Urinary Calculus
Introduction:-
Generally, wastes of the body come out through urine. Water purifies blood and throws out wastes of the body with urine. This is vital process that keeps on all the time and makes the body healthy. When the body is healthy, wastes come out with urine, but when any type of disordering of the body has found, other vital elements are also begun to come out from the body with urine. Red bricks-dust or sand particles are started to come out with urine. When these types of sediments or particles come out, the patient has suffered from urinary stone (calculous). There are mainly three types of stone (calculous)- small, medium and big. There are several types of stone of the kidneys and urinary bladder. Mostly, this type of disease is found in the people of Western country.
Sometimes, the patient is confused to identify pain caused by urinary stone, the burning sensation of appendix and biliary pain. When pain occurs due to urinary stone (calculous), patient thinks that it is biliary pain or caused by burning sensation of the appendix. But, there is a difference between urinary stone and both these disease as in the case of appendix, the patient feels fever while in the case of biliary pain, he is suffered from jaundice; but in the condition of urinary stone, patient has neither fever nor jaundice.
Symptoms:-
Stone forms by itself in the urinary bladder, but sometimes it forms in the kidneys and reached to the bladder that causes heaviness in the bladder and pain in bladder’s neck, urethra, anus, reproductive organs, vaginal area, etc. In the case of urinary calculus, the patient is suffered from retention of urine or having difficulty in urination. In this disease, sometimes urine containing blood also comes. By sleeping on the back or as keeping the hip high, the patient feels as if stone is moving here and there.
In this disease, pain starts suddenly in the stomach and multiplied to the urusandhi and legs. The patient feels restlessness, desire for vomiting, urine comes in red appearance, urine contain pus with the feeling of fast pain at the time of making water (urination). Stiffness of the stomach and constipation are the symptoms of this disease.
Some other way to prevent stone:-
To prevent the formation of stone in the kidneys, sometimes taking Lycopodium 200 is very effective.
In starting symptoms of stone as pain in the back and waist, Berberis-Vulgaris1x should be taken 4 times a day. It helps to dissolve stone that starts to form and remove out.
If this disease occurs in an arthritis patient or in those, uric-acid gets accumulated in whose fibers, 5 drops of the mother tincture of Urtica-urens should be given at an interval of 8-8 hours.
Abstinence:-
The patient suffered from this disease should not take diet having calcium. Avoid such diet also which helps to increase uric-acid in the body. Do not take much quantity of milk, butter or oxalate and things that do not digest easily. Lime or betel should not be eaten. Do not drink well water in which lime is mixed. Avoid fish, meat and intoxicating materials, because it aggravates diseases. The patient should drink clean and cold water in additional quantity. Do not use soda everyday. Do not take such things that cause gas in the stomach.

