Diseases of Circulatory Systems
Introduction:-
The heart is located in between both the lungs in the rear of chest bones. The front part of the heart which is called ‘Apex’ is located in the right side of the body and the lower part which is called ‘Base’ is located in the left side of it. The heart is made of muscles and is hollow from inside and filled with blood all the time. The blood present in the left section of the heart is pure and red in appearance while the blood present in the right section of it is defiled and purple in appearance. Many tube like structures grow from the heart that carry pure blood to the different body organs and are known as ‘Blood vessels’. These structures are known as by mainly three names- artery, vein and kashika. Artery is red in colour and carries the blood present inside the heart to all the body organs. Veins are purple in appearance and carry polluted (defiled) blood from different organs to the lungs and the lungs purify this blood and forward it to the heart. A thin tube that connects arteries and veins together is called Kashaki. One drop of blood takes about 30 second for passing through artery, veins and kashik to the heart. It is called ‘Circulation of blood’. It goes on continuing in our body.
By putting hand on the left side of the chest, we can feel heartbeats easily. This type of sound goes on in normal speed. Sound comes one after another. Second sound is faster than first sound and after little interval, first sound comes again then second. In this way, it goes on continuing. After hearing heartbeats carefully, it seems as if sound like lap-dap, lap-dap is coming.
If an artery is cut due to any reason, red blood is not able to circulate in normal way, but comes out as drops in motions.
If a vein is cut due to any reason, polluted blood in purple appearance comes out with motion or slowly in normal motion or as drops.
Artery carries blood to the entire body according to the heart. If blood pressure is much in the heart, the motions blood circulation in the artery will be according to it. So, heartbeats can be known by observing pulse rate.
Pulse rate becomes irregular or slow due to several reasons like- rheumatic fever, doing hard work physically and mentally, influenza, diseases related with the urinary glands, athiroma, tumors, etc.

Injaina, Angina Pectoris (Heart Pain)
Introduction:-
When the heart does not get oxygen, pain starts in it. sometimes the heart needs additional (extra) oxygen due to working hard, but it is not able to get require oxygen due to contraction of veins caused by working hard resulting pain starts in it (heart). Heart pain also starts due to improper circulation of blood in the heart.
Cause-
Pain starts in the heart due to atherosclerosis, fatness, excessiveness of triglycerides or cholesterol, etc. Besides them, pain also occurs due to insufficient supply of oxygen to the heart, high blood pressure, diabetes, taking additional liquor, smoking, hereditary, lethargy; do not take exercise, improper use of medicines, use of cocaine, etc.
Symptoms-
In this case, the sufferer feels pressure in his chest, suffocation as if he is not able to take in breath; violent pain and burning across chest; burning pain in both his hands especially in the little finger of left hand, jaws, teeth and neck; this type of pain can occur in the throat and in between both the shoulders; this burning pain is aggravated by working and is ameliorated by taking rest.
Few common symptoms-
The patient suffers from fast breathing and feels like suffocation. He remains worry and restless. In this disease, heartbeats become fast by doing even little work and sometime symptoms of nauseate also appear.
Arteries around the heart that nourish it are called ‘Coronary arteries’. When blood is stopped in them, pressure falls on the heart.
Use of different drugs in heart pain:-
1. Arsenic- If heart pain has occurred due to neuralgic reasons, Arsenic 30 is very effective for it. If this type of pain has occurred due to displacement of its place, Arsenic with other drugs can be used for its treatment.
2. Gelsemium and Belladonna- If heart pain has occurred due to fault in its structure, give Gelsemium 30 and Belladonna 30 to the patient.
If it occurs due to disordering in the muscles, take precaution for relief.
3. Tabacum- If heartbeats become fast by sleeping on the left side, pain starts in his chest and the patient feels as if the center part of the chest is expanding all around and if such symptoms occur due to doing over physical work, Tabacum 30 or 200 is used to cure disease.
4. Glonoine-If the patient feels fast heartbeats due to violent pain in his heart and feels as if heart will come out by bursting chest, using Glonoine is very effective.
5. Latrodactus- If the patient feels pain in his heart especially after heart attack; he seems as if heart pain is about to occur, giving Latrodactus 12x 2-3 times a day is very beneficial.
Abstinence-
In this disease, the patient should take eatables having low (little) fat; take light food that can be digested easily; take tea and coffee in little; a diabetes patient should avoid sugar; keep blood pressure under control; loose weight and should keep his weight as balance always; exercise should be taken regularly.
The patient should avoid smoking, liquor (alcohol), additional fat, heavy food and he should not start working just after taking meals.
Note-
If heart pain starts at night, the patient should make his head as 3-4 inches lower (downward) from the bed and should keep his impetus

Coronary Thrombosis or Embolism
Introduction:-
Frequent circulation of blood in the entire body provides strength to all the body organs and they continue their function. When the blood is obstructed in the brain arteries as clot, blood stops circulating to the brain causes unconsciousness in the patient. If the blood has obstructed in the cells, chorea occurs. If the blood is clotted in the arteries that carry blood to the heart, blood circulation is stopped in the heart. If it is not treated on time, the patient can die too.
Use of different drugs in this disease:-
1. Calcarea-ars- In the case of blood clotting in any organ of the body, taking Calcarea-ars 6x is very effective.
2. Arnica- This drug is used in the case of clotting of blood in the arteries that carry blood to the heart. In this condition, the patient is suffering from tiredness and pain in the whole body, warm head, cold body, and nervousness at night, fearing about death all the time and wants to live alone, dislike meeting and talking to someone, he becomes sad, worry and irritate. Therefore, taking Arnica 1M is very beneficial in such symptoms.
3. Lilium Tigrinum- In the case of blood clotting, the sufferer feels as if someone is pulling his heart by holding with a tong; he feels heaviness and pressure in his chest and seems as if the heart will come out after bursting chest; heartbeats become as faster as can be heard from outside and heart palpitation is felt near the chest; pulse rate become fast and irregular; he feels pain near the heart and heaviness on it; feels coldness in the place of heart; he feels suffocation in between crowds and in a closed room. Thus, taking Lilium Tigrinum 30 or 200 is very effective in such symptoms.
In this disease, taking Enziena-pectoris is also very effective. If pain occurs in the right hand and spasms in the heart, use Lilium Tigrinum.
4. Medorrhinum- In this disease, the patient feels heaviness in his chest, difficulty in breathing, feels as if heart is palpitating; heartbeats become fast; pain occurs in the heart that is sometimes aggravated by physical movement; he feels burning sensation in his heart that is moved to the back and left hand slowly, thus Medorrhinum should be given in such symptoms.
5. Lycopodium- Sometimes heartbeats become fast while lying down on the bed, while changing sides, due to which he fears about changing sides. Disease is aggravated after taking meals. In this disease, the patient feels difficulty in breathing; slanting (smarting) pain occurs in the chest bones. Thus, taking Lycopodium 30 or 200 is very effective in such symptoms.
6. Merc-sol- Sometimes the palpitation of heart is increased due to its weakness and the patient gets up suddenly with fear. He feels pain in the upper section of his heart; feels as if something heavy has kept on his heart. Heartbeats become fast and are aggravated by movement. Disease is aggravated at night. He coughs and spit comes out mixed with blood. Thus, taking Merc-sol 30 or 200 is very effective. It ends pain and eliminates fear.

