Introduction:-

The part of the nervous systems that exits in the spinal canal is called ‘The Spine’.
There are several types of diseases related to the spinal cord:-

Neuralgic weakness-

It occurs due to occurring excessive weakness in the nerves.

Irritation of the spine-

Pain starts in the back and waist of the patient. Pain is aggravated in the spinal cord or other organs due to pressing or holding on the back and the waist or by doing little more hard work. It is due to occurring weakness in the nerve. Mostly, this type of disease occurs in the fair sex (female) compared to the male. Patient feels crawling sensation or insensitiveness in the body with emission (night fall), irritation of the bladder.

Treatment by different drugs:-

1. Arg-nit- If irritation of the spine is occurring with other symptoms as- headache, insensitiveness of the several organs, stomachache, flatulence, constipation, etc., 6 potency of this drug can be used for its treatment.
2. Picric-acid- For the treatment of burning sensation in the spinal cord, weakness of the legs, pain from the spinal cord to the forehead, 30 potency of this drug can be used.
3. Baccilinum- If gutica has occurred, for the treatment of it, Baccilinum 200 can be used.
4. Agaricus- If this disease has occurred in weak women, using 3 potency of this drug is very effective to cure this disease. Several types of other drugs can be also used to cure this disease as- Silica 30, Sulphur 30, Ignatiia 3, Cimicifuga 3, Bell 3, Secale 3, Cocculus 6 or Asafoetida 3, etc. Patient should take bath with cold water or wash his back with hot water before the treatment. Nutritive diet should be taken and living in an open air.
5. Thuja- If this disease has occurred due to taking additional tea, for the treatment of it, Thuja 6 is used.

Spinal anaemia-

This disease occurs due to bleeding from the spinal cord and much weakness in the hritpiInd.
This disease can be treated by the use of several types of other drugs also as- Acid-phos 1x or 6, China 6, Secale 3, Ferrum 6, the powder of Ars-iod 6x, etc. These drugs should be used according to the symptoms.

Spinal hyperaemia:-

This disease occurs due to piles, exposure to cold or injury, doing more laborious work, suppression of menses and by taking several types of drugs, etc. With occurring pain in the waist and the spinal cord, tinkling is also occurring in the body.
Ars 6, Hypericum 3, Sulphur 30 or Rhus-tox 6 can be also used to cure this disease.

Spinal apoplexy:-

Symptoms like paralysis or apoplexy are found due to bleeding in the spinal cord or inside the membrane that covers the spinal cord. If the tongue, hands and legs become insensitive due to bleeding in this disease, using Guaiacum 3 helps to cure this disease.

Accumulation of water in the spinal cord:-

In this disease, water gets accumulated in the spinal cord resulting swelling occurs in this part and patient starts to suffer more.

Spinal meningitis:-

When this disease occurs, burning sensation begins in the membrane that covers the spinal cord. Causes and symptoms become same. When this disease occurs, patient feels fever and restlessness, suppressed sweat and pain occurring due to injury. Aconite 3 is very useful for the treatment of such symptoms. When pain occurs in the body that is aggravated by movement with such symptoms, for the treatment of it, using Bryonia 3 is appropriate. If the patient becomes unconscious with the feeling of much lethargy and his body starts shivering, Bryonia 1x can be used to cure the patient, but if symptoms like paralysis are found in the patient, Oxalic acid 3 should be used for its treatment.

Myelitis or inflammation of the spinal cord:-

Due to falling, getting hurt and exposure to cold, severe fever in the condition of measles or fracture of the spinal cord or by doing more hard work, etc., burning sensation occurs in some part or the whole part of the spinal cord and stretching occurs in the patient’s body. Sometimes, paralysis attacks the patient suffering from this disease within few hours. If paralysis attacks after few hours of the feeling of burning sensation of the spinal cord, swelling occurs in his entire spinal cord. His body is bended backward. Sometimes the eyes remain open, but does not visible anything. Sometimes, deafness also occurs with the feeling of fast laziness.
This fever occurs due to a type of infectious bacteria. This disease occurs also in the young age, winter season and by avoiding healthy rules. Sometimes, pimples are also appear (erupt) on the face due to this disease. Fever persists in the patient in between 103 to 106 degree. This disease occurs in small children and teenagers

There are two types of burning sensation in the spinal cord:-

Acute (new) burning sensation of the spinal cord.
Chronic burning sensation of the spinal cord.

Treatment of Acute burning sensation of the spinal cord:-

1. Aconite- The patient feels fast pain in his spinal cord; the back of the patient is stretched and becomes curved like a bow with the symptoms of fever and fear ness, etc. thus, Aconite 3 should be used for the treatment of such symptoms.
2. Nux-vomica- The patient’s body begins to becoming curved like bow with attack of fast pain, the symptoms of disease get aggravate by touching the affected part, the back feels as if it has rubbed or broken, etc. thus, taking Nux-vomica 3 at an interval of every 1-1 hour is very useful for the treatment of such symptoms.
3. Cicuta- The spinal cord of the patient feels burning sensation with fast stretchiness especially on the back side and the body is bended one-sided. Thus, taking Cicuta 3 or 6 at an interval of every 1-1 hour is very useful for the treatment of such symptoms.
4. Belladonna- If the attack of the disease occurs on the upper part of the spinal cord; pain like inserting knife in the spinal cord; muscles throbs like current and severe fever has occurred, etc., Belladonna 30 should be used for the treatment of such symptoms.

Treatment of chronic burning sensation of the spinal cord:-

5. Oxalic acid- If legs became stiff and pain is occurring due to exposure to cold with burning sensation, for the treatment of it, Oxalic acid 3x should be taken at an interval of every 1-1 hour.
6. Plumbum- If the symptoms of chronic paralysis are found in the spinal cord, Plumbum 6 should be taken at an interval of every 4-4 hours for its treatment.
7. Arsenic- Feeling restlessness with burning sensation of the spinal cord, stiffness, symptoms like paralysis are found in many parts of the body, stretchiness, feeling only cold that helps symptoms to aggravate and feeling pain, etc. thus, to cure disease of the patient, Arsenic 3 should be used at an interval of every 2-2 hours.
8. Opium- Patient becomes more lethargic; vision becomes stable; many organs become curved; the mouth is opened and loud sound comes from the nose. Thus, using Opium 3 or 6 is very effective to cure such symptoms of the patient.
9. Helleborus- Excessive sadness occurs, pain is much behind the forehead and the neck, patient goes on moving his head continuously and inserting his head in the pillow. Thus, this drug should be used to cure such symptoms of the patient.
10. Veretrum-Viride- The forehead is bended backward with stiffness and stretch. Thus, this drug is used to cure such symptoms.
11. Cimicifuga- In the condition of contraction or stffness in the muscles, 3 potency of this drug should be taken. If well chosen drugs make no impression, this drug can be also used to cure this disease.
12. Amon-carb- If fast pain is occurring behind and below the ear with this disease, using Amon-carb 200 is very effective for the treatment of such symptoms.
13. Crotalus- If the symptoms of fever present in the patient with this disease and blood have become poisonous, Crotalus 3 is used to cure this disease.
14. Acid-hydro- In the condition of becoming all the organs of the body cold with this disease, Acid-hydro 3x can be used for its treatment.
15. Gelsemium- The symptoms of paralysis start to found in the patient’s body with lack of hearing power, feels cold, body temperature rises, headache, light sleep, pulse becomes soft, weak and the eyeball remains wide, etc. thus, Gelsemium 1x or 3x can be used to cure such symptoms of the patient.
16. Silica- If the symptom of deafness has found with burning sensation of the spinal cord, Silica 6 is very useful to cure this disease.
17. Sulphur- By the use of 30 potency of this drug, burning sensation of the spinal cord can be cured, but it is necessary to having the symptoms of deafness in the patient too.

