a long time, exposure to cold or reading, etc.
Treatment of this disease with different drugs:-
1. Ipecac- If hoarseness has occurred in a person and voice is not coming out completely, taking 6 or 30 potency of Ipecac 4-5 times at an interval of every half an hour is beneficial.
2. Causticum:-
If hoarseness occurs due to exposure to cold suddenly, take Causticum 30 immediately.
If voice has suppressed completely due to hoarseness with pain in the throat and getting some relief by drinking cold water, using Causticum 30 is very effective.
In the normal condition of hoarseness, if the throat feels dryness, using Causticum 6 is appropriate.
3. Antim-crude:-
If hoarseness has occurred due to heat and patient is not able to speak, using Antim-crude 3 or 6 is very effective.
If hoarseness has occurred due to excessive heat or getting hot air in the summer season, Antim-crude 6 should be used.
4. Gelsemium:-
In the case of women, if hoarseness has occurred in the period of menses, Gelsemium 30 should be taken.
Above tips are repeated.
5. Drosra- This drug is used for the treatment of hoarseness occurring due to speaking too much, singing a son or speaking loudly. Using 1 or 12 potency of this drug is very effective for this purpose.

9. Ignatia- In the condition of hoarseness, if the patient feels something round inside his throat that does not go inside and not come out and giving the feeling of suffocation. In this condition, pain like pricking needle occurs in the throat at the time of eating light things but pain does not feel by eating any solid thing. Pain is moved to the ear. Thus, using Ignatia 200 is very effective. This drug should be taken for the treatment of hoarseness occurring in hysteria.
10. Oxalic-acid- If hoarseness has occurred due to feeling insensitiveness in the muscles of pharynx, the patient should take Oxalic-acid 6 or 30.
11. Iodum- Taking Iodum 3 is very effective in the case of hoarseness occurring due to excessive physical weakness.

17. Kali-bi- If the patient has different types of other symptoms with hoarseness like- coughing rapidly, coming out yellow, sticky like thread phlegm in additional quantity, disturbed voice in the evening, etc., using Kali-bi 3x or 30 is very effective.
18. Hepar-sulphur:-
If other symptoms are found in the patient with hoarseness due to additional mucus in the pharynx like- sometimes light (loose) coughing and in the other moment violent cough, having difficulty in breathing, becoming the cough violent due to exposure to cold air and in the morning, etc., use Hepar-sulph 6.
If hoarseness has occurred in a child due to cold and voice does not come out. Child is not able to throw out phlegm stuck in the throat and lying down as unconscious, make the child to drink cold water drop-by-drop. It cures unconsciousness of him and using Hepar-sulphur 6 is very effective.

Sometimes, this disease occurs due to giving medicine in the arteries by injection. This disease also occurs due to carbuncle, wounds occurring due to injury on any part of the body and due to bedsore. This disease can occur due to paralysis attack in the throat muscles and ethrokadiny, etc.
Symptoms:-
In the case of gangrene, patient does not feel any type of sensation (reaction) on the obsessed part. He does not feel hot, cold and pain on the obsessed part. In the condition of this disease, the affected part starts to change its colour like- first of all, that place is changed into yellow then purple, brown and in the last, it is changed into green, black or dark black. In the case of moist gangrene, there is high possibility of infection.
What should we do or not in the case of gangrene:-
Take proper treatment of boils or carbuncle.
Keep the obsessed part dry and open all the time so that it can get pure air.
Getting air on the obsessed part provides relief.
The patient should keep the affected part as motionless.
In the case of gangrene in a diabetes patient, he should take balanced diet and control his sugar level by taking medicine and never walk with naked legs.
The gangrene patient should always wear comfortable shoes.