Anemia
Introduction:-
When the body is suffered from deficiency of blood quantity or deficiency of red blood carpules (RBC) in the blood due to any reason, it is called ‘Anemia’. When someone suffers from this disease, his face becomes yellow or whilte due to lack of blood in his body; his body becomes lean and thin with other symptoms like- lack of appetite, headache, vertigo, fast heartbeats, unable to do any work and feels difficulty in walking due to weakness. This disease occurs due to discharging of additional blood during any disease. In women, it occurs due to additional menstrual flow.
If normal quantity of blood in the body is decreased or the quantity of RBC is decreased in blood or blood is not able to form in the body, is called ‘Anemia’. The function of hemoglobin is to supply oxygen in different parts of the body. When the quantity of hemoglobin is decreased additionally, is called ‘Anemia’.
In this disease, mainly following drugs are used like- China (Cinchona), Acid-phos, Natrum-mur, Ferrum Mettalicum, Calcarea-phos, Carbo-veg, Arsenic, Muriatic Acid, Pulsatilla or Sepia, etc.
Cause:-
Anemia occurs due to lack of light and fresh air, lack of nutritive diet, improper sleep, doing excess mental or physical work, malfunctioning of the digestive functions, additional bleeding during menstruations, living in dirty places, bleeding in piles, coming out additional fluid and blood from the body, etc. It can be hereditary or due to suffering from any disease for a long time.
Symptoms:-
Due to deficiency of blood in the body, the patient is suffering from less physical (body) strength, loss of appetite, indigestion, deficiency of blood in the mucus membrane, headache, difficulty in breathing, fast heartbeats, fast pulse rate, blisters on the tongue, loss of body weight, vertigo, etc. The patient feels too weakness while walking; body temperature is decreased; sometimes swelling also comes in the heels; the body becomes thin; face becomes dirty or yellow; excessive lethargy; laziness comes; difficulty in taking breath and heartbeats becomes fast.
Use of different drugs in Anemia:-
1. Sepia- Sepia is used in both the diseases- anemia and green sickness. In different symptoms occurring due to anemia like- the patient remains sad and quite all the time; undesired for doing anything; tolerable ability is decreased; he becomes weak and thin; becomes irritable temperament and angry too; does not like to meet, talk and sit with others, taking Sepia 200 is very effective in such symptoms.
2. China (Cinchona)- If bleeding has took place due to any reason that causes weakness in the body and deficiency of blood, give China 30 or 3 to the patient.
3. Acid-phos- In the cases of blood deficiency and weakness in the body due to involving excess in sexual intercourse, Acid-phos 30 should be taken.
4. Ferrum-met- In different symptoms occurring due to deficiency of blood like- coldness of the hands and legs, becoming the cheek as red easily while taking with someone, facial redness or yellowness, shivering of the body after doing even little work, etc., Ferrum-met 3 or 6 should be given.
5. Calcarea-phos- In the case of anemia and to eliminate body weakness, taking Calcarea-phos 6x is very effective.
6. Carbo-veg, Arsenic, Muriatic acid- Several types of symptoms occur due to blood deficiency like- coldness of the skin especially the skin below the knees; the patient fears about his death all the time; pulse becomes narrow; cold sweating from the body; excessive weakness of the body, etc., giving Carbo-veg 30, Arsenic 30 and Muriatic acid 30 is very effective to cure such symptoms.
7. Natrum-Mur- If weakness comes due to anemia; the patient becomes weak and thin even after taking nutritive diet with other symptoms like- violent headache, short breathing by climbing even little height, scanty menstrual flow, constipation, etc., taking Natrum-mur 30 or 200 is very beneficial.
8. Pulsatilla-Sometimes anemia occurs also due to green sickness that affects mostly young women. Anemia occurs in woman due to disorders related with menses causes her body as green. Due to anemia, the patient feels excessive coldness in her body, does not like to live in a closed room, starts feeling cold with pain and this type of pain is aggravated with cold. These symptoms are cured by giving Pulsatilla 30 or 200.
Use of drugs in anemia due to other reasons:-
If anemia has occurred due to discharging of additional fluid or blood from the body, the sufferer should use following drugs like- China, Acid-phos, Carbo-veg, Kali-phos, Calca-phos, etc. Anyone among these drugs is used to get benefit.
If anemia has occurred due to scanty menstrual flow, taking Puls or Ferrum is very effective.
If a person has suffered from anemia due to deficiency of fresh air or light, he should use Nux-vomica, Natrum-mur, Ferrum, Puls, Calca-carb, etc.
Types of anemia:-
There are two types of anemia-
Primary anemia
Secondary anemia.
Primary anemia-
Primary anemia means occurring by itself. It is also of two types- green sickness (chlorosis) and Progressive Pernicious anemia.
Green sickness (chlorosis)-
This disease occurs mostly in young women compared to men. In this disease, the skin of a woman is turned into yellow, dusty or greenish; boils appear; both the cheek is turned red; heartbeats become fast or slow; swelling comes on the face; feels difficulty in breathing; dry cough; feels normal heat; disordering starts breathing systems, blood circulation and duodenum. The suffered woman remains sad and worries all the time. This disease occurs more in between 14 to 18 years old women.
It is hereditary too, so if mother suffers from this disease, it can occur in her daughter. Women who suffers from pilule disease (gutika), there is a possibility of occurring green sickness (chlorosis) in her daughter. In women chlorosis, disorders related to menses also occur.
With chlorosis, other diseases like- heart diseases, T.B., intestinal wounds (ulcers), swelling, disorders of menses, inflammation of urinary glands and bleeding.
Use of different drugs in this case:-