What should we do or not:-

1. Patient should not live in the airy room.
2. Patient should not live in the dark and noisy roo.
3. Patient’s body should be wiped with a piece of cloth or towel after immersing it in hot water.
4. Patient should take nutritive liquid diet and light meals.
5. Alcohol and stimulant should not be taken.
6. He should not sleep on the soft bed because it helps wounds to appear on the back.
7. He should take nutritive diet like milk, fruits juice and other liquid substances.

Paralysis of the spinal cord:-

Mostly, this disease occurs in children, but occasionally in a young male and female.

Unhealthy ness of the muscles:-

Due to this disease, muscles become weak. It is a type of vat razzu disease. First of all, the symptoms of this disease visible in the thumb then the shoulders and the arms get affected and in the last, it affects the muscles and patient becomes like a Skelton. Thus, to cure this disease, taking Phosphorus 3 or Plumbum 6 is beneficial. Several types of other drugs can be also used to cure this disease as- Arg-nit 6, Arnica 3, Gels 3x or Sulphur 30, etc.

Locomotor ataxia:-

This disease occurs due to working hard, exposure to cold and by heat. In the condition of this disease, first of all, symptoms related to stool appear in the patient, all the part of the body especially both the legs feel pain like gastric or neuralgic pain, body strength is decreased and in the last, patient is not able to put his legs properly according to its own desire.

Treatment by different drugs:-

1. Secale and Fluoric acid- Secale 3 can be used for the treatment of first stage of T.B. of the spinal cord, after that Flouric acid 3 should be used.
2. Kali-iod- If T.B. of the spinal cord has occurred due to any type of syphilis, using Kali-iod 3 is beneficial to cure this disease.
3. Picric-acid- If symptoms of much tiredness found in the patient suffering from T.B. of the spinal cord, Picric-acid can be used for its treatment.
4. Arg-nit- If the hands of the patient suffering from T.B. of the spinal cord are shivering with lack of vision, using 3 potency of this is beneficial.
5. Phosphorus-
3 potency of this drug is used when following symptoms present in the patient like- shivering of the hands, lack of vision, etc.
To cure T.B. of the spinal cord, drugs like- Arum 3 or 200, Nux-vom 3, the powder of Magnesia-phos 6x, Medorrhinum 200, Alumen 6, the powder of Carbo-veg 3x, Lyco 6, Ars 3, Bell 3, Strychninum 3, Angstiyura 3, Gels 3, Plumbum 30, Causticum 200, Phosphorus 6, Zincum 30 or Rhus-tox 30 can be used according to the symptoms.

What should we do or not in the case of T.B. of the spinal cord:-

1. In the condition of T.B. of the spinal cord, alcohol and smoking should be avoided, because it can make the patient’s condition worse.
2. Patient should not take meat, fish and eggs, etc.
3. He should protect himself from cold.
4. He should not take bath in an open air.
5. Milk should be taken everyday. It is best for the patient suffering from this disease.
6. He should do light exercise in the morning and evening.

Nails disease can be of several types, which are as follow:-

Growing the nails inwards:-

Mostly, this disease occurs in the nails of toes. It occurs due to wearing wrong size of shoes or tight shoes, hurting on the nails of thumb or other fingers, cutting the nails of thumb too short or rounding the edges of the nails, etc. due to this disease, pain occurs in the nails, swelling and redness appear in the nails. The pointed edge of the nails is inserted in one or both the side of flesh. If this disease got infection, fast pain starts and pus begins to form in the internal layer of the nails.

Appearing burning sensation in the canal of the nails:-

When this disease occurs, pain occurs in the canal of the nails with burning sensation. Sometimes, this type of burning sensation becomes unbearable.

Becoming the nails dry after breaking:-

This disease occurs due to improper cleanliness of the nails. It can be also occured due to falling any type of scratch on the nails.

Treatment with different drugs:-

1. Thuja- The people, whose nails are very tough, can use Thuja 30 to cure his symptoms. This drug is very effective to make tough fiber as soft. Due to this property, it is also very useful for warts. If pus starts producing inside the nails or its surface became colourless, this drug should be also used for the treatment.
2. Fluoric acid- By the affects of this drug, nails start to grow quickly. If the nails of a person are growing slowly, 6 or 30 potency of this drug is very useful for his treatment.
3. Antimonium Crudum- If nails have become tough, colourless, the sole has become too soft, has become painful, etc., 3 or 6 potency of this drug is used for the treatment. If nails have cracked due to getting hurt and does not recovered soon and goes on growing in this condition and has become thick, etc., this drug should be taken. If pain occurs in the skin below the nail, this skin became tough, became hard like horn, it should be treated with this drug. A dose of this drug should be used once in a week. If the nails have become thick, it should be treated by 6 potency of this drug.
4. Myristica sebiphera- It is an affective drug for the nails. When the fingers get swelling, pus is formed in them; it is called paneris or panerisium. To cure this disease, using Myristica sebiphera 6 is beneficial.
5. Alumina- With the help of 6 potency of this drug, several types of diseases related to the nails can be cured. If nails have become hard, wounds have appeared in the tip of the fingers with pain, the skin above finger has cracked, this drug should be taken at an interval of every 8-8 hours for its treatment. If pus is forming inside the nails, using 3 potency of this drug is beneficial.
6. Graphites- If the nails have become thick like horn, taking Graphites 6 is very useful.
7. Silicea- Using Silicea 30 is beneficial to cure symptoms like- swelling in the area below the nail, inserting the nails of the hands or legs in the skin, etc. In the condition of breaking or bending during cutting them or burning sensation of the nails, Silicea 6 can be used for the treatment. 12 drops of Calendula should be used after mixing it in 60 drops of water with this treatment.
8. Causticum- If Silicea makes no impression, taking Causticum 30 is beneficial.
9. Secale- If the nails have put off (uncovered) from finger and peels have appeared on the remaining part, 3 potency of this drug should be used at an interval of every 4-4 hours.
10. Magnetis Pols Australis- In the condition of inserting the nail into thumb skin (flesh), 30 or 200 potency of this drug should be used at an interval of every 4-4 hours.
11. Natrum mur- In the case of swelling of the area of nail that connects to the skin around it, using 30 potency of this drug is very effective.
12. Arsenic- If the nail has bursted, for the treatment of it, Arsenic 6 can be used.
13. Phosphorus- In the condition of appearing wounds around the nails, using Phosphorus 3 is very effective to cure it.
14. Arnica- If any type of nail disease has occurred due to falling down or any type of injury, Arnica 3 should be taken and the mother tincture of Arnica should be taken after mixing it in 10 times water.
15. Nitric-acid- If toes nails have inserted in the corners of the fingers due to wearing shoes or by any other reason, pain with swelling is found in the front section of the fingers (soft part) or pus starts to form in them, Nitric-acid 6 or Australis 200 should be taken for its treatment and apply 1 quantity of the mother tincture of Hydrastis after mixing it in 8 quantity of olive oil on the affected part or the paste of the mother tincture of Veretrum-Viride should be applied on the affected part.
16. Silica and Calendula- If burning sensation is occurring in the internal parts of the nail, Silica 6 should be taken and the mother tincture of Calendula or Boric-acid should be applied after mixing it in little water.
17. Nitric-acid and Hydrastis:- Nail helps in generating burning sensation and pain after inserting in the skin around it. Thus, Nitric-acid 6 should be taken and ointment, prepared after mixing 1 quantity of Hydrastis in 8 times of Vaseline, should be used externally.