Urinary Disease
Introduction:-
Homoeopathic drugs are very useful to cure different types of urinary diseases. Different drugs are used to cure different types of symptoms.
Urgent desire for urination:-
Lilium Tigrinum- This drug acts mainly on the ovary. In female, this drug provides much benefit due to its special effects on the womb and ovary. In this disease, desire for urination and excretion goes on persisting again and again due to heaviness in the kidneys. Thus, using Lilium Trigrinum 30 is very effective in such symptoms.
The mother tincture of Equisetum- The effect of this drug is better on the bladder and removes many troubles of it. If the patient feels pain in his bladder, he has to go for urination. Patient feels as if a few drops of urine remain. Thus, the mother tincture of Equisetum is very useful in such symptoms.
Taking Equisetum 6 or its mother tincture is very useful in the case of having desire for urination again and again in old age, urgent desire for urination, but a few drops of urine pass out, etc.
Hydrophobinum (Lycin)- If the patient has desire for urination suddenly after seeing flowing water in any river, Hydrophobinum 200 should be taken. If this drug makes no impression, Sulphur or Cantharis can be given. Using Sulphur 1x is appropriate.
Petroselinum- If the patient has urgent desire for urination all the time and is not able to hold urine even for a little while and if such types of symptoms occur mainly due to deficiency of holding ability of urine in the bladder, he feels cutting pain in his ureter (urinary pipe), etc., using Petroselinum 3 is very effective.
Argentum met- If urgent desire for urination or loose motion goes on persisting in the patient, Argentum met 6x or 30 should be taken.
Conium- If the patient has desire for urination again and again due to neuralgic pain of the uterus’s membrane, Conium 30 or 200 should be taken in such symptoms.
Natrum-mur- If the patient has urgent desire for urination, but urine comes in little volume at the time of making water (urination), using Natrum-mur 30 is very effective in such symptoms.
Thuja- If patient has desire for urination again and again due to malfunctioning of the bladder, holding urine becomes impossible because of it fast motion, Urine’s stream is short while making water (urination), patient feels as if a drop of urine remains in the urinary-tube (ureter) even after urination, etc., thus, taking Thuja 30 is appropriate in such symptoms.
Frequent urine:-
Argentums Nitricum- Using Argentum Nitricum 3 or 30 is very effective in the condition of frequent urine and coming urine in large volume.
Nux-vomica- Using Nux-vomica is very effective in the case of frequent urine due to disordering of the digestive system.
Mother tincture of Vaccicarea- In the condition of feeling burning sensation in the bladder and ureter (urinary pipe), frequent desire for urination and having difficulty in making water (urination), etc, the mother tincture of Vaccicarea should be used.
Pulsatilla- If the patient is suffering from frequent desire for urination; he is not able to hold even little urine; desire for urination aggravates by lying down; the patient feels burning sensation on the front part of the ureter at the time of making water (urination) and after urination; the bladder feels torsion pain after urination, etc., Pulsatilla 30 should be taken.
Causticum- If surplus (much) urine passes out in the old age, using Causticum 30 is appropriate.
Kali-carb- If the patient has to awake for making water (urination) at night in the case of frequent urine, urine passes out after stading for a long time, etc., Kali-carb 30 or 200 should be taken in such symptoms.
Ignatia- Ignatia 200 should be used in the condition of frequent urine in a woman suffering from Hysteria.
Sabal Serrulata- If patient is suffering from frequent urine at night due to the enlargement of prostate glands and urine passes out haltingly, Sabal Serrulata 3 or its mother tincture should be given in such symptoms.
Increasing the level of Oxalate, Phosphate or Uretus in urine:
Oxalate- If Oxalate level has increased in patient’s urine, giving any drug among Oxalic acid 30, Causticum 30, Terebinthina 3, etc. is beneficial.
Phosphate- If phosphate level has increased in patient’s urine, giving any drug among Acid Phos 1, Mag-Phos 6x or Raphenus 3 or 30, etc. is beneficial.
Uretus- If uretus level has increased in patient’s urine, using drugs like- the mother tincture of Thlaspi, Natrum-sulph 6x, Sepia 30 or Pulsatilla 30 is very effective.
Specific gravity of urine:-
Arnica- Arnica 30 should be used in the condition of increased specific gravity of urine.
Some drugs for urinary disorders:-
Cantharis- If patient feels frequent urine and the motion of urine is as fast as he becomes unable to hold urine even for a little while; cramping pain; urine comes drop-by-drop; he also feels fast burning sensation in the ureter (urinary tube) at the time of making water (urination) and seems as if melted lead is coming out from urinary pipe (ureter); most of the patient feels backache with such symptoms, etc. Thus, taking Cantharis 6 or 30 is very effective in such symptoms. This drug is also very useful in the cases of burning sensation of the bladder, stone of it and burning sensation of the urethra, etc. This drug is also used in the condition of coming blood with urine with the burning sensation and cramping pain in the bladder. The use of this drug is very effective in the case of both acute and old (chronic) disease of bladder.
Merc-cor- Merc-cor 6 is used in the cases of feeling torsion and burning sensation in the bladder. If urine passes in drops with much burning sensation and less torsion, Cantharis should be used.
If urine passes drop-by-drop with less burning sensation and much cramping pain, Merc-cor should be taken. If patient feels retention of urine with these symptoms, Aconite should be taken. If patient feels frequent urine with these symptoms, using Nux-vomica is very effective. The symptom of torsion is found in this drug, so it provides relief from torsion. This drug is used too in dysentery.
Belladonna- If patient feels pain at the time of making water (urination), Belladonna should be taken.
Apis- Using this drug is very effective in the condition of coming urine in less volume and other symptoms of urinary diseases like- lack of thirst, suppression of urine, drowsing all the time, swelling in the different organs of the body, suffocation on lying position, urine passes out in black appearance, increasing albumin level in urine, etc. 30 potency of Apis is used in such symptoms. This drug is also very useful if a child feels difficulty in urination. It has also known to be very useful in the conditions of frequent urine and coming out urine in drops.
Apocynum Cannabinum- Especially, the kidneys are affected by this drug. So, it cures different types of kidney’s related disease. In the condition of dropsy, swelling, coming urine in little volume, etc., giving 10 drops of the mother tincture of Apocynum Cannabinum is beneficial. If patient’s urine passes out unknowingly, using this drug is also very effective is this symptom. Besides them, patient feels as if his stomach has shrunken inwards; feels much thirst, but he drinks little water several time, etc. thus, this drug can be also used in such symptoms.
Berberis Vulgaris- This drug is very effective especially on the urinary system. If the patient has suffered from different types of troubles related to urine like- fast pain in the kidneys, pain in the back, feels pain occurring in the center of the kidneys that is multiplied (spread) to the waist slowly, sometimes pain starts from ureter (urinary pipe) and reached to the bladder. This type of pain is generated due to moving urinary stone forward after changing its place. This stone creates cutting pain where it goes. This type of pain is ameliorated by bending, lying down, sitting and standing posture. Thus, Berberis Vulgaris should be used in such symptoms.
Pareira Brava- The patient, suffering from stone of the kidneys or the bladder, feels pain in the back that is multiplied to (till) the thighs. Thus, Pareira Brava 6 should be taken in such symptoms.
Equisetum- If the patient feels urine filled in the bladder all the time and does not get relief after urination. Thus, giving Equisetum 6 or its mother tincture is very effective in such symptoms. Addition to these symptoms, if the patient feels slight burning sensation, torsion, coming of blood and mucus, etc., Equisetum is given to him while if he feels burning sensation and torsion with coming additional blood and mucus, giving Cantharis is appropriate.
Using Equisetum is very effective in the cases of frequent urine in the old age and at night, feeling full of the bladder after urination, etc. If pain is aggravated after making water (urination), patient has to efforts for making water, urine passes out in little volume, children cries before making water due to pain or burning sensation, etc., thus, using Equisetum is better in such symptoms. If urine passes in drops with these symptoms, Petroselinum should be given.
Digitalis- Digitalis 3 should be used in the cases of feeling pressure on the bladder and the patient does not get relief even after making water (urination); urgent desire for urination with the swelling on the opening of the bladder; feeling pressure in the bladder even after passing out urine in drops; area around the kidneys feels cramping pain and gets some relief after lying down on the back; the opening of the bladder feels slanting pain; concentrated and dirty urine passes out in a little volume, etc. Thus, patient should use Digitalis 3 in such symptoms.
If bricks-dust comes out in urine with these symptoms, he should use Lyco. If the patient feels urgent desire for urination due to enlargement of prostate glands, using Digitalis is very effective.
Terebinthina- If the kidneys have swelled after any disease, feels difficulty at the time of making water (urination) and urine passes out in little volume, the bladder feels torsion and patient remains sad all the time, etc., using Terebinthina 6 is very effective.
Nux-vomica- This drug is used in different symptoms like- having urgent desire of urination however feels retention of urine; feels as if a few drops of urine remain even after making water; becoming the arteries function abnormal; frequent urine, urine passes out in drops, etc. Thus, the patient suffering from such symptoms should use Nux-vomica 30.
This drug is also very useful in paralysis affects of the bladder; dripping urine drop-by-drop or retention of urine; coming out blood with urine, etc. if the patient feels pressure or heaviness in the bladder with these symptoms, giving Opium to him is very effective.
Stramonium- In urinary disease, sometimes the patient has no desire for urination due to suppression of urine. It is called suppression of urine. Thus, Stramonium 30 should be taken in such symptoms. If patient has suffered from retention of urine, taking Camphor is appropriate.
Causticum- If the bladder has affected by paralysis and urine passes out by itself during sleep at night, Causticum 3 or 30 should be used. Addition to them, if urine passes out by itself by coughing, sneezing, etc; patient has to be remain in standing posture for a long time at the time of making water (urination). Such types of symptoms mean that the urinary system has become weak. Thus, giving Causticum is beneficial in such symptoms.
Addition to these symptoms, if urine passes out by itself due to any type of physical movement with slight pain, Causticum should be taken, but in the condition of severe pain with these symptoms, using Zincum is very effective. If urine passés out by itself in the old age, Rhus-tox is very useful. Ferrum-Phos is also very useful in the same condition.
Sepia- Red sand particles start to come out with urine due to increasing uric acid in the blood. Urine gives offensive smell and patient wets the bed at night on the first day of disease. Thus, giving Sepia is very effective in such symptoms.
The mother tincture of Saulidago Virga-
If the patient has suffered from retention of urine and he has to use catheter then taking the mother tincture of Salidago Virga is very effective.
1. Ferrum-Phos- The patient has urgent desire for urination and he becomes unable to hold urine even for a second after collecting (accumulation) of urine in the bladder. Thus, patient should take Ferrum Phos.
Homoeopathic drugs are very useful to cure different types of urinary diseases. Different drugs are used to cure different types of symptoms.

Pulsatilla- If the patient is suffering from frequent desire for urination; he is not able to hold even little urine; desire for urination aggravates by lying down; the patient feels burning sensation on the front part of the ureter at the time of making water (urination) and after urination; the bladder feels torsion pain after urination, etc., Pulsatilla 30 should be taken.
Causticum- If surplus (much) urine passes out in the old age, using Causticum 30 is appropriate.
Kali-carb- If the patient has to awake for making water (urination) at night in the case of frequent urine, urine passes out after stading for a long time, etc., Kali-carb 30 or 200 should be taken in such symptoms.

In this disease, first of all, the skin of the patient becomes dry and rough with increasing the body temperature from 94 to 97 degree; the patient feels much thirsts, depreaved hunger (over eating), constipation, urination again and again; body becomes lean; the gums is swollen; stool is solid. Offensive breath goes on coming from the mouth of polyuria patient; tongue is cracked; excretion in the form of flaccid. When this disease becomes chronic, the patient feels lack of appetite; his body starts becoming thin and weak; dry and defiled boils starts appearing on the body or wounds appear on the back. In the case of diabetes in a woman, she feels itching sensation in her uterus with excitement. Excessive sexual excitement has found in male suffered from this disease. Polyuria and drugs used in it:-
1. Syzygium Jambo:- If a diabetes patient urinates in large volume, feels much thirsty, giving 5 drops of the mother tincture of Syzygium Jambo at an interval of every 3-3 hours or 5 drops of Syzygium Jambo 2x at an interval of every 8-8 hours is beneficial. This drug can be taken with other drugs of diabetes.
If urine of a diabetes patient is too heavy and sugar comes with it, giving Syzygium Jambo 3x or 6x is beneficial.
2. Sephelendra Indica- If the hands and legs of a polyuria patient feel burning sensation and the symptoms of increasing biles in the body begin, 5 to 10 drops of the mother tincture of Sephelendra Indica should be taken twice a day.
3. Arsenic bromide- This drug is very useful for a diabetes patient. This drug is also beneficial in the serious condition of diabetes. If sugar comes with urine in an additional quantity and seems like sugar treacle, giving 3 drops of the mother tincture of Arsenic bromide thrice a day after adding it in a glass of water is beneficial. It controls disease within a week and stops thirst. Use this drug until sugar level is decreased in urine. In the condition of decreasing the sugar level, use this drug only 2 times a day. Fresh food should be taken with this drug also.