1. Ferrum-mur or Pulsatilla- In the initial stage of chlorosis, the suffered woman should use Ferrum-mur 3x or Pulsatilla to get benefit. If a male suffers from this disease, this drug is also used.
2. Natrum-mur or Calcarea-phos- If chlorosis persists for long time and has aggravated, taking Natrum-mur 30 or Calcarea-phos 6 is very effective. These drugs provide benefit especially in the cases laziness and lethargy physically and mentally.
3. Calcarea-phos- If a woman suffers from anemia with chlorosis, using Calcarea-phos 3 is very effective.
4. Ferrum-Mur-If anemia has occurred with chlorosis, taking Ferrum-mur 3x is very effective.
Common rules for this disease:-
Follow these rules in the case of anemia- eat nutritive and easily digestible food stuffs, walk in the morning and evening, live in neat and clean house, take bath with lukewarm water after adding little salt in it, spinach soup should be taken because it helps in enhancing RBC in the blood.
Progressive Pernicious anemia:-
This disease generates very serious disorders after aggravating slowly, which is called ‘Progressive Pernicious anemia’. No one know that how this disease occurs, but RBC is decreased in the blood with changing its structure due to living in dirty and polluted air, mental stimulation, feeding with breasts for a long time, stomach disorders, etc. and this disease occurs.
Symptoms:-
This disease occurring due to anemia attacks slowly. When anyone suffers from this disease, his face turns into light yellow, skin color is turned into light yellow like wax and sometimes symptoms of acute jaundice are also found. In this disease, the patient is suffering from other symptoms too like- feeling of weakness, lethargy, difficulty in breathing, lack of appetite, watery loose motions, laziness physically and mentally, increasing body temperature, soft and loose body fibers, fast heartbeats, symptoms of unconsciousness and sometimes nose bleeding too.
Drugs used in this disease:-
1. Arsenic- When the patient feels too weakness in his body due to this disease, this drug is used. By the use of this drug, the number of RBC becomes normal, so Arsenic 2x should be used when RBC is increased in the blood. For this purpose, 5 to 10 drops of this drug is given to the patient 3 times a day. It is used until the number of RBC became normal. We should be careful while using this drug and when the patient start suffering from burning in the duodenum or dilating the lower section of the eyes, stop the use of this drug (Arsenic) immediately. After it and if necessary, Arsenic 3x or 30 can be given to the patient.
2. Phosphorus- If the liver, heart is obsessed in the case of anemia due to bleeding from the body and symptom of the enlargement of urinary bladder is found; the patient feels excessive sleepy in day time and restlessness at night due to anemia with other symptoms, give Phosphorus 6 or 3x to the patient.
In this disease, besides Arsenic or Phosphorus, other drugs can be used according to above said symptoms like- Bacillinum 30 or 200 once in a week along with China 3 or 30, Argentum-ni 6, Hydrastis 3, Merc-vi 6x (powder), Cuprum 3, Plumbum 6, etc., In this disease, taking fish soup is very beneficial.
(Secondary Anemia)
This disease occurs due to living in dirty and polluted environment, carelessness about diet, taking rotten, stale and non-nutritive food, etc. It can also occur due to taking additional intoxicating materials like- quinine, liquor (alcohol), mercury, lead, zinc, copper, Arsenic, etc.
It also occurs due to stomach ulcers, chronic inflammation of urinary glands, malaria, black fever, syphilis or T.B., etc. It also occurs due to improper development of bones, tumors, additional bleeding after getting hurt, falling down or surgery, etc. This disease occurs due to additional bleeding during delivery and profuse menstrual flow.
Symptoms:-
The patient suffering from this disease becomes weak and thin; his body is turned into white, yellow, partial dusty; malfunctioning of the duodenum and bowels (intestines); the nerves become weak and thin; he feels headache, vertigo and unconsciousness; he does not feel hunger, feels neuralgic pain; weakness in the entire body and laziness comes.
Drugs used in it:-
1. Picric-acid- If the patient is suffering from undesired for doing physical and mental works; coming urets and phosphorus, etc. Picric-acid 3 should be used. 0.12 g of this drug should be used at an interval of every 6-6 hours.
2. Plumbum-aceticum- If the patient is suffering from excessive constipation with anemia, 0.12 g of Plumbum-aceticum 6 should be taken 3 times a day.
3. Pulsatilla or Ferrum-met- If a woman has suffered from anemia due to suppression of menses after coming little, taking Pulsatilla 6 or Ferrum-met 6 is very effective to cure disease.
4. China or Phosphorus- If anemia has occurred due to destroying additional sperm, bleeding, dysentery or white leucorrhea, etc., using China 3 or Phosphoric acid 3 is very beneficial.
5. Arsenic- If swelling has come due to deficiency of blood in the body; his body becomes as weak as he is not able to sit and stand; persisting sadness and hopelessness due to disorders of vital power, etc., Arsenic 6 should be taken. It enhances vital power and eliminates disease.
6. Nitric-acid or Arum-met- If anemia has occurred due to destroying blood while any disease, take Nitric-acid 6 or Arum-met.
7. Sulphur- If well chosen drugs make no impression, take Sulphur for 2 days before taking these drugs. If the patient does not get any benefit even after it, giving Natrum-sulph 3x (powder) or 30 is very beneficial.
Use of other drugs according to symptoms:-
According to above said symptoms of secondary anemia, different drugs are used like- Ferrum-ridactus, China 1x or 3, Arsenic 3x, Calcarea-carb 6, Hellonius 2x, Plumbum 3, Phosphorus 3, etc. Before using these drugs, sure what is the reason of this disease? Use these drugs according to diseases like- malaria, T.B., dysentery, delivery, etc.
If the reason of this disease did not diagnosed, using drugs like- Arsenic 3x or 30, Apis 3 or 30, Calca-carb 6 or 30, Carbo-veg 6 or 30, China 6 or Pulsatilla 6, etc., is very beneficial.
If anemia has occurred in a malaria patient, Natrum-mur 30 should be taken.