What should we do or not in the case of nails diseases:-

1. Wrong and short sized shoes should never wear.
2. Fair Sexes should not use high heel shoes or tight socks.
3. Nails become thick and tough (hard) in elders, so nails should be soaked in water for making them soft before cutting them.
4. Nails should be cut properly and left little for the protection of thumb.
5. Right sized shoes and socks should be worn.
6. Children should not cut their nails by theirselves, but cut by elders (parents).
7. If the skin grew outside from the nails, it should be cut carefully.
8. If nails got infection with severe pain, redness and forming pus in them, patient should take treatment according to the advice of a doctor.
9. Lemon is a natural solution for making the nails softens.
10. Dry nails should be made smooth by applying oil on them.

Introduction:-

It is a type of disease occurring in the joints. Sometimes, it affects one or two joints and sometimes all the joints of the body. When this disease occurs in a person, first of all, burning sensation starts in the bones of his body and the joints of big bones get swelling, redness and pain too. The patient is lying down on the back silently and sometimes pain and stiffness start by movement. Shivering occurs, skin becomes hot, and the nerves become tough, headache, sweating with sour smell or sticky too. The patient feels thirst, tongue is dirty, red scanty urine passes with sour smell, constipation, and respiratory organs become out of order. The symptoms of disease aggravates at night. The patient suffers from fever with the body temperature as 104 to 105 degree. Normally, this disease is recovered within 3-4 weeks. When this disease persists for more than 3-4 weeks, it becomes chronic. Due to this disease, respiratory organs also become obsessed, pain starts in the left side of the body, the chest feels much pain, having difficulty in breathing. These are signs of aggravating disease. Indigestion goes on persisting with this disease. Mostly, this disease occurs in male compared to female.

Causes:-

There are several reasons of occurring acute rheumatism like- exposure to cold, wearing wet clothes for a long time, living in dirty places, taking sour things, meat, eggs, etc. in large quantity, malfunctioning of the liver, blood poisoning, suppression of sweat suddenly due to exposure to cold, etc. Mostly, a person who does not take an appropriate quantity of nutritive elements in his diet starts suffering from this disease. There is high possibility of this disease in those children whose mother is suffering from T.B.

Treatment by different drug:-

1. Lachnanthes- If acute rheumatism occurs with gastric affects in the neck, stiffness in it, Lachnanthes 3 is used for the treatment of such symptoms.
2. Aconite- If this disease is in its aggravating stage, pain like pricking has occurred in the bones joints or muscles with severe fever and other symptoms like- restlessness, swelling of the obsessed part, redness, lack of appetite, passing red urine, stiffness in the neck, burning sensation in the eyes, etc. occurring this disease in the winter season due to exposure to dry air, Aconite 1 or 6 can be used to cure such symptoms of the patient.
Using Aconite 30 is very effective in the cases of occuring swelling with joints pain or feeling excessive weakness in the body or in the chronic stage of this disease, etc. this drug is used when the patient feels heat and having the symptoms of putting off his all the clothes due to heat. If other types of symptoms are found in the patient with this disease as- hotness of the body skin and the sole, profuse sweating with offensive smell, sour taste, becoming all the eaten things sour, intensive pain in the left organs, etc., Aconite should be used to cure such symptoms of the patient.
3. Bryonia- The patient feels pain on the joints like cutting or pricking like needle or putting irrigative drugs; pain starts to aggravate by little movement; the skin of the body remains too hot. With these symptoms, several types of other symptoms are also found in the patient as- constipation, dried and solid stools, profuse sweating, too much shivering, etc. thus, Aconite should be used to cure such symptoms of the patient. If vat (gout) is suppressed by the use of Aconite, using Bryonia 3, 6, 12 or 30 provides relief. This drug is used only when the tongue and the body skin is dry.
4. Belladonna- In the condition of this disease, painful area of the patient’s body becomes red and swelled, slanting pain occurs, patient feels violent pain in his head, the face and the eyes become red, pain starts suddenly and also cured suddenly. Thus, using Belladonna 3x or 6 is very effective for the treatment of such condition of the patient.
5. Rhus-tox- Pain gets aggravated when patient is taking rest, at night or after getting up in the morning or by the heat of the bed and ameliorated by little movement or by fomentation of obsessed parts. If the patient has other types of symptoms too as- restlessness, unbearable to cold wind, aggravating pain at the time of taking rest, occurring gout due to exposure to cold wind or in the rainy season, etc., using Rhus-tox 6 is beneficial to cure such symptoms of the patient.
If pain is aggravating by movement, Bryonia should be used, but if pain aggravates by movement at the first time and then ameliorates by movement at the second time and again starts by stopping walking, etc., Rhus-tox should be used.

6. Colchicum- If this disease has occurred in a healthy person, he starts suffering from painful gout (vat), painful area of the patient’s body gets swelling or have not even little swelling, when obsessed part is pressed by a finger, turns white, pain starts like pricking needle, symptoms like paralysis are also found on the obsessed part and the symptoms of disease aggravates at night, etc., taking Colchicum 1, 3 or 6 is beneficial to cure such symptoms of the patient.
7. Pulsatilla- The section around bones joints gets swelling with little redness and pain, the affect of pain moves from one place to other, pain like breaking occurs, pain like applying medicines in the small joints of the bones of the knees, hands and legs, feeling cold, restlessness, sleeplessness, acute or chronic gout, swelling in the joints.
8. Apis- If the patient feels insensitiveness or hardness of the affected part, the joints of the body gets swell with slanting pain, seems as if the joints of the body have become inflexible, violent burning sensation occurs with pain, heat becomes unbearable for the patient, scanty urine with lack of thirst, etc., Apis 3x or 30 can be used for the treatment of such symptoms.
9. Cimicifuga- When the attack of this disease falls on the waist and the chest, pain like pricking needle occurs in the back and side area of the stomach, the neck becomes inflexible, pain starts in the legs with hotness and swelling, shivering in the body, unable to walk, pain in the entire body like putting medicines or cutting with a razor, fast pain in the head or in the spinal cord with fever, etc., taking 3 potency of this drug is beneficial for the treatment of such symptoms of the patient.
10. Actaea-Spicata- Fast pain occurs in the small glands of the body, wrist, heel, fingers and toes due to gout that begins to aggravate by little movement, by touch or at night, etc., 3 potency of this drug can be used to cure such symptoms of the patient.
11. Macro tin- In this disease, if the patient feels fast pain in the waist, taking 3x potency of this drug is very useful to cure that patient.
12. Merc-Vivus- Pain starts in many joints of one side of the body, accumulating blood, and swelling or burning sensation, sweating like oil with offensive smell, fever and aggravating the symptoms of disease by bed heat at night, etc., thus the powder of Merc-Vivus 3x should be used to cure this disease.
13. Eupat-perf- This drug is very effective to cure backache. In the condition of backache occurring due to influenza, malaria or biles or bone and due to doing more muscular work, etc., 1x potency of this drug can be used.
14. Viola-Odorata:- In the condition of gout in the right side of the upper organs of the body, treatment of this disease with 3 potency of this drug is very useful.
15. Arnica- Using 3 or 30 potency of this drug is beneficial in the condition of pain of the muscles and then becoming that muscle as tough, occurring gout due to injury or after falling down.
16. Natrum-sulph- If this disease occurs due to spermotorrhea and the symptoms of disease are aggravated due to exposure to moist air in the rainy season, for the treatment of it, taking the powder of Natrum-sulph 12x is very useful.
17. Arum Metallicum- In the condition of gout that moves from one joint to other and in the last, affects the chest region, using the powder of Arum Metallicum 30 is very effective. Due to this disease, if the patient feels difficulty while sleeping, he has to sit by bending himself frontward, profuse sweating, gout occurring due to gonorrhea or syphilis, etc., Arum Metallicum can be used.
18. Phytolacca- If this type of gout has occurred due to syphilis, using 30 potency of this drug is very effective. This drug should be also used in the cases of swelling of the fingers joints with fast pain, becoming the fingers joints hard and shiny, etc.
19. Phosphorus- If gout occurs due to washing clothes in the water for a long time like a washer man, for the treatment of this disease, using Phosphorus 3 or 30 is very effective.

