A wart appears near about the mouth of the anus in this disease. Sometimes, this wart is in spear shape because of which the patient feels too much problem.

Treatment of this disease by following drugs:

1."Thuja": The patient of this disease should take the medicine "Thuja" 3 at the regular intervals of 6 hours to get rid of the warts of piles. Besides, he should apply mother tincture in this disease twice a day. The use of "Thuja" is very useful to get rid of warts. Its use deforms the shape of the wart after its application.

The wart changes into the shape of cauliflower or fig by swelling. One should observe such symptoms before the treatment. Such symptoms are as perspiration on the uncovered portion of the body, no perspiration on the covered portion of the body, perspiration after sleeping and no perspiration after awakening.

The wart appears because of the infection of the poison of gonorrhea hidden in the body. The patient who has above mentioned symptoms should take "Thuja" 3 to take relief in this disease.

2. "Causticum": If the wart appeared near about the rectum is in spear shape not in deformed shape like cauliflower, the use of the medicine named "Causticum" 30 should be taken to get relief.

3. "Nitric acid": If there is poison in the body due to syphilis because of which a wart appears near about the rectum, which is in deformed shape like cauliflower and has been increasing in growth, the use of the medicine "Nitric acid " 30 is very useful. Blood comes from the wart because of its excessive sensitiveness.

4. "Medorrhinum": If there is wart at the mouth of the rectum, the use of "Medorrhinum" 200 or 1m will prove beneficial.

In this disease, spasm and contraction occur in the ligament of the anus due to any causes because of that endemic muscles shrink. The patient feels pain in this disease.

Mostly this disease takes birth because of constipation. When the patient sits for evacuation of stool, mucous membrane or muscle of the flesh splits because of coughing or pressure given to evacuate stool. 1. "Nitric Acid": No medicine is as beneficial as "Nitric Acid" for the treatment of fissure in ano. This medicine is used when the patient suffers from following symptoms. Such symptoms are as pain in the anus during evacuation and pain in the anus though the stool is dilute. The patient feels severe pain in the anus haltingly after 1-2 hours of evacuation. It happens because of evacuating of hard stool. The patient should take "Nitric Acid" 6 for the treatment of this disease. Besides, the medicine "Ratihanya" 6 also can be taken. Both medicines "Ratinhaya" and "Nitric acid" can be taken for the treatment of piles. Such patient feels severe pain in the rectum after evacuation not before. In this case, the medicine "Nitric Acid" 30 can be taken.

2. "Graphitis": The patient suffers from constipation along with fissure in the rectum. He suffers from such kinds of symptoms as stool with small pieces though stool is too long, stool covered with mucous membrane’s threads and excretion of mucus after evacuation. The patient suffers from eczema in the rectum. If rectum starts to tear along with above-mentioned symptoms, the use of "Graphitis" 30 proves very beneficial.

6. "Aesculus": The patient feels inflammation due to fissure in ano and a wound takes birth. The stool of becomes hard with small pieces. The medicine named "Aesculus" 3 should be given to the patient if above mentioned symptoms are present in the patient. Its use proves very beneficial.

7. "Hemamalis": If there is a secretion because of fissure in ano, the medicine "Hemamalis" 1 should be taken for the treatment.

8. "Arsanic": If there is bleeding from the rectum because of fissure in ano, the medicine named "Arsanic" 3 should be taken.

Other treatments:

Oil and ghee should be applied at the mouth of the anus before evacuation of stool. The patient will feel ease while evacuating of stool.
Take anima of bearable hot water if there is problem of constipation.
The paste of Calendula or Hemamalis or Isculus can be applied on the anus for the treatment of this disease.
If the patient has been suffering from constipation, he should take ripe banana, ripe papaya, grapes, lemon, dry grapes and pine apple. Its use provides relief to the patient.

Lower portion of the large intestine is rectum and the lowest portion of rectum is called anus. When rectum comes out from the anus, it is called prolapsus ani. Generally, the length of prolapsus ani is one and half inches. If prolapsus ani comes out from the anus along with complete mucous substance, it is called prolapsus recti.

Causes: Itching in the rectum, piles, worms in the stomach, accumulation of stool into the stomach, habit of opium, disturbed stomach, flatulence, constipation and pressure for evacuation are the causes of prolapsus ani. 1. Ferrum phos: If a child has been suffering from prolapsus ani, the medicine named Ferrum Phos 6 X should be given to the child at the regular interval of 5 hours.