Symptoms:-

Use of drugs in anemia due to other reasons:-

Types of anemia:-
There are two types of anemia-
Primary anemia
Secondary anemia.
Primary anemia-
Primary anemia means occurring by itself. It is also of two types- green sickness (chlorosis) and Progressive Pernicious anemia.
Green sickness (chlorosis)-
This disease occurs mostly in young women compared to men. In this disease, the skin of a woman is turned into yellow, dusty or greenish; boils appear; both the cheek is turned red; heartbeats become fast or slow; swelling comes on the face; feels difficulty in breathing; dry cough; feels normal heat; disordering starts breathing systems, blood circulation and duodenum. The suffered woman remains sad and worries all the time. This disease occurs more in between 14 to 18 years old women.
It is hereditary too, so if mother suffers from this disease, it can occur in her daughter. Women who suffers from pilule disease (gutika), there is a possibility of occurring green sickness (chlorosis) in her daughter. In women chlorosis, disorders related to menses also occur.
With chlorosis, other diseases like- heart diseases, T.B., intestinal wounds (ulcers), swelling, disorders of menses, inflammation of urinary glands and bleeding.
Use of different drugs in this case:-
1. Ferrum-mur or Pulsatilla- In the initial stage of chlorosis, the suffered woman should use Ferrum-mur 3x or Pulsatilla to get benefit. If a male suffers from this disease, this drug is also used.
2. Natrum-mur or Calcarea-phos- If chlorosis persists for long time and has aggravated, taking Natrum-mur 30 or Calcarea-phos 6 is very effective. These drugs provide benefit especially in the cases laziness and lethargy physically and mentally.
3. Calcarea-phos- If a woman suffers from anemia with chlorosis, using Calcarea-phos 3 is very effective.
4. Ferrum-Mur-If anemia has occurred with chlorosis, taking Ferrum-mur 3x is very effective.
Common rules for this disease:-
Follow these rules in the case of anemia- eat nutritive and easily digestible food stuffs, walk in the morning and evening, live in neat and clean house, take bath with lukewarm water after adding little salt in it, spinach soup should be taken because it helps in enhancing RBC in the blood.
Progressive Pernicious anemia:-
This disease generates very serious disorders after aggravating slowly, which is called ‘Progressive Pernicious anemia’. No one know that how this disease occurs, but RBC is decreased in the blood with changing its structure due to living in dirty and polluted air, mental stimulation, feeding with breasts for a long time, stomach disorders, etc. and this disease occurs.
Symptoms:-
This disease occurring due to anemia attacks slowly. When anyone suffers from this disease, his face turns into light yellow, skin color is turned into light yellow like wax and sometimes symptoms of acute jaundice are also found. In this disease, the patient is suffering from other symptoms too like- feeling of weakness, lethargy, difficulty in breathing, lack of appetite, watery loose motions, laziness physically and mentally, increasing body temperature, soft and loose body fibers, fast heartbeats, symptoms of unconsciousness and sometimes nose bleeding too.
Drugs used in this disease:-
1. Arsenic- When the patient feels too weakness in his body due to this disease, this drug is used. By the use of this drug, the number of RBC becomes normal, so Arsenic 2x should be used when RBC is increased in the blood. For this purpose, 5 to 10 drops of this drug is given to the patient 3 times a day. It is used until the number of RBC became normal. We should be careful while using this drug and when the patient start suffering from burning in the duodenum or dilating the lower section of the eyes, stop the use of this drug (Arsenic) immediately. After it and if necessary, Arsenic 3x or 30 can be given to the patient.
2. Phosphorus- If the liver, heart is obsessed in the case of anemia due to bleeding from the body and symptom of the enlargement of urinary bladder is found; the patient feels excessive sleepy in day time and restlessness at night due to anemia with other symptoms, give Phosphorus 6 or 3x to the patient.
In this disease, besides Arsenic or Phosphorus, other drugs can be used according to above said symptoms like- Bacillinum 30 or 200 once in a week along with China 3 or 30, Argentum-ni 6, Hydrastis 3, Merc-vi 6x (powder), Cuprum 3, Plumbum 6, etc., In this disease, taking fish soup is very beneficial.
(Secondary Anemia)
This disease occurs due to living in dirty and polluted environment, carelessness about diet, taking rotten, stale and non-nutritive food, etc. It can also occur due to taking additional intoxicating materials like- quinine, liquor (alcohol), mercury, lead, zinc, copper, Arsenic, etc.
It also occurs due to stomach ulcers, chronic inflammation of urinary glands, malaria, black fever, syphilis or T.B., etc. It also occurs due to improper development of bones, tumors, additional bleeding after getting hurt, falling down or surgery, etc. This disease occurs due to additional bleeding during delivery and profuse menstrual flow.
Symptoms:-
The patient suffering from this disease becomes weak and thin; his body is turned into white, yellow, partial dusty; malfunctioning of the duodenum and bowels (intestines); the nerves become weak and thin; he feels headache, vertigo and unconsciousness; he does not feel hunger, feels neuralgic pain; weakness in the entire body and laziness comes.
Drugs used in it:-
1. Picric-acid- If the patient is suffering from undesired for doing physical and mental works; coming urets and phosphorus, etc. Picric-acid 3 should be used. 0.12 g of this drug should be used at an interval of every 6-6 hours.
2. Plumbum-aceticum- If the patient is suffering from excessive constipation with anemia, 0.12 g of Plumbum-aceticum 6 should be taken 3 times a day.
3. Pulsatilla or Ferrum-met- If a woman has suffered from anemia due to suppression of menses after coming little, taking Pulsatilla 6 or Ferrum-met 6 is very effective to cure disease.
4. China or Phosphorus- If anemia has occurred due to destroying additional sperm, bleeding, dysentery or white leucorrhea, etc., using China 3 or Phosphoric acid 3 is very beneficial.