Treatment of several types of problems related to the legs:-

Frequent cooling of the legs:-

To remove this type of symptom, Carbo-veg 30 or Cistus 30 should be used and if the legs have become insensitive with torsion, for the treatment of such symptoms, Secale 30 should be used.

Feeling pain in the legs by over walking:-

Give Arnica 3 at an interval of every 2-2 hours in the condition of such pain of the legs and putting his legs in a gallon of water after mixing 3.5 ml mother tincture of Arnica in it is beneficial.

Pain of the legs:-

If the patient has following symptoms like- feeling heaviness of the legs, unable to walk, occurring pain in the heel as if he is walking on needles, aggravation of pain while taking rest and amelioration of pain by moving hands and legs, etc.

Pain in the calves:-

To remove symptoms like- feeling pain in the calves after getting up in the morning or before going to bed at night, aggravating this pain by cold, ameliorating pain by walking at night or getting relief by fomentation and pressing at night, etc,

Inflammation of the ankle:-

If the ankle has swollen with pain; torsion of the legs in the morning; legs are feeling heavy; pain in the heel as if it has rubbed; pain occurs in the thumb and fingers of the right leg, etc., Ledum 6 should be used at an interval of every 4-4 hours.

Inflammation of the legs:-

The patient is feeling as if his legs have swollen and stiffed, Apis 3x should be used at an interval of every 4-4 hours.

Inflammation of the thumb:-

If the thumb is paining, Colophylum 1 should be used at an interval of every 4-4 hours.

Introduction:

The victim feels inflammation in his soles because of which he feels difficulty in walking.

1. Petroleum- If pain occurs due to swelling and hotness of the front part of the sole, taking Petroleum 3 at an interval of every 4-4 hours is beneficial.
2. Silicea- If pain occurs in the sole especially in the region below the big toes, for the treatment of it, Silicea 6 should be used at an interval of every 4-4 hours.
3. Alium- If the heel is paining, taking Alium 12 at an interval of every 8-8 hours provides relief.
4. Antim-crude- If big knots have appeared in the sole with pain, to cure them, Antim crude 6 can be taken at an interval of every 8-8 hours.

Introduction:

This disease is kept on the top in all the diseases related to leprosy. It is called elephantiasis.

Causes:

This disease occurs on such places where rain water remains for long days or water remains there in all the seasons or there is humidity. Mostly, this disease is seen in Bengal and Orisa.

Symptoms:

Swelling comes on the abdomen and root of the thighs, which reaches to the feet of the victim progressively in the disease named Elephantiasis. Because of which, foot of the victim becomes thick due to swelling. Symptoms of fever are also found in the patient of elephantiasis.

Meals and abstinence:

Old saanthi rice, barley, parval, garlic, cow urine, castor oil and such things should be taken which increase appetite.
Jiggery, sweets, milk, heavy foodstuffs and rivers water should not be used at any rate.

Treatment of Elephantiasis by different drugs:-

Hydrocotyle Asiatica-
If the skin becomes too thick and becoming the skin like elephant’s leg, Hydrocotile Asiatica 1, 2, 3 or 1m should be used.
This drug can be also used for the treatment of symptoms like- forming scabs on the thick skin; the skin of the back, hand, leg, palm, sole, etc. become thick with appearing round spots on them; the skin of the testicle becomes thick, enlarged; the legs become thick, etc.
This drug is also very useful in the cases like- elephantiasis, leprosy, lepra tuberculosis, lups exdense, chronic eczema, etc.
If the skin has become thick due to skin disease like- appearing small pimples on the skin in large quantity, appearing pink coloured pimples on the face and accumulation of blood, etc., treatment by this drug is very useful.

Introduction:

There are different kinds of disorders related to soles in which the patient has to face several troubles as inflammation, swelling, ache, itching, etc.

Treatment of this disease by different types of drugs:-

1. Acid phos- If patient feels pain in the sole and heel due to which he is not able to walk, burning sensation is feeling in the sole and leg, thumb feels pain as if wounds have erupted in it, for the treatment of such symptoms, Acid phos 1 should be used at an interval of every 4-4 hours.
2. Muriatic acid- If patient feels pain in his soles that aggravates by walking, Muriatic acid 3x should be used at an interval of every 4-4 hours for the treatment of such symptoms.
3. Petroleum- If the patient is not able to walk on the floor due to fast pain, using Petroleum 3 at an interval of every 4-4 hours is beneficial.
4. Puls- If the patient is feeling pain in his soles as if it has got any type of injury, taking Puls 3 at an interval of every 4-4 hours is beneficial.
5. Graphites- If the soles and heel feel burning sensation by walking, for the treatment of it, taking Graphites 6 at an interval of every 4-4 hours is beneficial.
6. Silicea- If burning sensation starts in the soles at night, to cure it, using Silicea 6 at an interval of every 4-4 hours is appropriate.
7. Secale- If both the hands and legs feel burning sensation, taking Secale 3 at an interval of every 4-4 hours is very useful.
8. Sulphur- If burning sensation occurs with itching during sleep, for the treatment of it, Sulphur 3 should be used at an interval of every 4-4 hours.

Introduction:-

Mostly, this disease occurs in the thigh joints. Several types of other symptoms of rheumatism are also found in this disease, but symptoms like-fever or sweating is found in this disease occasionally. In this disease, only the area of bones joints are seems hard and curved. Swelling and pain are also found occasionally in the obsessed part, but that part is swelled after accumulation of water. The symptoms of indigestion are also found in this disease.