19. Lactic acid- If an arthritis patient has suffered from polyuria then Lactic acid 3 or 30 should be used.
Abstinence with the use of drugs:-
A polyuria patient should take bath after massaging his body with mustard oil. It makes the skin healthy. Old rice, lava of paddy, honey, lasodha, banana’s flowers, radish leaves, meat soup, butter less whey, etc. should be taken. To quenches his thirst, patient should drink cold water after mixing lemon juice in it and eating amla is also very useful to quench thirst.
Bread of fine flour, rice, fish, sugar, jaggery, sweets, ghee or other oily eatables should not be taken. Always avoid it.
Urination again and again is known as ‘Polyuria’ (diabetes). The patient urinates again and again due to some particular disease in his body. At present, there is no any treatment available for this disease, because there has no any reason found till now, but this disease can be controlled. In this disease, first of all, the skin of the patient becomes dry and rough with increasing the body temperature from 94 to 97 degree; the patient feels much thirsts, depreaved hunger (over eating), constipation, urination again and again; body becomes lean; the gums is swollen; stool is solid. Offensive breath goes on coming from the mouth of polyuria patient; tongue is cracked; excretion in the form of flaccid. When this disease becomes chronic, the patient feels lack of appetite; his body starts becoming thin and weak; dry and defiled boils starts appearing on the body or wounds appear on the back. In the case of diabetes in a woman, she feels itching sensation in her uterus with excitement. Excessive sexual excitement has found in male suffered from this disease. If this disease persists for a long time, burning sensation begins in the lungs and also be the possibility of T.B with cough. In the condition of polyuria, the patient urinates about 3.50 to 18.50 litre of urine. If sugar comes with urine, it is called ‘Diabetes’ while if sugar does not come with urine, it is called ‘Polyuria’. If ants and flies become gathered around urine of a person, he is suffering from diabetes.
Mainly 3 types of symptoms are found in the condition of diabetes- 1. Sugar comes with urine. 2. Urination again and again in large volume. 3. Feeling too much thirst at night.
Diabetes is a ferocious (dangerous) disease and it is not cured after occurring. Some scientists believed that diabetes occurs due to disordering of the glands that produce insulin. Insulin controls the sugar level in the body, but when it becomes out of order due to any reason, it is not able to control sugar level. In this situation, sugar starts coming out with blood and urine due to increasing sugar level, which is called diabetes. To cure such diabetes patient, homoeopathic doctors have discovered several drugs.
Polyuria and drugs used in it:-
1. Syzygium Jambo:- If a diabetes patient urinates in large volume, feels much thirsty, giving 5 drops of the mother tincture of Syzygium Jambo at an interval of every 3-3 hours or 5 drops of Syzygium Jambo 2x at an interval of every 8-8 hours is beneficial. This drug can be taken with other drugs of diabetes.
If urine of a diabetes patient is too heavy and sugar comes with it, giving Syzygium Jambo 3x or 6x is beneficial.
2. Sephelendra Indica- If the hands and legs of a polyuria patient feel burning sensation and the symptoms of increasing biles in the body begin, 5 to 10 drops of the mother tincture of Sephelendra Indica should be taken twice a day.
3. Arsenic bromide- This drug is very useful for a diabetes patient. This drug is also beneficial in the serious condition of diabetes. If sugar comes with urine in an additional quantity and seems like sugar treacle, giving 3 drops of the mother tincture of Arsenic bromide thrice a day after adding it in a glass of water is beneficial. It controls disease within a week and stops thirst. Use this drug until sugar level is decreased in urine. In the condition of decreasing the sugar level, use this drug only 2 times a day. Fresh food should be taken with this drug also.
4. Natrum-sulph- In the condition of different symptoms of diabetes and chronic diabetes, using Natrum-sulph 12x or 200 or Natrum-phos 6x or 200 is very effective. Using both these drugs for 4 to 5 months is beneficial. If a diabetes patient has suffered from arthritis too, using Natrum-phos is very effective.
Several types of symptoms have seen in a diabetes patient like- coming red coloured sediments in urine and patient feels urination again and again at night due to which, he can sleep properly. This disease is aggravated by living in the moist and damp place and in the rainy season. Therefore, using Natrum-sulph 6x is beneficial for such types of diabetes patient. This drug can be also used in the condition of filling water in any organs of the body.

6. Plumbum-iod- If uric acid comes in urine with the symptoms of urination again and again, Plumbum-iod 6x should be used.
7. Secale- Using this drug decreases sugar level in the urine.
8. Acid-phosphoric- If a person has suffered from diseae of the nervous system with polyuria and other symptoms like- backache at night, weak and thin body, thin (watery) sperm, etc. are also found, taking Acid-phosphoric 1x or 6 is very effective. In the condition of sadness, profuse urination with sugar, pain in the back and urinary bladder, feels much thirst, lack of memory power, weak body and decreasing the power of reproductive organs, etc, using Acid-phosphoric 2x or 6 is beneficial in such symptoms.

Argentum Metallicum- If polyuria occurs with symptoms like- swelling in the heel or both the legs, weak body, urination in large volume especially at night, coming dirty urine and sugar with urine, weakness of the reproductive organs, etc. using Argentum-Metallicum 3 or 30 is very effective in such symptoms.

Terebinthina- If a diabetes patient urinates again and again, urine comes with sugar, patient belches more, he does not like to do any work, he urinates again and again at night, feels burning sensation in the urinary pipe while urination, urine comes out with sperm, sometimes colourless urine comes, taking Terebinthina 3 is very effective.
11. Helonius- In this disease, urine comes in a large volume with white particles of the blood; urine has high sugar level, feels much thirst, restlessness persists, the patient’s body goes on becoming weak day-by-day. Therefore, using Helonius 6 or its mother tincture is very effective in such symptoms of diabetes.
12. Uranium Nitricum- In the case of polyuria, food does not digest properly due to malfunctioning (disordering) of the digestive system. Constipation persists; tongue is red; patient feels sleeplessness at night; the reproductive organs feel burning sensation while urination; mucus like pus comes out from the eyes and nose; the body becomes weak day after day and sugar level is increased in urine, etc., using Uranium Nitricum 2x or 3 is very effective in such symptoms of polyuria.
13. Argentum Nitricum- The patient suffering from polyuria urinates again and again. Sugar comes with urine. The patient has much desire to eat sweet things. Sometimes, he vomits with nauseate. Much anxious and sadness are the symptoms which have seen in the patient. Therefore, giving Argentum-Nitricum 3 or 30 is very effective in such symptoms.
14. Kreosote- If the patient has desire to urinate again and again and red sediments come with urine; holding power of urine in the urinary bladder is decreased by which, the patient is not able to hold urine even for little time, using Kreosote 6, 12 or 30 is beneficial.
15. Codinum- When a person has suffered from polyuria, several types of symptoms occur like- restlessness, mental madness, itching on the skin, heat, feeling numbness, mental disturbance, and pain like pricking spine, cramps in the hands and legs with shivering in the entire body, etc. Therefore, Codinum 2 should be used.
16. Natrum-mur- Several types of symptoms begin to generate in the polyuria patient. In this disease, when the patient gets angry or speaks loudly, urine comes out by itself (enuresis) and he feels pain in the urinary pipe after urination. In such symptoms, the patient should use Natrum-mur 30. If this drug is failed, Silica 3 or 6 should be used.
17. Insuline- Sometimes polyuria occurs due to lack of hormones. When the glands that produce insuline in the body becomes out of order due to any reason and is not able to produce insuline, this disease occurs. In this condition, taking Insuline 3x, 30x or 30, 200 is very effective to cure this gland.
18. Phosphoric acid- Use of this drug is very effective in the case of diabetes with the symptoms related to nervous disease. If the patient urinates in a large volume, urine colour is white like milk and sugar comes with urine in much quantity, patient has become physically weak and pain generates in the muscles of hands, legs and the whole body, etc. In such symptoms, patient should take Phosphoric acid 1x. This drug is also very effective in diabetes that occurs due to over anxious and sadness. Using this disease in the initial stage of diabetes cures the disease completely.