Haematemesis (Vomiting of Blood)

This disease (vomiting of blood) occurs due to doing excessive physical works, excessive worry, exposure to excessive sunlight, getting hurt, bursting the artery by vomiting much, stomach sickness, burning of the duodenum, ulcers, cancer, malaria fever, dengue, measles (bodri), obstructing something hard in the food pipe, taking grains and sour things, spicy and excessive stimulant food stuffs. These eatables also causes blood poisoning and this type of blood starts coming out from the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, penis, vagina, anus, etc.
Symptoms:-
In this disease, vomiting of blood occurs suddenly, vomiting is like that of coffee color. Blood comes additionally while normal vomiting. Before vomiting, the patient feels pain and heaviness in the duodenum.
In this case, symptoms like indigestion, nauseate, salt taste, neuralgic weakness, long breath, laziness, tinkling in the head, etc.
Bleeding from the lungs and bleeding from the duodenum are different. Blood that comes from the duodenum is little black, clean and mixed with eaten food and the patient feels pain in the stomach and nauseate while vomiting.
Blood that comes from the lungs is shiny red and like foam. Mucus mixed in the blood, blood does not come with loose motions. The patient feels difficulty in breathing and pain in his chest while vomiting.
Drugs used in Haematemesis:-
1. Aconite- The patient, suffering from this disease, has many symptoms. The face of patient having enough blood in his body become red; pulse rate and heartbeats become fast; he feels nervousness, fever, pain in the duodenum before vomiting. Thus taking Aconite 3x is very beneficial in such symptoms. It provides benefit in vomiting of blood.

Pyemia
Introduction:-
Pyemia occurs during pregnancy period. At the time delivery, the internal organs of a woman are operated. This type of operation (changes) takes place by itself during pregnancy period. Sometimes wastes fluid (water) coming from the uterus is stopped. Due to all these reasons, a woman is suffered from septic fever, which is raised up to 105° to 106°, during her pregnancy and then fever comes down below normal by itself. This disease is called ‘Pyemia’ .
Symptoms:-
In the case of pyemia, different types of symptoms occur in a woman like- unconsciousness, weakness, sleep without life, becoming the body weak slowly. In this fever, boils start to appear on many organs of the body. These types of boils grow internally but not outward and pus start coming out from them after surgery and then flesh of boils is melted later.
Disease and drugs used in it:-
1. Echinacea (mother tincture)- In the case of blood poisoning (pyemia), using this drug cleans blood. In any symptom occurring due to pyemia, giving 5 to 10 drops of the mother tincture of Echinacea is very beneficial. If septic fever has occurred in woman after delivery and fetid smell comes out from wound, using Echinacea is beneficial.
2. Lachesis- If pus has formed in wound after surgery and pyemia has occurred due to infection in the body or entering dirt in the body by wound and smell starts coming from wound after decomposition, using Lachesis 30 is very beneficial.
3. Pyrogenium- If the patient has suffered from fever due to producing extra defiled fluid in blood and fever is raised up to 105° to 106° with other symptoms, giving Pyrogenium 30 at an interval of every one hour cures disease.
4. Arsenic- If the patient is unknown for many days about forming defiled blood in his body, he starts suffering from low fever, red tongue, restlessness, nervousness, burning in wounds, vomiting and decreasing body strength, etc., using Arsenic 30 is very beneficial.
5. China- If the patient is suffering from fever like that of T.B. fever due to forming defiled fluid in his blood, using China 3x is appropriate.
6. Rhus-tox- If the patient remains restless due to pyemia in the case of wounds in his joints and gets relief by walking, Rhus-tox 30 should be used.
7. Bryonia- In this disease, if disease aggravates by walking or moving and ameliorates by sitting, Bryonia 30 should be taken.
8. Merc-sol- If pus has formed with other symptoms due to pyemia, using Merc-sol 30 is beneficial.