Treatment of this disease with different drugs:-

This disease should be treated according to the symptoms of indigestion:-

1. Rhododendron- If the patient suffering from chronic rheumatism is feeling pain in his hands, legs, thighs and in between hands with aggravation of pain in the condition of being motion less and after raining, amelioration of pain during and after eating food, etc., using Rhododendron 30 is very effective to cure this disease of the patient. While using this drug, following symptoms should be kept in mind like- aggravation of pain at night, disease occurring before raining and in the summer season. If the patient is feeling pain due to strain in the joints, disease can be cured by the use of this drug.
2. Kali-hydro- If the patient suffering from chronic rheumatism feels fast pain in the knee joints with frequent changing of his situation and if the obsessed part becomes hard with swelling after acute rheumatism; he is not able to walk; weakness comes in the joints. For the treatment of such symptoms of the patient, the powder of Kali-hydro 1x or 30 potency of this drug can be used. If chronic rheumatism has occurred due to syphilis, treatment by this drug is appropriate.
3. Rhus-tox- If the affects of this disease is seen much on the nerves of the joints especially the nerves of the obsessed part and muscles, if pain is ameliorated by movement and is aggravated by taking rest, for the treatment of such symptoms, taking Rhus-tox 6 or 30 provides benefit.
4. Arnica- Taking Arnica 3x or 6 is very useful for the treatment of symptoms like- becoming the bones joints hard and pain like cracking in the small joints, appearing wounds or pain like getting hurt, etc.
5. Bryonia- If the patient suffering from chronic rheumatism has following symptoms like- fast pain in the heel with the red shiny swelling; dry and warm swelling, aggravation of pain by movement; the symptoms of indigestion or constipation are also found, etc., for the treatment of such symptoms of the patient, Bryonia 6x or 30 should be taken.
6. Dulkamara- In the patient of chronic rheumatism, if this disease has occurred after raining or due to wetting in water or due to living in wet place; pain is aggravated due to taking rest and ameliorated by movement; pain is occurring haltingly like cracking, mostly in the joints of the back, arm and leg, etc., taking Dulkamara 6 is very useful.
7. Ledum- Rheumatism in the small joints, rheumatism that moves from the leg to the upper section of the sole and with such symptoms, patient feels cold in the body, but is not able to bear even the bed heat, etc., using Ledum 6 is beneficial for the treatment of rheumatism whether it is acute or chronic.
8. Gultheria- To cure rheumatism with burning sensation, using mother tincture or 5 drops of Gultheria 2 provides relief in this disease.
9. Kalmia- If pain moves from the upper parts to the lower of the body and that place has become insensitive, feels as if pain moves here and there, if the right parts of the body is obsessed, the respiratory organs are also affected by rheumatism, etc., treatment of such symptoms with Kalmia 3 or 6 is very useful.
10. Causticum- If the patient is feeling pain in his shoulders, knees and uroo and due to which, he is wishing to move his body, but however pain does not ameliorate, he is not able to raise his hands upwards due to shoulder pain, aggravation of pain in the evening, feeling the bed hot and amelioration of pain by outer heat, etc., Causticum 6 or 30 can be used for the treatment of such symptoms.
11. Phytolacca- If the affected part of the patient suffering from chronic rheumatism is heavy, painful and cold; if the symptoms of disease are aggravating in the summer and rainy season; the affected part becomes red and swelled, etc., using Phytolacca 3 is beneficial to cure such symptoms of the patient. if this disease has occurred due to syphilis or poisoning, the right shoulder is feeling pain like getting arrow, the bone of the shoulder is feeling hard, etc., this drug can be used for the treatment of this disease.
12. Merc-sol- If the patient suffering from chronic rheumatism, feels pain in the bones like crushing with the feeling of cold in the condition of fever, sour smelly sweating from the affected part, but pain does not ameliorate even little, aggravation of pain at night by bed heat, sometimes the patient suffers from amoebic loose motions with torsion inside the stomach and if these types of symptoms have occurred due to gonorrhea or syphilis, Merc-sol 6 or 30 can be used for the treatment of such symptoms of the patient.
13. Thuja- If this disease has occurred due to vaccination, Thuja 6 or 200 is very useful for its treatment. If a middle age person is suffering from this disease and rheumatism has occurred in his left shoulder, but well chosen drugs made no impression and if it has occurred due to vaccination in his childhood, treatment of his symptoms with Thuja 200 is very useful.
What should we do or not in the case of chronic rheumatism:-

In the condition of sweating from leg, patient should try to stop it immediately and he should protect himself from cold.
The patient should take butter, cheese and milk.
The patient suffering from this disease should take gular. It is very useful for him.
He should take food that can digest easily.
The patient should live in dry place.
He should take bathe with lukewarm water after adding little salt in it.
The patient should never take alcohol.

Introduction:-

On seeing the lower section of the spinal cord, it seems like the beak of a cuckoo, so it is called ‘Pickchanchu bones’. Pain can occur in it due to different reasons like- cold, injury, itching in the body or delivery by operation, etc. Sometimes, pain starts in it with burning sensation too. In the condition of this disease, patient feels intensive pain and burning sensation while sitting, standing or excretion. This disease can occur due to getting hurt.

Treatment of this disease by following drugs:

1. Cicuta- If this disease has occurred due to any type of scratching or jerking, use of Cicuta 1 is very useful for the treatment of this disease.
2. Causticum- If this disease has occurred due to any type of injury or crushing, for the treatment of it, Causticum 6 can be used.
3. Silica- If this disease has occurred due to pressing pickchanchu bone by any way with pain, Silica 6 is used to cure this disease.-
4. Antim-tart- If this disease has occurred due to falling pressure in the lower section of pickchanchu bone, taking Antim-tart 6 is very effective to cure this disease.
5. Kali-bi- If the patient has symptoms like- feeling pain while sitting, aggravation of pain by touching or walking, etc., Kali-bi 6x should be used for the treatment of it.
6. Rhus-tox- If pain is occurring like severe cold, using Rhus-tox 6 is beneficial for the treatment.
7. Ruta- If pain and burning sensation occurs in the pickchanchu bone due to getting hurt, Ruta 3x is very useful to cure this disease.
8. Arnica- If this disease has occurred due to any type of injury, Arnica 3x or 6 should be used for the treatment.
9. Lachesis- If pickchanchu bone is paining without getting any hurt, Lachesis 6 should be used. If pain occurs due to standing after sitting for a long time, Lachesis 6 or 30 should be used for the treatment.
10. Phosphorus- If injury is not a reason for occurring pain in the pickchanchu bones, using Phosphorus 6 is beneficial for the treatment.

Introduction:-

If burning sensation of the bones joints becomes chronic, it becomes weak and Sino vial membrane of that place and bones become thin or enlarged. When these types of symptoms are found in the patient, it means he has suffered from chronic arthritis (arthritis-deformaus).
There is no any certain reason of this disease, but it occurs as hereditary or by exposure to cold. Burning sensation can occur in the joints due to forming pus in the joints for a long time, disease related to the tooth or gums, spermotorrhea, burning sensation of the pelvis, white leucorrhea, etc.
In the patient suffering from this disease, first of all, fever occurs with becoming the affected joints red then the affects of this disease start to multiply from one joint to other. The joints get swelling with hardness and troubles start to increase by movement. Joints are also start to be separate and the bones become curved (zigzag).

Treatment of this disease according to its different symptoms:-

First stage of this disease:-
For the treatment of this stage, Pulsatilla 3x or 6 should be used or Bryonia 3 can be also used.

Chronic stage of this disease:-
For the treatment of this stage, Guaiacum 3x or 6 or Colchicum 6 should be used.

Acute or chronic stage of this disease:-
For the treatment of any of both the stages, using Rhus-tox 3 or 30 is beneficial.
To cure this disease, Merc and Rodo can be needed addition to above drugs.

Burning sensation and pain occurring on the bones joints of female:-

Pulsatilla 6 is used for the treatment of a woman suffering from this disease whether in the condition of her menses or suppression of menses.
In the condition of menstrual secretion, if a woman is suffering from profuse bleeding, taking Sabina 3 is beneficial.
In this disease, if burning sensation occurs with pain, for the treatment of such symptoms, Cimicifuga 3 should be used.
Caulophyllum 1x can be also used to cure this disease of a woman.

What should we do or not in the case of arthritis deformaus:-

The patient suffering from this disease should take proper rest and should follow common healthy rules.
The patient should put on warm clothes.
He should foment the obsessed joints in the morning and evening.
After fomentation, he should massage the joints with card-liver oil.
He should avoid stimulant things like alcohol.
He should take proper treatment according to a doctor.

Introduction:-

There are two types of bones present in the body- bones and cartilages. The bones which have calcium in less quantity with flexibility are called cartilage as- ribs. The outer membrane of these bones is called ‘Perichonidrium’. If these bones get hurt by anyway or pain occurs due to disease, it is called perichondritis. Mostly, it occurs in the ribs, but can also occur in small cartilage like- knee, hand, etc. This type of pain is not as same as pneumonia, but only ribs pain.