Choking Of Throat
Introduction:
In this disease, the patient feels something entangled in the throat and he does not speak clearly. The throat of the patient gets choked completely.
Treatment of this disease with different drugs:-
1. Chamomilla- If the patient feels as if something has stuck inside his throat due to which, he feels suffocation, Chamomilla 30 should be taken.
2. Ignatia:-
This drug is used to cure throat diseases of the woman. In this disease, if woman feels as if something has come in her throat from the stomach and if she tries to swallow that thing, but it comes back again after swallowing. Such types of symptoms occur in woman when she remains vex or suffers from hysteria.
If such types of symptoms occur due to forming gas in the stomach, taking Asafoetida is beneficial. In this condition, if the patient swallows any liquid substances, throbbing pain starts and if he swallows any solid substances, gets relief. Thus, taking Ignatia is beneficial in this condition.
3. 5. Spigelia- Additional mucus falls in last section of the throat after secreting form the back part of the nose resulting choking of the throat and patient feels suffocation by falling fibers in the throat. Thus, taking Spigelia 6 or 30 is beneficial.
6. Lachesis:-
If the patient feels suffocation due to which, he holds his throat; the symptoms of disease are aggravated after getting up from sleep; having difficulty in eating or swallowing anything and feels pain by swallowing water or even saliva of the mouth; he is not able to drink any beverages due to difficulty in his throat, etc. thus, using Lachesis 30 is very effective to cure such symptoms of the patient.
If the patient gets relief by swallowing anything and if he does not swallow, throbbing pain starts or he feels pain by swallowing any liquid substance, Ignatia should be taken instead of Lachesis.
7. Cactus- This drug is more effective to cure obstruction of the throat tubes. This drug is also used to cure obstruction in the breathing pipe, esophagus or the heart, etc. in the case of heart disease, patient feels griping sensation in the heart with obstruction in the throat. Thus, taking Cactus 3 is beneficial in such symptoms of the patient.

If this disease originates at any place, it can affects around its places. If the patient is suffering from idiocy and body disordering since his childhood, symptoms like – improper development of the brain, affected fibers, dryness of the body skin, bad coloured face, thin muscles, swelling of the eyelids and the entire body, etc. are found in them. If this disease occurs after fever or goiter, the brain and the body of even a healthy child becomes weak slowly, the body feels laziness and symptoms like idiocy are found.
Catarrh-
Mostly, this disease occurs in elder people. This disease occurs more in men comparison to women, but this disease is not related to diseases of menstrual secretion or pregnancy. Always, it occurs in the last stage of goiter.
Symptoms-
Becoming the whole body swelled, but suppressed by pressing that part with the help of finger; the body temperature fall down comparison to the normal temperature; feels too cold; loss of memory and the weakness of the brain, etc. symptoms are found in the patient. In the case of T.B. patient, symptoms of this disease appear slowly and if it is not treated well on time, it continues for a long time and in the last, the patient can die too.
Treatment:-
The secretion that secretes from the throat has suppressed and then it occurs. So, to start this secretion, use Thyridin 3x. Taking 0.30 g dosage of this drug 3 times in a day regularly is very effective.
With Thyridin, Arsenic is used in the cases of feeling much cold, restlessness, dryness of the skin, etc. Besides both these drugs, Calca-carb or Tuberculinum can be used (in the symptoms of T.B.).
In the condition of both these diseases, patient should massage his whole the body well and should put on warm clothes.

1. Argentums-nitricum- If the throat feels like scratching sensation and seems as if hair has obstructed inside the throat at a result of it, thrilling sensation starts inside the throat. Thus, taking Argentum-nitricum 3 or 30 is very beneficial.
2. Nitric-acid- If the patient has pain like scratching in his throat by swallowing any eatables; feels as if something is pricking inside the throat; he wants to take such things that does not digest easily and like more ghee, butter or salty things, etc., Nitric-acid 6 should be taken in such symptoms.
3. Mother tincture of Beleriana:- The patient feels as if any thread has hanged in the throat; feels as if something like thread has wrapped on the tongue. Thus, using the mother tincture of Beleriana is very useful.
Falling mucus or fibers in the throat:-
1. Psorinum- If the symptom of falling mucus in the back part of the throat has found in psora natured women, Psorinum 30 is used.
2. Hydrastis- Hydrastis 3 or 30 or its mother tincture should be used in symptoms like- coming mucus in the throat after secretion from the back part of the nose; pain in the throat; gathered additional mucus in the throat and for removing out this mucus, patient has to expectorate.
3. Carbo-veg- Sometimes, the patient feels as if something has kept hold the throat tightly due to sticky phlegum presents inside it; he neither swallows nor removes it, etc. thus, using Carbo-veg 6 or 30 is beneficial.
4. Alumina- The patient feels as if something has obstructed inside the throat and saliva is concentrated. Thus, Alumina should be used.
5. Argentums-nitricum- If black, concentrated and sticky mucus comes out from the throat in the morning and tries continuously to removes out phlegm by expectoration, etc., Argentum-nitricum 3 or 30 should be taken.

Ulcer of the throat:-
2. Phytolacca- Gargling with the solution of this drug 3-4 times a day is beneficial. for preparing solution, 15 drops of the mother tincture of Phytolacca are mixed in a cup of water.
3. Kali-bicrome- In the condition of normal ulcer, taking Kali-bicrome 3x or 30 is beneficial.

11. Natrum-carb- The patient coughs hardly, concentrated phlegm comes out and he feels as if throat has obstructed as a result of it, he has to coughing. Thus, Natrum-carb 6 should be used.