Brights Disease Nephritis
Introduction:-
Defiled fluid that is produced in the different organs of the body, secrets out from the body by mainly three ways: by breathing, by sweating and with urine. When a person drinks water, it is distributed to all the organs of the body after mixing in the blood and cleans that organ and then carries defiled fluid produced that place to the kidney. After that, kidney releases out that defiled fluid with urine. Kidneys work as removing defiled fluid and retain pure blood in the body. The shape of the kidneys is like the stone of mango and presents both the side of the back where ribs are ended. There is a growth of pipe in both the side of urinary glands, is called ‘Urine pipe’.
When the kidneys get swelling due to any reason, it stops functioning due to which, defiled fluid is not able to remove out from the blood and several types of disease occur in the body. The face and ankle of the patient gets swelling due to persisting defiled elements in the blood and marks appear due to pressing that swelled part. Several symptoms appear due to this disease like- nauseate, vomiting, lack of appetite, headache, fever, restlessness, sleeplessness, etc. Blood and Albumina start to come out with urine in the aggravating condition of this disease. The whiteness of Albumina can be seen after boiling urine. Albumina level is increased upto 30% in the urine of a patient. This disease should be treated in the initial stage of it.
Kidneys disease and drugs used in it:-
1. Tarebinthina:-
This drug acts rapidly on the kidneys, urinary bladder and on the urinary pipe. Different types of symptoms occur with Brights disease nephritis like- urination drop-by-drop, burning sensation in the urinary tube, blood comes with urine, coming blood with brown, black and smoky sediments with urine. Therefore, using Tarebinthina 1 or 6 is very effective.
Using Tarebinthina is also very useful in albuminoria, britis and the swelling of the kidneys. Using this drug is also appropriate in the condition of coming odour like a medicinal plant and sweet smell.
Besides it, if pain and burning sensation occurs in the kidneys, pain is moved to the urinary system slowly, burning sensation occurs in patient’s urine, blood or albumina begin to come in urine, urine is like black or smoke, etc., Tarebinthina should be given. Addition to it, the patient should avoid moist and damp places.
2. Apis meliphika-
If the patient has pain in both his kidneys, he has suffered from britis. Mostly, this disease occurs due to scarlet fever or diphtheria. In this disease, patient urinates haltingly in a little volume again and again. Patient does not feel thirst, he can not bear heat, face, hands and legs become swelled. Albumina level is increased in urine. Patient feels difficult breathing. Therefore, taking Apis Meliphika 3, 6 or 30 is very effective in such symptoms.

Using this drug in the initial and last stage of britis is appropriate. In this disease, if albumina comes in urine with swelling and watery loose motions, using Arsenic 30 to 200 is very effective.

Urinary bladder becomes inflamed due to hurt or by other reasons. Therefore, using homoeopathic drugs is very effective to cure this disease. This drug removes inflammation and provides relief from pain.
Inflammation of the urinary bladder and drugs used in it:-
1. Cantharis- Using Cantharis is very effective to cure chronic inflammation of the urinary bladder.
2. Pulsatilla- If a child has habituated to urinate on the bed at night, giving Pulsatilla to him/her is beneficial.
3. Benzoic acid- If smell is like that of horse’s urine, using Benzoic acid 3 to 6 is very effective. In this case, Nitric acid can be also used.
4. Chimophila- In the condition of inflammation of urinary bladder, if above said drugs make no impression, taking Chimophila 3 or its mother tincture is very useful. If the patient has other different symptoms with inflammation of the urinary bladder like- urination again and again, blood comes with urine, accumulation of mucus in the bottom of urine, feeling burning sensation while urination and applying force to urinate even the last drop of urine, etc., Chimophila 3 or its mother tincture should be taken.
5. Calcarea carb- If boils have appeared in the urinary bladder, using Calcarea carb 30 is very effective.

Dysuria (Strangury)
Introduction:-
Dysuria means having difficulty in urination. In this disease, urine does not come out in motion (flow), but coming drop-by-drop. The patient feels burning sensation and pain in his urinary pipe while urinate. Sometimes urine is suppressed and if it is not treated on time, the condition of the patient becomes worse. Dysuria occurs due to exposure to cold, gonorrhea, stone of the urinary bladder and swelling of the prostate, etc. In women, it is due to move away the uterus from its original place.
For the treatment of dysuria, Spirit of Camphor, Cantharis, Copaiva, Apis, Terebinthina, Clematis and Borax, etc. are chief drugs in homoeopathy.
Drugs used in dysuria:-
1. Spirit-camphor- If a person has suffered from dysuria suddenly, give him 2-3 drops of Spirit of Camphor immediately after adding in sugar at an interval of every 10-10 minutes. It provides relief in disease soon.
3. Cantharis- In the case of dysuria, the patient feels cramping or cutting pain while urination, after and before urination; at the time of urination, he feels as if urine is coming out like hot liquid; feels burning sensation in the urinary pipe while urination; the patient has desire to urinate again and again and feels as if little urine is remain even after urination; urination is not clearly but drop-by-drop; blood also comes in urine with the feeling of burning sensation and pain; in this disease, pain and burning sensation goes on occurring from the urinary tube to the kidneys, etc. Therefore, using Cantharis 6 or 30 is very effective in such symptoms.
4. Copaiva- This drug acts particularly on the mucus membrane and cures the disease. So, this drug is used to cure any type of disease related to the mucus membrane of the urinary tube. If pain and burning sensation occurs in the urinary pipe at the time of urination, urine comes out drop-by-drop, the front part of the urinary tube becomes swell, feeling urination again and again, feeling as if little urine remains even after urination, etc., taking Copaiva 3 is very useful. This drug cures symptoms, but not generates. Copaiva is especially very useful in dysuria of women.
5. Apis- In the case of urinary disease, if the patient has no ability to hold urine in the urinary bladder and feels to urinates after coming even little urine in the bladder, feels pain and burning sensation while urination, having desire to urinate again and again, sometimes blood comes with urine or concentrated urine comes, feels pain like sting in the bladder while urination, etc., using Apis 3 or 30 is very useful.
6. Apis-met- If swelling comes in the hands and legs or kidneys or in the reproductive organs with the feeling of violent burning sensation at the time of urination, etc., Apis-mel 6 should be taken.
7. Aconite- If dysuria occurs in a person due to exposure to cold dry air or dew, Aconite 3x should be given to him.