Treatment of this disease by following drugs:

1. Belladonna- If the patient feels pain like scratching in the ribs, burning sensation with pain, gnawing pain, decreasing pain completely and suddenly went away, etc., for the treatment of such syptoms, taking 30 potency of this drug is beneficial.
2. Ruta- If the patient has following symptoms like- pricking pain, cutting pain, pain with burning sensation, pain as if rubbing has occurred; with these types of symptoms, stiffness occurs in the wrist and fingers with pain, pain also occurs in the leg bones and ankles, etc., to cure such symptoms of the patient, using 6 potency of this drug is beneficial.
3. Oleander- If pain is occurring in the chest with this disease, for the treatment of it, using Oleander 3 or 30 is beneficial.
4. Angschura- cont If the patient feels pain by touching his obsessed part due to swelling in the perichonidrium and pain becomes unbearable (violent) by touching, for the treatment of such symptoms, 6 potency of this drug should be used. ain
5. Plumbum- Pain starts in the cartilage of the hand due to any reason, sometimes the wrist is hanged, pain starts in the big toes of the right leg at night, etc., taking Plumbum 3 or 30 is very useful to cure such symptoms of the patient.
6. Chamomilla- If pain is occurring in the ribs of the chest at the time of inhaling, for the treatmet of this symptom, using Chamomilla 30 is very effective.
7. Actaea Racemosa- If the patient is feeling pain in the ribs of the section below the chest and is aggravating by inhaling, for the treatment of such symptoms, using 3 potency of this drug is beneficial.
8. Argentum Metallicum- If the central part of both the chest has contrated inwards with pain that is sometimes decreased and sometimes cured, 6x potency of this drug is used for the treatment of that patient.

Introduction:-

A person feels great difficulty in walking if there is pain in the legs.

Treatment with different drugs:-

1. Carbo-animalis- If pain starts in the joints of hip bones at night, in the front bone of the leg, the muscles of the leg’s calves contract with pain, pain also occurs in the lower bone of the spinal cord, the wrist and the ankle is bended easily, etc., 3 or 30 potency of this drug is used for the treatment of such symptoms.
2. Dioscorea- If the patient walks like a lame due to waist pain and when he bows, his problems start to aggravate more; pain occurs in the joints with becoming hard, etc., using 3 potency of this drug and its mother tincture is very effective to cure such symptoms of the patient. This drug can be also used to cure sciatica. Pain moves from thighs to the lower section of it, it is felt much in the right part and is aggravated by movement, but the patient feels some relief while taking rest, etc., treatment of such symptoms with Dioscorea is very useful.
3. Badiaga- 6 potency of this drug should be taken for the treatment of pain occurring in the long bone below the knee. He feels pain in the muscles as if he has beaten.
4. Guaiacum- If the patient feels waist pain with pain in the legs and sciatica, using 6 potency of this drug is very effective. Pain occurs in the ankle and moves to the upper part of it resulting he walks like a lame, etc., this drug can be used to cure such symptoms of the patient.

Introduction:-

Water gets accumulated in the joints of ankle and knees of the patient suffering from this disease. It is called ‘water on the knee’ in English. Water gets accumulated under the movable cap presents on the knee joints, due to which, knee becomes swell and painful that convert into this type of dangerous disease later. If this disease is not treated on time, it can be dangerous.

Treatment of this disease by following drugs:

1. Kali-iod- If knee swelling is like a sponge with the feeling inside the joints, the patient feels pricking pain in the joints, pain is aggravating at night with excessive restlessness; using Kali-iod 3 is very effective.
2. Apis- Using Apis 30 is beneficial in the condition of accumulation of water in the knee joints. If patient feels pain as if cutting with knife or sting pain, aggravating pain even after little movement of the knee, water becomes accumulative in the joints, etc., this drug should be used for the treatment. It is also very effective in the condition of scrofula. In the case of infantile scrofula, if the knee got swelling, water gets accumulated; treatment of such symptoms by Iodine 3 after Apis is beneficial.
3. Bryonia- If the knee swelling has become yellow with stiffness and tightness; the patient feels fast slanting pain like pricking a needle; pain is aggravating even after little movement or if this disease has occurred by getting hurt in gastric patient, taking Bryonia 30 is beneficial. If the patient is healthy however feels severe fever, he should use Aconite 30 for the treatment. If patient’s knee is dark red, too swelled and pain has started suddenly, using higher potency of Belladonna is beneficial. If Aconite or Belladonna makes no impression, Bryonia is very effective in such symptoms.
4. Sulphur- If Apis or Bryonia makes no impression in this disease, Sulphur 30 can be used.
5. Ledum- If water has been accumulated in the knee joints with swelling due to any type of injury, the affected part can not able to be touch and feels fast pain, but fever is absent or low fever, taking Ledum 3 or 30 in this stage is beneficial.
6. Mer-sol- If water becomes accumulative in the knee of the patient suffering from syphilis or scrofula and joints began to decompose, using Merc-sol 30 is very effective. While using this drug, the patient should careful about symptoms like- aggravating the symptoms of disease at night, profuse sweating but feels some relief by it, feeling cold, restlessness and feels as if pus is forming in obsessed part, this drug should be used in this stage to cure it.
7. Calcarea carb- Those children whose physical structure is too loose and flabby, sweating from his head, the legs have fallen cold, suffers from scrofula; for the treatment of such child, using Calcarea carb 30 or 200 is very effective.

Reason:-

Rickets take those children in its grasp who have deficiency of vitamin D and calcium in the body. Milk and other solid foodstuffs do not digest well if there is a problem in the digestion system. In such condition, the child becomes thin and lean and his waist becomes thin. Child keeps on weeping. The child suffers from loose motions and his chest becomes weak. Wrinkles appear on child’s skin. This disease occurs due to malnutrition, liver problem and terrifying the children.

Symptoms:

If one-year-old child is unable in standing, it should be considered that the disease named rickets could attack. The child suffers from many problems as difficulty in sitting and standing, stomach disorder, catarrh, cough, sweat on the forehead, delay in filling the fontanel, white spots upon the teeth and delay in dentition, gastric problem, curved hands and feet, problems in the chest are the primary symptoms of this disease. There are five kinds of this disease.

First type of disease:

This disease occurs due to polluted food. This type of food pollutes mother milk also. This milk effects child’s body, blood, meat and stomach consequently the child becomes weak.

Second type of disease:

A child needs a good and perfect diet for growth. Only mother milk does not have all these elements in sufficient quantity. Children, who take both corn and milk, do not get nutritive elements to this meal and the child becomes weak.

Third type of disease:

Child becomes the victim of phlegm, cough and prabharti problems. The disease becomes chronic in lack of proper treatment and the child becomes weak.

Fourth type of disease:

Often, this disease occurs in those children who feed up corn mostly. Becoming the victim of any dangerous disease due to eating polluted meal and chronic disease in lack of proper treatment are the main symptoms of this disease.