Acute Endocarditis

The initial stage of burning sensation of the internal membrane of the heart is called ‘Acute Endocarditis’ in English. In this disease, heart cartilage is affected much and becomes obsessed. Due to this disease, wounds appear in the heart.
Cause:-
his disease not occurs by itself but occurred due to other diseases like- measles, chicken pox, pneumonia, diphtheria, inflammation of the throat glands, etc. It also occurs due to gonorrhea.
In this disease, wounds in the size of pea or equal to needle point are found inside the heart. Sometimes pimples like several tablets are found in the heart. Due to this wounds or pimples, decomposed fibers or fibers in clotted forms are transferred by heart to the brain and blood is not able to circulate to the urinary bladder.
Symptoms:-
In the initial stage of this disease, the sufferer feels normal fever and irregular pulse rate. Fever is also increased with the aggravation of this disease. Other symptoms are also found in the patient like- sweating from the body, delirium and drowsiness but lack of sleep, bloody boils on every part of the body and malfunctioning of blood circulation, rheumatic symptoms on the half body, sound goes on coming from the heart at an interval of little while (time) in healthy condition.
This disease becomes chronic with permanent changing of the heart. In the initial stage of this disease, it is very difficult to understand it. When sound like ‘murmur’ starts to come from the heart, it is the sign of burning sensation in the internal membrane of the heart (Acute endocarditis).
In the normal condition of this disease, the patient does not die, but it becomes dangerous in its chronic stage.
In this disease, the sufferer should live in a room having proper ventilation, but not in smelly house; he should sleep on the soft bed and take enough rest.
Use of different drugs in this disease:-
1. Actaea Racemosa:- If this disease has occurred due to gout and chorea (St. Vitus’ dance) and different types of other symptoms are also found in the patient like- pricking pain as needle in the heart, unconsciousness due to fast heart beat, irregular pulse rate and weakness of the nerves and running of pulse haltingly, etc., taking Actaea Racemosa 3 or 30 is very effective. After the use of this drug, endocarditis and wounds inside the heart are cured.
2. Digitalis- Due to this disease, there are several symptoms found in the patient. In the initial stage of this disease, pulse rate is fast or runs haltingly; it becomes weak and the patient feels difficulty in breathing. The patient feels as if heart will stop functioning. Using Digitalis 1x or 30 is very effective for the patient in such symptoms. Using this drug in the initial stage of this disease is very beneficial.
3. Colchicum- In the case of endocarditis occurring due to gout, the sufferer starts suffering from weak pulse and unable to work properly due to heart weakness, etc. thus, using Colchicum 1x or 6 is very beneficial.
4. Cactus- Using Cactus 3x or its mother tincture is very beneficial when the patient feels as something hard is pressing in the heart.
5. Spigelia- If the patient feels pain in his heart in the case of endocarditis whether it is acute or chronic, taking Spigelia 3x or 6 is very effective. It provides relief from pain.
6. Arum-met- If this disease has occurred due to gout and has aggravated, Arum-met 6 should be used.
7. Iodium- If this disease has occurred due to gastric and Spigelia is failed (makes no impression) in this case, Iodium 30 should be taken.
8. Aconite- In the initial stage of this disease, if the patient is suffering from fever, violent thirst, restlessness all the time, and feeling as if he will die due to this disease, etc., taking Aconite 3x or 30 is very effective. It ends fear ness in the patient.
9. Camphor- Using Camphor is very beneficial in the case of endocarditis. It is known as very beneficial for curing this disease by acting like the disease.
10. Viretrum-vir- In the case of this disease, if the patient is suffering from severe fever, thick and tough pulse, etc., taking Viretrum-vir 6 or 30 is very beneficial in these symptoms after using Aconite.

Atherosclerosis

The artery carries pure blood present in the heart to the entire body, but when it becomes tough, is called ‘Atherosclerosis’. This disease occurs also due to high blood pressure. It is occurs also due to fast blood pressure in the artery.

This disease occurs due to eating food having additional fat. Other reasons are- smoking, much mental problems (tension), fatness, laziness etc. It also occurs due to few other disease like- blood pressure, diabetes, hereditary, etc.
Symptoms:-
In this disease, symptoms like paralysis, pain in the hands and legs while walking, tiredness, vertigo etc. are found in the patient.
Precautions-
In this disease, if the patient feels pain in his chest and he has fallen down due to vertigo and feels weakness in the hands and legs etc., take treatment immediately.
Note:-
Take exercise regularly. Loose your weight. Avoid (keep away from) mental problems (tension) and do not take liquor (alcohol) and smoking.

Chronic Endocarditis
Introduction:-
The disease occurred due to changing of the structure, formation or condition of the layer membrane inside the heart is called ‘Chronic Endocarditis’.
Mostly, this disease occurs due to burning sensation of the layer membranes inside the heart. Beside it, this disease also occurs due to giving birth many times, gout, syphilis, taking additional liquor (alcohol), toughness of the arteries, burning sensation in the urinary glands, etc. Normally, this disease can occur in any age, but especially in the young age and old.
It occurs due to appearing wounds in the layer membranes inside the heart or becoming the tendinal of the cartilage, difficulty in closing the heart cartilage properly, etc.
When heart cartilage does able to closed due to growth of any other fibers in the heart cartilage or closeness of the heart cartilage with side part (armpit) of the body, etc., it is called ‘Vulvular Stenosis’.
When blood goes on coming out whether in little volume from the heart cartilage, it is called ‘Regurgitation’.
In the case of such heart related disordering, the heart has to perform much, because the blood is not able to circulate properly in the entire body due to doing normal function of the body during this disease. In this way, the heart muscles are obsessed due to working more than normal. This condition is called ‘Chronic Endocarditis’.

Disease of the Arteries
Introduction:-
When burning sensation occurs in the upper layer of the artery or (wall of the artery) due to any reason, it is called ‘Inflammation of the Artery’. There is no any sign found in the initial stage of this disease, but when it becomes chronic, the upper layer or wall of the artery become tough and thick. This type of disease is called ‘Atherome’ by that crop of tumors appear in the artery (Aneurism).
Symptoms of Atherome:-
In this disease, the artery becomes tough, curved, loose and cracked. Mostly it occurs in old age. Due to this disease, the pulse starts to become weak and runs in slow motion which causes pain in the heart. Burning and decomposing are started in the urinary glands.
Use of drugs:-
1. Phosphorus or Vanadium- If this disease is acute, the patient should take Phosphorus 3. If Phosphorus makes no impression, taking Vanadium 6 or 12 is very beneficial.
2. Ferrum-phos- In the case of obsessed artery, if the patient feels difficulty in breathing, he should take Ferrum-phos 2x. Taking other drugs like- Secale 3, Lachesis 6, Plumbum 6, etc. are also beneficial in this disease.
3. Aneurism- Boils especially bloody boils appear in the artery due to expansion of it. In this disease, first of all, the blood of boils is dilute and later, the blood is turned into thin layer after freezing of blood. In the first stage of this disease, boils apply pressure in the upper part of the artery that stops palpitation (shivering). When such type of pressure falls downward, palpitation is increased. This disease occurs due to syphilis, taking alcohol, gout of the glands, doing excessive physical work, etc.
Mostly this disease occurs in the age between 30 to 40 years and mostly found in male comparison to female. There are two types of this disease- occurring by itself and occurring due to hurt.
Use of drugs:-
In the case of occurring this disease by itself, using any one among these drugs like- Phos 3, Baryta 6, Cuprum 6 and Adrinaline Lyco 12, etc. are very beneficial.
If this disease has occurred due to getting hurt, drugs like- Arnica 3 or Aconite 3x is very effective. In this disease, giving 0.30 g of Baryta 3x is very beneficial.
In the case of weakness in the heart due to this disease, giving 5 drops of the mother tincture of Crataegus is very beneficial. Ars-iod 3x should be also used in such symptoms. This drug should be taken after meals.
In this disease, other drugs like Calca-phos 2x and Kali-iod as mother tincture can be also needed.
Note:-
The patient suffering from this disease should sleep on his back and he should take 2.50 g water and 6 chhatank diet.
He should not do excess physical and mental works and stimulants should not be taken too.