Terebinthina- If the patient has suffered from dysuria and having difficulty in urination with waist pain too, urine mixed with blood comes, urines drips as drop-by-drop, feels pain and burning sensation at the time of urination, Terebinthina 3 should be taken. Clematis- If urine comes haltingly, urine starts again to come out after suppression at the time of urination, sometimes the patient feels urine violently, but urination is in little and after a while, he again feels urine violently, urine goes on dripping drop-by-drop, etc., taking Clematis 3 or 30 is appropriate. This drug is also very useful in gonorrhea.
10. Borax- If a child cries before and at the time of urination, he/she has suffered from dysuria. When this disease occurs in a child, he fears from urination, because he/she feels fast pain and burning sensation while urination. Therefore, Borax should be given to that child. Sometimes this disease also occurs due to stone of the bladder. If a child has difficulty in urination due to stone, Sarsaparilla or Lycopodium can be needed. If a child has difficulty in urination due to inflammation of the bladder, using Aconite, Cantharis or Petroselinum, etc. is very effective.
Notes:-
If a person feels burning sensation while urination, Cantharis 3 should be taken.

Introduction:-
Kidneys have its own important position (role) in the human body. When water, drunk by us, reaches in the kidneys after cleaning the whole body, it cleans defiled fluid of the kidneys’ blood and removes out with urine from the body. There are two urinary glands in which defiled water is filled. When a person urinates, this defiled fluid comes out with urine about 30 to 40 ounces in a day. In this way, this activity goes on and the body remains clean and healthy. But, when these urinary glands stop functioning due to any reason, the patient’s condition becomes worse and if it is not treated immediately, he can die too. Several types of diseases begin to occur due to obsessed kidneys. So, homoeopathic drugs are used in different diseases of the kidneys.
The drugs used in the condition of accumulation of blood in the urinary bladder:-
1. Belladonna- Sometimes blood become accumulative in the urinary glands due to malfunctioning of the kidneys due to which, these glands are not able to work properly. Due to malfunctioning of the urinary glands, water collected in the urinary bladder does not come out from the body and the patient’s condition becomes worse. In this condition, urine is suppressed or comes out drop-by-drop with blood. Urine is mixed with red or white sediments. Urinary bladder feels pain and burning sensation. The patient’s face becomes red. It is necessary to take treatment in this condition. Therefore, taking Belladonna 30 is very useful in such symptoms.
2. Tarebinthina- Sometimes the urinary glands become swelled due to occurring any new disease in the patient cause’s difficulty while urination. In the case of swelling of the urinary bladder occurring due to such any other disease, the patient feels cramping pain while urination. He feels as if few drops of urine have remained after urination. Symptom like unconsciousness begins to occur in the condition of suppression of urine. Urine goes on filling in the urinary bladder, but due to suppression of urine, the patient feels heaviness in the bladder with fast pain and burning sensation. Odour of medicinal plant comes out from urine. Therefore, the patient suffering from disease related to urinary bladder should take Tarebinthina 1 or 6.
3. Basicarea- Giving 6 to 10 drops of the mother tincture of this drug is beneficial in the condition of feeling burning sensation in the urinary pipe due to malfunctioning of the kidneys; urination again and again; inflammation of urinary bladder; feeling pain while urination; coming pus and mucus in the urine, etc. This is because of accumulating the blood in the urinary glands due to gonorrhea.
4. Solidago- Pain occurs in the urinary bladder due to accumulation of blood in the urinary glands which is multiplied to the stomach gradually. The patient urinates little drop-by-drop with difficulty. Urine is mixed with albumina, blood and mucus. Therefore, taking Solidago 3 or its mother tincture is very effective.
5. Chimophila ambelata- When the prostate glands get swelling, he feels difficulty in urination. In this condition, the patient can urinate only in bending position, because urination is not possible in standing and sitting posture. In this disease, the patient feels as if a ball is blocked in between the reproductive organs and urinary bladder. The patient feels urination, but urine does not come out. Urine is pus like thread. The patient starts urination as few drops only after applying force for it and remaining urine is blocked due to enlargement of the prostate. Therefore, giving Chimophila ambelata 3 or its mother tincture is very useful.
Suppression of urine:-
1. Arsenic- Several types of diseases begin to occur due to malfunctioning of the kidneys. Urine is filled up in the urinary bladder, but he does not feel urination. Sometimes urine is suppressed completely. And if released, it is in little volume with difficulty. He feels burning sensation in the urinary tube while urination and in the colour of beer with the smell of rotten eggs. Sometimes dirty urine and mixed with blood comes, etc. Therefore, the patient should take Arsenic 30 or 200.
Addition to it, patient has several types of other symptoms like- restlessness, much contemplation, patient walks all the time and sits after becoming tired. Patient is not able to bear cold, wrap clothe all the time. He wants to take heat of fire, however he likes heat. He wants to eat hot food and fruits. Disease is aggravated by eating fruits. Therefore, taking Arsenic 30 or 200 is very effective in such symptoms.
Using this drug also provides benefits in the condition of suppression of urine during cholera.
2. Aconite- Urine is suppressed due to malfunctioning of the kidneys. As a result of it, the urinary bladder is filled up with urine but it does not come out. Due to suppression of urine, patient feels spasm and burning sensation on the top of urinary bladder. Sometimes, bloody urine comes out from urinary tube. If the patient feels fast pain while urination, sometimes the symptom of vomiting occurs. As much as the patient drinks water, urine does not come out in that volume, but profuse sweat and loose motions come. If such symptoms present in the patient, taking Aconite 30 is very effective.
3. Cuprum- If the patient has suffered from suppressed urine due to disordering of the kidneys and the symptom of unconsciousness has occurred due to suppressed urine, Cuprum 6 or 30 should be used.
4. Terebinthina- If the urinary bladder becomes swell and urine is suppressed due to accumulation of blood in the urinary glands; black, dusty and bloody urine starts to come out; pain and burning sensation occur in the urinary bladder and multiplied to the urinary pipe; sometimes albumina also comes with burning sensation while urination, etc., Terebinthina should be given to the patient in such symptoms.
Urine does not come out even it is filled in the urinary bladder:-
1. Aconite- Sometimes urine is suppressed due to disordering of the kidneys. So, the patient having such symptom should take Aconite 3. It cures disordering of the kidneys and helps in urination clearly.
2. Apis- Many times, urine stops to come out due to disordering of the kidneys. Albumina level is increased in urine upto 50% causes urination in little volume. Urine is frothy and stinky. Bloody urine comes out again and again with cramping pain in the urinary bladder. Patient feels restlessness around the urinary bladder and fast pain while urination. Sometimes pain occurs in both the glands of the urinary bladder. In this disease, when urinary bladder becomes swell, feels pain like sting, swelling forms on the body. Therefore, patient should use Apis 6 or 30 in such symptoms.
3. Cantharis- If patient has excess desire for urination and however urine does not come; he has to apply force for urination that causes fast cramping pain with scanty urination; both the urinary glands feel pain and burning sensation; sometime when patient has to apply force for urination, little volume of urine mixed with blood comes out drop-by-drop; violent burning sensation occurs in the urinary tube while urination; he is not able to bear coffee and cold water, etc., using Cantharis 30 or 200 is very effective.
4. Lycopodium- The patient feels as if urinary bladder is filled up with urine but urine has not been coming out. The glands present inside the body that are responsible for urination become out of order, due to which, urine does not come out even after applying force for it. The patient has to apply force for urination with the feeling of heaviness in the urinary bladder. Sometimes, the patient holds his stomach while urination so that urine comes out and he feels relief. Pain starts while urination and eliminated after it. Patient feels pain in the kidneys especially in the right kidney. Small red sediments come out with urine with the swelling of the urinary bladder. Therefore, taking Lycopodium 30 or 200 is beneficial for the patient in such symptoms.