Treatment of this disease with different drugs:-

1. Lycopodium- If the upper part of the patient suffering from this disease starts to become thin (dry) especially the neck and the lower part remains normal, for the treatment of such symptoms, using Lycopodium 30 is beneficial.
2. Abrotanum- First of all, the legs of the patient suffering from this disease become thin and seem thin then upper part became thin, etc., Abrotanum 3 or 30 can be used for the treatment of such symptoms.
3. Sarsaparilla- If the patient has following symptoms like- becoming the neck thin, seems the parts above the waist thin, but the lower parts are normal, etc., 30 potency of this drug is used to cure the symptoms of the patient.
4. Lyco- If the neck and the upper parts of the patient are thin and the lower parts below the waist remain normal, taking this drug is very useful.
5. Natrum-mur- The upper parts of the patient suffering from this disease become thin and the lower parts remain normal, the neck is also thin. The patient has excess desire for eating salt; structure like map is drawn on the tongue; feels tiredness and sleepiness after taking meals, etc., using 30 potency of this drug is beneficial for the treatment of the patient suffering from such symptoms.
6. Iodium- The whole body of the patient is dried up, wrinkles appear on the face, children become thin however they take nutritive diet, desire for eating whole day, start to feel more troubles after eating, but not feel tiredness except rest, etc. If such symptoms are found in the patient, Iodium 30 is beneficial for the treatment of that patient.
7. Argentum nitricum- The whole body of the patient is dried up and wrinkles appear on the face, having desire for eating sweets. Thus, for the treatment of such symptoms, 3 or 30 potency of this drug is very useful.
8. Calcarea carb- If following symptoms are found in children like- becoming the head and the stomach big, becoming the neck and leg thin, sweating from the head while sleeping, having desire to eat eggs, the body becomes flabby, coming sour smell from sweat, the patient does not like to change his place while sitting, is not able to learn walking easily, etc., taking Calcarea carb 30 or 200 is beneficial for the treatment of such symptoms of the patient.
9. Syphilinum- If the whole body has become weak, hairs start to falling down, the symptoms of disease aggravate from evening to morning, etc., using Syphilinum 200 is beneficial to cure such symptoms of the patient.
10. Aethusa- The children become thin continuously and vomit just after drinking milk. Thus, taking Aethusa 3 or 30 is very useful to cure this disease.
11. Baryta carb- If the mental growth of the children suffering from rickets does not be proper and seems dwarf ness, children become dwarf by both physically and mentally, knots appear in the throat and also in other places, 30 or 200 potency of this drug can be used for the treatment of such symptoms.
12. Cina- A child suffering from rickets feels itching sensation in his anus, wets the bed, worms present inside his stomach, scratches his nose again and again by putting finger in the nose and he has become irritable temperament, wants to swing all the time, to cure this disease of a child, Cina 3, 30 or 200 is very useful.
13. Antim-crude- A child suffering from rickets vomits just after drinking milk with loose motions, white coat thickens on his tongue and he becomes irritable temperament. Thus, for the treatment of this disease, 30 or 200 potency of this drug should be used.
14. Petroleum- If rickets patient suffers from loose motions that is cured at night and again starts in the day time, Petroleum 30 or 200 is used to cure such symptoms of the patient. It should be remembered that odour like onion comes from the breath and stool of the patient, he does not like (irritate from) cold and having the symptoms of eczema.
15. Tuberculinum- For the treatment of rickets, if well chosen drugs make no impression and nutritive diet also fails in recovering this disease, Tuberculinum 200 or 1m should be used.
16. Phosphorus- If the rickets patient is suffering from watery loose motions, taking Phosphorus 30 or 200 is beneficial to cure this disease.
17. Sulphur- To cure rickets, taking Sulphur 30 or 200 is beneficial, but patient suffering from this disease should have following symptoms like- patient seems dirty, boils and pimples are erupted everywhere on the body, glands become enlarged, constipation also persists, vomiting with loose motions, offensive smell comes from the body, the whole body is dried up (becomes thin), flatulence with burning sensation, roar sound produces in the stomach, all the organs and the muscles of the neck, back, chest, etc. are dried up, the stomach muscles are also dried up, patient is hot natured.

Introduction:

Cracked heels, wounds of the heels and pimples are some troubles which occur in our heels.

Treatment of heel troubles by different types of drugs:-

1. Berberis- If the patient feels pain same as in wounds at the time of standing on his heel, Berberis 1 should be used at an interval of every 4-4 hours.
2. Colchicum- If the patient feels torsion in his legs with cutting pain in the thumb and in the middle section of the heel, using Colchicum 3 at an interval of every 4-4 hours is very effective.
3. Silicea- If the heel is scratched, strain is feeling and seems like hole in the thumb etc., for treatment, Silicea 6 should be taken at an interval of every 4-4 hours.

Introduction:-

When this disease occurs, pus is formed in the fingers or the area near the thumb’s nail due to which, the patient has to face more troubles. Slowly, it is burst and if it does not burst, patient feels unbearable pain. If this disease is treated on (proper) time, it is cured.

Cause:-

This disease occurs due to cutting the nails very short, hurting the nails by any way, burning nails or due to mixing any poisonous substance in the blood (blood poisoning), etc.

Treatment of this disease by following drugs:

1. Silicea-
If Silicea 30 is used in the initial stage of this disease, disease stops multiplying and patient gets benefits. In this disease, if patient feels cutting pain in the fingers and feels as if disease did not cure, pus will form in the fingers. Due to this disease, patient feels fast pain in his fingers by which he starts to cry also. Thus, Silicea 30 can be used.
In the case of fielon, fingers should be immersed in hot salty water and Silicea 3x should be taken.
Silicea 3x or 30 should be taken with fomentation by hot water in the first stage of this disease or when the affect of pain is reached to the bones.
2. Dioscorea- The patient feels pricking pain in his fingers and pus begins to form in the fingers. Dioscorea 30 is used in such symptoms. This drug is very useful in the initial stage of disease.
3. Bufo- When this disease occurs, patient feels violent pain on the nails that is raised to the upper arms. Pain occurs deeply inside the fingers. The area around the nail becomes blue and swelled. Thus, using Bufo 6 is beneficial in this stage.
4. Lachesis- When the patient’s fingers has become blue and swollen, taking Lachesis 30 is very useful.
5. Fluoric acid- The patient’s thumb and fingers become swell with the feeling of burning pain. He feels as if khapachi is pricking below the nail. Thus, using Fluoric acid 6 or 30 is beneficial to cure this disease.
6. Mieristica Sebiphera- The patient feels pain in the nails with the swelling of its small bones. In this stage, using Mieristica Sebiphera is very effective. In the condition of feeling stiffness of the hands and pain by cutting anything by his hands for a long time, Mieristica Sebiphera is very useful.
7. Hepar-sulph- Using Hepar-sulph 30 is very effective in the cases of violent burning sensation in the fingers with pain, much troubles at night, sleeplessness, patient has to up his hands so that blood circulation is decreased in that part and pain ended, etc.
8. Natrum mur- Taking Natrum mur 30 is beneficial in the swelling with pain of ‘Han ail’ (the area where nail and flesh meet to each other).
9. Belladonna-
To cure fielon, using Belladonna 6 is beneficial.
If the front part of the finger feels pain with burning sensation after swelling and becoming black, Arsenic 6 should be used, while if this part is changed into blue, Lachesis 6 should be used.
10. Merc-sol- Merc-sol 6 can be used in the condition of feeling fast pain in the first stage of fielon.
11. Hepar-sulphur- Heper-sulph 6 can be used in the first stage of fielon to cure it.
12. Stramonium- If a person has suffered from fielon, using Stramonium 6 in its initial stage is beneficial.
13. Amon-carb- Using Amon-carb 500 in the formation of pus in the fingers and the thumb is very useful.
14. Boric-acid-
In the formation of pus in the fingers or the thumb, Boric-acid 6 can be used to treat this disease.
To cure fielon, using drugs as- Bryonia 6, Causticum 6, Ledum 3, Sanguinaria 1x, Graphites 6, Apis 3 or Anthracynum 30, etc. is very useful.
Pain of fielon is decreased by the use of the mother tincture of Phosphorus, Nitric-acid or Dioscorea, etc.