2. Aelu: Contraction power of the anus disappears because of propapsus ani. The muscle that contracts to the anus becomes cool and this is the reason that this disease takes birth. Not only anus but stool also comes out. He feels no sensation of discharging of foul smell from the posterior opening. The patient feels no sensation of wind when it comes out from the anus. If the patient has such types of symptoms, he should take the medicine named Aelu-3 to get relief.

If warts of piles are hanging like bunches of grapes because of piles, the use of the medicine named aelu should be taken to get relief.

If blood comes out with loose motions and spasm along with proplapsus ani, the use of the medicine named Aelu can cure this disease.

If the patient of this disease suffers from dilute loose motions with blood and desire to evacuation after awakening and after having meal, he should take the medicine Aelu 3 X or mother tincture.

3. Ignatia: A person has to give pressure for evacuation if he has been suffering from prolapsus ani. Stool does not come out from the anus even after giving excessive pressure. If stool is dilute, the pain increases in anus. Generally, pain should be reduced because of dilute loose motions but it does not happen. The child feels a pressure in the anus as if anus is being pushed out by a device. If he has such symptoms, the use of the medicine named Ignatia-200 proves very beneficial.

4. Podophylum: The patient suffers from prolapsus ani before and after evacuation of stool. The patient evacuates stool with jerking and in the form of sprinkles during evacuation of stool. Loose motions continue for many days in the morning but there is no pain. Thus, the medicine named Podophylum-6 is used for the treatment.

The medicine Podophylum affects mostly to the duodenum, anus, uterus and small intestine. If the patient has been suffering from dilute loose motions or greasy substance with motions and excessive loose motions, the use of the medicine Podophylum proves very beneficial.

If the patient has been suffering from dilute stinking loose motions and prolapsus ani after evacuation of stool and prolapsus ani during dentition, the use of the medicine named Podophylum 6 is beneficial.

5. Muriatic acid: If prolapsus ani comes out along with stool while urinating, the patient should take Muriatic Acid-3 to get relief. Its use proves very useful.

6. Ruta: Prolapsus ani comes out because of a little pressure given while evacuation of stool. The patient suffers from lots of trouble and stool comes out by giving pressure. If such symptoms appear in the patient, he should take Ruta-6. This medicine proves very beneficial.

If prolapus ani comes out during evacuation in women after delivery, they should take Ruta-6 for the treatment. Its use proves very beneficial.

8. Merc vibus: If the patient has been suffering from such kind of symptoms as itching in the anus along with prolapsus ani, yellow phlegm, diarrhoea, hard stomach and flatulence, the use of the medicine named Merc-Vibus-3 provides a lot of relief.

9. Lyco: If the patient has been suffering from prolapsus ani, he should take Lyco 6 or 30 to get relief. Besides, the medicine named Sulphur-30 is useful for the treatment too.

10. Gambogia: If the patient of prolapsus ani shows such kinds of symptoms as dilute loose motions, yellow or green loose motions, pain in the anus along with inflammation and hard stool when stool comes out rapidly, the use of the medicine named Gambogia proves very beneficial.

11. Ferrum phos: If a child has been suffering from prolapsus ani, the use of the medicine named Ferrum Phos proves beneficial.

12. Phosphorus: If a child has been suffering form this disease, the use of the medicine phosphorus proves beneficial.

In this disease mother tincture of acid Mur, Arnica and the medicines as Ratanhya, Ars, Bryo, Calc, Sipia or Isculus can be used for the treatment. Besides, medicines Sefalendra and Indica are also beneficial for the treatment of prolapsus ani.

Other treatments: The patient should not give excessive pressure for evacuation.

A child should evacuate stool by standing and without giving pressure.

Give nutritive and easily digestible food to eat to the patient.

If intestine has come out from the anus, replace it by washing it with cold water.

After replacing the prolapsus ani, tie a cork of cloth by a bandage at the mouth of the anus.

Mix three parts juice of Telcucha and one part surasar altogether and give to the patient to eat occasionally. Its use provides a lot of relief to the victim.

In this disease, a person suffers from boils and pimples in the anus. Pus keeps on exuding from the boils and pimples. The patient suffers from inflammation and itching.

Treatment with different medicines:

Tucrium: The patient should take the medicine named Tucrium-1 or 6 if there are ulcer or pimples in the anus. This medicine proves beneficial.