Sometimes, the opening of urinary pipe contracts that cause difficulty at the time of urination. Sometimes, the opening remains small due to enlargement of the fibers during physical growth. The opening of the urinary tube becomes small also due to gonorrhea and swelling of the urinary tube. Due to contraction in the urinary tube (stricture), the patient feels difficulty in urination or urine is suppressed. There are mainly 3 types of stricture:-
1. Spasmodic Stricture.
2. Physical Stricture.
3. Congestive Stricture.
Use of the drugs in the condition of contraction of the urinary tube due to spasmodic stricture:-
1. Camphor- If urine suppresses due to spasmodic stricture, give 2 drops of Spirit Camphor at an interval of every 5-7 minutes or 2 drops of Camphor 1x.
2. Aconite- If the patient is suffering from fever with the troubles of spasmodic stricture, Aconite should be given at an interval of every 3 or 10 minutes.
3. Arnica- If the patient has to use catheter for urination, before 10-15 minutes of its use, Aconite 3x should be used and then use Arnica 3x. By the use of these drugs, patient does not feel any difficulty during urination.
If spasmodic stricture becomes chronic, using Nux-vomica 30 is very effective.
Use of the drugs in the condition of physical stricture:-
The mother tincture of Clematis-
If the urinary tube has contracted due to gonorrhea or any other reason, the mother tincture of Clematis should be used in the initial stage of it. When urine starts to come out, Silicea 3, Phosphorus 3 or Thiyosinemine 2x, etc. should be used.
Congestive stricture:-
If contraction of the urinary tube occurs due to swelling, Aconite, Belladonna, Cantharis, Merc-sol or Hydrastis, etc. should be used.

Cystitis
Introduction:-
Wounds appear with pain in the urinary bladder and urinary tube due to exposure to cold in the urinary bladder, injury, stone, gonorrhea, contraction of urinary tube, inflammation of the prostate glands, etc. Sometimes urine comes with pus and blood with the feeling of fast burning sensation. Tremoring (quivering) begins in the body organs. Urine comes out with difficulty and fast burning sensation in the urinary bladder. This type of burning sensation occurring in the urinary bladder and pipe is called cystitis.
Cystitis and drugs used in it::-
1. Cantharis- Due to burning of the urinary pipe, several types of symptoms occur like- much spasm with pain in the urinary bladder and urine comes drop-by-drop, sometimes blood comes with urine in this disease with pain too, fast burning sensation occurs while urination and the patient feels as if a hot iron rod is inserted in his urinary pipe, the front part of the urinary pipe feels burning sensation with cutting pain, pain is increased after and before urination, patient feels all the time as if urinary bladder is full of urine, but a little volume of urine comes out at the time of urination, he has desire to urinate after urination, etc. Therefore, taking Cantharis 3 or 30 is very effective in the cases of such symptoms.
If patient has to wrap himself due to violent pain of the urinary bladder in the condition of such symptoms and gets relief by doing so with urination drop-by-drop, giving Apis instead of Cantharis is very effective. If the patient urinates again and again with burning sensation and cutting pain in the urinary bladder, giving Cantharis is beneficial. This drug is also beneficial in brain and lungs disease.
2. Tarentula Hispania- Due to cystitis, the symptom of fever is seen in the patient, his stomach becomes out of order and he feels fast pain in the urinary bladder due to suppression of urine, urinary bladder has become tough after swelling with the inflammation of the bladder, sometimes fast spasm occurs with burning sensation in the urinary bladder, urine does not come easily in the condition of suppression of urine and if it comes with efforts, it is black, red, brown coloured under which, particles like stone visible. The patient suffering from this disease feels much restless due to which he does able to sit on a place, he goes on changing his side too on lying down. Therefore, taking Tarentula Hispania 30 is very effective in such symptoms.
The mother tincture of Pareira Brava-
Urine comes drop-by-drop with fast pain and burning sensation in the urinary bladder. After urination, desire of urinate remains in the patient. He cries while urination due to fast pain in the urinary bladder. Thready white mucus or red sediments come with urine. At the time of urination, pain starts from urinary bladder and is multiplied (spread) gradually to the area below the thigh. Stone comes in urine with this type of pain. Therefore, taking Pareira Brava 3 or 6 or its mother tincture is very effective in such symptoms. Berberis can be also used in such symptoms. Due to disease related to prostate, if the patient has to strain for urination by sitting at knee and by putting his heat on the ground then Pareira Brava is used.
1. Apis- Urine, mixing with a little blood, comes again and again with pain and burning sensation in the urinary bladder. With excessive desire of urination, the patient feels as if urinary bladder has filled up with urine, but a little urine comes out after applying much effort while urination and sometimes, blood is also mixed in it. Therefore, Apis 30 should be taken in such symptoms.
If fast pain occurs while urination, the urethra is stimulant or urine has suppressed in sucking child, giving Apis to him/her is very useful.
Apis is also used in the following cases with the above symptoms like- feeling cutting pain as sting in the urinary bladder, swelling of the body, unbearable even a little cold or hot, feeling lack of thirst due to exposure to cold, etc.
3. Belladonna- In the condition of burning sensation in the urinary bladder, if the patient feels irritation in the urinary bladder and urethra; desire for urination goes on persisting in the patient and burning sensation goes on occurring in the urethra with dripping urine drop-by-drop; the patient is not able to bear even a little (any type) pressure around urinary bladder; he becomes angry after hearing loud noises; he feels as if a few drops of urine remain after urination and he has to apply force continuously for removing that urine; sometimes blood comes in urine or clots of blood comes out from urinary bladder; urine is much acidic; with above symptoms, the patient feels pain and gets relief from it suddenly with fever and craves for lemon, etc. Therefore, giving Belladonna 30 or 200 is very effective.
4. Aconite- If urine has suppressed due to injury in the urinary bladder or a little urine comes out by applying force at the time of urination, giving Aconite 30 is very effective in such symptoms.
If urine has suppressed due to exposure to cold; urinary bladder has become swell; cutting pain occurs in the urinary bladder with burning sensation; urine contains blood; the color of urine is red, black or clean; patient suffering from such symptoms cries before urinate, etc., Aconite 30 should be given. If patient feels thirst with these symptoms, Aconite should be used. If the patient feels restlessness and troubles with such symptoms and afraids about urination, giving Apis instead of Aconite is very useful.
If the symptoms of fever have seen with the feeling of burning sensation in the urinary pipe, Aconite should be used.
5. Sarsaparilla- If the patient feels fast pain after urination; urinary bladder becomes stimulant and soft; he is not able to urinate in sitting posture and urinate easily on standing position; urine comes out drop-by-drop when patient tries to urinate on sitting position; he goes on feeling restlessness at night due to urine, due to which he goes on changing his sides on the bed; patient urinates by standing position in day time; sometimes urine comes out by itself and sand particles comes with urine, etc., Sarsaparilla 6 should be used.
6. Tarebinthina- The patient feels fast cutting pain around his urinary bladder and navel and gets relief from pain by walking. He feels fast pain even a little touch of the section below the navel. Spasm occurs in the urinary bladder, urine comes with motion with the feeling of pressure in the urinary bladder and spasm and pain start from the urinary bladder and are moved to the area between the urinary bladder and the anus. Urine contains blood and albumina with the appearance of dusty and smoky. Therefore, giving Tarebinthina 6 is very effective. Addition to such symptoms, this drug is also very useful in the condition of becoming the tongue smooth, shiny and red with flatulence, etc.
The mother tincture of Equisetum-
This drug acts especially on the urinary bladder and cures the diseases related to it. In the case of cystitis, sometimes urine comes out by itself. Urine also comes out by itself or having troubles in old age. Feeling pain and burning sensation while urination. The patient feels as if his urinary bladder is filled with urine. Urine comes in motion and the patient does not get relief from pain. Therefore, taking Equisetum 6 or its mother tincture is very effective in such symptoms.
7. Lachesis- Several types of symptoms are occured with cystitis like- rotten smelly mucus comes with urine and due to fast pain; the patient does not bear even little touch on the stomach. He feels pain also by putting on clothes. The patient’s urine is black, brown or frothy and black particles are seen on the surface of urine. The patient feels as if any round thing is moving inside the stomach or urinary bladder. He goes on feeling urination all the time, but urine comes in little volume or does not come at the time of urination and feels fast burning sensation with urination. Loose motion is stopped due to suppression of urine. The patient has to lying down for urination. Therefore, Lachesis 30 or 200 is used in such symptoms. Addition to these symptoms, there are other symptoms also found in the patient like- talkative nature, doubt, aggravating disease by sleeping and unbearable of heat, etc. Therefore, giving Lachesis is beneficial for the patient.
8. Chimephila- Different types of symptoms are also occur with cystitis like- thread like mucus mixed with blood comes in urine; mucus, pus and dirt comes in little quantity; with cystitis, the patient always feels as if the area between the reproductive organs and the anus has become swell or any round thing has come in that area which causes suppression of urine and comes with much efforts. Therefore, using Chimephila is very effective.
9. Pulsatilla- With cystitis, the patient feels spasm and intensive pain while urination. Urine contains blood that causes much burning sensation. The urinary bladder losses its holding ability of urine due to which patient starts feeling the fast motion of urine after being gathered even little urine in the urinary bladder. In the condition of such symptoms, when patient sleeps on the back, he feels urination. Urine comes out by itself with little physical movement like- cough, sneeze, laugh, taking much, etc. Urine comes out drop-by-drop and continues for a long time as if urine of several days is coming. If the patient’s urine comes in black appearance with goes on changing its color, urine contains blood; he is not able to bear even little heat, etc., use Pulsatilla. If this type of burning sensation occurs in pregnancy period, this drug is very useful.