15. Other treatment:-
If pus is formed in wounds, first of all, remove pus well and then it should be treated.
Wounds should be washed with Calendula until it healed.
If well chosen remedy makes no impression, warm bandage of neem should be tied.
The patient should keep his hands after tying in such a way that fingers did not bend even after moving.

Introduction:-

In this disease, bones become weak and the patient’s body starts to be seen like a Skelton. Due to this disease, calcium level is decrease in the body and bones become thin and weak. Bones start to crack due to it. Mostly, those women are suffered from this disease that have crossed menopause. This disease also occurs in those whose age is in between 20 to 30 years. The bones that are affected more from this disease are lower vertebra.

Causes:-

1. This disease occurs in women after menopause due to disordering of hormones.
2. This disease occurs due to taking additional steroid.
3. This disease also occurs due to lack of Vitamin ‘D’ and Calcium in the body.
4. It can also occur due to smoking or taking additional alcohol.
5. This disease also occurs due to chronic (old) disease of the defects of the kidneys, the liver, the thyroid gland or absorption, because due to such reasons, appropriate amount of calcium is not able to absorb in the body.
6. Sometimes, it is also hereditary.
7. It can also occur when patient has stopped walking and moving for a long time that is whether due to paralysis or chronic disease.
8. It also occurs in those who have to remain in sitting posture.

What should we do or not in the case of bones dryness:-

First of all, the patient suffering from this disease should change his sitting habit and then should take proper treatment.
The patient should take exercise daily in the morning and evening.
This disease can be prevented by taking regular exercise.
The patient should not do such work by which, pressure falls on the bones, because the possibility of bone fracture persists by doing so.
We can protect our self from this disease by running, walking, playing tennis, etc.
The patient should take calcium and Vitamin ‘D’ in appropriate quantity in his diet so that disease can cure soon (easily).
Taking Soya bean, fruits have hard peals, grains and pulses, soup or milk without cream is beneficial in this disease.
Taking eatables containing calcium in enough quantity as- cauliflower, curd without fat, green vegetables, etc. provides benefits.
Avoid soft drinks and meat (red), because it creates obstruction in absorbing calcium.
Patient should avoid alcohol, coffin because the symptoms of disease can be aggravated by them.
Avoid smoking because it can be also aggravated the disease.
Patient should be careful about his weight and does not allow increasing weight. For this, patient should take nutritive diet and take exercise everyday.
When pain occurs in the waist or the back suddenly, legs bones are decomposing or the symptoms like paralysis are found in the jaw bones, patient should take treatment immediately according to the advice of a doctor.

Introduction:-

When this disease occurs in a person, the bones of his body become swell and he feels much troubles.

Treatment by different drugs:-

1. Mangenum- If the bones and joints of the patient’s body is paining much at night; the bones joints have become red after swelling; pain and itch is occurring in the knees; bones below the knee are paining; pain in the bones due to inflammation in the upper membrane of the bones; patient feels pain in the entire body by touching due to inflammation of all the bones of the body, etc., using Mangenum 3 or 30 is beneficial for the treatment of such symptoms.
2. Silicea- In the case of additional enlargement of the skull bone, using Silicea 30 is beneficial. If the patient feels profuse sweating from the head to the neck with this type of symptom, using Calcarea carb is very effective, but in the condition of sweating only in the head with sour smell, treatment by Silicea is beneficial. If this type of symptom presents in the patient due to malnutrition, this drug is also very useful.
3. Ruta- Periosteum presents in the upper membrane of the bones and when it is swollen due to hurt, Ruta 6 can be used to cure it. If the eyelids, head or any other place of the body has gotten this type of injury, treatment by this drug is very useful. If any part of the body is paining due to inflammation of the bones (osteitis), Ruta should be used.
3. Conchiyolin- This drug is prepared from shell. When the edges of cylindrical bone of the body get inflamed, this drug is used. Lower potency of this drug should be used for treatment.
4. Simphytum- If any bone of the body has inflamed after fracture and the bones are not fixing together, using the mother tincture of this drug is very effective. If the corners of the bone where fracture take place are pricking, treatment by this drug is very useful. This drug is also very useful in the condition of getting hurt on the eyes by a flat object (thing). Mostly, this drug is very useful in the fracture of the bones.

Introduction:-

This disease occurs due to over weakness in the body, much fatness, increasing fat in the body, etc.

Treatment by different drugs:-

1. Lathyrus- When the patient walks, his knees start to be knocking to each other. He is not able to unfold his legs while sitting and unable to put one leg over the other, he is taken out his chest frontward and buttock backwards while walking; Lathyrus 30 is very useful to treat such symptoms.
2. Calcarea carb- If a child is too fat and he/she is not able to walk due to fat on his body, using Calcarea carb 30 is beneficial.
3. Calcarea Phos- If a child is too lean and thin and he is facing difficulty while walking, Calcarea Phos 6x can be used for the treatment of such symptoms.
4. Silicea- If a child is too lean and thin and his bones have pulled out and he is short in height, using Silicea 30 is beneficial to cure this disease.
6. Bacillinum- If knots have erupted everywhere in the body of a T.B. patient, Bacillinum 200 should be taken once in a week for 4-5 weeks or more if necessary. If patient feels pain in the left knee while walking and gets relief after covering little distance or if swelling has appeared in the knee of T.B. patient, taking this drug is very useful.
7. Conium- Using Conium 30 is very effective in the cases of knee pain that is aggravated by walking after sitting. Patient feels as if the legs muscles have become short.

Introduction:-

The lowest pointed bone of the spinal cord is called coccyx and a triangular area above it is called sacrum. Pelvis forms after joining all these part. When pain occurs in this part, it is called pain of the sacrum.

Treatment by different drugs:-

1. Berberis Vulgaris- Back pain of the patient starts from the kidneys and is reached to the stomach, hip and the joints of the thighs; pricking pain like needle starts from the kidneys to the bladder; this type of pain occurs around the nerve sacrum; patient feels fast pain in this nerve up to the bladder with frequent urine; he feels backache due to pain of this nerve; mostly, stone is the reason of pain. Therefore, Berberis Vulgaris 6 is used for the treatment of this disease.
2. Aesculus- Pain is occurring in the back as same as in the sacrum region and hip region. Due to this pain, patient is not able to walk, bend frontward; legs begin to bend while walking. The patient can be suffered from constipation or blind piles. Using Aesculus 3 is very effective to cure this disease. Well, this drug is also very useful to cure piles and it can be also used to cure waist pain.
3. Tellurium- Using 6 or 30 potencies of this drug is beneficial in the condition of pain in the sacrum region. This drug is also very useful in the condition of pain in between the last vertebra of the neck to the fifth vertebra of the spinal cord and also in the sacrum. When the patient coughs, laughs or bows and sits, he feels pain in his back.
4. Sepia- Pain occurs in the lower section of the back due to over weakness. It is multiplied from back to the sacrum, thighs and legs. Due to this pain, patient has complaint about kidneys or uterus all the time. Thus, Sepia 30 or 200 is very useful in such symptoms.
5. Alo- If the patient feels pricking sensation in the sacrum with pain, back pain, waist pain or headache or bloody piles and pain is aggravating in the evening, etc., using Alo 3 is beneficial.
6. Agaricus- When the patient walks in the open air, pain is started in the sacrum suddenly and crackling sound is producing in the back, using Agaricus 3, 30 or 200 is beneficial.