Itching in the anus because of abscess, strange kind of pain at the mouth of anus while sleeping in the night, collapsing of round worms in the anus, sensation of worms’ creeping in the rectum and the patient suffers a lot at night from above mentioned symptoms. If the patient has been suffering from above mentioned symptoms, the use of Tucrium 1 or 6 will prove very beneficial for the patient.

A person has to give excessive pressure while excreting stool. Sometimes, anus gets burst because of this reason and a wound originates there after bursting the anus. In this situation, the victim has to face great trouble while excreting stool.

1. Nitric acid: The patient feels too much pain in the rectum because of ulceration in rectum during evacuation as if rectum has been torn. If the patient has been suffering from such problems, he should take Nitric Acid-6 at the regular interval of four hours.

2. Graphitis: The patient shows such symptoms as constipation, long, hard and small pieces in the stool along with mucus because of which he suffers from irritation and strange kind of pain in the rectum. Other symptoms are as small pieces in stool entangled in threads, web of veins in the anus and anus of the patient tears. A fat or cold natured person suffers from above mentioned symptoms. The patient should take Grafitis 6 or 30 to get relief.

3. Sulphur: If the patient has been suffering from redness around the anus along with itching and inflammation, hard and insufficient stool with small pieces, constant desire for evacuation of stool but the stomach remains unclear after evacuation and the patient feels a lot of pain while evacuation of stool, he should take Sulphur 30 can be taken for treatment.

4. Anima of hydratis lotion: If there are wound in the anus, the patient should adopt anima of the lotion of Hydratis. Its use proves beneficial.

In this disease, contraction starts to come in the anus because of different reasons. Presence of cancer in the anus is the chief cause of this contraction of the anus. Opening of the anus gets contracted because of anus cancer and the patient feels great trouble while excreting stool.

1. Hydratis: If there is contraction in the anus because of cancer, the patient should take Hydratis-1 at the regular intervals of four hours to get relief. The patient should take anima twice a day by preparing lotion from its mother tincture. Its use provides a lot of relief to the patient. Prepare lotion by mixing 15-20 drops in clean water and then take anima.

2. Ruta: If the patient feels difficulty and he has to give pressure while evacuation stool because of the Stricture in the anus, the patient should take Ruta- mother tincture or Ruta 1 or 6 to get relief.

3. Nitric Acid: If the patient has been suffering from Stricture in the anus because of cancer of the anus, he should take the medicine Nitric Acid-6 at the regular intervals of four hours. This medicine is also beneficial if the patient has been suffering from pinching pain and portion of the anus has been broken.

Constipation in the anus is the cause of the swelling of the anus. Generally, a person does not discharge stool properly because of constipation. 4. Phosphorus: If swelling of the anus is chronic along with pus and severe pain, the use of Phosphorus-30 proves very beneficial.

5. Nitric acid: swelling of the anus is chronic along with pus and severe pain because of syphilis, the use of nitric acid 6 proves very beneficial in this stage.

6. Ignatia: If the patient has been suffering from pinching pain along with the swelling of the anus and the pain reaches into the deep of the anus, the use of the medicine named Ignatia 200 proves very beneficial. 7. Rhus tox: If there is swelling in the anus along with the origin of pus near about the anus, he should take Rhus Tox-6 to get relief in these kinds of symptoms.

The patient should take Alumina 6-30 to get relief.

4. Nitric acid: If the patient of this disease does not get relief by the use of Alumina and he has been suffering from pain in the anus like a wound, he should take Nitric Acid to get relief. If there are cracks in the anus, this medicine will also prove beneficial.

5. Skirinum: If the patient does not get relief by the use of Nitric Acid, Alumina, Hyydratis or Ruta, he should take Skirinum while taking above mentioned medicines but this medicine should take once within 10-15 days. 6. Nux vomica: If the patient has been suffering from such symptoms as evacuation of stool and urine altogether; stomach of the victim does not become clean; he feels relief for sometime after evacuation but even then he feels constant desire for evacuation, the use of the medicine Nux Vomica 30 proves very beneficial in all these symptoms. This medicine will also prove beneficial if there is tensemus along with above symptoms.

7. Podophylum: The patient has constant desire for evacuation and he evacuates mucus along with stool. If the victim has been suffering from above symptoms, the use of podophylum-6 proves very beneficial.