The child remains irritate, restless and is not able to bear even a little pain. It starts crying before urination. Thus, taking Chamomilla 30 is very effective.
11. Staphysagria- In the case of cystitis, the patient urinates again and again with the feeling of pain at the time of urination. Urine contains blood, urine comes out by itself. When the area of the body comes in contact of urine, it is scratched. The patient feels fast burning sensation at the time of urination and after it. Disease is aggravated due to any type of physical movement. Staphysagria 30 should be used in such symptoms.
If the patient has become obsessed due to doing hard work or angry about his own work, he should take Staphysagria. If this type of symptom present in new married woman (neogamist), the use of this drug is very effective.
If the patient feels burning sensation before, after and at the time of urination with these symptoms, Staphysagria should be used, but
12. Arnica- If burning sensation occurs due to injury on the urinary bladder and desire for urination persists all the time in the patient, but urine goes on dripping by itself drop-by-drop. Desire for urination again and again goes on persisting, but he has to stand for a long time at the time of urination. Urine comes out by itself during sleep or due to other physical movements. In such symptoms, Arnica should be given. Besides it, blood comes due to injury of the urinary bladder and urine is concentrated and with pus. Urine comes out with burning sensation and pacific gravity is increased. Thus, Arnica 30, 200 or 1m should be given in such symptoms. With such symptoms, the patient feels body pain and pain by touching the affected (obsessed) part. He feels much restlessness. Arnica should be also given to the patient in such symptoms.
13. Petroselinum- The patient starts quivering while urination due to intensive pain and he goes on knocking his legs on the ground. He feels urination suddenly. When such symptoms have occurred in the the patient of piles, he feels fast itch in warts. Therefore, the patient should take Petroselinum.
14. Merc-cor- Urine comes out drop-by-drop in a little volume with fast pain and burning sensation, blood also comes with urine. Spasm (cramp) generates in the urinary bladder, mucus and blood come out at the time of urinate or after urination. Patient feels spasm (torsion) at the time of loose motion that contains blood. Saliva comes in the mouth while urination, the skin becomes yellow and cold, profuse sweat with giving relief. Therefore, using Merc-cor 30 is very effective in such symptoms.
15. Dulkamara- If this disease has occurred due to hot and cold especially after wetting in the rain in the summer, Dulcamara is used. In the case of cystitis occurred due to above reasons, several types of symptoms occur like- feeling urination again and again due to rainy season, the patient feels too hot in day time and much cold at night, blood also comes with urine due to exposure to much cold with profuse sweating. Therefore, giving Dulkamara 30 is very useful in such symptoms of the patient.
16. Causticum- Due to cystitis, the patient feels all the time as if a little urine remains. In such condition, patient has to go for urination again and again. Urine comes out in a little volume with difficulty. He has to apply effort (force) for urination and urine comes out after sitting for a long time. Urine is suppressed due to cold. The front part of the urethra feels itch. Therefore, taking Causticum 30 is very effective is such symptoms. The main reasons of occurring such symptoms are- disordering of the glands responsible for removing urine (urination) or contraction of the urethra. Due to such reasons, either urine comes out by itself or suppressed completely. Sometimes, the urinary bladder is stopped functioning due to having suppressed urine. Thus, using Causticum is beneficial.
17. Sepia- This drug is more useful in the case of female systitis. The urinary bladder has no ability to hold urine due to which, the patient starts to feel urination again and again. If this disease occurs in a woman, she goes on looking at the area around the vagina, because urine comes out by itself after a little physical movement. Due to unability to hold urine in the urinary bladder, urine comes out even by laughing, speaking loudly, coughing or sneezing. White sediments come in urine that is thickened under the surface of urine. In the case of female cystitis, the motion of urine is as fast as if the womb will comes outside. Therefore, using Sepia 200 is very effective in such symptoms. Sometimes, the motions of urine is as fast as patient has to go immediately for urination with the feeling of pain like knife cut and cold in whole body. In such symptoms, giving this drug is very useful. Addition to these symptoms, patient feels sadness, restlessness, discourage, shrinking stomach. He likes to live alone and appeaing blackish yellow spots like horse saddle on the face from nose to cheek. Therefore, Sepia 200 should be used in such symptoms.
18. Lycopodium- Taking Lycopodium 30 or 200 is very effective in the condition of coming sand particles with urine; coming milky, smelly, dirty urine that contains pus; feeling heaviness in the urinary bladder; having the desire of urination all the time; little volume of urine comes out after sitting for urination for a long time; give support at the time of urination, etc.
In the case of children, sand particles come in its urine. Urine comes out by itself in the night. In day time, urine comes in less volume or in normal volume and he/she cries loudly before urination. If urine touched on his skin then he/she feels irritation. Thus, give Lycopodium to him/her in such symptoms.
With such symptoms, if the physical growth of the children is stopped, but mental growth goes on, the patient wants to eat hot eatables and is satisfied after eating little, gas presents in the stomach, etc., giving Lycopodium 30 or 200 is very effective in such symptoms.
19. Tuberculinum- The patient should use Tuberculinum 1m in cystitis.
Wounds appear with pain in the urinary bladder and urinary tube due to exposure to cold in the urinary bladder, injury, stone, gonorrhea, contraction of urinary tube, inflammation of the prostate glands, etc. Sometimes urine comes with pus and blood with the feeling of fast burning sensation. Tremoring (quivering) begins in the body organs. Urine comes out with difficulty and fast burning sensation in the urinary bladder. This type of burning sensation occurring in the urinary bladder and pipe is called cystitis.
Cystitis and drugs used in it::-
1. Cantharis- Due to burning of the urinary pipe, several types of symptoms occur like- much spasm with pain in the urinary bladder and urine comes drop-by-drop, sometimes blood comes with urine in this disease with pain too, fast burning sensation occurs while urination and the patient feels as if a hot iron rod is inserted in his urinary pipe, the front part of the urinary pipe feels burning sensation with cutting pain, pain is increased after and before urination, patient feels all the time as if urinary bladder is full of urine, but a little volume of urine comes out at the time of urination, he has desire to urinate after urination, etc. Therefore, taking Cantharis 3 or 30 is very effective in the cases of such symptoms.
If patient has to wrap himself due to violent pain of the urinary bladder in the condition of such symptoms and gets relief by doing so with urination drop-by-drop, giving Apis instead of Cantharis is very effective. If the patient urinates again and again with burning sensation and cutting pain in the urinary bladder, giving Cantharis is beneficial. This drug is also beneficial in brain and lungs disease.
2. Tarentula Hispania- Due to cystitis, the symptom of fever is seen in the patient, his stomach becomes out of order and he feels fast pain in the urinary bladder due to suppression of urine, urinary bladder has become tough after swelling with the inflammation of the bladder, sometimes fast spasm occurs with burning sensation in the urinary bladder, urine does not come easily in the condition of suppression of urine and if it comes with efforts, it is black, red, brown coloured under which, particles like stone visible. The patient suffering from this disease feels much restless due to which he does able to sit on a place, he goes on changing his side too on lying down. Therefore, taking Tarentula Hispania 30 is very effective in such symptoms.
The mother tincture of Pareira Brava-
Urine comes drop-by-drop with fast pain and burning sensation in the urinary bladder. After urination, desire of urinate remains in the patient. He cries while urination due to fast pain in the urinary bladder. Thready white mucus or red sediments come with urine. At the time of urination, pain starts from urinary bladder and is multiplied (spread) gradually to the area below the thigh. Stone comes in urine with this type of pain. Therefore, taking Pareira Brava 3 or 6 or its mother tincture is very effective in such symptoms. Berberis can be also used in such symptoms. Due to disease related to prostate, if the patient has to strain for urination by sitting at knee and by putting his heat on the ground then Pareira Brava is used.
1. Apis- Urine, mixing with a little blood, comes again and again with pain and burning sensation in the urinary bladder. With excessive desire of urination, the patient feels as if urinary bladder has filled up with urine, but a little urine comes out after applying much effort while urination and sometimes, blood is also mixed in it. Therefore, Apis 30 should be taken in such symptoms.
If fast pain occurs while urination, the urethra is stimulant or urine has suppressed in sucking child, giving Apis to him/her is very useful.
Apis is also used in the following cases with the above symptoms like- feeling cutting pain as sting in the urinary bladder, swelling of the body, unbearable even a little cold or hot, feeling lack of thirst due to exposure to cold, etc.