Heartbeat

The heart often beats normally, but when someone do physical works, his heartbeats is increased more that normal. Heart beats also become fast due to excitement or fear. It also becomes fast after hearing sad and happy news. Sometimes it also becomes fast due to high blood pressure. There are three types of heartbeats.
Fast heartbeats:-
This type of disorder can occur due to much activeness of the thyroid gland in those diseases in which adrenal secretion is more. Mostly, Caffeine and coffee also increases heartbeats.
Irregular heartbeats:-
Mostly, this type of disorder occurs in over aged people. It occurs due to taking liquor (alcohol) or disease in the heart cartilage.
Additional heartbeats:-
Normally, it occurs due to worry or it is also a sign of heart disease.
Symptoms:-
When heartbeats become fast, mostly the sufferer concentrates on his stomach. Sometimes, symptoms like- vomiting, headache, obstruction in breathing, coldness in the hands, legs, etc. occur with it.
Few tips for keeping heartbeats as normal:-
Restlessness increases heartbeats. We should avoid tension so that heartbeats do not increase. We should must follow daily routine regularly and do all our works regularly. We should take food and rest regularly. Yoga and shithalikaran helps to decrease nervousness. Stop taking caffeine, nicotine and alcohol, etc. to keep heartbeats normal.
In the case of fast heartbeats, take treatment and follow above said instructions.

This drug should be also used in heart disease occurring due to side effects of indigestion.
4. Carbo-veg:- If gas forms after taking meals and heartbeats are increased and the patient gets relief after coming belches, etc., Carbo-veg 30 should be used.
5. Moschus- In the cases of slow heart beats, unconsciousness due to heart disease, etc., giving Moschus 1 or 3 at an interval of every 20-20 minutes.
6. Crategus- If the patient feels as if heartbeats have stopped, giving 5 drops of the mother tincture of Crategus 3-4 times a day is beneficial.

Thus there is no as much pressure in the heart as at the time of contraction of it. The difference between contraction and expansion of the heart should be 50 to 60. When this difference is more than it, it is called ‘Low Blood Pressure’.
In this case, the patient becomes fast, but pulse remains thin and weak. Sometimes the patient believes that the weakness and thinness of pulse have occurred due to his tiredness and weakness even in the case of low blood pressure, but in reality, he has suffered from low blood pressure. In this disease, the patient suffers from headache and vertigo.

After bleeding, the skin is turned into dusty appearance. That’s why; this disease is called ‘Purpura’. Different symptoms are found in the patient suffering from this disease like- feeling over thirst, appearing dusty eruptions on many parts of the body in which, they have neither itching sensation nor they mature. These eruptions are pressed by pressing. Black spots are fallen even after little injury on the body. In this disease, different symptoms are found like- bleeding, , deficiency of blood in the body, swelling of the joints with pain in them, etc.
There are mainly three types of purpura:-
Simplex (normal) Purpura- In this stage, only eruptions appears.
Hemorrhagic Purpura- In this stage, eruptions, filled with blood, appear from which blood goes on coming out. Blood comes out continuously from tooth root, brain, stomach, liver, lungs, urinary gland and from the internal organs of the body. Violent pain occurs in the stomach.
Rheumatic Purpura- In this stage, symptoms of acute (new) rheumatism are found with fever.
Use of different drugs in Normal purpura:-
1. Arnica- In this case, black spots appear on the skin and the patient feels such pain as if someone has beaten him. Thus, Arnica should be given in such symptoms.
2. Acon- If the patient is suffering from purpura and symptoms of eruptions with fever are found, taking Acon 3x is very effective. In this case, taking Bell, Sulph-ac, Merc or Rhus-tox, etc. is also very effective.
Use of different drugs in Hemorrhagic Purpura:-
1. Phosphorus- In this case, if the patient is suffering from bleeding from his nose and gums, fast heartbeats, yellow skin, bleeding from skin just after getting even little hurt, etc., taking Phosphorus 3 is very effective.
2. Crotalus- In this case, if bleeding goes on taking place with disordering in blood, Crotalus 3 should be used.