Belladonna- In the condition of burning sensation in the urinary bladder, if the patient feels irritation in the urinary bladder and urethra; desire for urination goes on persisting in the patient and burning sensation goes on occurring in the urethra with dripping urine drop-by-drop; the patient is not able to bear even a little (any type) pressure around urinary bladder; he becomes angry after hearing loud noises; he feels as if a few drops of urine remain after urination and he has to apply force continuously for removing that urine; sometimes blood comes in urine or clots of blood comes out from urinary bladder; urine is much acidic; with above symptoms, the patient feels pain and gets relief from it suddenly with fever and craves for lemon, etc. Therefore, giving Belladonna 30 or 200 is very effective.
4. Aconite- If urine has suppressed due to injury in the urinary bladder or a little urine comes out by applying force at the time of urination, giving Aconite 30 is very effective in such symptoms.
If urine has suppressed due to exposure to cold; urinary bladder has become swell; cutting pain occurs in the urinary bladder with burning sensation; urine contains blood; the color of urine is red, black or clean; patient suffering from such symptoms cries before urinate, etc., Aconite 30 should be given. If patient feels thirst with these symptoms, Aconite should be used. If the patient feels restlessness and troubles with such symptoms and afraids about urination, giving Apis instead of Aconite is very useful.
If the symptoms of fever have seen with the feeling of burning sensation in the urinary pipe, Aconite should be used.
5. Sarsaparilla- If the patient feels fast pain after urination; urinary bladder becomes stimulant and soft; he is not able to urinate in sitting posture and urinate easily on standing position; urine comes out drop-by-drop when patient tries to urinate on sitting position; he goes on feeling restlessness at night due to urine, due to which he goes on changing his sides on the bed; patient urinates by standing position in day time; sometimes urine comes out by itself and sand particles comes with urine, etc., Sarsaparilla 6 should be used.
6. Tarebinthina- The patient feels fast cutting pain around his urinary bladder and navel and gets relief from pain by walking. He feels fast pain even a little touch of the section below the navel. Spasm occurs in the urinary bladder, urine comes with motion with the feeling of pressure in the urinary bladder and spasm and pain start from the urinary bladder and are moved to the area between the urinary bladder and the anus. Urine contains blood and albumina with the appearance of dusty and smoky. Therefore, giving Tarebinthina 6 is very effective. Addition to such symptoms, this drug is also very useful in the condition of becoming the tongue smooth, shiny and red with flatulence, etc.
The mother tincture of Equisetum-
This drug acts especially on the urinary bladder and cures the diseases related to it. In the case of cystitis, sometimes urine comes out by itself. Urine also comes out by itself or having troubles in old age. Feeling pain and burning sensation while urination. The patient feels as if his urinary bladder is filled with urine. Urine comes in motion and the patient does not get relief from pain. Therefore, taking Equisetum 6 or its mother tincture is very effective in such symptoms.
7. Lachesis- Several types of symptoms are occured with cystitis like- rotten smelly mucus comes with urine and due to fast pain; the patient does not bear even little touch on the stomach. He feels pain also by putting on clothes. The patient’s urine is black, brown or frothy and black particles are seen on the surface of urine. The patient feels as if any round thing is moving inside the stomach or urinary bladder. He goes on feeling urination all the time, but urine comes in little volume or does not come at the time of urination and feels fast burning sensation with urination. Loose motion is stopped due to suppression of urine. The patient has to lying down for urination. Therefore, Lachesis 30 or 200 is used in such symptoms. Addition to these symptoms, there are other symptoms also found in the patient like- talkative nature, doubt, aggravating disease by sleeping and unbearable of heat, etc. Therefore, giving Lachesis is beneficial for the patient.
8. Chimephila- Different types of symptoms are also occur with cystitis like- thread like mucus mixed with blood comes in urine; mucus, pus and dirt comes in little quantity; with cystitis, the patient always feels as if the area between the reproductive organs and the anus has become swell or any round thing has come in that area which causes suppression of urine and comes with much efforts. Nephralgia
Introduction:-

When stones forming in the kidneys begin to come out in the urinary bladder through urinary pipe, the patient feels fast cutting pain at that time due to stone. To cure this type of pain, use following drugs-
Cantharis 2x or 6.
Cannabis-set 1x.
These drugs provide relief from pain. Addition to it, fomenting with hot water after filling it in a bottle is also beneficial in this pain.