In normal condition, the heart pumps out blood to arteries 72 times per minute and then these arteries carry that blood to the entire body. In this way, when arteries carry pure blood to the different parts of the body, is called ‘blood pressure’ (pulse running).
For supplying pure blood to the different body parts, the heart has to expand and contract like a pump continuously. In this way, pure blood circulates in different organs through arteries due to the expansion and contraction of heart and impure blood is collected again in the lungs carried from those organs and then the lungs supply this impure blood to the heart again after purification. Due to this circulation of blood, different organs are able to work well. In this way, blood that circulates by the contraction and expansion of heart is called ‘Blood pressure’. When heartbeats become fast and the circulation of blood also becomes fast in arteries, is called ‘High blood-pressure’.
Few important tips about blood pressure:-
Blood pressure does not remain same all the time but goes on changing according to condition. Example- after taking meals, when the stomach needs extra blood, blood pressure is raised. In this way, when a person works hard physically, his blood pressure is also raised. Blood pressure is also raised due to mental excitement, anger, fear, at the time of worry or ailments.
Besides them, blood pressure is also raised due to sickness of the kidneys, loss of essential elements from the body through urine, fatness, taking liquor (alcohol), involving in sexual intercourse, eating non-vegetarian food, eating more than hunger, constipation and during pregnancy period in women. In the case of high blood pressure as well as low blood pressure, the sufferer suffers more. Lean and thin or weak person, who does not get sufficient diet, suffers from low blood pressure. In old age, blood vessels become weak due to weakness of the body; layers of uric acid, calcium, etc. are thickened in blood vessels, which is also the reason for high blood pressure. Blood pressure does not remain same all the time, so proper checkup is necessary.
Note:-
While using homoeopathic drugs, it should be remembered that these drugs should not be used again and again (frequently) and when drugs start working, it should not be repeated. If chosen drug make no impression, drug should be given again after observing symptoms well. Numbers as ‘6’ or ‘30’ written after drug’s name represent the potency of that drug.
What is the normal blood pressure should have in the body:-
Normally the systolic pressure of an adult is 100 + half of his age. Example- If a person is 50 years old, his blood pressure should be 100 + half of 50 = 125-135. If the systolic pressure of a person is more than 135, it is called ‘High Blood Pressure’. For low blood pressure, we have to observe the supplying pressure of blood of the heart. When the heart does not pump out blood to arteries and pump in blood from the lungs. In this way, while receiving blood from the lungs, it passes out blood whether in slow motion. Expansion pressure of the heart can not be more than its contraction pressure. There is difference between in both of them. Difference between them should be about 50-60, but not more than it. When this type of difference is more than it, is called ‘Low Blood Pressure’.
Contraction pressure of the heart should be less than its expansion pressure.
Example- if the contraction pressure of the heart is 120, its expansion pressure should be 80. It is the blood pressure of a person of 40 years. If the blood pressure of a person aged 40 years is more than 120 and 80, he has suffered from high blood pressure and if it is less than 120 and 80, he has suffered from low blood pressure. Expansion pressure also becomes more if contraction pressure of the heart is high and if contraction pressure is low, its expansion pressure also becomes low. Sometimes, there is no any difference (relation) between them found.
Other way for knowing blood pressure:-
For this purpose, first of all, find the age of that person. If a person is 50 years old, subtract 20 years from his age that is 50-20=30. Now divide 30 into two halves and then add one half (15) in 120. After adding it becomes 135. Thus, blood pressure of a person of 50 years is 135.
In this way, the blood pressure of heart contraction of a person of 50 years should be about 135. Difference of 5-10 points (less or more) in blood pressure is ignored. Blood pressure of heart expansion should be about 60-64 points less, means 135-65=75. In this case also, difference of 5-10 points (less or more) is ignored.
In a person above 50 years, systolic pressure 150 and diastolic pressure 90 are known as normal.
The heart pumps out blood to arteries (veins). It also pumps in blood purified in the lungs. In normal condition, the heart pumps out blood to arteries 72 times per minute and then these arteries carry that blood to the entire body. In this way, when arteries carry pure blood to the different parts of the body, is called ‘blood pressure’ (pulse running).
For supplying pure blood to the different body parts, the heart has to expand and contract like a pump continuously. In this way, pure blood circulates in different organs through arteries due to the expansion and contraction of heart and impure blood is collected again in the lungs carried from those organs and then the lungs supply this impure blood to the heart again after purification. Due to this circulation of blood, different organs are able to work well. In this way, blood that circulates by the contraction and expansion of heart is called ‘Blood pressure’. When heartbeats become fast and the circulation of blood also becomes fast in arteries, is called ‘High blood-pressure’.
Few important tips about blood pressure:-
Blood pressure does not remain same all the time but goes on changing according to condition. Example- after taking meals, when the stomach needs extra blood, blood pressure is raised. In this way, when a person works hard physically, his blood pressure is also raised. Blood pressure is also raised due to mental excitement, anger, fear, at the time of worry or ailments.
Besides them, blood pressure is also raised due to sickness of the kidneys, loss of essential elements from the body through urine, fatness, taking liquor (alcohol), involving in sexual intercourse, eating non-vegetarian food, eating more than hunger, constipation and during pregnancy period in women. In the case of high blood pressure as well as low blood pressure, the sufferer suffers more. Lean and thin or weak person, who does not get sufficient diet, suffers from low blood pressure. In old age, blood vessels become weak due to weakness of the body; layers of uric acid, calcium, etc. are thickened in blood vessels, which is also the reason for high blood pressure. Blood pressure does not remain same all the time, so proper checkup is necessary.

What is the normal blood pressure should have in the body:-
Normally the systolic pressure of an adult is 100 + half of his age. Example- If a person is 50 years old, his blood pressure should be 100 + half of 50 = 125-135. If the systolic pressure of a person is more than 135, it is called ‘High Blood Pressure’. For low blood pressure, we have to observe the supplying pressure of blood of the heart. When the heart does not pump out blood to arteries and pump in blood from the lungs. In this way, while receiving blood from the lungs, it passes out blood whether in slow motion. Expansion pressure of the heart can not be more than its contraction pressure. There is difference between in both of them. Difference between them should be about 50-60, but not more than it. When this type of difference is more than it, is called ‘Low Blood Pressure’.
Contraction pressure of the heart should be less than its expansion pressure.
Example- if the contraction pressure of the heart is 120, its expansion pressure should be 80. It is the blood pressure of a person of 40 years. If the blood pressure of a person aged 40 years is more than 120 and 80, he has suffered from high blood pressure and if it is less than 120 and 80, he has suffered from low blood pressure. Expansion pressure also becomes more if contraction pressure of the heart is high and if contraction pressure is low, its expansion pressure also becomes low. Sometimes, there is no any difference (relation) between them found.
Other way for knowing blood pressure:-
For this purpose, first of all, find the age of that person. If a person is 50 years old, subtract 20 years from his age that is 50-20=30. Now divide 30 into two halves and then add one half (15) in 120. After adding it becomes 135. Thus, blood pressure of a person of 50 years is 135.
In this way, the blood pressure of heart contraction of a person of 50 years should be about 135. Difference of 5-10 points (less or more) in blood pressure is ignored. Blood pressure of heart expansion should be about 60-64 points less, means 135-65=75. In this case also, difference of 5-10 points (less or more) is ignored.
